Order ID OD[protected] with Reference Number: [protected]Technician Visit-Videocon-VJE32HH-2XAF [Incident: [protected]] (4) Re: Order ID: OD[protected]Technician Visit-Videocon-VJE32HH-2XAF [Incident:[protected]] 1) Product was delivered and installed (32inch Videocon TV). 2) After installation, it was observed that TV was returning back to Channel 1 & High Sound Bar#30, soon after switching on TV (instead of switching to the last viewed channel & last set sound volume) and also observed that TV picture quality was not that much good and escalated the issue both to the Seller (Videocon) and Flipkart. 3) Technician resolved the issue of channel getting switched to #1 upon switch on ( & also High sound upon switch on) but in that process sound clarity got damaged and noise/echo is injected in the sound. That means, echo/resound is coming in a few channels and picture quality is also not so good(numbers & alphabets are appearing on the screen now & then). They claims that issue is because of Cable Connection and not having set top box 4) Since we strongly believed that it is not due to cable TV connection & not due to the absence of set top box, escalated once again to Seller (Videocon) and Flipkart 5) Flipkart arranged another technician from Videocon and they too claim the same issue (cable problem) and not agreeing for the existence of an issue. 6) As our neighbor's are having same kind of LED TV and same cable TV connection and getting good sound quality (without any noise/echo) and picture quality, we strongly believed that it is not due to cable tv connection problem(ie., absence of set top box), we once again escalated the issue to Seller(Videcon) and Flipkart. But this time arranged settop box from neighbours. 7) This time, With neighbors set top box, we are able to demonstrate that there is a noise/echo in the sound and deterioration in picture quality. However, as expected, this time also, Videocon technicians not willing to accept that there is noise/echo in the sound quality and picture quality. 8) Please be noted that so far they were blaming 'not having set top box' and not agreeing for the existence of the issue in the system. And even after demonstrating the problem with neighbour's set top box, they claim same thing that there is no problem. 9) Even our neighbour also argued with the Videocon Technician that how come sound is so bad and their TVs sound is good despite of old TV (but same set top box and same operator, same building) but they are not ready to accept the same. 10) I had already raised my concern with the Flipkart team when they were trying to mediate on this this issue i.e., "how come Videocon Technician can give a report that their own product is defective? If they do so, they would get an internal remark which is a simple logic to understand. That's why I provided my feedback to Flipkart team that either they could arrange their own technician (i.e., Flipkart technician) or another company technician to conduct an impartial 3rd party inspection. Unfortunately Flipkart rejected my feedback which is not really acceptable. Having running & managing a Billion Dollars business, if they do not have their own technicians to provide unbiased 3rd party inspections in case of disputes like this, how could they manage their business in the near future? Obviously Seller Technicians do not agree that their own product is defective. 11) In my case, in every visit of technician, am demonstrating that there is noise/echo in the sound which they are denying on the name of cable tv connection. Hence I demonstrated with settop box connection also and still they deny that there is no problem (and give silly reasons that some channels will not relay properly. If it so, how come others are getting those channels properly with same set top box, with same Hathway Operator, in the same building and floor? Even my neighbour also agreed that there is a problem in sound quality and picture quality but these technicians are agreeing and giving every time clean report to the Flipkart team & their management. 12) Since I am not satisfied with this product quality as a customer, requested Flipkart either ensure to replace the product or allow me to go for another brand TV(ex: Philips, which is even higher cost than Videocon) or refund the amount. 13) I aslo assured that I don't mind, even if they do not refund the amount but take back the product because it is difficult to bear such a pathetic Videcon customer care for 3 years. 14) Here my point is clear: Flipkart, being a such multibillion dollars company, must have their own technician team/3rd party technician team to provide unbaised verification and judgement in this kind of disputes ( I assured them that If any 3rd party technician, i.e, other than Vidoecon Technician, says that there is issue in the TV, I would agree for it without any arguments but they are not ready for the same. 14) I also suggested Vidocon that atleast make arrangements to return the product without refund also.. that also they are not doing ..because, it is difficult to bear such an unfriendly and pathetic customer service for the next 3 years (Videocon customer care executives and managers do not lift the phone also by looking at your number on their mobile.. such a pathetic customer service for Videocon) Hence please do the justice.. Flipkart, being a multimillion dollars company, must have an arbitration
mechanism to resolve the issues in this kind of disputes because every
seller like Vidoecon in Flipkart says that their product is best and there is no flaw
in their product. Hence either they(Flipkart) must have their own
technician team or tie ups with any 3rd part technician teams to provide
unbiased inspection and reliable report so that it could be
acceptable to both the parties (i.e., customer and seller). Here in this
kind of issues, we need to depend on only Videocon technician and their
technicians never agree that their own product is defective which is a
simple logic. In such case, how the customer voice will be heard and
justice will be done the customer?

