Respected Sir/Madem.
my name is bakul gada. i am user of videocon mobiles service in Mumbai. i had requested my service operator for NDND service in may 2011 but till today i am getting unwanted calls from videocon mobiles for promotional advertising. I had sent 1st written letter on 6th september 2011 about my complain, on which next day morning i got call from videocon mobiles call center assurring i would not get call's again and i have to wait 7 day's more for NDND service to get activated, but it was not done so again i sent then letter on 19th september 2011 requesting the same complain but till today i am getting this unwanted call 3-4 times a day and neither company is responding on my complain.
i request you to please look in to this matter and oblige.

I had mail you above complain on 6th sep 2011 for DnD. on which i received call from your company representative Mr. Sagar waghmare. he assured me that my problem would be resovled in 7days service id of entire conversation is 74720825. I am receiving daily 3 to 4 call from your company with offers and promotion. I request you to plz stop all offer's and promotional call's/messages to my number from your company as its very much disturbing in day to day affair.
hope my problem would be sovled at earliest.

    hi all, i have purchased a v1655 mobile 1 year back, it chargin cord got damaged six month back, since then i have been searching for the same. i have approached there customer care over phone for n number of times, they have redirected me to there service centre, there servic centre told we dont deal in spares, spares are not available. i have communicated with support @udcl.in, they told some one will contact me for resolving my complaint but till date even after passing 10 days no one has contacted me. i cant understand how such a global brand can be such ignorent towards customer grievence. i want to esclate my complaint to the nodel grievence officer level but the cusotmer support is not providing me email/ contact number of the nodel grievencee officer, when i talk to the cusotmer care number he told he dont no any one beyond [protected]@udcl.in. its a big shame on videocon. i promise in my whole life i will not purchase any product of videocon and will also suggest the same to all my friends/ relatives. if any one is having there nodel grievence officer email/ number kindly pass on to me.         Repeated issues of ice formation in top chamber (freezer) and non cooling in bottom
        chamber

        1. May 2011 - Not cooling, Timer changed, again problem repeated, temp sensor changed.by service engr,

        2. 17.6.2011 - THA [protected] -Ice formation - Door removed, and aligned by service engr,
        3. 11.8.2011 - THA [protected] - Heavy Ice formation in freezer compartment, settings corrected by service engineer.
        4. 20.8.2011 - THA [protected] - Heavy Ice formation in freezer compartment,Not cooling in bottom chamber, settings corrected by service engineer.
        still no improvement, thermostat changed by service engineer,

          dear sir,

          we have purchased d2h lcd tv on gudipadva festival in 2010 in warranty period we have faced the problem of picture has gone & only voice has coming. now after one & half year hardly passed & we are facing problem of voice is not coming. technitian has came & told us that your motherboard is currupted hence we need to change this part which has cost around rs 3000/-

          we are very sorry to say that we have bought a product with the goodwill of the brand videocone & now we are facing such a big problem within 2 years than whats the use of spending 35,000/- bugs on this stupid product we are using our old tv of another brand from past 11 years without spending a single bug.

          pl. solve my problem soon.

            I register a complaint on 26/Feb/2011 regarding my fridge. My complaint number is COC[protected]. One week left, but still the problem is not fixed. So please do the needful thing as soon as possible to fix my issue.

                I bought TV 34 " JUmbo model Flat TV with Rs. 7000 additional money as a bond and after 2.11 yrs there was offer of 32 " Plasma TV free. This was Mano Ya Mano Offer.

                Now when enquired after the maturity with the customer care they are asking to pay additional Rs. 7000 for LCD 32 TV since Plasma is not been manufactured.

                  We have fully automatic Washing machine of VIDEOCON APPLIANCE
                  WM-VIDE-605KG-VDM65JRD-FA-LIGH 65 JRD PRODUCT CODE
                  NO [protected] ON[protected] WITH 2 years warranty period.

                  The washing machine , fell down it self when it was in the operation and we made
                  COMPLAINT at "NEXT" showroom , Naranpura on 23 Aug 2011 , the mechanic
                  came and told he will collect the machine and repair the same at the earliest ,
                  till date as on now they have failed to reapair of the faulty parts,

                    Greetings !!

                    with reference to my email communication with Mr Deendayal(customer support), I hereby bring to your kind notice that I had purchased Videocon refrigerator Model No. VKP204MP and Serial No. 710854. after two months of purchase it stopped its cooling, we then logged a complaint at the service center. as per the engineer's statement some of its part had been replaced. but unfortunately few days later the situation rolled back again.

