Sir/Madam,

Thank you for your above cited letter. We are in dilemma.

As per the Maano ya na Maano offer ;
Terms no. 5 - Duly discharged Plasma Entitled Certificate is to be surrendered to company in original at the time of claiming Plasma 32 TV at NEAREST VIDEOCON OFFICE.

As per your above cited letter we have to surrender the Certificate to Wellington & Associates, Post Box No.1003, Himayat Nagar, Hyderabad 500 029.

Terms No.12 - We are entitled for Plasma TV from respective branch office of Videocon Industries Ltd and to pay the transportation cost from the said point and all local taxes.

As per Your above Cited Letter We have to pay Rs.4980.00 towards taxes with additional payment of Rs. 400 towards wall mounting stand & installation and Rs.700 for table top stand as a part of the accessories for the Plasma TV.

As per your above cited letter, We have also been offered in lieu of Plasma the old Technology with inherent limitation, the new innovative technology as below ;
LCD TV 32" Hurricane 32 @ an additional cost of Rs.9990 + Bond Certificate
LCD TV 32" VRL 32 FBM @ an additional Cost of Rs. 13500 + Bond Certificate
LCD TV 40" VRL 40 FBM @ an additional Cost of Rs. 23000 + Bond Certificate
LED TV 32" V 32530HG @ an additional cost of Rs. 25000 + Bond Certificate
LED TV 32" V 32530FG @ an additional Cost of Rs. 28000 + Bond Certificate.

As per our knowledge in lieu of Plasma the old Technology, the new innovative technology is offered to the bond holders as mentioned below Cost.
LCD TV 32" Hurricane 32 @ an additional cost of Rs.5990 + Bond Certificate
LCD TV 32" VRL 32 FBM @ an additional Cost of Rs. 9500 + Bond Certificate
LCD TV 40" VRL 40 FBM @ an additional Cost of Rs. 19000 + Bond Certificate
LED TV 32" V 32530HG @ an additional cost of Rs. 21000 + Bond Certificate
LED TV 32" V 32530FG @ an additional Cost of Rs. 24000 + Bond Certificate.

Please clarify ;
1. To Whom the certificate is to be Surrendered ? As it is a valuable document, we are in dilemma to whom to surrender ? Please clarify ?
2. Provide detailed information of the Local Taxes and Local transportation Charges which are Applicable and payable at SURAT, GUJARAT, INDIA. The taxes mentioned of Rs.4980 seems manipulated amount and we do not agree to it. Only on your return legal clarification we can pay the amount.
3. Why there is a difference in your offer ? Please clarify the same by return mail to enable comply for the upgraded model.
4. As mentioned in the above cited letter for additional charges of Rs.400 and Rs. 700 towards the accessories, please also clarify. As per the terms we are been offered the highly new technology by Videocon Industries Ltd with no additional charges of any accessories what so ever needed/required for Plasma TV. i.e. MAANO YA NA MAANO OFFER.

We are thankful to Videocon Industries Ltd as they have not mentioned any other charges/special Cost for the cabinet for Plasma TV, Separation cost for the materials required in manufacturing of the Plasma TV, Cost for the remote control, Cost for the packaging, etc, etc . . . . . as at the time of the offer nothing was specified and it was considered that the latest version of PLASMA TV is offered by the Company. Now it seems We, the Customers are cheated with different sources. It also seems, Videocon Industries is lacking the trust of their customers & seems to run away from its social responsibilities

YOUR RESPONSE TO THIS MAIL WILL ONLY HELP US TO SURRENDER THE PLASMA 32(81 CM) ENTITLEMENT CERTIFICATE.

