    I have been a loyal customer of your brand for the past 10 years, I have time and again received great service at your mart which is one of the main reasons to buy your products., I have purchased a LCD 32’’TV model # IVA32HM on 18th February, 2013 from J.R.Agencies at Thruvottiyur -Chennai-19. But to my surprise, on the date of 25th April, 2014. I got some problem with my TV and I get repaired it on 28th April, 2014 with the Amt 3300 /- through S.P.S.Electronics, old washermenpet, Chennai-21. And I came to know that my TV’s Power supply board has been replaced. But it was shocking for me that my TV got the same problem again. And it was repaired on the date of 20th September, 2014 Amt 1500 /-. In addition to this I had got some false allegation that my power supply was not right, it was also extremely inappropriate. I was so upset by the situation and shocked at that accusation that I left without having the issue resolved. I was at the receiving end of some very poor service at your service center. On the said date. I was appalled at such behavior, I hope you would look into the matter, and make sure such an incident is not repeated. Your company has been known to provide good services, and such events tarnish the company name, so please address this issue soon. Here with I have attached all the appropriate documents for your reference. I feel very disappointed with this interaction, as I usually enjoy my experiences at your services.       Hello there, Being a trusted brand in India, Videocon has so many customers, but why is the customer service so poor? Our LCD 32" television was dead all of a sudden, and we called the authorized customer service. A service person had come to check the TV, and told us that the board needs to be replaced. Rs.900/- was charged from us the same day and he said, it may take one week for the board to arrive. Unfortunately we trusted the agent and the company who sent him, but there is no trace of them after that day. We have been calling them numerous times and the reply is always "it will be done in one or two days". It is more than one month now that we are waiting for our TV to be repaired. Every time we call, we are directed to some other mobile number, but the result is the same—NIL This is an unbelievable irritating situation where even authorized service centres do this kind of cheating. How would customers go to these people, if situation arrives? It would have been so better if we asked some local mechanics to do the service. Only because our bad luck, I would say, we wanted the "so-called trusted" service from the company. They should at least have the courtesy to call back and say that this long delay will happen. I have lost trust in this brand called VIDEOCON. Hope some action would be taken in this regard; else we will be forced to take further action.         I bought Videocon WM VT78c32 Washing machine from “VIJAY SALES, Pitampura, Delhi” on 05th may, 2014. So, according to this, it is hardly 4 months that I bought this machine and the problem with machine has started. Initially, problem started with non-spinning (no drying of clothes). Engineer came and unable to resolve it. He took nearly 45 mins and played with buttons and said its now okay and working fine. Highly unprofessional. (seems to be a trainee guy.) PS: Why trainee kinda guy? Just because my machine is under warranty and u won’t earn any penny out of it? That’s why you send a kid trainee. The very next day, problem was still there; but with another new problem. Problem now was the machine was giving some weird noises and E3 error. Again some another engineer came, he sounded so strange and suspicious. I was all alone in the house and that engineer named, Sameer, was talking all [censored]s and so rubbish with me. And he started saying “YEH AISA HI HOTA HAI”??? What does that mean now?????? You keep such untrained engineer employees???????? Then again, machine was not working properly. Then came some another engineer. He took an hour and repaired (from his point of view); though it wasn’t still okay. Machine was still giving false noises and all types of error: E3, E4. Next day, those same engineers (trainee guy and suspicious guy) came and go for twice. The last engineer (kid trainee kinda guy) came and he was also unable to resolve it. He rather damaged the machine more. Previously it was in that state that it can at least wash the clothes; but now machine is in a useless state. Totally a dump now. Does not work at all and it is shaking so loud that seems earthquake is coming. SO NOW….. MY PROBLEM IS WITH VIDEOCON SERVICE POLICY. YOU SAY “COMMITTED TO YOU, COMMITTED TO NATURE” ; THIS IS WHAT YOU COMMIT TO CONSUMERS???? Moreover, I’m a working women and I had to take daily off just because of repair of machine. But none of the engineers was successful? Will you pay for my leaves in the office? Till now machine is not ok. I had called to head office also at :[protected]. Here also, a guy committed to me that it will be fixed. And at the last moment he told, it won’t fix today, I have to wait for another day. What is this? This is not done at all. Do I take daily leaves from my office? Will you allow your employee to take leaves daily? I JUST WANT A REPLACEMENT OF THIS MACHINE. THAT’S IT..!!! I want a quick response now.

                  I have videocon led tv vjw32hh...32 inch led tv...all is good but when when white scene comes...i see white circles everywhere on screen...what should i do...? There no circles in dark scene...only on white screen... This fault is very annoying when watching football or cricket...

