We got an AC 2yrs back. it worked well for 6months...later the problem starts. it is the worst AC ever. every 2-3 we got repair and we spent 12000 rupees on the AC only for repairs n 2yrs. even the stabilizer they gives u never works...And coming to the service...there is only one service fellow for videocon in hyderabad who never responds and i faced a very bad experience where no one comes home even after calling several times and also talks in a bad language. Talked with the manager in customer center and raised a complaint regarding the sevice...even he didnt respond. Then what is the use of customer service for videocon? Pls do not buy videocon AC ...worst AC and worst service...

    Dear sir / madam,
    I bought air conditioner of your company on 18 - jan - 2011. After six months, a. C. Stopped working. After my complaint, service man of your company changed compressor. But next year (Aug 2012) again occurred the same problem. Then i did complaint to the company.
    Company’s service - man repaired the a. C. With charges of rs. 2400 / - . But a. C. Worked for only three days. After such time, ac starts working only for 30 - 35 minutes and then it stops working. Then again i gave the complaint to service man. He came to see the a. C. And also told that compressor had no problem. Then i verify the ac from others service - men, and they told that compressor is not working properly. But then in next summers, i did try to complaint again but he didn’t listen my complaint.
    So, i bought the ac of another company and fit it at the same place and yet it is working properly.
    So, i request you to repair my ac otherwise constrainedly, i have to take legal action against you.

      a kenstar geaser 25L ABS 5 star was purchased vide SH-R-11871 dated[protected] from Kumar electric corporation shahdra Delhi with 6 years warantee.Since then 4-5 times its tanker has been changed .This time again about 4 months back it again started leaking but after the complaint was lodged and after 3-4 visits by technician it was agreed by the GM services Mr.Sudhir Singh to recommond for free replacement of geaser .But after that everytime a new reason was given and it is still pending without any solution.When I reported the matter to customer care particulary about the behaviour of Sudhirsing who was avoiding even to lift my phone he has decided not to attend the matter.and is noot adhering to the advise of customer care who has been repeatedly advising him to attend the matter on priority.               My name is Yuvaraj.I would like to lodge complaint against Videocon mobiles.I have sent "n" number emails to videocon and i have sent list of emails to videocon customer support.i have mentioned all the emails below.i did not get even single response from them.i have spent minimum Rs 5000 to buy this product but the same product was not working even for 15 days.then i have handed over the product to ASC and got repaired.but there was another issue occurred after replacing Motherboard.i have clearly explained the issue in below mentioned mail. i was keep on making calls to customer care and line was always busy and there was not even single response them. one of their service center manager promised me to replace the unit which was not happen.i have wasted lot of time to making calls and wasted lot of time for sending emails.please help me to log case and get justice for this issue. really frustrated because of this issue and help me fix this. i have attached email details in the attachment

