we have taken the fridge on 16/11/2011 from Gemini electronics, Kurla (w) Videocon refrigerator model no. VVP204 kp Sr no. 0448. The refrigerator has a manufacturing defect, the door doesn't get locked properly and also it stops cooling due to some ice formation in the freezer area and the refrigerator stops working. We have complaint from the second day of purchase to Mr. Shetty from Gemini electronics complaint niumber mum[protected] to replace the product. But we are not getting any responses from them. Is this the way Videocon company treat their costumers when they are not satisfied with the product. Videocon has very good name in the market but if this way the costumers money goes in vein then I will suggest everyone not to buy Videocon products....

I hope my complaint will be answered as soon as possible. This is what I believe from such a respected company like Videocon.

Videocon Refrigerator — Manufactureing Defect

Sir,
I have purchased one refrigerator on 23/10/2010 from Great Eastern Trading, Serampore, Cash memo no- SC/004426/10-11 model no-Videocon 233IH 235L REF SET amount Rs.10800/= From begining said refrigetor troubled me very much. 7 to 8 times service men has come from videocon service centre but the problem remain same. I think this is manufactureing defect. It is very regreatful that even no body has taken any action.
You are therefore requested to kindly do the needful and oblige.

    I brought Videocon Sim on November 2nd week i given proper id proof and photo but form 26.11.2011 onwards my outgoings calls was barred i contact videocon customer care service and told my complaints they reply to me my id proof is not received after that my id proof and photo is given my nearest retail shop and videocon distributor (Surya Technologies , Coimbatore) but still now not active my outgoing calls no one respond to me i complaint many time to videocon customer care service but the solution not provided please do the needful

      Dear Sir,

      I bought Videocon V1750 mobile handset last month and after using a month its touch screen started creating problem, at last it stops functioning, therefore I have submitted my videocon handset V1750 for servicing in there Authorized Service Center (Innovative Solution And Services) Bangalore.
      I had submitted my mobile on 5th Nov and till now I didn't received my mobile, whenever I am calling they are telling to wait for 2-3 more days, its already 23 days are passed still they are not able to say correctly when i will get my mobile.
      Yesterday when i called in Authorized Service Center (Innovative Solution And Services) they told me to contact Videocon Customer Support and gave me number[protected], first of all this number is not working, i tried calling multiple time and secondly when i submitted my mobile to Authorized Service Center (Innovative Solution And Services) then why should i contact to someone else, they have to answer me.

      I want my mobile as soon as possible.

        FAULTY HAND SET/ WORST CUSTOMER CENTER


        Dear Sir/Madam,

        I Have purchased a VIDEOCON Handset Mobile Phone vide Model No. V1605 in on dated 30.10.2011(Sr.NO.[protected] , [protected]) its a dual sim mobile. from MAA JWALA MOBILE COMMUNICATION, SHOP NO. 19/1, DOBLE STOREY, PREM NAGAR, JAIL; ROAD, NEAR TILAK NAGAR METRO STATION, NEW DELHI-110058.

        After 25 Days I am facing a lot of problem with the Mobile white Screening, Incoming & outgoing calls not display & Not Working Properly & Charging Problem.

        After that Facing the Problem i have Personally visit & complaint to the Maa Jwala Mobile Communication & he Guys is told me i have responsible for the Problems, only customer care center solve your problems & also told checking/Repairing the Mobile phone at Customer Care Center for Repairing .

        After That i have Personally visited at Customer Care Center Mr.Kulwant Singh (Mobile No. [protected]) , Shop No. 6169, Ground Floor, Opposite Metro Pillar No.375-376, Raja Garden, New Delhi-110 15. I told him about the Problem than he told me some parts are damage & broken, I have not Preparing the Handset Free of Cost & they are demanding the charges of Rs.1, 400/- (Rupees One Thousand Four Hundred) for Proper working the Mobile & also told me that is Faulty Mobile Handset given to you by "MAA JWALA MOBILE COMMUNICATION" & I am really shocked & Surprised. They also advised me to report to the same authorized dealer for changing the Faulty handset & issue new Handset. But dealer is not proper responding to me.

