Hi Videocon India, My name is Manoj Kumar and I had submitted my hand set VA75 which was in guarantee at Nu Tech Enterprises in Sector 35, Chandigarh on 16 dec, 2014 and got the job sheet no. VASCPB013J[protected] with estimated time 10 to 15 days. On 25 dec, 2014, I had word with customer care and got the complaint no.[protected] with information that your hand set VA75 will be delivered shortly. I had called after few days and got the response that your hand set VA75 has been sent to service center Nu Tech Enterprises in Sector 35, Chandigarh on 29 dec, 2014. But I am still waiting for the same. I have called many times at service center and at the customer care but didn't get positive response. Please let me know the status ASAP. Waiting for positive response from your side.

Dear Sir/Mam, I am ashutosh sharma raised complained of relocation regarding id[protected], d2h executive came and relocate the same id and taken cash money 250 for relocation and 150 for warranty extension, but they have not extend the warranty of this product. and they have deducted the money from id 89266758 for relocation(250 rs) and extended the warranty of this id without our complained of this id. kindly reslove this issue, regards, ashutosh sharma

Hi My name is Anurag Laldher . I had registered my complaint 3 weeks ago regarding my washing machine not working. The employee of service centre also came to see that, but what had he seen don't know because after 2 days it again stopped working. And we have called them more than 10 times from the day when our machine stopped working, but are not picking up our call, we are tired up of calling them. And the employee name Sonu whose mobile no. Is [protected] not picking our registered mobile no. And also not coming again to check our machine. Now you tell us what to do.

Dear I bought special no. from videocon my no. is [protected] as per they said that they have very good service but i'm unable to get any service from the company & the network is very bad, i have some snap shot regarding the same that network goes on emergency calls only & from yesterday i have lot all connection, it seems that there is no sim in the phone. Earlier i have launched a complaint & they said by 29th dec 2014 it got resolved & i got call from them & they saying that there is some issue regarding networks & i should wait for few time, if i have to wait then why should i pay the monthly rental if i'm unable to use the proper service. I gave my videocon tab VT 75-C to the service center(reboot services and solution) in trichy, tamilnadu, for improper sensitivity of touch. They file my number (compliant file number :) VASCTN028J261/261214. But they didnt rectify me the compliant. i gave my tab more than five times for the service till now i not get the solutions. Finally I gave my tab to service 9/12/2014. They didn’t rectify the problem, till now (30/12/2014) I wont get my tab return. For further detail if I call they didn’t response properly.

i wanted to go for consumer forums to complaint against the vediocon washing machine. if the spare parts are not available why should the cusotmers purchase a new product from at discount price. provide the spare parts or give an advertisement in the channles the same thing that if the spare parts are not there the customer should purchase a new product if any fualts in the machine

I bought a fridge from Videocon on 02.11.13.It was working fine.But after 1 month, problems started such as gasket problem and fridge was not working properly.Many complaints were lodged and got serviced by the company but the problems are still present. This problem should have been solved within the warranty period which is now over. So, now i have to get the problem solved by paying service charges. I would request the concerned Company manager / staff to look into this matter. I have purchase your LED 40" DDB on 13/10/14. I had registered my complaint on 06/12/14 ( Reference no. LUC[protected]).When i registered my complaint i got an sms( your service by Jitendra [protected].) He gave our tv report to Area sales Manager Mr Prashant [protected]. When i talk to Prashant, he said that part is not available so he had made purchase order of defective part & will come with in 4 days 11/12/14... & he will return my tv on 15/12/14, , but he hasn't took any action regarding my complaint & now today his wording was call me after 2 hrs, after 2 hours he was not recieved my call or not giving any reply to me. I had purchased LCD 32 inches in may 2013 and after 1 year issue in screen after complaint service engginear came and he told me that this is the issue with all the LCD's of Videocon and he was not able to tackle the issue so i m throughing thi LCD. Videocon is worst TV so i am awaring all the peoples don't take TV from Videocon.

Dear sir Videocone wasing machine model no WMVS65H12GWA Sr no[protected] is not working since date of purchase ie 28/2/2014 I made many complains to compony everytime their engineer come and repair it but despite of many repairs the condition is same yet its not working. res. sir /madam i recharge my videocon no. [protected] by amount Rs. 125 by using my canera bank debit card on[protected]. But i did not get any balance however amount is deducted from my accont.This is very serious issue. so solvbe it quikly.

I have purchased a Videocon LED TV (LED VIDEOCON VKC24HH) from trivandrum Nandilath G Mart on 19-Dec-2013 (invoice number: TVM15264)after a 4 months its board has complained and i sufferrd nearly 1 month to get it repaired from service centre. Now the problem is started before a couple of days no picture is showing in tv only sound. Approched the service centre they told me that spare is not with them you have to wait. What am i suppossed to do. I am tottally disturbed by this product

Three months back we given complaint to service centre of Videocon in Viajayawada such as using the semi-washing machine (Model No-6000 capacity 6Kgs) there some sound arise and immediately we stopped the power off and rectify the problem and repair it. They sent your service engineer after repeat of our remainders one fine morning and in spite of repair the machine they broke the gear box holding place and simple they said it is not possible to repair and if you want get repair it will be cost around INR 5000/- . Actually it is working condition machine but they break it beyond repairable. Please do justice other wise we approach consumer forum. We had purchased Videocon Home Appliances and Electronics refrigerator on 26th December 2012. Model No - VAP204PV, Serial No - 2371. There was a fire in our house on 29th October because of the refrigerator and our entire floor was burnt. The refrigerator has been reduced to ashes and there was a lot of collateral damage too. The service center and the HQ representatives came to check the damage on 27th November'14. All that we were told initially was that "It's all in the hands of God"!!! They said such instances have happened even with a Whirlpool fridge! They were supposed to call us back on Friday. We have still not received any calls since then!!! We are surprised that such a reputed organisation does not even show interest in understanding what caused the refrigerator to catch fire. Their customer service is pathetic, to say the least. The fire could have been fatal for our family. We can’t keep waiting indefinitely just to hear back from the customer care. We don't have an option but to escalate the issue to the necessary level and to ensure that none of our contacts ever buy any Videocon product.

I renu kumari urge you to give me justice . I purchased a videocon washing machine on 30/5013 . Model no. Vs62d12 from kohinoor electronics hazaribag. For last 40 days i am being cheated by videocon engineers, they charge me for checking the machine. According to them motor is not working. They told me that my warranty card covers 2yrs on motor.But due to serial no. Not visible in machine. They asked to pay rs. 1800/- to replace the motor.
I am the sufferer. I need justice.What should i do tell me.Please.