In this particular case, I was ready to loose my full amount(Rs.17990/-) without any
refund also and requested to arrange for the returning the product. This is
enough for any one to understand, how much I dissatisfied with the
product (Videocon TV) but Videocon & Flipkart does not care for the customer satisfaction which
is really not agreeable. And when we complain to Videcon, without our consent and satisfactory closure, they send a message saying that your compliant is closed (ex:HYD[protected]) which is a worst internal policy of Videocon.

    Dear Sir/Madam We had purchased a electric Geyser 15 Ltr from Anu enterprises- b-12, Jharkhand apartment, jharkhand mode, khatipura, jaipur, vice invoice no -1477, dt 03.11.2014 which is under warranty . However it is out of order since last four days we have register complain ( complain no-0211 dt.march 12th’2015) but no one supervisor attend this complain, I think This product is of a reputed group Videocon but no body is taking care, Please come at registered address to resolve the issue (Abhay kumar, Flat no-510, GH-1, Rameshwaram buildcon, Omex city, jaipur ajmer express highway, jaipur.)

      I done a recharge of 7 (unlimited night Internet) two times. Money detucted but my plan not activated when I complaint according this on 198. the customer care operator, he told you don't active any plan. but I receive the confirmation flash message. I activate again, but also second time its not working.customer care operator give me wrong information, and cut my call also blocked my call. when I m call on 198 its not work.you also verifying this after listen the recording which is done by videocone.my call time between 1:00 am to 1:20 please action on this and inform me.

        Dear Videocon I am proud buyer of Videocon double door refrigerator, bought on 28th Oct 2014. The product details are below and is bought by me from Easyday store from Gurgaon. 4 days back the compressor got faulty and I accordingly logged in complaint with service centre with complaint no PUN[protected] Within hours the service guy came to my place and said the compressor needs replacement and since the refrigerator is in warranty, the compressor will be replaced for free and gas charging to be paid which is equal to Rs 1800. and 450 visit charges. I agreed for it and though its clearly mentioned on the refrigerator that model is year 2012 and serial number also belongs to 2012 still i need to provide the bill copy. I showed the bill copy to him, which is not read clearly since the thermal printer was used to print the bill 2.5 year back. The service guy said the numbers are visible and hence the warranty can be availed and he asked me to submit scanned copy Next day i get a call saying that even though model is for year 2012 and serial number is also for year 2012, the free compressor replacement can not be done since the bill scanned copy is not clear. which was a surprise to me, i told him that physically the bill can be read but scanned copy is not so you can take the bill with you, to which he says he has to send only scanned copy for free compressor replacement hence even though original bill is clear they want clear scanned copy. Later also for gas charging the customer care told me that gas replacement is 750 and not 1800 which service centre is demanding me. Please look into it, I am currently in pune and i bought this product from Gurgaon hence getting duplicate bill is not possible for me.           Hello sir/madam... I had complaint about my lcd tv... They had visited my place n change the mother board of my lcd tv.. They had not given me the bill n had taken extra amount .. Bill was 2800 rupees and they had taken 3800 rupee. I had made this complaint in nov.. Till now no bill was received by me... Service center name is 'Ramakrishna'. they are also not receiving my cal..

            On 1/3/2015 I had purchased a new sim ([protected]) with 60rs talk time and after 4 days they deducted a balance of rs10 for no reason. I had talked to their customer care they even did not responded properly and put my no. in their reject list...
            customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

            I had recharged my number with Rs. 250 / - in which there supposed to be unlimited free calling from Videocon to Videocon. but after using this recharge for only 120 minutes, recharge facility was over. after getting confirmation from Videocon customer care I got to know that 3000 minutes were to be given for free calling but instead of that only 120 minutes were used for calling,

            the customer care executive told that I have recharged my number with two more recharges but I didn't use this number yesterday.

            kindly confirm why this facility was over before time and usage of talktime or resume the same.

