    I am purchased a Videocon Mobile Model. Z40 Lite from Star Cj Alive on dated 1st April 2015 i receive the phone. When i use the phone i found the phone is not working properly it is auto restart and hanging...its shows the application is unfortunatly stoped. that is why i am going to Luxmi Services. service center for repairing the phone...i submited the phone at 11th April 2015. They take 20 days of returning my phone dated 29th April 2015...but problem is same i am again submited my phone on 30th April 2015 at Luxmi Services, Plot no. 27/4, Near Dev Cinema Mehrauli Road Sec-14, Gurgaon- 122001. They said that this time your mobile set is replaced if it is not resolving your problem. Today is 21st May 2015 but still i am not receive my phone yet...they are not giving me correct information about my Mobile Phone...no body pick up my call.       Hi, I had logged the complaint regarding my Washing machine issue. I got the SMS with Engineer name & number. After 48 hrs. I got another SMS says that call cancelled. No one called me before attending the call. When I call to engineer he said I have not visited to your place. Contact to our Office. When I called to his office, no one picked the call. I tried the 3 numbers from 1 Hrs. But no one response to my call. I feeling very bad experience with Videocon Service Center.

After that fan now AC is not working properly.I have purchased from Gemini plaza kakinada.I have given complaint to them on 13 the may 2015 .up to this moment they have not taken any action about my complaint.plse consider my request and take necessary action.

          I BOUGHT VIDEOCON WASHING MACHINE MODEL NO. VS76RSGL ON 10/10/2010 FROM M/S KAY DEE AUDIOVISIONS PVT LTD, NOIDA.THERE WERE LOT OF COMPLAINTS ARISING IN THE MACHINE EVERSINCE I BOUGHT IT.BUT THANKFULLY MOST OF THEM WERE RESOLVED. IN APRIL 2015 THE DRAIN KNOB OF THE MACHINE GOT FREE AND IT WAS NOT POSSIBLE TO DRAIN THE MACHINE SO THE MACHINE BECAME UN-USABLE . I LODGED A COMPLAINT ON CUSTOMER CARE NO[protected] IN APRIL ITSELF. AFTER 1 WEEK AN ENGINEER VISTED AND INFORMED THAT DRAIN KNOB NEEDS TO BE REPLACED AND THE SAME WILL BE DONE IN 2-3 DAYS.I WAITED AND WAITED AND STILL WAITING BUT THE PART HAS NOT BEEN REPLACED TILL NOW. NOT ONLY THAT NO ENGINEER EVER VISITED AFTER THAT NEITHER ANYBODY CONTACTED ME ON TELEPHONE AND TELL THE STATUS OF MY COMPLAINT. IN BTEWEEN I REGISTERED MORE THAN 20 CALLS ON THE CUSTOMER CARE NO BUT NO ENGINEER ATTENDED MY COMPLAINT. ON 6TH MAY 2015 I ONCE AGAIN CONTACTED THE CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER AND I WAS GIVEN THE NUMBER OF Sr CUSTOMER ENGG. NO [protected]. I REPEATEDLY TALKET TO HIM AND HE KEPT ASSURING ME THAT SOMEBODY WILL BE SENT TO ATTEND THE COMPLAINT BUT NO ONE EVER ATTENDED.FINALLY I RECEIVED A MESSAGE THAT MY COMPLAINT IS CLOSED AND THE RESAON BEING “HOUSE FOUND LOCKED”. IT MAY BE INFORMED THAT MY HOUSE NEVER REMAIN LOCKED AND SINCE LAST ONE MONTH I MYSELF IS ON LEAVE AND PRESENT IN THE HOUSE. SO THE CLAIM OF THE ENGGINEER IS BASELESS AND COMPLETELY FAKE. CAN YOUR ENGINEER PROVE HIS CLAIM. SIR THERE ARE CCTV CAMERAS INSTALLED AROUND MY HOUSE AND THHIS FACT CAN BE EASILY VERIFIED FROM THE FOOTAGE. From the day of installation We are facing problem in LED (White patches on screen). Same was complain to Videocon Via complain no Kol[protected] on 13/04/2015. Same was not resolve till date. Nobody responding from Videocon or from Great Eastern Appliances.                 