    My refrigerator is not working properly since two weeks.I have been complaining regarding the same at the customer care no[protected] since March 30,2011.My complain no is BHO [protected] and BHO [protected] respectively.For the last one week I have been complaining regarding the same,everytime I was told technicians would call you and come down to my place to attend the problem,however till date no one has turned up. kindly look into the matter and do the needful.     I agree with this complaint. I am from chennai, I purchaised a videocon refrigerator before 6 months, till the first day it not working properly.I complaint several times in videocon, but no response from there.my latest complaint no: is CHE[protected].When i asking about the status they will tell a person from cool services chennai, but no response from them also
    I purchaised a videocon doubledoor fridge, it not working..my complaint no is CHE[protected].I need a solution as soon as possible.because its a new one, just 6 months old.

      It is been observed that in Videocon mobile service provider, they continuously charging for some subscription which I have not subscribed for. If I try to get in touch with the customer care for the same query they immediately transfer the call to some other department. After being online for 10-15 minutes the call automatically gets disconnected. It didn’t happen once or twice, it is randomly happening. Please look into the matter and do the needful.

        I purchased a Kenstar 1.5 Ton Split AC from VARDHMAN ELECTRONICS & COMPUTERS (VideoconPlaza), Kesarganj, Ajmer on 4th May 2010.

        On the name of Service Engineers, the highly ignorant Dealer Mr. Mahesh sent some illiterate, Mechanic Kind of people for installation of AC. These people who are not even authorized from Kenstar, came and installed the AC in improper manner. They left the Walls of the room broken and the AC was also not properly working not all. We called the Dealer so many times, but he did not bother to listen to his cusomter's complaint and refused to get the work completed. At the end, we had to get the work completed on our own.

        Now, it's 1 year of the AC purchase and NO SERVICE has been provided to us till date. We have called the Dealer many times and he clearly refused to Provide SERVICE. And Heights of cheating and GOONDAISM, this dealer has directed (or even Bribed) the other available engineers in the City not to provide us service. When we directly call Kenstar for service, Kenstar assigns the Service Request to an engineer, which happens to be one of this Dealer's "CHAMCHAS".

        Please look into this matter as early as possible.

        For the innocent, hard-working people of this small city Ajmer - PLEASE do not buy any electronic products from this highly illiterate Dealer - VARDHMAN ELECTRONICS & COMPUTERS (VIDEOCON PLAZA). Just give them your hard earned money and Make your Life HELL.
        I feel these small City dealers - who think that they are the GODs as consumer would not be able to do anything withouht their support - They should learn something from the highly educated, soft-spoken dealers and service engineers of the Metro cities like Bangalore, delhi etc. for whom Customer- Satisfaction is o[censored]tmost prioirty and they treat their customer like GODs. My daughter lives in Bangalore and so I can justify this difference.

        For Good Companies like Kenstar - You should evaluate the Dealer, his literacy levels, his attitude
        towards customer etc. before giving your product dealership to such
        Duffers and loosers.

        To whomsover is reading this complaint and has the poer to action -
        Please look into this matter as early as possible. I am a highly dissatisfied customer and helpless in front of the GOONDAISM spread by this dealer. Only your response and action coudl teach a lesson to such people in the society.

          I have taken Videocon mobile sim card one & half month before. I have submitted all required documents for it. These are the problems faced by me which lead me to declare Videocon as Worst service provider.
          1. After getting number there is no place where I can recharge it in shop or internet.
          2. After one week my outgoing calls were barred. I checked with customer service they told that documents are not received.
          3. After continuous follow up of one week finally it started again only after confirmation that documents were received.
          4. Automatically some nonsence service was activated which cut down my balance.
          5. I have registered complaint for deactivation of that service but after after one month again service charges are cut.
          6. At this moment I tried to contact customer service but it was under maintenance one week and I was not able to contact them.
          7. After one week my number was automatically deactivated. Even I was not able to call customer care.
          8. I called customer care through dealer then they are telling that documents are not received.
          9. At this moment I lost my temper and fired the bloody peoples like hell. I asked to transfer the call to superior person then after wait of 3 mins. call got cut.
          10. I have removed the sim card, broke it & thrown it in dustbin. Videocon was worth of that only.
          11. Now I have decided not to purchase any product or service from Videocon.