                    Later, when we called and told the service engineer about the same, his voice was completely different. He blamed the company for the defects and when we asked him to get the refrigerator replaced against manufacturing defects, he simply asked us to complaint direct to company and warned us not to complaint to service center again regarding any problem related to that refrigerator.

                    Now my question to company is that is this the way of any executive representing the company to harass the consumer, secondly I want my refrigerator to be replaced on any grounds along with the apology call from the executive.

                    If the company fails to do so then please do inform so that I should decide my further course of action.

                    further I would also like to inform you that I had already contacted customer care services thrice but no positive response reached my way till date.

                      I have purchased Philips LED 32' TV from BISMI appliances Cochin,
                      They told me that along with the TV there is a bundled offer for Videocon DTH.and for that Philips service centre officials may come. The philips officials came and erected the TV but they didn't provide the discount coupon for Videocon DTH. Whenever i am calling them they are saying that coupon has not arrived. why they are cheating customers like this.If the things are not available why do they advertise and cheat customer like this.

                        We r having a Videcon LCD T.V. in which we are facing the voice problem. The voice of T.V. gets automatically mute. We had rise the complaint again this in customer care he has give as the complaint no. IND[protected] 0n 29/09/2011 on which a service engineer came on date 31/09/2011 does not done any thing in the T.V. and problem is still alive. Every day we are taking the follow up from customer care and they are give only assurance only.

                            i tejash dedhia from valsad having videocon mobile sim card numbered [protected] was using it since more than six months acording to one of there plan i had recharged my videocon mobile number with Rs. 251 on 22 - 06 - 11 which would give me 90 days o[censored]nlimited gprs and internet usage for free ie till 19-09-11 but 3-08-11 the service got terminated after that i talked with their costumer care people but they were not ready to launch a complaint after that i wrote emails to the nodal officer mr vinayak joshi as mentioned on videocon mobile web site on 5-08-11 after that there was a e mail from pratima negi asking for details for which i had provided the details after that a mail was recived on 13 -08-11 from bindu niar saying the the complaint has been solved but still iy has not been solved after that i agained mail them for which pratima negi replied that the service has been terminated and that we will get to u when it is started
                            so please sir i request u for an apporiate action the company

                              I have sent mail to [protected]@videoconmail.com,[protected]@vgmail.com it got mail undelivered.So i finaaly mail you.Please look into matter ASAP.
                              I have purchased a LED TV on 20th aug , TV is delivered at home, After continuous call they sent an engineer for fixation and demo of the TV. In the name of S.S.Bhandari. Contact no :[protected].
                              But when the engineer visited our house , he told us that tools for fixation is wrong , he told us,he will tell to the customer service and they will sent it within a week.
                              After a week i called up pramod (engineer) he told he sent complaint to the customer centre on high priority.
                              Hence after that i’m calling him he is not picking up the call.
                              Then i started following with customer care no :39 40 40 40 .since 3 rd sept,2011. I’m just getting same answer
                              1) We will provide u our best service as early
                              2) We forwarded your complaint to service centre on HIGH PRIORITY basis.
                              4) They will call you before visting to your house.
                              3) You talk to service centre seniors & More than this.
                              Nothing is happening . Could anyone out there, who can help us out in this matter. Thinking videocon is a best brand , we purchased it , but who was knowing that it provides pathetic services to customers.

                              This hasnt been resolved. This issue is long back. Please remove it from your website because i'm getting call for videocon support and telling me the problems. Please its an humble request you to remove it from your website. As i'm fed with the call.
                              customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                              I had purchased a Videocorn Tv in 2009, now it not working.First it started giving problem only after expiry period finished.Your repair Shaikh charged me Rs.1700/-, again it started giving problem after a month or so.First he said you have to replaced 83C01 or so.Then I returned the TV to your official repairer Shri.Raghavendra Electromech Solution Tel.[protected].The TV still lying with them.He says Circuit is out of order to be changed & the cost is Rs.3000/-How a 2-1/2TV of Videocorn a renowned co faces such problem?Is it co's mistake or your repairers gimmick.Pls solve my problem atonce.Waiting for yr reply on my No.email

                              i called service station at kollam who took away system from my home . Now completed more than 45 Days there is no response . once i got replay parts not available such a like bad excuse also try to call didn't pick up phone. mail id also not valid even though checked costumer care service this site also blocked . If parts not available guaranty period replace the system good for costumer. Please consider this issue as soon as possible.