                I have purchased a Videocon refrigerator 300Ltr. Model No. REF-VCL325TCRM Serial no:[protected] on Dated: 4th February, 2015. This is under warranty. Now, the Door of the refrigerator is not closing properly. So I have registered a complaint for that on 28th May, 2015. Call register no: ASA[protected]. The service engineer was visited the next day (29th May, 2015) and had an inspection and went out. But the problem remains same. The call has been closed on 30th May, 2015. But problem was not solved. I recall to the Customer care[protected] on 4th June, 2015 and the executive “reopen” my previous call. Still now nobody has entertained the call. I called them again on today evening (8th June, 2015) and came to know there is no call registered by me previously. I asked them to register a call and they give assurance that my call has been registered now and the sms has been sent but I didn't receive any. I recall them to confirm and found no call has been registered yet. I again asked to register a call but he forwarded my call to the technical dept. and I had to wait for a very long time to for their response. Finally they received and confirmed me for their visit but again not provide any token!! After waiting I have recall them and requested for a fresh call and this time I get success with receiving a token (ASA[protected]). I am not sure when they will come and I will get solved my problem. My question is that why they are not so responding after selling their product? Is this a cool technique to spend the time so that the product will be out of warranty? Or, to harass a customer forced them to call many times with a prolonged conversation? There support number is not also a toll free and the customer has to pay the charge for the same. Is it called a “customer support”? It is the fact if the door is not working properly for a refrigerator the compressor will get damaged quickly. So, please suggest me the procedure how I can exchange the product immediately if the company will take no responsibility though it is in warranty period.                   Dear Sir/Madam I was using videocon postpaid number [protected] from last 13 months apprx. using plan 199 rs monthly in which i got 2 gb internet pack and other facilities also. but from last 4-5 months i got surprising extra billing amount.i asked so many times about this in customer care and also in ludhiana office at mall road but they didn't give any genuine explanation. last month i went in their office situated at mall road ludhiana, there i had talked with main person belong to this postpaid service, may be his name is Mr. aman. he talked so rudely and refuse for providing internet services in my plan of rs199. even he said me that there is not any kind of plan worth rs 199. if there is no plan like this then why you charged me every month 199 monthly. at this que he refused to give any reply. they charge me for march 2015 or april 2015 month 1100rs apprx. on checking detail i found that mine actual rent was rs 450 while they charged apprx 600 for internet without told me that they are not providing me any free internet facility which was included in my plan. if they already provided me information, then i can change the plan according to my internet usage or i can recharge internet pack. why i have to pay extra charge for internet. i never get any bill in my home, or in my email id. every time i faced so much problems regarding this, i about this i told them so much times but they didn't took any action and charged me unnecessary everytime. even in april month i got calls from ludhiana office t, they told me for paying actual amount of my bill that is 450 rs rather than 1100, but when i visit to their office for submitting bill that time mr aman refused for this and said that because of closing dates we said you like this but today is 2 may so we dont have any burden of closing or target, so you have to pay full amount. their he talked with me so rudely. it was so embarrassing for me. so i request you that please take some strict action against him and continue my number, i am ready to pay my bill but only actual amount of calling that i had used. thanks & Regards Ishant Singla Mb.                     Hi I purchased a Videocon Mobile Phone (Model Z40 Pro) on 30Nov2014. During March 2015, The touch pad did not work properly.I submitted my phone to Videocon authorized service centre Varshik Information Solutions, Chennai -600049 on 02Apr15. The Job Sheet details are as follows Jobsheet no. : VASCTN037J[protected] IMEI No.: [protected], [protected] In last week of April, Service center associate informed me that My phone is ready after service.But When I went there, they are giving a some other old damaged phone instead of my mobile phone.They told me that They are not able to repair my phone due to some technical problem. Giving a very old phone to your customer is not fair and Also it is against Warranty terms and conditions.So I have not collected it from service center To get solution for the problem, I contacted customer care[protected] many times .Almost all the times I was informed by customer care that Some one will contact me.                           REFER MY AMC NO AGUR[protected] DATED 16 DEC 2014 AT GURGAON. MY AC (VITA AIR WINDOW AC) DID NOT FUNCTION THEREAFTER. I LODGED A FORMAL COMPLAINT NO GUR[protected] DATED 06 MAY 2015 TO BE SERVICED BY MR NARENDER SVC CENTRE [protected]. THE COMPLAINT DID NOT GET RECTIFIED FOR 48 HOURS. THEN I CALLED UP THE AREA INCHARGE MR VIJAY AT [protected]. I AGAIN REMINDED HIM TWICE SUBSEQUENTLY. ALL THIS WHILE, THE EXCUSE GIVEN TO US WAS THAT PCB IS UNDER DEMAND. FINALLY AFTER MUCH PERSUING, ONE TECHNICIAN CAME ON 28 MAY 2015 (MR IRFAAN ALI)..HE REPAIRED THE AC (JUST GAS FILLING)..IT WORKED FOR PRECISELY 2 HOURS AND AGAIN STOPPED COOLING. I HAVE AGAIN LODGED COMPLAINT NO GUR[protected]...SINCE THIS COMPLAINT HAS NOT BEEN RECTIFIED TO MY SATISFACTION, I HAVE SENT NST SMS AT [protected]. I HAVE RECIEVED RESPONSE THAT MY COMPLAINT HAS BEEN REOPENED. IT IS EXTREMELY PATHETIC RESPONSE ON PART OF VIDEOCON..MOST UNPROFESSIONAL..THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT WITH THEIR AMC CUSTOMERS.. BUNCH OF ALL CHEATS..THEY GIVE GREAT AND BIG ASSURANCES AT THE TIME OF GETTING AMC AND THEREAFTER ITS BEEN 22 DAYS IN EXTREME SUMMERS OF GURGAON..MY WIFE IS SUFFERING FROM BAD HEALTH.. SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE THAT I WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANY PRODUCT OF VIDEOCON.. HOPE SOMEONE IN VIDEOCON WILL ACT ON MY GREVIENCES THANK YOU