Dear Mr Dhoot, This is regarding our complaint number JAI[protected]. Please go through the trail mail. For your reference, I'll also fax the email communication for your records. Here, in this whole matter your representatives made deliberate attempt to CHEAT the customer. We registered a complaint as the AC was not cooling so we thought there must be gas leakage in the same. The technician didn't turn up on time and it took almost 3-4 days for the technician to come and check the AC. and that too when we escalated the matter otherwise no one in your service team was responding properly. Infact the representatives misbehaved with us when we were constantly following up for our registered complaint. The technician didn't check the AC properly ( as what was told to me by my parents ) ; He didn't even check the compressor at the first place even though there was pressure in the unit ( as what was told by the technician). He didn't turn up again for 3 days and infact visited again when we escalated the matter. We were quite astound to know at that time that in his second visit, he found the compressor to be faulty due to which the AC was not cooling. The technician ( who was not confident and lacked the necessary expertise) did something wrong due to which the compressor became faulty . We kept on asking the technician and the higher authorities that why didn't he check the compressor in his first visit but didn't get any reply. The service team was trying to hide something from us. All the representatives remained quiet and tried to hide their service lapse. Even till today they are not replying as they know it was their deliberate attempt to cheat us. I've my old aged parents, who are senior citizens. Had I not been available in Jaipur to follow up with your service team for fixing up the issue in time ( that didn't happen at all), they would have harassed my parents. Your representatives kept on giving us false assurances and didn't deliver any service on time. My parents kept on calling customer care and the service team but your service team remained quiet. No one in the service team informed us that where are they carrying the compressor ? They didn't give any acknowledgement of taking the compressor for replacement as the same was found to be faulty. They infact stopped answering our calls properly. IT WAS REAL HARASSMENT FOR ME AND MY PARENTS. WE DIDN'T EXPECT IT FROM THE REPRESENTATIVES OF VIDEOCON.WE APPROACHED YOUR COUNTRY HEAD ( MR GIRISH SHAH ) IN GURGAON AND ZSM ( MR YOGESHWAR PRASAD )BUT DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY SATISFACTORY REPLY. WE GUESS ALL THE EMPLOYEES OF VIDEOCON ARE COMMITTED TO DELIVER WORST SERVICE TO THE CUSTOMERS AND ARE BEING TRAINED TO HARASS THEM.WE EXPERIENCED WORST SERVICE STANDARDS AND PROFESSIONAL ETHICS FROM THE REPRESENTATIVES OF VIDEOCON. Mr Dhoot, Can you please tell us something ...Was that our fault that we chose to buy a Videocon product...? Did we choose Videocon product so that your service team can HARASS AND CHEAT us...?                     Sir, I always pay my monthly subscription charges online . Today also I made the payment Rs 241/- thru my card 2129 of PNB A/c at 12.19.30 hrs, but by mistake I could not put total digits of my ID # ( missed one digit 5 )means put 12637172 instead of[protected], so that amount not credited in my A/c however above Amt Rs 241/-( Two hundred forty one )has debited from my A/c at the same time and I got the massage on my RTN immediately .                       I purchased two sim cards of videocon after knowing about 2.75G network but after using it I realize it's giving me only 5to 10 kbps speed It just a 2G Internet I am fully disappoint about it, Videocon company launched 2.75G network that gives upto 400kbps speed, but it's fake company cheat with Me, I have complained so many times they just said to clear cookies and cache always give me same answer I have another sim of idea that gives me 15kbps speed

                        I want to bring a complaint against your service that On 14 april 2015 i got a call from a person named pankaj who claimed to be your employee and gave me offer of rs 147 recharge which includes 1.5 gb data and unlimited watsapp and facebook for 28 days and 50 rs balance back in my account. I aggred the offer but on 1 may 2015 rupees 109 has been deducted from my account and when i complaint for it on customer care then your employed named suman denied to return my balance and also misbehaved with me. So kindly take this issue seriously and solve my problem and give my balance to my account.