        I would like to request you please help me & do the needful to change the handset and take some stern action against the Dealer /Customer Care Center to provide me the justice.

        If required details of all relevant documents will be provided.

          My Videocon Washing machine (Digi Pacific) purchased around a year back went out of order within 1 years time. The Videocon service engineer attended the problem immediately - said it was a circuit (PCB) issue. They took the PCB for repair and its still to be repaired.

          Time elapsed = 3 months+
          In the meanwhile they came 3 times (after a gap of about 20-25 days each time) with a supposedly repaired PCB and went back because it did not work in my machine.
          Last they took my washing machine itself (as they wanted to perform some other tests on it). Moreover , they close the complaint# in their system even if the problem is not resolved.

          I had to follow up n number of times for updates. No information available with the customer service. They say "your complint is closed". When I call the local customer care people, they do not receive my calls when I tell my name. Seems like some game going on.

          One sincere request - PEOPLE PLEASE DO NOT BUY VIDEOCON WASHING MACHINES HENCEFORTH. I made a mistake and repenting for it.

            Hi,

            I have purchsed videocon mobile model number-V1705.From last 1 week it's keypad not working and now it has stop getting charged.we showed it in there service centre and he asked us that the mobile get's short circuit and it take more repair cost more than purchasing a new one.the mobile is in warranty period.Please let me know what to do.

            Videocon Mobile V1705 — False information

            PRODUCT STORY:
            I bought my videocon mobile handset V1705 for the purpose of a good camera i believed it had because of what all i read on their website and what i saw on the mobile device packaging which says.. 3.2 MP HD camera with LED flash. The quality however is AS BAD as cameras in mobile phones which first introduced camera in a mobile. It's way worse than my Sony Erickson's 2 mp camera phone which is a 4 year old model. Not just this, the software inside the phone is the same that we see in local chinese handsets and so is the music player.

            SERVICE STORY:
            Besides this, my memory card went bad in just 1 week o[censored]sage and the Customer service center said it would not replace it because it is not under warranty(although the packaging of memory card says it has a 5 year warranty). After trying the customer care number for 2 long days, (because they have just 1 line and it is busy always) i got through them and they informed all their service centres to start replacing faulty memory cards. Finally, i went to the service centre (NOTE that service centres are local shops which videocon uses, in my case it was a local mobile service canopy) and the person took my card and said a new one would come in 3-4 days and i would be informed when that happens. However, no1 called for a week and i finally called the service centre and the person said the card will come soon and i need not call them again and that he would only call me once it arrives. Another week passes and i call them now, but the service centre didn't pick their call. So i called the customer service number which happened to get connected within 10 mins this time. I asked them when my card would be sent to the service centre and he called the service centre and mentioned that the card was already there(Note that the service center guy never called to inform me). Now i could not go for 2 days because i was busy with office and the service center guy called me and started SHOUTING at me and was rude enough to make me feel regretful for buying a videocon mobile. He was rude and askmed me not 2 call customer care and to call him instead(NOTE that he didnt take his call 2 times when i called and then decided to go the customer care way). This was my experience with videocon and now i wish to sell of my new handset for as little as half the price i bought it for, so i never have 2 deal with these people again.

            Videocon Mobile V1705 — not suitable

            dear sir,

            I have baught videocon mobile v1705 in march....since first day it started the problems...it supports gprs but none of the operators like tata docomo, videocon sim card, have gprs settings for this mobile. moreover it has lots of battery discharging problems. i approached so many times to service centres for replacement but no reply.they are very careless and do not bother.
            I kindly request you to look into the matter.

            videocon mobile v 1705 — poor service

            I baught a videocon mobile ph. V1705 two months back. It has some problems from the day on... when i tried to contact he customer service they did not respond..then i my self contected the nearest videocon service center(Authorised). They told me this problem will take 4-5 days as we do not have the parts and it will come from the company. I though my mobile will be alright and i left my mobile. I went back after 5 days the mobile was in the same condition and they told me that we have repaired your mobile. I trusted them and took my mobile. Then i realised that the problems persists. This is a case of customer trust. They did not worked on it. Service center name is Ambe Electronics Sector 18. Infront of CS Mall.

