Sir I had purchased a Videocon washing machine on 18.10.2013. Soon after the machine stopped working. We made a complain but the machine was not improved up to the mark and it showed the same problem as it was earlier. After that we made complain more than 25 times but still no heed was paid. And the machine is still lying dead as a useless junk. And its under Warrenty. So sir I request you to look into the matter and take necessary action against the company Thanking you sir Pratik

    Dear sir, i bought videocon vt75c calling tab on[protected] from our local dealers (Roadway Mobile Kohima, Nagaland). From the date of purchase it gets hot while charging or playing games, i complaint this matter to one of the salesman but he said that he had no idea about this and said that these days many customer too complaint about their product getting hot while charging .On 22nd of june i just couldn't switch on my tab, i tried everything i could but it just wouldn't turn on. So, again i complaint about this to them and they directed me to charge my tab connected to computer using the USB cable. I did that but the USB cable turned out to be a fake one which came with the package. I bought new a USB cable and charger from the market and tried it but nothing works. I gave the tab for repairing to the dealer since it was under warranty but, after a month they say that i have to pay a certain amount of cash in advance as the warranty doesn't cover repairing of internal parts. Iam confused and wants to know what kind of damage does the warranty cover? I think the company should look into my case and help me out. And please note that my husband is using HCL me connect tab with no complaint since November 2013 and i'm using Nokia Lumia 630 quite well.My imei is [protected].

      I bought Videocon DDB LED 32inch TV from Adishwar Store Hosur Road, Bangalore in Oct -2013. My customer id[protected]. In March I found two thin lines on the display and complaint [protected],[protected] has been raised and Technician from service center analysed and confirmed that it’s a hardware problem and need to replace the panel. He took all the sales receipt and few pics of the TV to order for new panel and said that process will take two months. But however even after two months I didn’t hear anything form the technician nor from service center. When I tried calling local service center they refer me to call technician and he asks me to call someone and loop continues and no one helps in this. In the mean time I had raised couple of complaints and work orders are raised 24451604,[protected],[protected] which are closed without confirming me.

          My name is suresh kumar, i got this videocon Mobile model# A15+, like 7 months back, since day one i was having problem it, every month i have to go to the serervice center wh ich is 35 Kms away from myhouse, i realy want to know what can be done with this Mobile, i got 1 year showroom warranty, but when i go to the showroom, they ask me to go to the service center, i go to the service center they will keep the phone with them repair it and it will work for a day or so and it will happen again, it freezes on the videocon logo, Iam realy febup with it, i uses internet on it and it goes down, SO CAN ANY ONE HELP ME ON IT, TO REPLACE IT OR NOT..

            On 2nd Sep. 2013, I bought a Videocon Phone A55 HD of Rs. 12274.00. (Invoice # 2013-14/D & O/4725). After 6 months of my usage the mother board got dead and I called Videocon Customer Care to inquire about the service center in Gurgaon. They told me they have a Service Center in gurgaon with the name os Shikha Communication, Shop # A6, 1st Floor, Devi Palace, Opp. Raj Cinema, Old Delhi Road, Gurgaon (Haryana).. Name of the Owner is Arun. I visited here on April 26th and the owner told me that he needs to submit my phone and need to send it across to Videocon company for the change of the defaulted part (Mother Board). He gave me an invoice # 312 (Phone IMI # [protected]). Since then I am running behind these guys to get my phone. It's more than 3 months now and till now I haven't got my phone yet. I am continues touch with Videocon Customer Care as well (Complaint Numbers[protected] &[protected] but even those guys are good for nothing.. customer care dosn't even bother whether the things and the complaints are getting resolved or not. On the other hand side the Service Center guys are pathetic.. Every time I am calling or visiting them they are giving me some new dates for the follow up. One of the employee with Shikha Communication - Ishwar he gave a committment that they will deliver my phone by July 25th and and when I called today (July 31st) he said now Shikha communication stopped working for Videocon and they do not have the status for my phone. I again called in customer care and one of the floor supervisor (Rohit) said he do not have the status available.. now I am left with no choice except going in Consumer court.               Sir
              I have a videocon vt75c tablet, unfortunately the touch pad of the tablet braked. I gave the same to nearest service station on 12/06/2014 and gave anadvance of rs1000/-. But upto day (30/07/2014). My complaint not rectified i buythe same on 21/10/2013 andon warranty perioed. I am ready to pay but not rectify my complaint after a long period this make alot of inconvinience and lose to me. I need compensation for the same.

                  Dear all, Appliance : Washing Machine Model No. : VS 65 KPGL 6.5 KG Purchase Date : 03/01/2012 Dealer : Shreeji Electronics Location : Nadiad Within Warranty Period Machine stop working 4 times, Reason - Capacitors not working - changed, Motor Not functioning - Changed. After Warranty Period problems are still going on. In latest machine stop working . two person from a your authorized service center (Happy Service Center) taken a flying visit and told motor needs to be replaced charged Rs. 300 and go away within 10 minutes. Our neighbor having washing machines from several years of different companies they are not facing a single problem, Why in Videocon within warranty period problem arrived and now again and again.                     Hello, This is with reference to the complaint no. DEL[protected] logged on 20 July regarding "No cooling" in Split AC. Initially engineer from "Perfect Solution" - Janak Puri visited & without taking pain to probe the cause of gas leakage, they refilled the gas & charged me for Gas refill & service charges & complaint got closed. But next day same problem persist again for which I got the complaint re-opened. After several calls the customer care engineer came after 2 days & after inspection told me that there is leakage in the cooling coil in the indoor unit so they need to take this to their workshop. From last 3 days I am tired of calling the service center and vendor "Perfect Solutions" but all in vein. No action is taken yet. Can you please look in this matter urgently & do required escalations to resolve this? Also the behaviour of the Vendor "Perfect Solution" is not at all satisfactory & rude. The company should keep check on the kind of services extended by their vendor's as it affects the company reputation and name. Thanks Karan Sethi [protected]

