I bought Videocon WM VT78c32 Washing machine from “VIJAY SALES, Pitampura, Delhi” on 05th may, 2014.
So, according to this, it is hardly 4 months that I bought this machine and the problem with machine has started.
Initially, problem started with non-spinning (no drying of clothes). Engineer came and unable to resolve it. He took nearly 45 mins and played with buttons and said its now okay and working fine. Highly unprofessional. (seems to be a trainee guy.)
PS: Why trainee kinda guy? Just because my machine is under warranty and u won’t earn any penny out of it? That’s why you send a kid trainee.
The very next day, problem was still there; but with another new problem. Problem now was the machine was giving some weird noises and E3 error. Again some another engineer came, he sounded so strange and suspicious. I was all alone in the house and that engineer named, Sameer, was talking all [censored]s and so rubbish with me. And he started saying “YEH AISA HI HOTA HAI”??? What does that mean now?????? You keep such untrained engineer employees????????
Then again, machine was not working properly. Then came some another engineer. He took an hour and repaired (from his point of view); though it wasn’t still okay. Machine was still giving false noises and all types of error: E3, E4.
Next day, those same engineers (trainee guy and suspicious guy) came and go for twice. The last engineer (kid trainee kinda guy) came and he was also unable to resolve it. He rather damaged the machine more. Previously it was in that state that it can at least wash the clothes; but now machine is in a useless state. Totally a dump now. Does not work at all and it is shaking so loud that seems earthquake is coming.
SO NOW….. MY PROBLEM IS WITH VIDEOCON SERVICE POLICY. YOU SAY “COMMITTED TO YOU, COMMITTED TO NATURE” ; THIS IS WHAT YOU COMMIT TO CONSUMERS????
Moreover, I’m a working women and I had to take daily off just because of repair of machine. But none of the engineers was successful? Will you pay for my leaves in the office? Till now machine is not ok. I had called to head office also at :[protected]. Here also, a guy committed to me that it will be fixed. And at the last moment he told, it won’t fix today, I have to wait for another day. What is this? This is not done at all. Do I take daily leaves from my office? Will you allow your employee to take leaves daily?
I JUST WANT A REPLACEMENT OF THIS MACHINE. THAT’S IT..!!!