            Please help the need full as i am fed up calling them and no responce is from their side....

                I am Santosh Pattnaik from Bhopal having problem with outgoing getting message insufficient balance.

                I have Videocon GSM card no. [protected]. I had balance Rs 350.00 suddenly outgoing stopped not getting any message. While calling also call was not happening and closing. On second while call getting messages you don’t have sufficient balance. Before complain i have recharge Rs 100.00 as unable to call to customer care for complain. After recharge same message getting you don’t have sufficient balance. On third day I have gone customer care office for giving complains that is In M P Nagar, Bhopal talk with Miss Sonal. She assured me it will resolve with in evening 6.00 AM. But today is 7th day still it is not resolved. So can you help me the process how it will resolved.

                  We bought Videocon Washing machine model VIDEOCON K6001DX on 9.6.2008 from Sound Trading Company which become out of order. We made complaint to their dealer Sound Trading Company, Hall Bazar, Amritsar then Sr. Davinder Singh from service center came & checks the machine. He told us machine PCB damage & your machine is out of warranty. We told him we are ready to pay their charges. He takes the old PCB. After 15 days we called Sr. Davinder Singh on their mobile no.[protected] then he informed us we do not have New Part & your complaint closed. He also told us if you need any further information regarding this you better talk to Service center manager Mr. Vippan. We contact him on telephone no.[protected] & he advises us to lodge complaint again on our customer Care number [protected]. After passing period of forty day Mr. Vippan told us company had no PCB in their stock.

                  My complaint is Videocon Company must deliver the parts of their selling products at least Ten years from the date of delivery of product to their consumers.

                    I have purchased Videocon (v1750 model) mobile phone from Planet M Retail Ltd, H. No. 1/1/113/A/1 & 2, R.T.C. X roads, Musheerabad, Hyderabad on 10/04/2010 for Rs.7663/-. The retailer gave me (2) years Warranty on the said purchase. In the month August 2011 I noticed that the "touch screen of the mobile phone is not functioning, then i approached the authorized service center near RTC X Road, Hyderabad. The service center people said that the touch screen panel to be replaced but the warranty is for only (1) year, and advise me to approach the retailer from whom the mobile was purchased. Then on[protected] I proceed to the Planet M retail store RTC X Road, Hyderabad and lodged complaint. Then the retailer said that 2nd year warranty is provided by their company i.e., Planet M. Then he took the mobile phone (videocon v1750) for repair on warranty and as a token of receipt of the same was given on some plain paper and said that the service took about (25) working days.

                    Further after 10 to 15 days the retailer namely Mr. Naveen called up me and told that the problem was not rectified because the problem was due to physical damage and "not covered under warranty". Then i ask him to give me the same statement in writing so i can approach the Hon'ble Consumers forum. Then he said that, he will see that the repair will be done if, i have paid the amount for non-warrantied parts and no cost to the warrantied parts. I agree for the same.

                    Later he said that the repair can not be done and take back the mobile phone. then i ask him to give the same in writing, he rejected to give it in writing.

                    . Sir , I got the same repaired , but I did not get my any refund inspite of my letters and personal visits. The detail is as following :-
                    1. I had produced the bill and the Guarantee card which bears the serial no 005312 dt 25.12.2009 to your persons here in Chandigarh ,The guarantee validity is up to 24.12.2011 which is duly signed and stamped by Planet M, 5-6, Fountain Chowk, Ludhiana. The same was produced at Planet M Chandigarh . The Photocopy of the Bill and the guarantee card is being attached for your ready reference

                    2. I am very well conversant with the guarantee rules and to avail this I personally went to your Planet M in Fun Republic, Manimajra , Chandigarhand it is they who refused to entertain me on the first instance and after requesting many times and showing them the guarantee card they reluctantly agreed to get it repaired . They had issued a Service Job Card No P 06326 DT 24.01.2011.to get the mobile repaired but the repair was not carried out by them, which is a question they have to reply to? The photocopy of the same is again being forwarded to you
                    3. Sir after a numerous telephone calls and personal visits, your staff expressed their inability to carry out the repair work and straight away refused to entertain the guarantee given by planet M. At one instance your staff personal misbehaved with me and with a great difficulty I was able to collect my unrepaired mobile from them.