                              मान्यवर, Date: 18/02/2020

                              मेरा नाम संजय गौतम हैं मैंने दिनांक : 05/12/2015 को Videocon का 32” LED TV ( Model No. : LEDTVIV32F2-A) 18500/ रु का खरिदा था जिसकी Display मे 3 साल बाद ही Vertical Lines (One or More) आनी शुरू हो गई जिसकी सिकायत मैने दिनांक 09/09/2018 को Videocon Coustmer Care पर कि थी जिसके बाद कम्पनी से एक इंजिनियर द्वारा मेरे घर पर LED को देखा और 600/रु Visiting Charge भी लिया और मुझे बताया कि मेरी LED का Display चैन्ज किया जायेगा जिसमे लग-भग 30 दिन का समय लग सकता है साल 28/जुलाई/2019 को मेरी शिकायत पर कार्यवाई हुई जिसमे Videocon company ने मेरी शिकायत को Videocon के New Service Provider ( 247 AROUND SERVICE ) को दे दि गई जिन्होने आगे कि कार्यवाई पर कार्य किया जिसका Booking Id No. LP[protected] था जिसके बाद दुबारा इंजिनियर मेरे घर पर मेरी LED को देखा गया और पैनल के आने का समय लगने कि बात कही और 2-3 महिने के बाद कम्पनी द्वारा 247 AROUND SERVICE के बुध विहार Center को नया LED पैनल कम्पनी द्वारा भेज दिया गया मगर सर्विस सेन्टर के समय और मेरे द्वारा अपना LED ले जानेके समय पर असुविधा बनी जिस पर सर्विस सेन्टर ने बिना मुझे बताये मेरे LED के Display पैनल को वापिस कम्पनी भेज दिया जैसा सर्विस सेन्टर वालो का मुझे Phone पर कहना था जो कि मुझे सर्विस सेन्टर के [protected] फोन नम्बर पर फोन करके पता चला और फिर उन्होने कहा कि आप दुबारा से शिकायत करो हम जल्दी बदल देंगे फिर मैने दिनांक Sep./2019 को दुबारा शिकार्यत दर्ज कि जिसका Booking Id No. LP[protected] हैं मगर उस शिकारय्त पर अभी तक कोई कार्यवाई नही हो रही हैं मे जब भी Videocon Coustmer Care पर फोन करता हुँ तो मुझे बताया जाता है कि आपके LED का Display पैनल APPROVED हो गया है मगर अभी Videocon Company के warehouse से Videocon Company के authorised 247 AROUND service centre को नही भेजा गया हैं और कुछ समय इंत्जार करने को कहा जाता है मगर कोई सही जानकारी नही मिलती है मैं हर हफ्ते फोन कर रहा हुँ मगर एक ही जवाब मिलता है कि आपकी शिकायत आगे अधिकारी को मेल भेज रहे है जल्दी आप के LED का Display पैनल बदल दिया जाएगा मगर फिर कुछ नही होता आज दिनांक 18/02/2020 को फिर मैने दुबारा Videocon Coustmer Care के इस No ([protected]) पर फोन किया और जब कोई उचित जानकारी नही मिली तब मैने उन्हे किसी अपने से बडे अधिकारी से बात कराने को बोला तो उन्होने मेरी कोल को Transffar किया मगर उन सज्ज्न ने भी मुझे यही जवाब दिया और कहा हमारे पास आप के लिये यही जानकारी उप्लब्ध हैं

                              I have purchased videocon double door fridge 3 year before. I am facing cooling problem with the fridge from 1st june this year
                              I have approach to your customer care and they have lodged the complaint on 17 Sept 2020.

                              After 2 days your engineer visited our house and conformed compressure has gone. He told us that he will replace defective compressor with the new one.But till date no rectification was done even after my several telephone followups with customer care.
                              I am very much surprised that MNC company like videocon is giving such poor service to the customer.
                              I am expecting immediate reply.