                          I have purchased Videocon 32'' LCD Tv Past 2years ago. Now the complaint for cable Line is not working. Our area cable person is checked and informed to me for Tuner problem.so, you have check the service centre. I have complaint to coimbatore area service centre (Ph:[protected] from 30.04.15. The service person is directly visited in my house and ask for Tuner problem, but tuner only not available. So, we replace to All set mother board, the mother board cost for Rs.4500/- I am shocked.Because TV price is Rs.15000/- only. Very very poor service for Videocon.                             I really need Your Help With This. I Am Writing To Bring To Your Attention A Serious Issue Iam Having With Your Air Conditioner And Mainly The People In Service For Videocon. With Lots Of Reluctance And A Heavy Heart, I Am Writing This Letter To You As A Final Resort. I Brought Your Product Consider As An Indian Made Trusted Brand and hoping a better service by the pepole of videocon, But I Was Totally Wrong. Your Product As Well As your Customer Service Both Are Very Poor. They Are Not Able To Resolve The Issue Of Customer And Iam Really Shame With The Behavior By The Area Manager(Surjith, Calicut) After Lots Of Follow-Ups I’m Complaining In Written And Hope Problem Will Resolve As Soon As Possible. Details……………… On the Date 15.03.2015 I Brought Videocon AC from Nadilath Electronics(calicut).Next day i found my remote was not sensing properly.So I Called On Customer Care Number, next day one person from videocon came and checked the AC and he told my product sensor is on right side so i have to put my hands up and press the button to sense properly he also added all AC are like this only.I belived him as i had no idea on AC. The problem continued and i was so irrited with your product and i decided to went to the shop from where i took the product for replacement.From there i got information that all AC should sense from any corner of the room.They dirctly called the videcon sevice centre. Next day another person from videocon came and he removed all the parts of AC and told that its the Remote problem.He told we will replace the remote within 2 days as its a new model there will be delay.I told oky.And i waited for 2 weeks and i got noting from videocon service.Again i went to the shop and my patience was lost.they again called the videocon pepole and told my problem.The same man came to my home from videocon with a new remote and still the same issue sensing was not okay.He also failed to troubleshoot the problem.Than he told he will send some person to check and i told no need and i asked him for the replacement.He was not ready and he misbehaved to me. Next day another person from videocon came saying he is the main person and he is ready to help us.It was the 3rd person.He also removed evrytimg from indoor unit and failed to troubleshoot the problem.Than he told it may be because of the height of the AC.And told changing the position IT CAN BE OK.He was not sure.They just wanted to put the dump on us and escape by saying unwanted xcuses.When i told him to change the indoor unit and check he told its not possible becasuse there is no complaint on the product so they cannot replace and he also added some videocon products are like this only its the compamy fault.Atlast the conversation between us reched in a bad manner and he finally he told let them change the sensor and check to find out the next day itself and he also told if its working with the new sensor he will replace the entire product. I waited and called him for more than two weeks.No response!!.one month over.i was really upset with your product.I had no choice because it was my money, so Again i had to visit the shop for my replacement and they told they cant do noting unless videocon service people say someting.I had to shout on them but they are helpless I KNOW.Atlast they registered the complaint for us. So on my frustrated mind I again called Videocon customer care. Another engineer came he checked the issue and finally told me its LIGHT issue.They came with a new sensor, they REMOVED ALL MY INDOOR UNIT again and they replaced the old one with the new.The problem was not solved.then he switch the lights off and tried, then it started working from some area but still not fully.Still it missed some places.Atlast he told its the problem with our light in that room and it works when the light is off, its some radiation problem.HE managed to troubleshoot the problem somehow.But still it missed some places.They told they cant say anyting about the replacement for that they had to contact the area manager. Next day SURJITH (VIDEOCON AREA MANAGER CALICUT) called me through the phone and asked me about the problem.I told no