                    4. Sir I then visited the Samsung Service Centre who then took the mobile for inspection vide their JOB Card No [protected] dt 31.01.2011.).An estimate of Rs.4750.00 was prepared by them and a time period of 15-20 days was demanded to carry out the repairs as the touch screen was not available with them. It was then clearly mentioned by them that the mobile does not carry any warrantee by the Samsung Company. (Which is evident from their JOB CARD .The extended guarantee was given by Panet M and it was Planet M who should entertain it and not SAMSUNG was clearly mentioned by the Service centre.

                    5. Sir again with the Job Card of Samsung Service Centre, I visited the Planet M at Fun Republic, Manimajra and the behavior I met at that time was totally uncalled for.I was abused by your store personals for coming again and again for one thing which had been earlier refused by their principals at Mumbai. Your store manager told me that Planet M is at Loss and is on the verge of closure and they are hence not entertaining any further expenses by giving guarantee or spending money from their pocket on such valid guarantees.

                    6. On every visit a new person would introduce himself as the Stores Manager and would listen to my complaint and the inadvertly refuse to be able to help me.

                    7. Sir I have written to you a number of registered letters for sorting the problem. The postal proof of the same will be submitted when & where required. Many telephone calls to Mr. Rakesh ([protected]) proved fruitless and your are levying false allegations on me which is heart rending.

                    8. Sir mobile is a device without which nowadays a man cannot think of going anywhere. My business and the connectivity with my relatives and friends is all on mobile. I was handicapped without a mobile and so got it repaired by paying from my own pocket from the best place who gave me the mobile within hours after repairing it.

                    9. Sir a National Company like Planet M ( A Vediocon Ltd Company ) refuting a justified claim is totally uncalled for. An amount of Rs.4152.00 is not such a heavy amount .The expenses that I have incurred in visiting Planet M offices , writing registered letter to your offices here in Chandigarh are much more, but as they have given a guarantee for a product it is your moral and legal liability to full fill it and is my right to claim it from them, which you may please note.

                    Sir, here it is needless to say that as they have refuted the claim I am forced to seek legal help from the suitable Court Of Law to protect my right . Sir, I request you to please help me to get my claim amount along with expenses incurred by me. I will be highly obliged

Sir after a numerous telephone calls and personal visits, your staff expressed their inability to carry out the repair work and straight away refused to entertain the guarantee given by planet M. At one instance your staff personal misbehaved with me and with a great difficulty I was able to collect my unrepaired mobile from them.

                    4. Sir I then visited the Samsung Service Centre who then took the mobile for inspection vide their JOB Card No [protected] dt 31.01.2011.).An estimate of Rs.4750.00 was prepared by them and a time period of 15-20 days was demanded to carry out the repairs as the touch screen was not available with them. It was then clearly mentioned by them that the mobile does not carry any warrantee by the Samsung Company. (Which is evident from their JOB CARD .The extended guarantee was given by Panet M and it was Planet M who should entertain it and not SAMSUNG was clearly mentioned by the Service centre.

                    5. Sir again with the Job Card of Samsung Service Centre, I visited the Planet M at Fun Republic, Manimajra and the behavior I met at that time was totally uncalled for.I was abused by your store personals for coming again and again for one thing which had been earlier refused by their principals at Mumbai. Your store manager told me that Planet M is at Loss and is on the verge of closure and they are hence not entertaining any further expenses by giving guarantee or spending money from their pocket on such valid guarantees.