              we purchased videocon vap243I in the year 2012, till 2014 decemebr the fridge worked fine but in december 2014 suddenly the fridge stopped cooling, registered the complaint with customer care and they attended after one day and resolved the issue by changing a small circuit located near the left side of the compressor and then problem resolved, they charged around 700inr for that part.As we are from another nearby location the service guys took money additionally even though they said free service would be done by the company during customer care conversation, again in feb 2015 fridge stopped cooling the same way, this time i requested the service guys at vijayawada to attend and repair the fridge, even though its been just 2 months when they last serviced, again the same problem cropped up but the service center people were arrogant and proloned /avoided attending the call, they kept like that 4 days and as refrigerator is the neccessity i got mine repaired with the help of lg service technicians at my place, this time also the same part which videocon guys changed earlier got spoiled but to my dismay the lg technican sourced the original one and just took 50 inr for the brand new same component, where the videocon people charged 700inr and service charges extra.Also the videocon people after my first service repeatedly called me to take AMC (annual maintance for arond 1100inr which i denied ), my earlier lg refrigerator worked 12 years without giving a single problem, but this videocon within 2 years started giving trouble, the refrigerator quality is of very poor standard and not at all acceptable compared to the competition and who would buy an AMC for 1100inr that too for each year when the fridge itself costs around 13-15k inr, disgusting experience with videocon, i never recommened anyone to buy their products, they are of inferior quality and cant be matched with the other Indian player like Godrej or their korean n japanese counterparts Byebye videcon stop selling AMC and robbing customers. try to make good quality products I used to have videocon RC14 2 in One tape recorder during my childhood its the best at that time toshiba was behind videocon now this company is really nothing at the technology front its my mistake buying their product again trusting their brand i even using videcon d2h HD the interface of which is pretty slow and i m not gonna use any videocon services from now onwards Bubye videcon

                  Dear Cunsumer Forum, On 21st of Feb 2015 I have made a top up recharge of 60/- on mobile no: [protected]. Offer was 60/- FTT but still after 10 hrs of recharge rest amount had not credited yet. At the time of recharge Rs 50.40 was credited instantly but Rs 9.40 promo balance had not credited. Before making the recharge I have got this offer by dialing *121# under "Apki best offer subsection". I thave talk with customer care and also I have send mail on 121 <[protected]@videocon.com> but they have responded clearly about the problem but they have told me that - "Thank you for writing to us. We acknowledge receipt of your mail. Please allow us 24 hours to get back to you."

                        Dear Sir, My name is Amit Agrawal and i am using videocon telecom service since one year. I have suffered many times with your services at last i am typing here complaint. I had recharged my no. ([protected]) with 189 rupees in this plan i got videocon to videocon total free for 21 days at 4th fab 2015. But you have automatic Re-Top up my no with any plan in that you convert my all Videcon to videocon call with 35 Paisa/min at 5th fab 2015 without any intimation and without any demand and you started cutting amount from my main account balance. At 11 fab i got a message that your acc balance is below 5 ruppes. for knowing the cause i called helpline no. 198 and they give me all the information i.e mention above and he assured me that it will resolved till 13 fab 2015 9 am. But after that i again made call to them but they didn't resolved my problem i have also faced such problems ago but now its over. I want de-activate your overlap plan and re activate my plan and extant it for upcoming 21 days as well as i want my balance back that they had deducted from my main account by froudly activate the unwanted plan.                           Dear Madam / Sir, This is to inform you that I buy a "videocon vju40fh 39 LED TV" at Andheri east on 31st Jan. 2015 which will delivered at my home on 2nd Feb. 2015. Till now the Videocon DTH provider is not coming to my home for the installation. When I received a call from Videocon DTH provider; I call him on Saturday. I call again & again did not not come. Sunday they will again call me; at that time I was not at home. I told you come by 4-5 pm. They refuse me. I told that you will suppose to come on Saturday. They told me; Aapko kisne call kiya tha malum nahi. But main aaj call kar raha hu. Then I called Vijay Sales at Andheri east yesterday the lady commit me by Monday he will come.                                 I have purchased one Vedeocon 6Kg TYPHOON PLUS VS60B11-DMU semi automatic top load washing machine, by online process through Snapdeal as per Order No. [protected] & Suborder No. [protected] Dated 31.12.2014. The name of the Seller, as endorsed over the invoice issued by Bluedart Surface was NAVEEN ELECTROTECH PVT LTD, of H-4/4, Model Town-II, New Delhi, Pin 110009. It was delivered to my residence on 09/01/2015. While commissioning the same it was found that water selector knob is non-operative, i.e water supply is coming into both drains at a time, irrespective to its selection of either TO WASH or TO SPIN. We reported the fact to your Service Centre, and they expressed that it is a manufacturing defect and should be taken up with Authorities only, as it is not covering the warranty condition of purchase through on-line.                                   I have been trying since 7-8 months to get my refrigerator fixed. But no success, I paid 2-3 times for service and repair but no success. Bad product from bad company. Not happy wastage of money, guys anyone reading this please do not buy videocon products.

                                        Respected sir, I have a videocon prepaid mobile connection No.[protected]. Yesterday evening i.e. 12.1.15, I have a main balance of Rs. 49/- and also have data plan in my above said mobile number. but, at about 8PM, when i checked my balance, i had shocked to see that my main balance alongwith data plan are shown as nil. On today i.e. 13.1.15, when i called your customer care executive, he had not given me the satisfactory reply and never gave any information about the deduction of my balance.
