I bought Videocon WM VT78c32 Washing machine from “VIJAY SALES, Pitampura, Delhi” on 05th may, 2014. So, according to this, it is hardly 4 months that I bought this machine and the problem with machine has started. Initially, problem started with non-spinning (no drying of clothes). Engineer came and unable to resolve it. He took nearly 45 mins and played with buttons and said its now okay and working fine. Highly unprofessional....

Sir/Madam, In month of Jun to Aug'14, since AC was not cooling the room we made a complaint many times in these three months. Service person attended the issue, identified the some point and resolve it like cleaning. After rectification, filled gas it worked fine but within a week it stopped cooling.