          Videocon go to Hell & provide your service there.

            My mother is using videocon sim no-[protected]
            last month there was a deduction of Rs.30 for an unknown service activated(DON'T KNOW HOW!!)
            I called 198 on the same day,ur executive shailendra singh chauhan talked rudely to me,and assuming me to be unsatisfied,he even agreed with me to complain to TRAI against the whole matter
            I want you to look into that matter and return my Rs.30 balance back

            Moreover I bought a Rs.65 voucher for the same no,and was promised to get Rs.10 for 5 Sundays after getting Rs.55 in 2 days,I didnt receive this balance on last sunday i.e March 20,2011
            Please don't fraud us anymore and return the whole balance AS SOON AS possible.

              Already I submitted a complaint about service barred by network provider (videocon).My mobile No:[protected].From 05.03.2011 service barred, few days struggle i retrieved my connection again. Then i used the service for GPRS and voicecall.Yesterday 01.04.2011 (April)The videocon service providers Made me Fool.
              They Permanently disable the service (simcard registration failed),They told me the reason proof negative.
              How was it possible to reconnect in last month, Very worst communication feedback, Use minimum talk time
              value, Don't keep your talk time value high level, This kind of cheated network providers disconnect the service anytime, may the possible reason they told Proof negative.Bloody cheated way to steal my money.
              I lost only 100 Rupees,How many connections in Tamilnadu and how long they steal and have they celebrate different reasons. Be ware 'Cheated Millionaires' living around us

                i purchased a videocon mobil phone which i should not have purchased is that the phone have twice alphabet [ i ] printed on the keypad. I dont think that beaing a big co. like this should place the faulty product in the mkt. when I talked the seller regarding service centre he was un able to provide me the address in faridabad. I am moving from one place to another for service centre but in vain. I did a big mistake by beleiving in the company.

                    From last one month my Phone was not working properly and i was not abel to recharge the mobile .
                    As complaining to the Videocon service center at Accel Frontline Service Ltg. 12 Lower Rowdon street . Kolkata on the Date 17-02-11 at 12.10 Pm ( Complain Number Kol - KOL-VG[protected]DW ) .they took the phone and said will be repair the phone and return it on 11/03/11 , they failed to repair the phone and said they need more time. Then i took my phone from them and gave to another service center named ARYANS IT LTD SERVICES which is in 18 Rabindra sarani Poddar Court gate no 3 Kolkata 700001 on Dated 14.03.2011 ,( Complain Number AR1-VG[protected]DW ) and they again said they will be taking 45 days to repair . As i am suffering from last 3 month without any fault of mine I would request the Videocon Company to GIVE THE NEW HANDSET insted of the old one as my Phone is on WARRENTY PERIOD and i have all the document of proof .I hope ill be getting full support from the consumer court and help me with this problem .

                    Videocon Mobile — Defective Mobile

                    I bought a videocon mobile model no V1675 IMEI no [protected] .

                    Within two weeks i started facing problem in the mobile. We complained about the charger and mobile to the customer care . DC no is DEL-DC-0000865 and Call no is DEL-VG[protected]W dated 29 June 2010.

                    You took 10 Days to and returned the defective mobile on 8th July 2010 after replacing the software and we were still waiting for the charger .

                    Then we complained again on 12th july 2010 about the same defect and they replaced the software again and returned the defective mobile again without returning the charger .

                    Again we complained about the defective mobile to customer care .DC no is DEL-DC-0001147 and Call no is DEL-VG[protected]DW on 3rd Aug. You again returned the defective mobile after replacing the software.

                    We received the repaired charger only on 20 August 2010 after waiting period of approx two months.

                    We were still facing the same problem.We again complained about the problem on 5th Aug to another service center RT outsoucing with case id VG:OL:20100805:7.

