Respected Sir, I bought Videocon mobile through online shoping in January 2015, but after three months its battery deep troubled me, when I met Videocon service centre at Nellore in Andrapradesh on 29/5/15, they said that it wiibe replaced with new battery with in 15 days, but no result till now.I also complained "Videocon mobile Customer care centre' two times, they also gave me complaints numbers, every time I called them "they are saying only your complaints numbers shows no status".so I want to fill a complaints to consumer court.please help me how to solve my problem . my complaint No's are :[protected] [protected] please help me.     videocon k dwara mujhe galat jankari di gayi.mene apne no.[protected] par 97 ka net recharge karwaya tha jisme mujhe 500 mb milna tha 28 din k liye par mujhe matra 400 mb mila wo bhi bas 21 dino k liye.videocon bahut hi ghatiya kampni hai.agle 15 dino k ander me apni sim dusri company me port karwa lunga..customer care wale bhi galat jankari dete hai.

      Sir, I would like to bring to your attention that the TV model Videocon DDB LED VJU4FH-FDA of Videocon company, bill serial number (N[protected], which I purchased on 02nd Jan 2015 from vijay sales vashi; seems to have had a problem within 6 months of its purchased day. The TV not showing any video or picture. It is just blank screen. Your local sales office sent an engineer twice, at first time he said there is panel problem expert person will come to fix this issue after that second engineer came and said picture tube gone need to replace. He took t snaps with him but the defect is yet to be set right. It may be a manufacturing defect and a thorough examination is required. I have been told that within 2 days the problem will get resolved but since last 8 days no progress on my complaint. It causes very high inconvenience to us. My complaint number is THA[protected] registered on 29th June 2015. I would like to have this problem fixed quickly please. I will be happy to get it changed/ replace with new tv. I shall be grateful for immediate action. If I do not hear from you within next 2 days, I will lodge a formal complaint with Consumer Affairs in my state.         As the subject I purchased a Videocon Refrigerator from Nicky Electronics, Ajmer Road, Madanganj Kishangarh-Rajasthan on[protected]. After working well for 6-7 months the refrigrator is not doing cooling so well. I approached to the dealer in this regard but he did not responded well. I called the dealer several times but he only assures me but does not repair my product. Please help me in this regard.

          I recharged my GPRS internet pack worth of Rs 147/-; on 29th June, 2015; and I received only 2 GB data pack. According to message; If I recharged my net pack on 29th June, 2015; I would get 2.8 GB net pack ( 2 gb immediately and 0.8 gb in next 2 day). But i didnt get extra net pack which was mentioned in message.

              Today 01/07/2015 i recharged my videocon d2h through their videocon website, amounted credited from account but recharge not done.recharged for 1140 rs.reference no:[protected]. So again i recharged same through another website easyrecharge and it processed successfully.So totally i did 2 transactions both for 1140 rs...2 times amount debited from my account but recharge processed for only one time.So kindly refund my 1140 rs which i recharged through videocon website.Please do the needfull as soon as possible.Already i spoked to videocon customer care.

                      NO SIGNAL SIGNAL SINCE LAST7 DAYS
                      Dear Sir,

                      Our customer id[protected]

                      We are not able to view the T.V since last almost7 days.
                      am really socked that Videocon is offering such a very poor kind of service.could you please take necessary legal action on such vendor, if they cannot give customer satifaction, they do not have right to provide these service.

                      We again want to put on record that since[protected] we are facing big trouble with Videcon D2H and now signal is no more and our box has stopped working and every day they open new ticket and next day close and not sure how long they are going to play this hide and seek story.I came to know through call centre that they have less manpower then why the hell they are offering such service, better to close.I may take further legal action incase it is not solved as earliest.

                      Request you to pls look into matter urgently.