                    6. On every visit a new person would introduce himself as the Stores Manager and would listen to my complaint and the inadvertly refuse to be able to help me.

                    7. Sir I have written to you a number of registered letters for sorting the problem. The postal proof of the same will be submitted when & where required. Many telephone calls to Mr. Rakesh ([protected]) proved fruitless and your are levying false allegations on me which is heart rending.

                    8. Sir mobile is a device without which nowadays a man cannot think of going anywhere. My business and the connectivity with my relatives and friends is all on mobile. I was handicapped without a mobile and so got it repaired by paying from my own pocket from the best place who gave me the mobile within hours after repairing it.

                    9. Sir a National Company like Planet M ( A Vediocon Ltd Company ) refuting a justified claim is totally uncalled for. An amount of Rs.4152.00 is not such a heavy amount .The expenses that I have incurred in visiting Planet M offices , writing registered letter to your offices here in Chandigarh are much more, but as they have given a guarantee for a product it is your moral and legal liability to full fill it and is my right to claim it from them, which you may please note.

                    Sir, here it is needless to say that as they have refuted the claim I am forced to seek legal help from the suitable Court Of Law to protect my right . Sir, I request you to please help me to get my claim amount along with expenses incurred by me. I will be highly obliged

                        Abnormal noise in spinning side while in operation this complaint was made to the above service center on 8/11/11 at 4.27pm Intern reply was received within 24hrs the complaint will be attended to.

                        On 9/11/11 at 11.54am received a call from mobile no - [protected] will be attended with in 12 noon and further en-quired and replied power cut in the area where the washing machine will be at 2 to 4pm in the technician well knows this fact and at about 1.40pm again contacted to attend the complaint.He was informed withiin 15 no miracle will be done in the washing machine.

                        He further informed that he will attend after 4'O clock again the following numbers [protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected] of Mr.Sunder. Work not attended and received only irresponsible attitude reply from above service center. Contemplated to approach consumer court.

                          Respected Sir/Madam,

                          I am writing this mail to draw your kind attention to my situation & for an immediate solution to the same after my numerous calls to the customer care were proved vain. (Complaint number: THA[protected], Videocon Microwave Oven - Model VJ20CSL3).

                          I had lodged my complaint through the Videocon customer care on 18th October 2011 for heating problem in my Videocon microwave oven & requested them to take a special note o[censored]navailability on weekdays. I was promised that the engineer will come on weekends & resolve the issue. I informed them that it is under warranty till 15th Nov’2011. However the engineer came on 22nd October 2011 Saturday but was not able to fix it completely due to the faulty capacitor which needed to be replaced. He promised me that he will come back the next Saturday with the new device.

                          But after that I have not received any resolution from your side. Neither have I received a response from you regarding my concern even after 7-8 repeated calls to the Videocon customer care team. What was more frustrating were the promises made by Videocon that my issue would be escalated urgently & would be fixed in next 24 hours every single time I called them. Surprisingly my house in only 15 minutes away from their service center at Kalyan & still they could not fix it.

                          I had lodged the complaint when I still had more than 30 days warranty period left, but now due to the embarrassingly inefficient & incompetent service process from Videocon, I am left with only a week’s warranty without resolution. It seems that, Videocon’s intention is to earn the fixing charges when my warranty is over and for that they can unethically go the extent of playing with the consumer’s rights & mental health. This is a shear shameful incident on how to betray the customers trust & satisfaction. I have other Videocon appliances also in my home, But after this incident I am really not confident if I can trust this brand anymore & won’t like to buy any of their products.

                          As a Videocon customer I really feel cheated. If this is happening with someone who proactively calls the customer care 7-8 times, it is rather painful to imagine how unethically Videocon must have dealt with other customers across the country. This unthoughtful & unethical way of handling consumer’s concerns is not acceptable at all by any consumer & this behavior has created tremendous mental pressure on me.

