Hi, I had logged the complaint regarding my Washing machine issue. I got the SMS with Engineer name & number. After 48 hrs. I got another SMS says that call cancelled. No one called me before attending the call. When I call to engineer he said I have not visited to your place. Contact to our Office. When I called to his office, no one picked the call. I tried the 3 numbers from 1 Hrs. But no one response to my call. I feeling very bad experience...