                            I really fed up with your service . We stay with Kids ( twins ) which is just 4 months and this hot climate are troubling them a lot . I ahve closed all ventilation to my room after purchasing Vedicon AC . Now my life is HORRIBLE

                              IHAVE PURCHASED SPLIT AC FROM NARESH TRADING CO BHILAI . 2YRS ago, ihave already having 2more machine of videocon in my house purcased from same p[lace. but in this new machin on feb 15 found no cooling given complain to naresh trading co, seller. they referd to videocon company engineer mr anil attended and told us gas kleaked he say he will rectify this, then he has refill gas and took 2800rs . given bill of 2500 rs and 300 rs without bill but again on may 24 th we found no cooling and we call from same athuorised center of videocon names core iin supela bhilai they are authosides mainatance agaent of videocon as directed by naresh trading they came and say no gas and need again same money . so now weare on trouble as theydid not rectifying fault and every alternative month such amount and bad behaviour shows very bad name for company pls help us.

                                From the last two days 24.5.2015 & 25.5.2015 My balance is being deducted and a message displays "You have successfully subscribed to DayPPU at Rs.10" and a total of 20 Rs. has been deducted within the last two days. Today (25.5.2015) i dailed 198 and tried to contact the customer care service, he accepted my phone but he did not reply me correctly and as i said about the deducted balance he disconnected the phone and now the phone is buzy. Now i want you to De-Activate those unwanted services from my phone and Refund me my 20 Rs back on [protected].

                                  Hi, I have bought new fridge on 31/3/2015, on very second date I have asked that there is not much cooling, but the issue was not resolved, On daily basis I register a complaint without any inspection I'll get the message that issue has been resolved. I am very much frustrated with the service provided by Videocon team, this should be my last product of this company. Now situation is cooling has been stopped and fridge is not working. Kindly resolve this issue and get my fridge replaced, because next time I won't be complain to Videocon team I'll reach out to Consumer court.                                   I have bought new fridge on 14/04/2013. I have registered a complaint on 7th May 2015 for no cooling at all. Engineer has attended the call on 9th May 2015 and inform that compresor is fauly and replacement will be done in next week.
                                  Till today we have following with different level of support persons like Mr. Samir, Mr. Shashikant Jadhav but we not geting any proper response from them.
                                  Till today compressor has not been replace and fridge is still not working.I am very much frustrated with the service provided by Videocon team.

                                    i m having sim card of videocon mobile service.and on this no. some messages are received .the details of messages are-free talktime of rs10. when u use balance of rs 5 u get refund of10.This message is received on 15, 16, 17, 18may.but balance is refund only once.and comany c-care exe. told me, we have not send u messages on 15may or anyday.and not give correct response.

                                      My self Harish Singh Rana and I am using [protected] Videocon prepaid connection. I want resolution of my complaint. My complaint is that yesterday i was using internet (FB) on my number and my amount was deducted 17.56 rupees. I know the charges internet using 10paisa per/ 10kb. But i used internet (FB) only for 30 to 45 second and they deducted wrong charged 17.56 rupess for that, After that i called customer care 121 on that number i talk to Mr. Ravinder Kumar and i explained the whole things to the customer care agent. Then customer care agent did not responded well. It seemed like that he had no information regarding for wrong charged deduction of amount. Then i said to him transfer the call to your TL(Team leader) But he did not do that instead of that he said to me our high authority will call you.But i did not received any call from your side. So I want proper resolution of my complaint and i want my wrongly deducted amount back (my no- [protected])...

                                        yesterday i had a conversation with someone having duration of 27 mins that one was local call, as per my plan it cost me 25p/min for local call and if we calculate total amount for 27 mins as per 25p/mins it should cost me around 7 rs, but they have deducted 24 rs from my main balance, when i talked with their executives they told my that they have deducted 24 rs as roaming charge, but its was not a std call so i want my wrongly deducted amount back (my no- [protected])