                          I now wish that I had never taken this appliance from Videocon & would like to solicit judiciary action against Videocon in the honorable court of consumer rights, India and Consumer protection and national consumer disputes redressal commission, India as per my capacity as a consumer If my concern is not immediately dealt with utmost respect, sincerity & urgency.

                            Videocon Fully Automatic Washing machine

                            The washing machine was working fine, but there was a craking sound during the spinning process. So for checking that I have called the dealer and they sent Engineer Mr. Smithesh (Ph: [protected]) from Authorized Care Centre of Videocon ( Nhangattiri, Pattambi Ph:[protected], Email: [protected]@yahoo.in ).

                            Mr. Smithesh came on[protected], he checked and removed some parts and told that the wash tub needs to be changed and parts have to be received from Videocon center at Kozhikode. He also collected an amount of Rs 400 as advance and said that the problem will be fixed in 2-3 days. But after that the washing machine has stopped working and is no more useful. I waited for a week and contacted Mr. Smithesh on[protected], but he told that the spare part is not available at Kozhikode and it has to be received from Banglore. And the order for the spare part is already placed. But again there was no response from his side,

                            On[protected], I called the customer support centre at Banglore (ph no: [protected]), explained the issues and the complaint was registered with Call No. CAL[protected]. I received a message to my mobile informing that the complaint will be serviced by Videocon Engineer Mr Krishnakumar and his contact no. [protected]. I contacted him and he said that the complaint will be serviced on[protected] Monday by an Engineer.

                            I took leave on Monday and no one came for servicing. The matter revolved around many engineers saying that local Engineers( Engineers close to our location) will be handling the issue and finally it reached Mr. Smithesh ( who came on[protected] I called him again and he said that the spare part is not available.

                            Finally on[protected] I called the customer support and they didn't give any reply.

                            Its over a month and half that I am behind this issue. Videocon is such a big company with lot of dealers and service centre. But the advertisements and 24hr support is only till we buy anything. Once an item is bought and has a repair no one seems to hear the issue. Also there are no parts available. I have used many household items but this is the first time that a company cheats in their service. Even after giving the advance payment on one seems interested in the matter.

                            Return my advance payment as soon as possible and If possible take off the washing machine since its a waste of space. Also provide compensation for cheating a valuable customer.

I bought a Washing Machine on 22.10.2011 from DELHI ELECTRONICS, AMRIK SINGH ROAD ,BATHINDA office[protected], Mobile [protected] for the amount Rupees 24500,with which the seller also gave me the Solo Microwave and sunglasses and the deal was that Washing Mahine with Microwave will be Rupees 24500,without Microwave it will be Rupees 22500.I bought the Washing Machine with Microwave for Rupees 24500 and paid in cash and the dealer delivered the both Washing Machine and Microwave on that day but when the people came to fit the Washing Machine they told me that few things weere missing from the packing. Anyway they came the next day 23.10.2011 and fitted the washing machine and after they had gone we loaded theMachine to do some washing and after wash the water was not drained out we tried another load and this again same thing happened .we then, rang the person TARSEM SINGH who came to fit the Washing Machine and he told me as it is sundayevening , he will not come now but will come next day which is Monday morning at 11 am ,but he did not come at all,After that i rung the dealer about this fault and he promised that he will send somebody on thursday but i waited till Friday and nobody turned up.then i went to his shop on Saturday morning and told him about this and he said he will ring me and inform me about the new person named KAMLESH coming to view the Machine and after few hours the person turned up and after checking He told me that there is a problem PCB and also Machine is jumping and cutting off the washing while in running mode, but he cannot sought it out as it is a faulty equipment which should not have been sold at all. After he was gone i went to the Dealer along with my brother tand told him what the Videocon Mechanic told me and he also rung the company at that time it was confirmed that Washing Machine was not sell worthy.I demanded my money back but he was not willling at all and told me he will arrange another person from the Videocon company to sort out the problem.I was not happy but i cooperated with them and the team of 4 people arrived at my parents house on 03.11.2011,along with the Dealer from whom i purchased the washing machine.The team inspected the awsshing machine and they too after their inspection confirmed that the Washing machine was not worhty to be sold.and they told that the machine will be taken to the office straight away and the Dealer told me and promised me that he will ring me and arrange the time to return me my money.I waited for him all day but he never rung me .So,i rung him next day on 04.11.2011 and promised that the washing machine will be taken away and the money will be returned to me by the end of the day.But it did noy happened like that so, i rung him again in the evening at about 5pm and he was making excuses that he has not got any body to to collect the washing machine so, i asked him if i could bring the washing machine myself and collect the money on which he agreed and i took the washing machine to his shop and paid rupees 50 to the delivery man and after that he reurned me my money after deducting a large amount which which is not fair.He should have deducted Rupees 2000 for microwave as it was the deal at the time of purchase but he deducted Rupees3660 for microwave and Rupees 550 for the packing..I told him that he is charging me Rupees2210 extra for no reason and this unfair but he said without this he will not return my money. I was dissappointed with this but i had no option so , i took the money that he offered which was Rupees20300.I think i have beenrobbed and i am loosing sleep over it.                                     We used the TV for 3hrs next a min the pictures colours became negative. Then we logged a complaint & service technician came said this board as been fault so we will change u the new board i got shocked just now we bought this TV how could I accept to change this. Then i fought with NEXT showroom i got a replaced new TV. But this new TV worked properly only for one day. Next day morning there is no sound & pictures in the TV.

