Dear Sir,

I had purchased Videocon Fridge-VAL233 IBH on 29th Jan 2011 from Fairdeal electronics Dwarka. Since the very first day the fridge dint seem to give cooling as it should have. However, we observed the same for one month. We lodged a complain in the month of March when the fridge broke down. Please find the series of events below:-

(a) March 2011 - Gas filling, entire fridge was opened and 3 engineers visited for 3 days. I was assured that the problem will not be repeated.
(b) second complain in April - NO COOLING - One engineer visited and kept arguing that cooling is happening. He asked me to keep the fridge away from the walls and without any action my complain was closed.
(c) May 2011- My fridge completely broke down and I lodged a complain again#DEL[protected].
This time I also contacted Mr. Rajindra Vij(Area Manager) to ensure best services. One engineer visited my house on Tuesday 24th May 2011 and refilled the gas again and advised us to use stabilizer for future.

On 25th May 2011 - My fridge stopped working again and started working after 2 hours. We kept observing the fridge for the whole night.
One 26th May 2011 - Morning - The fridge was smelling and venting hot gas, I asked the service engineer to visit again and requested him to replace my fridge. He kept arguing and then switched off his cell phone.

Please tell us how to proceed as every morning we are landing up wasting at 2 kg milk and food. We are working individuals and cannot afford to take this further, please let us know what should we do to replace our product.

    Dear Sir,
    My self Rajesh Adhikari,I have one number of Videocon this is [protected] it is use last six month, now last week I have placed Compliance dt 15/04/2011 compliance id is[protected] name of person aazam saiyad but today I have called your customer care center to give status of our compliance id[protected] but he told me this is closed , but I have not recd. Any advantage regarding my issue and nobody explain my issue , and one thing videocon customer care is very poor, pls help me & look in to matter .

      I had purchased the videocon tv ctu 8600qs in dec.2007. Along with that I paid rs.7000/- For "maano ya na maano" entitelement certificate (no. 136514) for free plasma tv after 2 years and 11 months.

      After completion of this 2 years and 11 months period, videocon industries sent a letter at my home ,that plasma is outdated & they provided options to redeem my "maano ya na maano" entitelement certificate & some additional money I have to pay for LCD tv set.

      As per sugessions from videocon industries I selected model vrl32fbm & paid money by DD no. 118567 of amount rs. 9500/- In the name of "videocon industries".

      They issued the receipt(no. Mynm no.07254) against my submissons of entitelement certificate (no. 136514)& DD of rs.9500/- For model vrl32fbm on date 11/03/2011.

      As per the reciept max delivery time is 30 days.

      They Did not delivered the product in 30 days time.

      So , after 30 days when I asked the officer(mr.Ritesh/Mobile:[protected]) at the company . They responded that they will deliver it after 1 week.
      Even after 1 week they Did not delivered the product.
      This type of follow-up I done continuesly for 5 weeks. & Most of the times company representative was not available in the office.
      Also, He was not picking my phone.

      After 6 weeks of follow-up they delivered the product .But they deliverd the wrong & low grade product.Means different low grade model of LCD.

      As per my order it was vrl32fbm & they delivered vll32fbm, which has less contrast ratio & less features , Less Price than I had ordered.

      So after wasting my lot of time they delivered the low grade model, this is straight away harrasment of consumer.

      videocon lcd tv vrl32fbm — tv not being delivered

      tv booked at CROMA ,AUNDH PUNE ON 6/11/2010,PAYING BY DEBIT CARD.THE DELIVERY WAS PROMISED ON 7//11/2010,DIVALI PADVA.Several inquiries on phone were not answered satisfactorily.Responce was below expectations. on 9/11/2010 at 5p.m. croma manager told that the product has not yet come from Mumbai.THIS HAS RUINED OUR DIVALI CELEBRATIONS.
      EXPECTING IMMEDIATE ACTION FROM CROMA and VIDEOCON.