                    We are still waiting for the mobile even after one month. There is no ware-about of my mobile till now .

                    This is the worst experience i have had in my life.

                    Please explain why it is taking so much time to resolve my problem??

                    Provide me a defect free mobile as soon as possible otherwise i had to approach to consumer court for the same.

                    Recently i bought a new mobile phone from Home shop 18.
                    the cell is of very low quality as promised or advertised in the advertisement. Videocon v1655 is the model no.I am struggling to get wifi on the cell. the battery is of low quality doesn't last for a long time.basic features.

                      when phone is idle your packs automatically get activated and i am charged for that. And after that you charge me every weak for this packs renewal.
                      Today this is 3rd time ( it was cricket update pack which was accidently got activated on my phone no. [protected]) when i pressed exit key i got a message thank you for activating cricket pack and again you have deducted my a/c balance. Now and when I called up your people on 121 i was unable to connect the call.
                      Now I request you to deactivate the cricket pack and refund the amount and kindly stop your flash messages because I don't need any VAS pack.

                          i bought this cellphone on 30 sept 2010 and since that time i am facing many problems related to the handset. whenever i vaist the service centre they solve the problem and after one or two day i face some other problem....
                          problems that i faced were.
                          1.joystick problem
                          2.keypad problem
                          3.problem with the software
                          4.phone is not vibrating
                          5.pictures and music gets currupted
                          6.phone gets switch off again and again

                          Videocon — Worst after sell service

                          Purchased TV on 19.01.2008 and still under warranty. Complaint lodged on 22.12.2008 according to them, there person would come with in 2 days, no one attended that complaint since 3/01/2009, then i called at costumer care of videocon and i got shocked that they have closed my complaint.
                          Due to which i have to logged a fresh complaint on 3/01/2009, Complaint no. DEL [protected].
                          today is 16/01/2009 and still no response from there side.

                              Dear sir, I had purchased your Dolpin Semi Automatic Washing Machine from Highway electronics,bandra (E) Mumbai. as on feb-2010. from the purchase of this machine operation of wash tub motor is tremendous noisy. I had complaint to the c care they replaced twice machine motor but the problem is still there. one new problem is occurs that when i fill the washtub with water overfow water come out from upper side. I kindly request you to solve this problem wheater it is not repairable ? or your engineer is not good enoungh to deal with this problem? or your product is deffective ? kindly replace this product or shall i take the help of consumer court ? we are not expecting this from your branded company. take the action as erarly as possible.

                                One month earlier I have purchased a Videocon Sim card with mobile number [protected] and I am using that upto last 19th March 2011. But now all outgoing calls and sms services are disconnected for that number. Before 15 days a person from Videocon Mobile Service has come to my residential address for Verification and he has checked my Address & Identity proof documents and took my signature over a form and confirmed that the verification process is over and the connection will be continue. But now the mobile service has stopped by the service provider.
                                After talking to customer care executive has confirmed me to go to any Videocon Service outlet and discuss about the problem Just suggest this only. A part form this he told that he cannot help me in this regard. Therefore my question is after submitting all supporting documents (ID & Address) and completion of Verification process also from the service provider site why my connection got disconnected and why I have to visit Videocon Service outlet for re activation of the connection after a long period of time. If I was not eligible for the connection why service provider has disconnected my connection after using more then one month. For your kind information I have purchased this connection by third week of February 2011.
                                Kindly look into the matter.

                                Videocon GSM Mobile Service — Not able to call STD no and check balance from morning

                                From morning i am trying to call STD no but everytime it is connecting and even not able to check the balance also.This is not the first time it happen most of the time in a day.