                                    I don't no what the hell is happen with videocon. Why the company giving add as "experience change"

                                      I am a very dissatisfied customer who bought vedieocon for the first time and will never recommend anyone to buy the products ever

                                      I have purchased a videocon washing machine model vdm65rrd on 11-sep-2011.. within 12-13days o[censored]sage the machine was not working. The customer service sucks and the product is extremely bad. After calling the customer service on 10th October ( Complaint number- GHA[protected],GHA[protected]) it took them 3 days to attend the problem. they fixed the same and machine stopped working after 3 days. Since then till today 26-October-11 I got no resolution.. I spoke to the customer service every day.. AND THEY MADE ME A FOOTBALL AND KEPT KICKING ME FROM ONE PLACE TO ANOTHER PLACE. They kept on saying the machine part is not available. Then on 22nd of October after getting frustrated I asked for the area sales manager’s(RAHUL SHARMA) number… he assured me that by Sunday my problem will get fixed. No one came on 23rd (Sunday). Someone came on 24th and said that there is another part of the machine which is also faulty and they will fix it before diwali. Today is diwali(26sep) but I got resolution and the service center engineer called to say that the part is not available and will take another 5-6 days to fix. I am a working woman with 2 kids.. after paying 14500 Rs for a washing machine I am washing clothes form more than 20 days by hand… and the service department says that they understand my problem?????????? Why CAN’T MY FAULTY MACHINE GET REPLACED AND SHOULD THE RESOLUTION TIME FOR FIXING A PROBLEM MORE THAN 20 DAYS. I want this faulty product to get change… but it think videocon company doesnot have good products nor they have good service.. I used LG before this for 8 years and never had to call customer service because the product was so good… on 26th I wrote to mr. Venugopal dhoot.. unfortunately in the Chairman's office no one understands the meaning of customer service.. the area sales manager has stopped picking my calls.. I think there is no one who can understand my problem

                                        Sir/Madam, My No. is[protected] On 2 months ago, I received a message from V-LIVE at around 5.00 pm saying "Thank you for subscribing Caller tune" and Rs.30/- was deducted from my account. However, I did NOT made any call nor sent any SMS to subscribe for C-Live CKT News. So, after receiving this message, I called up 198 for deactivate, but could not understand anything. So, I called your 121 helpline they told me that sometimes such CTK NEWS gets activated automatically from their side.He also gave me the above case id and assured me that this case would be solved in 24 Hrs. Still messages are coming continuously on my mobile and they are detucting 1 Rs per day. i request to you please kindly deactivate this service as soon possible.