                    Hello sir/ madam, My name is Bahuleyan kamblikkal, has been purchased a Videocon washing machine, model -WM SA 63 CG. Since last year I am experiencing frequent trouble with the timer of my washing machine. I have replaced timer 3 times with a cost of around 900 RS including service charge 450RS each time. but the timer is not surviving even 5months, I have already notified this probelm to the serviceprovider, but they told me that the timer is having only 3 months guarantee period. i am very disappointed due to the inconvenience, cash loss, and poor service from your service provider. the machine cost me only around 7000 RS but I have already spent more than half of its cost just on a simple and cheap part, a timer. If i had purchased a local part or machine, I would strongly believe that will survive at least 6 months, but a prestigious company like videocon can't guarantee its part more than 3 months then why should we rely on this company. I would like to have a proper solution and hope you would consider my complaint with in the right sense and proper seriousness. if I don't get what i suppose to get from your side as a consumer, i would be forced to take this further. hope to read from you soon with a solution thanks and regards Bahuleyan, K.                           I Amandeep Singh was used the service of Videocon GSM Mobile No. [protected]. Due to poor service of the company, number of time a send email to the respective company. But when i did not find any sufficient solution from them I make a decision to disconnect all the services of the said number. For which I went to the office of your company in Ludhiana and surrendered my GSM Sim and also I paid my dues to them. They also gave a receipt for the payment and I signed the Disconnection/ Retention Form having Application Number 22298 on 24.06.2014. There I paid the full and final 390/- rupees bill for the same and got the receipt. But now they forced me to pay the bill for the said number. If i already registered for the disconnection for the Mobile Number and paid the dues than why should i again pay the bill. The receipt for disconnection and full and final payment which i made is attached herewith for your ready reference. Kindly look in the matter and give the instructions to the concerned official to nil my account and oblige. Thanking you

                            I purchased new videocon sim three days ago (Monday in AM) and till now my sim is not activated.

                            I am getting frusrated and not any idea for what to do now. I also approached to retailer for this but no any proper response from him. The retailer was told to call on 59059 for varification at 10PM (Monday) and I tried since 9PM but “Service Unavailable” notification is coming every time I called on 59059.

                            VERY POOR SERVICE FROM VIDEOCON PREPAID.

                                  Split Ac not cooling after the servicing

                                  Sir/Madam, In month of Jun to Aug'14, since AC was not cooling the room we made a complaint many times in these three months. Service person attended the issue, identified the some point and resolve it like cleaning. After rectification, filled gas it worked fine but within a week it stopped cooling. Since then we contacted them directly saying the issue till today no one attended the issue. AC have some problem due to which water comes inside...

                                  Sir i have purchased a videocon fully automatic washing in 2011 and since then it been working fine but in feb 2014 IT stopped working so I registered a complaint on the companies registered complaint number the engineer came and was unable to resolve the problem . He took the washing machine to the service centre and returned it after 15 days .on inquiring i came to know that PCB was replaced and they charged 3500 rupees for the same. It worked fine for two days and again stopped working . To my utter surprise the fault was same PCB not working. I registered the complain and engineer came after lot of heated arguments and discussion as they wanted to charge again for the visit and rectifying the fault. My issue is that when the washing machine is not working even after the fault rectification and that too same problem why i should be made to pay again and again... had the nature of complain be different I would have paid for the visit and fault rectification. I will be highly grateful to you if this issue could be resolved as soon as possible.                                       Dear Sir/Madam I purchased a Videocon refrigerator 235 lit Model no.VAE 243 from Pune on 10 March 2012 because of past experience of previous good and dependable product. I am sorry to share with you that within 2 years &3months of careful use the same developed its first defect in July 2014.Complaint no. PUN [protected] was lodged and after lot of effort & persuasion the same was repaired & delivered after almost 20 days to a month at a cost of Rs 3000=00.The reason of defect was a new looking defective part. I was made to pay for defective part, gas filling charge as well as service charges.To my horror after few days it developed defect again. On telephonic request it was attended to. Again in August 2014 within one month the refrigerator has stopped functioning. A fresh complaint has been lodged vide Complaint no. PUN [protected] on 18 Aug 2014 & again on 22 Aug 2014 vide Complaint no. PUN [protected]. An aproximate estimate given is about Rs 2000=00 because a new component has become defective.I fail to understand as to why a customer should be harrased by the company for not being able to deliver good quality product & also made to pay for replacement of successive defective parts and also service charges alongwith misc charges amounting to nearly 1/3rd of cost of a new refrigerator.                                       Hey I totally agree with you I surprisingly have the same mode fridge and I am experiencing the very same problem that you are facing. I shall take your advice and go in for a new fridge instead of trying to get the fridge repaired. Thanks for your review it helped.CHEERS !!!
