Sir, 1. I have purchased Videocon LED model VJU40FH-HXAF inbuilt with DDB vide sl. no.[protected] on dated 05.08.2014 fro M/s Vijay Sales, Pitampura, Delhi-110034 vide invoice V.No. 71-DPR08-14SIADNF-20 Dated 05.08.2014. Since I have purchase this LED I am suffering from sleepless nights due to high blasting noise from this LED during start and specially in night after shut off this LED. So many complaints have been registered but most of the time they closed the complaint without any visit at my home (visited only 03-04 times) without rectifying the fault. I am very depress due to improper sleeping and suffering from depression & stress and unable to execute my work properly at office. Kindly do needful immediately replace this LED to live my life in batter way. 2. During purchase of this LED 02 years extended warranty was offered by this company but when I had requested for extended warranty they have refused. They said it was to be registered within one month from the date purchase even I have requested within one month. Kindly look into the matter & 02 year extended warranty may me provided to me.     An engineer attended a service call to check the faulty washing machine of Videocon, fully automated, purchased 4 years back. The engineer informed that we need to buy a spare that may cost about Rs.6, 500! and we paid him Rs.1, 000 as advance to get the spare and received a receipt no. HYD 14 028918 dated 14.10.2014. Later he informed that spare is not available with Videocon!! We bought LG washing machine looking at the poor service backup and requested Tek Care to return the advance and still waiting to get back the advance!       The drier and drainage of videocon K60ZDX semi washing machine is not working since two weeks. I had approached individual machanic but no body be able to repair the machine. Hence sir, kindly depute or give me address to whom I approach to repair the fault.

        Dear Sir, I having a fully automatic front loaded washing machine of Videocon from last three years. some of month before my machine was not working, after that i called to customer care on the dated 28th july 2014 and next day a service engineer was come to my home, after checking the everything he told us the circuit board is not working so it may change and gone from my home with circuit board of that machine. sir problem is that, after several time called to customer care or service engineer or responsible all managers till my machine is not working condition. Last fifteen days to continue i applied to customer care, service engineer or respective all managers, please give me my circuit board as it is the condition that also not handed over to me. Overall, till i harassed from customer care, service center, service engineer and all respective manages. Please help me to get the new circuit board from Videocon washing machine.

            Very very very poor company .
            The manager of videocon service centre ( mb - [protected] ) says to me that after 2 years if your product is not working then our service engineer will take 200 rs from you and he will not repare your product due to unavailability of parts. And he also says that you can put your product in dustbin and purchase new videocon tv.
            Shame to this company.

                Dear Sir Before I Purchase the model, I was aware about the Diwali Offer from Vediocon website/news paper then i visited the Patra Electronic Bermunda Bhubaneswar for Purchase. My Purchase 32" LED Model IVCF2A is coming with off 5 year Warrently + Money back guerantee insurance for LED TV purchase Price + 1 year personal insurance + one Tab. As per process mentioned in newspaper / vediocon website for availing 5 year Warrenty i.e Post delivery on 20/10/2014 & installation on 22/10/2014, i have done the registration on 24/10/2014 for availing 5 year warrenty but till now its already 10 th day of registration, no body has visited to my home & i have not received 5 year warrenty Doc. Requesting to Check why vediocon is providing worst quality of service to customer. Provide my benefit immediately.                       Respected Sir, Its more than one week drainage is overflowing in mian road of Virugambakkam. the resolution is not done on permenant basis, This may lead to ground water pollution and cause for many disease. Since the drainge is overflowing this causes breeding of Mosquitos and many people are forced to walk on drainage water which leads to infection and disease, I request you to visit the place and publish in news paper (opp to Chandra Mall Virugambakkam)