                          Dear sir/madam, I purchased videocon LED tv for Rs. 44500, but got a very defective product from videcon and vijay sales. Now even when the product is in 3 year 24X7 on site warranty videcon is not repairing/ replacing product. It was purchased on 10.06.2015 and after 3 days of installation it stopped working. Videcon is saying they will repair but it has been many days and no repair till now. Videcon is saying Vijay sales provided us a defective product and Vijay Sales is saying Videocon is giving us defective product. Please help consumer like us from these irresponsible, fake and cheater dealers and manufacturers. Regards, Shristi Verma

                            i had recharge my no. with 123 for v2v free calling but my tariff not working then i called 198 for one lady pic up the call and without given any satisfied information disconnected my call by her side my mpcg mo no.                               i am a user of videocon led tv from 13/09/2014. model number of the led tv is usw32hh2fk. i had lodged complain on 21 march 2015 regarding some picture problem in the tv. my complain number was lodged at that time was - VAR[protected]. after lodging the complain, engineer from Videocon has visited and told us that, i will a get a call for replacing the tv panel. but till date, i have not received a single call from videocon. still i am facing same problem. another complain was also lodged on 24th march 2015 through sms service. after continuing the same problem, once again i had lodged the complain on 20th June 2015. my complain number is VAR[protected]. after lodging the first complain and latest complain (both dates are mentioned), our problem is not solved. earlier i was a user of LG, and we have received a good service and support from the LG. due to very worst and bad customer support of videocon, i would like to say that kindly replace my led tv as early. it is height of inconvenience. if videocon wants rating from my side, i would like to give 01 out of 10.                                 I have purchase the Videocon LED DDB on 27th Oct. 2014 from Ekai Electricals there is offer from the company of extended warranty of 5 years even I have submitted the documents i.e copy of bill & sticker copy within 30 days. But, I have not get the extended warranty for the same till now

                                  I have purchased one VIDEOCON TABLET PC MODEL VA78 on 03.10.2014 vide retail invoice no-1923 from M/s PATRA ELECTRONICS Barmunda, Bhubaneswar, Odisha with one LED. after use of tablet for 2 days only I got to know some problems in display like alphabets & numerals . Besides one more important problem was that battery was not charging properly for which i contacted the customer care and as per their advice I handed over the tablet pc at the company service center at M CARE ORI, B-1, JANPATH TOWER, GROUND FLOOR, ASHOKA NAGAR, BHUBANESWAR, ODISHA 0n 5.12.2014 vide job no-2549 and again on dt-09.12.2014 vide job no-2627 but without any result. Mr sangram, Mr. Lalit & Mr Prakash of the service center assured me that the problems of the set was informed to the H.O. and after arrival of the genuine spare parts the set will be repaired properly. So I decided to wait as per them. I did not use the set by that time. After some days I found some problems in the monitor. So again I handed over the set at the service center on dt-13.02.2015 vide job no-VASCOR006J[protected] and till the date it was neither replaced or repaired nor handed over to me till date. Today I received one written remark from the service center that the parts are not available. Hence I may request to provide & replace one new tablet set at the eariest. This is my second complain. Kindly look into it. THANK YOU.

                                      I have bought a VIDEOCON 1.5 ton 5 star split ac before 4 months ..i preferred the VIDEOCON AC because of lower price than other brand even the store people s thought as worst Service center ever...am from Tirupur here is no one sell Videocon ac due to this ..only one vasanth and co is sale...now i got problem with this ac and complaint raised about this to Service Centre and no one response... even four not finished but i got problem with Videocon AC...i called 3 time's per day but not resolved ...worst product and worst Service from Videocon ...i prefer don't buy any from Videocon even the price is low
                                      Not even worth for single star becase four month not finished and product got problem

                                        We got an AC 2yrs back. it worked well for 6months...later the problem starts. it is the worst AC ever. every 2-3 we got repair and we spent 12000 rupees on the AC only for repairs n 2yrs. even the stabilizer they gives u never works...And coming to the service...there is only one service fellow for videocon in hyderabad who never responds and i faced a very bad experience where no one comes home even after calling several times and also talks in a bad language. Talked with the manager in customer center and raised a complaint regarding the sevice...even he didnt respond. Then what is the use of customer service for videocon? Pls do not buy videocon AC ...worst AC and worst service...