more checking on my AC anymore you have to give me a replaement of the product, he told its not possible he will come directly to my home and check the issue. Today morning SURJITH came to my home and i told him in detail what all thing i had to face after buying your product.He told he is ready to terminate all the service people who gave me wrong information on the product and remote and behaved badly to me.I told no need of that i need a replacemnt.He was not willing for that and he told its our LIGHT mistake and angle mistake.He told us to change our light with some local light.After Switching the lights off i showed him the places where i couldint sense.Then he told its the problem with our room.I was so anger by his talks and i finally told him to give me the replacement and he told he cant do anyting.How could i manage my patience!!!when i told him strongly i need to know what you are going to do.He throw the remote to my bed and told me do what you want to do lets see..and he went off I was really shocked, He used some words that he should not and it was in front of my parents he used such words.SAME MAN TOLD ME HE WILL TAKE ACTION AGAINST THE PEOPLE WHO CAME BEFORE.NOW WHO WILL TAKE ACTION AGAINST THIS MAN. Iam really fed up with your product and service people.I really really did a great mistake.i could have gone for some other brand if it was like this. PLease make my refund of the product or give me a replacemnt of the entire product. If in the next 24 hrs i am not getting any reply from your end i will be forced to lodge a complaint against the dealer and the company as i am very much annoyed by the way your peoples are responding. I know that as the service engineer replied that after lodging a compliant i wont be served properly and he will take revenge of that by making fault from my end during his visit for the compliant. I would rather request you to look into the matter and make it sure that such type of person are not asset of the company but really they are the persons who makes company to be out of market.How can i be satisfied with the product when a fresh product is removed fully more than 3 times to troubleshoot the problem without knowing that it was the lights problem.No one can be satisfied when a new product is done like this and moreover they had made a lots of marks and scratch over the indoor. please take necessary action towards the people. Iam not sure wheater you take action towards this kind of people.But i need my product to be perfect and user friendly .Still belive in you videocon.Hope you will Help me. My questions are Why is company appointing such an inefficient technician? Why my AC is not sensing in a small room? Is it remote problem? is it room problem? is it light problem? is it AC problem? IS this the sensing capacity of a videocon AC?(compared to oter brand No such sensing problem) Who is responsible for this? Me as a customer who trust a company, ? I am not going to request your company to sort out this matter but you are bound to do that... Secondly as an organization you should be aware what your engineers are doing they are cheating the company and customer both. I need to get this sorted out urgently.

I went to videocon office(Model town, Jalandhar) and lodged a request to disconnect my videocon numbers in the first week of April .I made a request with application and proof id .                                       Had purchase videocon d2h dish tv on aug 2013 and within 6 month remote was not working. ..so lodged complaint to customers care and then they replaced the remote free of charge and they said there are lot of complaint against defective. Again my 3rd remote is not working. .issue is not about purchasing but don't have guarantee about new remote. Even I have dish TV since 2008 but till date didn't have problem regarding dish or remote. So want guarantee this remote work for how long

                                        I had purchase a Videocon LED 99 cm VKZ39FH from Croma Retail, Pacific Mall, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad – 201010 on 4th April 2015. The details of the purchase are as below: Invoice No. SLF02A[protected] Videocon LEDTVVKZ39FH09XAF Product Serial No.[protected] Videocon sent a person for demo on 7th April 2015. At that time our DTH setup box was not working as the service provider had blocked it. On using the TV we found that there was no picture in half the panel. We lodged a complaint (no. GHA [protected]) with Videocon customer care on 10th April 2015. The engineer came from Videocon today and informed us that the panel needs to be changed. We do not want a panel change on a brand new product with a defect. We want the TV replaced. We request you to get the TV replaced at the earliest.