                        This Is Regarding Comp No-Ban[protected]..regarding videocon refrigerator...On 8th Of July I Had Registered A Complaint...And Till Now I Din Get Any Response...After Making Millions Of Call Finally On 13th One Person Came To Check The Fridge Took The Money And Went Saying That He Will Come The Next Day To Fix It..But He Never Came Back..Tried Speaking To Cusomer Care 4 Times...But No Help..Spoke To Several People In Global Solutions But Din Get Any Help Except For Fake Promises That A Person Will Be Coming To Fix It..Again Spoke To Mr Harsha([protected]) Who Is Supposedley The Area Manager Dint Help Me..He Stopped Responding To My Calls..Again Spoke To Mr Harish([protected]) Who Is Supposedley The Head Manager Of Videocon In Bangalore, Did The Same Thing..Then A Guy Named Afroz([protected]) Had Come To Fix It And Promised Me That He Will Come Next Day To Fix It However Never Returned Back...And Had Called Almost 10-15 People But Everyone Turned Deaf Ears Towards Me...And Also Like To Inform That Its The Worst Service That I Have Got In My Entire Life...Pathetic...Actually Pathetic Is A Understatement For The Service Provided By Videocon..I Would Never Ever Buy Anything From Videocon And Would Never Allow Anyone From My Family Or Relatives Or Friends To Buy Anything From Videocon..

                                Hello Sir: My name is Anbu and my address is 6/32 B 2nd Cross, 6th Block, Rajajinagar, Bangalore-560010 and my telephone number is [protected]/[protected]. We deemed to be your esteemed customer from the past ages, recently experiencing a very bad service. We bought Videocon washing machine fully automatic some years back, it was working good, but suddenly experiencing the problems like not spinning while washing. I called to customer care and the technician came in, where in he told that the spinning plates are not available anywhere in bangalore and I have to wait at least three months for the spinning plate. By listening to that, I really got very astonished and disgrace and really felt bad about the company service not having the spinning plate (no where in bangalore) and he altered that plate only with the new "groo" and for one day it was spinning but the next day, the screw which connects the groo and plate broke into piece; and for this one day, I have given the service charge plus the groo charge of 1050, which is unacceptable and for the new plate, we have to wait for three months, which is not acceptable and how do we wash our cloths for three months. So, we deemed your extreme customer would politely request you to sort out our problem as soon as possible. If the problem is not sorted out ASAP, the lose the faith which we have kept on your concern. So please make this complaint as a high priority and sort out our issue and make us get rid of this issue. We trust you, that it will be taken into high priority.                                   This is to bring to your kind
                                  information the fact that the above refrigerator purchased from above
                                  company/shop is running faulty due to compressor problem as per your local
                                  representative mob. No. [protected].


                                  That in spite of my repeated request
                                  he is saying he would not be able to replace the compressor without warranty
                                  card which is unfortunately missing. That the matter is lingering for one
                                  month.


                                  That the other warranty card with
                                  company seal is stuck on my refrigerator. That I have bill/cash memo of the
                                  refrigerator also.


                                  That I have talked to your one more
                                  representative on mobile no. [protected] today itself but he is also refusing to
                                  replace.


                                  They say that company would not pay
                                  them for replacement unless we provide them warranty book. Now is it a crime if
                                  my warranty book is missing? Now what is the relevance of warranty card that is
                                  stuck on freeze even today? Now what is the relevance of bill that is with
                                  me?


                                  I hereby request you to kindly
                                  replace the compressor at the earliest as company has been taken over by you. I
                                  will feel sorry if I a m forced to go to the other right forums as well as take
                                  the help of media if I am further harassed for a rightful matter.

                                    Videocon retailers and whole sellers are good for you when you buy products from them but when it comes to the service and maintenance of there products after warranty they demand high charges for just only the field visit so that the customer himself should deny there service offer.. 3 years back i bought a videocon 32 inch LCD T.v and now due to some internal fault its display has gone and when i contacted the videocon service centre they demanded an amount of Rs.800 as service charges had Rs.300 as travel charges plus 36.5% tax and the charges for the part replace are different which have to be paid further. This is not all, for villages the amount goes over Rs.1500. I want to convey my message to videcon India that stop implementing these cheap strategies on customers otherwise you will loose all you good will and a maximum amount of customers. Kindly order your service staff to provide a service plan that can actually help customers like us and stop annoying us by these cheap strategies.

                                      Dear Team My product detail is given below IMEI [protected] VT85C-13W37-V1 I have been using this TAB since November 2013, but since the data of purchase am facing the charging issue. and the standby time is hardly 3hr max, within couple of month another issue started with charging. its not at all charging with the charger provided in the kit. i have approached the external service centre and get it fixed. now my tab is fully dead as it not even booting up. i tried doing hard reset. but its not working..                                         Dear Sir.

                                        I called again on 39404040 and your customer care executive refused to provide service he was saying company
                                        stopped the making Batteries and i will have to pay for everything and disconnected my call.

                                        Now i'm getting Frustrate with this product and Videocon's [censored]ing service.

                                        i will not pay a single rupee when my product is in under warranty and on warranty card there clearly mentioned Free Warranty till 30 Months. now solve the problem as soon as possible how could i take legal action
                                        against Videocon. because i have not much of time to wasting with your worst customer care executives.
                                        and this is not my fault that you stopped making product i purchased product because of service otherwise
                                        i can buy from other Good manufacturers. like Luminous or Exide.