                        I have purchased a Videocon VT60H12 Digi Gracia Prime 6 Kg Top Load Fully Automatic Washing Machine. It suddenly stopped working today. The service center bearing the Mumbai phone number[protected] asked me from where I have purchased the product.I told them that it is purchased online, either from Flipkart or Snapdeal. The executives (I called twice and both replied in the same manner) denied straightaway mentioning that products bought from Snapdeal would not be serviced here, without giving any further explanation. I requested them to let me speak to their senior and they transferred a call to someone called as Harjeet, but he did not pick the call at all. Can I please seek your help because it is a real pain not being able to use the washing machine, and doing the task by ourselves? I thank you very much in anticipation!                           I have been active d2h customer from April 2013 - Oct 2014 availing long term recharge of the highest available package, however the service offered in return has been deplorable to say the least, My last complain Ref SR 26874561 was closed with no action. I had issues with their product & service from the very 1st week after activation and did not ever get resolved completely till I lost faith in the product and requested for a cancellation of my subscription due to frequent service disruption caused by Hardware failure and other service related issues, I have had more than 9 STB and other components replaced in the last 18 months o[censored]se. My subscription was terminated on the 28th Oct 2014 with a assurance that the refund will be processed, briefly mentioned the points discussed over the phone below. 1. Full refund of the account balance as on 28/09/2014 around Rs.5545 after any adjustments. 2. Refund of Rs.390 collected in cash by the service technician for the LNB and service charges collected ref SR 26193514, it has prior escalation not addressed by d2h. 3. Refund for the cost of the STB, Dish and the Initial Installation charges as the product has been of poor quality coupled with service. The representative recommended me to transfer the STB to a relative or friends name as I have purchased it, I denied the same and informed him that the focal reason for the poor ownership experience has been the poor quality HW & Software and refused to sell a defective product to someone else. 4. Transaction report from the day connection was activated to the day it was deactivated for my reference and review as this is not available on the website just to confirm that there is no fudging of funds in the a/c. I had a surprise visitor to my residence from D2h on 2/10/2014, he presented a bank cheque valued Rs 4300 and wanted to take back the STB and Dish, I asked him how they had arrived at the refund amount, he had no explanation I again briefed him of the conversation I had with the representative from the head office prior to his visit, he again assured me that he will get back with all the required information and cost break-up and left. It has been over 20 days with no progress, I have made numerous attempts to contact d2h via twitter, email addressing the nodal office and Customer care but have been ignored.                             I have purchased Videocon A 53 mobile with IMEI number [protected] from PAYTM.COM, I got this mobile delivered on 15.09.2014 but on inserting SIM the screen of mobile goes blank and mobile does not responded for which I have called customer care number and they suggested me to submit mobile at nearest Service center. I submitted my mobile at Om Sai Enterprise, Charbagh, Lucknow on 18.09.2014 with Job number VASCUPE028J35, staff of service ceneter was very rude and Mr. Abhishek Johari(Mobile Number [protected]) was specially very informal and rude to deal customers. He told me to collect new mobile after 7 days, for which I again visit service center after 7 days but they told me that my mobile has not been replaced it will take another 3 days. Similarly every week they told the same story and I have to visit every week, after 25 days I decided to call customer care and complaint regarding this issue for which they assure me that my issue will be resolve within 24 hours with complaint number[protected]. But now even after 3 days they are again saying same thing that it will take another 3 days to respond to me query, i am really fed up of these things, have wasted lot of time and money in this scenario but still my problem is not solved yet. My set is in warranty. Kindly help me at the earliest.Mobile[protected]

                              It feels sorry to make you realise that you (Videocon Mobile) provide worst service to the customer. Videocon just produce a mobile and sell it in market, but don't have any strategy of providing services to the customer. Even the parts of latest Videocon smart phone which cost more than 10K(Ten Thousand INR) are not available. "Irritated" with Videocon Mobile and its services. Videocon mobile "Murdabad" I would advice every consumer to not purchase Videcon mobile. A advice to Videcon Mobile is just to shut down this so called Company. Yours Irritated Customer

                                Hi, I had given a complaint of the product ''Videocon VT65C18'' by which I am facing numerous problems from the date of purchase and have been complaining the same repeatedly to you. With reference to your customer care I have been clarified that the product is still under warranty and can be replaced. I had requested for a replacement of the product as I am frustrated with the behaviour by your concerned department. The complaint which I had lodged 2 days earlier, is closed without any information from your end and you guys are asking for a feedback for the worst service given. I had spoken many times with your customer care and they are not at all concerned to listen full also and they say we have lodged a complaint and they will get back at the earliest. Post 24 hours without any visit I am getting feedback from your end. I request you to replace the same at the earliest. I don't need your concerned team which is not at all concerned about solving the problem once and for all visiting my place and having a check with the same and asking me to call them personally, if I face any issues again with the product and not to launch a complaint.                                   Hi I am Mehrun Nisa of 63/H/1 Madan Mohan Burman Street Kol 700007, mobile no [protected]. I bought a double door refrigerator of videocon from Capital Electronics Ultadanga branch in cash, one year back for 16000.00 Please note since d tym d product was delivered we have been constantly chasing one after the another complaints. The day product was delivered it had a broken door handles nd d rubber grip n d door ws coming out. We immediately highlighted d same with the shop owner and dey sent a local electrician who pasted the hand door with fevi quick and d rubber grip with both side tape. Its been just one year and now the refrigerator stopped cooling.since d product is out of warranty now we consulted a local shop repairing electrician who informed us that the product delivered was not good at all and it ws damaged nd the reason for not cooling was dat d product ran out of gas. So we had to shel out 1000.00 rupees extra from our pocket to refill the same. Hence please confirm did we actually made a mistake by trusting the relaunched videocon product or is it our fate?

                                    I have purchase the Refrigerator in May-2013, within 3month the Refrigerator is making noise and no cooling. Once the service man has come to our place for repairing & charged 1200/- but still the problem exist. Now a days the noise is very loud and no cooling at all. Please help. Videocon product is not worth and the service man is charging unnecessary for the new Refrigerator.                                         I am writing this mail to bring into your kind knowledge that we got the videocon frost free eco cool refrigrator model VAP243 year 2010 frost free refrigerator two years back from your dealer in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh. After few days we bought it we started facing issues with it like there was no auto cut and neither it was getting frost by itself the entire water was running down inside the fridge. So we called videocon shimla service centre and they gave us a visit repaired the fridge but did not gave us the visiting slip that who visited and what did they checked for, as my mother was alone at home on being asked for it they answered that for the time being they are not carrying it and will give it to us later. But the problem was never resolved and we kept chasing them for the same. Then finally we got to know that the person who visited us for the first time has burnt the thermostat and the refrigerator can not be repaired know. Since than we are facing the same problem and are chasing them for the same, but we do not hold a record that your servicing person only did this. We were a loyal videocon customers but know we feel that we are totally ignored and not taken care off.As I am chasing your team from last four months for this issue.