        SIR I PURCHASED VIDEOCON V 1425 ON 13/3/2011 BUT FROM SECOND DAYS IT SWITCH OFF.
        I VISITED THERE AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER AND SENT HANDSET FOR 25 DAYS BUT AFTER RECEIVING ON 24/4/2011 IT SWICH OFF ON SAME DAY.
        I SENT MAIL TO VIDEOCON CARE CENTER THEY REPLIED TO VISIT THERE AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER , I VISITED ON 25/4/2011 & SENT AGAIN HANDSET FOR 25 DAYS BUT AFTER RECEVING ON 21/5/2011 IT SWICH ON NEXT DAY,
        SO SIR WHAT I DO NOW? PLEASE DO NEEDFUL

          On 24th april, 2011 videocon mobile services company started a cricket alert pack automatically costing me rs. 5/Day. I made many requests to customer care , nodal officer and appellate officer to resolve problem. Till date I have lost 135 Rs. And still the service has not been stopped. Complaint numbers are 54751048, 55767607, 56137666, 56685925, 58531602 and many more.

              regards to your response, but i m sorry to say that no action has been taken yet by the local customer care centre, i have only got a sms by the company containing the complaint no. - JAI[protected]. and contact no. of engineer MR. MOHD. IMRAN - [protected].
              i made a call to your engineer but he said that he has not got any call from the service centre. i had a very bad experience of service with the local service centre previously also.please take care of it.

              please assist how to get rid of this problem.

              i have purchased a videocon ac before 3 years. it is a very bad experience of handling that videocon ac, i have not feel like air conditioned environment in the period, it can not even make environment even comfortable, a simple cooler can give satisfaction more than videocon ac i think that i have wasted my rs 24000 for purchasing that ac. i am bound to think that i have committed a mistake of buying this ac.

              its totally a wastage of money.

              i have suffered a lot from purchase of that videocon ac.

              please resolve my problem.

                I am holding mobile connection [protected] and I have made first recharge of Rs.62/- , when I had checked today I got information that the balance is Rs.16/- , On enquiry I was able to findout that the on 15th, Videocon gave call and debited Rs.45/- towards caller tune. I have not used this phone since I have four more mobile in the house.In fact there is no need to activate coller tune. I understand that this is the way Videocon is generating money from customer.
                I have requested to discountinue this service and credit the amount of coller tune in my account. provider customer care has refused the same though there was none of my fault.

                    I bought a Videocon V1675 mobile phone on 12/04/2010 with IMEI No. [protected] from Planet M, Tollygunge Branch. After that I faced the first problem with my mobile during the month of June which was repaired. In the next few months I faced many problem and hence the company replaced my phone on 03/02/2011. Again I faced problem with the new phone on 29/04/2011 and I submitted the phone to Accel Frontline Services Limited, 220/1 A.J.C. Bose Road Kolkata on the same day. I requested Mr. Suman there to get my phone repaired as I have some urgency. But instead of my repeated requests to Mr.Manoj Kumar in the later days my phone is not repaired till date. Also I would like to put another point forward that Mr. Sujon from Videocon Kolkata office assured that he will take the matter with prime concern but till date no remedy has been served.
                    I am really frustrated, agitated and distressed with this product of Videocon. I never expected such a bad product from a company of such high repute. Also none of the people of Accel Frontline Services Limited, Kolkata as well as from Videocon Kolkata office has the minimum respect for the consumer.
                    I would request to resolve the issue.

                      My name is Santhosh . My mobile no is [protected]. This is airtel no. i am not interested in servicing . So I tried to change my network to videocon. So I submit my photo and idproof in NEXT SHOWROOM TAMBARAM(videocon) . Till now this no was not changed to videocon I am not get any response. If I ask means it will change within seven working days. I submited on 30th march. Till now it does not changed. Please help me to change otherwise please tell tell me reason why it does not changed. If I am asking means they are not responsing. Airtel has cut my customer services. They are not giving valid reason. Please take necessary steps.

                      If we have balance in air tel means, they ll take a amount from our balance without our permission. Earlier, every month they took amount from my balance through message booster auto renewal without our permission. If we called and ask them means they told me that u ly activated the auto renewal scheme like that. But the fact is we did nt activate. They gave a suggestion to stop message booster auto renewal. I tried for so many times. I cant stop the auto renewal. After long war i was stopped auto renewal this month. But they started with new trend. They ll send a message like some what plan is activated. Please find the attachment. I received this message at 1.15 am. That time mobile was in table. I just take the mobile and see the message without pressing anything in mobile. I just saw the message without unlock the screen. After that i hv checked my balance. And they took a amount from my balance (30 rs). I asked 198 ->5->9 . They simply told that u ly activated like that. Then i said i did nt press anything and what i did. He is speechless for a sec. If i would have called him in morning means, he definitely told me that u might press anything while sleeping. If airtel do this for 1 crore customer means, within a sec airtel got 30 crore. What a trend. Great job airtel network. Do u know the value of one customer?