                              Respected sir/madam, purchased videocon refrigerator in 2016 now it's compressor has problem and it's under 5 years gaurantee period I complaint about it with complain no - LP[protected] on date[protected], Regarding compressor which was aprooved by the campany on[protected], but till date it did not reached to me every time iam contacting customer care they are saying we can only provide information mentiond in system we can't tell you when it will be done iwill forward the concern to higher authority but till know I did not got any response it's almost 6months so, please resolve my issue as soon as possible beacuse iam facing somuch of problem pls contact me and solve my no [protected]

                              I purchased Inverter AC in the month of September 2017 with 5 years warranty on compressor, PCB etc. Sir this AC is not working and shows F1 on display. I lodged complaint on dated 2.7.2021 at phone number [protected]. The mechanic visited on dated 3.7.2021 and demanded Rs.4000. 00 without checking the unit and when I asked why they are demanding money, the mechanic misbehaved with me and other members of the family. On dated 5.7.2021 I called customer care centre for why my complaint is not attended till date, the customer care centre replied that the complaint is closed. I requested to reopen my complaint. On 6.7.2021 the same mechanic call me and demanded Rs.4000.00 and conveyance charges Rs.500.00 in addition and misbehave with me. Sir you are requested to kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible and send another mechanic. Please don't send unprofessional mechanic like Rajesh. Sir I am ready to pay visiting charges after inspection of AC unit. Gas in AC unit is full (280) . It means the mechanic misguided to me or he is not fit for for the job( untrained person).

                                I purchased a Videocon mobile V1705 in december'2010 since then I am facing a lot of problems in this mobile. List is as below:

                                a) Firstly I face charging problem. After discussing in customer care at Bathinda, they told that there is problem in charging hole which is not under warranty, so I paid Rs 200/- & get resolved.
                                b) After that keypad was not working & customer care changed the IC at Ludhiana
                                c) When I used GPRS, oftenly I faced the error message such as "insuficient memory" and "unsupported scripts" etc then it automatic close the conncection. This problem is still exist.
                                d) Now my mobile is not charging. After charging half a minute, it displays the message "Bad Contact of Charger" and switch-off

                                I request videocon concern member, looking to great problems, plz change my handset with some other model. I am living in Barnala where no customer care centre is exist, so I have to go Bathinda/Ludhiana for getting my problem resolved which is a great expense for me.

                                Plz lookinto the matter seriously.

                                Videocon Mobile — below standard mobiles

                                Vediocon mobiles are having frequent problems once in every 2-3months.The mobile parts are really of cheap quality.Even after getting it repaired from authorised service centre the performance of the mobile is below standard.

                                Videocon Mobile — mobile not working satisfactory

                                My videocon mobile I have purchage for the use of internet but it is not working properly as it is not work on operamini and it is having problem of charger disconnection. The problem was faced on the mobile while it was under warrenty period and it is now on the service station since so long period and I have mail to the vediocon for the same either resolve this problem or replaced the instrument. But till date it was not resolve. I have visited to the service centre for inquiry of the same but they were not sucsess to resolve it. Some time they have called me to collect the instrument and told me that it was repaired but as I was checking the instrument it was not repaired at all.

                                Due to that reson I had purchage other mobile to atained business call. But I required internet also on my mobile and due to that reson only I had purchaged the vediocon mobile but still I am not satisfied withe same.

                                    I had bought a new videocon sim card 0n 22 or 23 august.submitted the documents to the retailer. but then also i kept getting messages that your documents have not been submitted. so i called the customer care and got the address of local videocon distributor mr. Rajesh ([protected]). i gave mr rajesh the documents(voter's id) and also 1 photo. now again the services are suspended. i called mr rajesh . he says that he already submitted the documents on 29th august. now i have done a recharge of rs.249 and 1 more of rs. 45 and i can not use the services... either i want my money back or they must extend the validity of my recharge so that i can use it to the full extent ie; 30days and get my money worth. of course before that the services need to be resumed.

                                      i hav a videocon aqua washing machine 6kg purchased on 28/04/2010 from goyal electronics (g-10, jeevanvihar complex, jayanti market, jaipur ph.[protected] and has a warrenty of 24months, recently its spinner didnt worked at all so i called videocon customercare and they sent a guy named washid khan who told me that the serial number label of the machine has been washed out and it cannt be mend without it and told me that 1800rs will be charged, while its in warrenty period when i nodded for the mending he insisted me for rs.200 service charge, i felt robbed and miser. i wanna ask that is it my responsibility to write the serial number on the bill or dealers if not then y dont they apply a waterproof label on the washing machine bcoz its not a tv its a washing machine.
                                      the serial number has been illustrated on the bill too, but he excused that it is not whole but when i talked to the dealer he added that its not true, is this videocon is all about not listening to the customers.