                        well...i never evr thought that i will have to bother u people bt ur right now my last resort.i purchased videocon refrigerator(may be my biggest mistake shall we say) double door 235lts on 11/12/2009 in the name of my wife pooja sharma from pai electronics ltd banaswadi area,bangalore.within 6 months there was a problem of freezer getting excessively cold while the lower area completely hot.i complaint and the defect was taken care of.
                        to my surprise again i registered a complaint for the same defect 2weeks back(complaint no BAN[protected]) which was attended after repeated calls n i being charged rs.1850- .even after that it stopped working the very next day and i called RUDE engineer again(who as if doin a favor to me) n reported the problem.again he came n replaced the same part n appollogized that he put the wrong part before.refrigerator ws kept off for full day as instructed by the engineer n ws switched on thereby next day n ws working fine.
                        phew!!i again has registered the complaint now(complaint noBAN[protected]) for the same thing.can u just tell me how many times do i have to call u people for the same problem with amateur technicians coming,charging AS PER COMPANY NORMS and doing work as road side hawkers?i am totally fed up n would like you to rectify it at the earliest or change the refrigerator immediately as its just a waste if it cant even do the basic job of cooling.

                          My Name is Sohan Rawat .i am retailer and my videocon demo number is [protected] . on 13 of april a recharge of Rs1234 is done wrongly instead of Rs97 on [protected] .then i called the customer care for returning the balance on my demo number i.e [protected] and after some time the balance of Rs1234 company takes back the balance from the customer number i.e [protected], but till date the balance is not returned on my number ([protected]).

                          i interacted one of Videocon customer care executive on 13 April and i raised a complain my complain no is[protected] and he gave me the date of 19 of April for the resolution of my complain i keep continually calling(called on 22, 24 26 of April) on videocon customer care and my last interaction was with samsher singh on 26 April but he talked to me very rudely i wanted to talk to the senior that time but he refuse to do so i think that it is not Videocon policy to annoy the customer .so please help me to getting out the problem i am looking forward for resolution from your side i shall be very thankful to you .

                            I have bought a 32 ' Videocon LCD TV and to my horror the TV started malfunctioning within one month of purchase.There is no after sales service and no spare available in the market or service center.The customer care register your complaint to extract some money in the name of visit.Do not ever buy videocon products , instead wait and buy reliable brands.

                              par je jo companiyan hai unko chahiye k woh distibuter se kahen k jab tak sari kaagji karwayi complite nhi hoti sim jari nhi krni...thank u

                                Dear Sir/Madam,

                                KIndly note that your two service engineer visited my residence around 4.30PM today for service of my AC in response to my service request No: GHA[protected].

                                Though the performed the service satisfactorily but to my surprise, one of them took out a sum of Rs. 500/- from my purse.
                                Actually I reached home just 30 minutes back when the duo arrived. After checking the AC they asked me for a plastic pipe, while I was changing my dress. By the time I could bring the pipe from the bathroom, one of them took out the amount from my purse.
                                I realized when they had left after the service. Hence this mail for you to initiate action in the matter. And warn them to amend their way,and send my mony back, othrwise i will take action against them

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I wish to complaint against the Videocon GSM mobile service. They had miss guided in their teriff plan of "free talktime to local videocon numbers". They offered a recharge of Rs 59 where they said to provide unlimited free locals to videocon. It worked well for few months but without any intimation they changed their plan and I used to get 1000 local minutes to videocon numbers on recharging with Rs 59 recharge voucher. On complaining to their customer care, they say that they have intimated me through SMS which I never received. However this plan also worked well for few months, But again when I recharged my mobile with Rs 59 voucher on 29th April-11, I was shocked to see that the free minutes was reduced 25min only. On complaining I got the same reply that the have intimated through SMS on 24th April-11, But I have not received any such SMS, If I would have received their SMS, Why would I recharge then.

                                    Please let me know how to deal with these kind of fraud mobile service providers

                                    my Sim services stopped on 6 Sep.2012.i have complained the videocon centre at Gurudwara Gorakhpur Jabalpur.i have given documents and 100 Rs. they have given me a Sim whose Sim no is[protected] but that have not started yet.it stopped all my important work.

                                        this is mitesh thakar frm ahemedabad, i am using the service of vediocon frm since last few months and recently vediocon has been charged surf charge arround 30rs n thats wrong ths time m going to complain coz ths oftenly happens and m also mail to vediocon company but 2days past still m not got any revert n today m also snd mail to company n thr nodal officer so sir pls kindly check it out n give me resolution fr that.