                                My name is Puneet Aneja and one month back I had purchased a New VIDEOCON GSM Prepaid connection # [protected] from Taneja Foods sco-45 Sector-11, filled and submitted the form and attached the complete set of documents required.
                                after few days i recieved a text message from videocon about submitting my documents, when i called my retailer regarding this, he told me to ignore the messages as he has forwarded all the documents to videocon already.
                                then on 3rd of march all my services got barred so eventually i again contacted the retailer, and he told me to submit my documents again to the distributor of videocon at New Chaudhary Complex, Village Rally Panchkula. which i did on the 8th of March, and i was told that my number's services will be resumed in a day or two, which they never did and finally my sim for completely blocked around 13th of march and when i contacted the customer care regarding this, they told me that my number has been completely ceased due to non submission of documents resulting in the harassment i faced and loss of the balance amount in my mobile and the addon pack i paid for the isd pack.
                                this kind of practice is not fair for the consumer like me.
                                so kindly help me get my number back and all of the balance in my account, and even i deserve a compensation for the harassment and the loss of time caused by videocon.

                                Videocon Mobile Service — Mobile connection ceased

                                The below mentioned complain is for my mobile no.: [protected]. My mobile connection is not working from yesterday 05 / 08 / 2011. Some 1 month ago my no. was also suspended for negative verification of documents. On requesting various time i was not informed for what reasons my documents are found negative. Then i had no choice but to re-submit my documents again so I had re-submitted my documents again at your chembur gallery on 17 / 07 / 2011. After that my connection was resumed. Yesterday again my phone connection was barred without informing me. I had visited again to the same chembur gallery where i had submitted my documents. On explaining my problem to your executive at the gallery i was been informed from him that my no. is ceased and i have to re-apply and give the documents again. I had given photocopies and photographs for re-application to chembur gallery.

                                As a customer can i know exactly for what reason my documents are found negative. Kindly ask the reason from your verification team as for what reason they found my documents negative. If you need any strong documents then i can give the photocopies of my passport and show the originals to your incharged person. As passport is considered a master document in India and is valid all over for Identity verification as well has for Address verification.

                                Putting my documents as negative has hurted my self respect and esteem a lot. I feel insulted on the terms that Videocon Verification team thinks that i am Shree 420 or bluffmaster. I will not tolerate this type of nuisance on my part at any cost. Due to my nos. being ceased i am facing lot of difficulties. My no. was active for approx 4 months. I had shared and called from this nos. to my various Business suppliers & Business customers. Now if they find this mobile switched off then in the mind of my business associates they pretend to dis-believe me and think that I have purposely switched off my phone or cancelled my phone no. or they think that i am out of the trade and they stop calling me no more in this way i am losing my hard earned goodwill & new business too. This is a utter loss to me.

                                If the verification team was not satisfied on verification then for their satisfaction and verification they could have called on my alternate nos. I would have immediately responded and sorted out their issues. By ceasing / suspending my mobile line without informing me the company has shown very bad gesture & a serious threat of reliability factor. It is for sure that as user of Videocon service I feel that company has no ethics, it is self centered and does not respects customer values, emotions & is not reliable.

                                I will further request the concerned department & their executives to sort out this issue on immediate basis. Any issues Pertaining to any documents then i am ready to share my any other documents with your company. I am ready to co-operate completely but needs your complete co-operation too.

                                Atleast start my incoming so that my business associates does not make any false / negative belief towards me, my business, my creditability & reliability.

                                I personally think the company should first verify all the documents get it verified from all their departments and after that should activate the connection. So that if the company does not feels our documents correct then take required documents and after that activate the connection. If any customer fails to give proper documents then company shall not activate the connection unless.

                                This method is completely wrong that on taking documents u dont say anything activate the connection once user had shared its contact nos at various places - printed on visiting cards, given on website on mailers on mass sms given the contacts to their various supplier, customers, used it for 3 to 4 months and after that now company realizes that the documents are not correct and then suspends the line without any valid reasoning or informing.

                                After that the customer starts for remedies from step 1 contacts local the mobile repairer - he is informs that the problem is with SIM card get it replaced then customer goes to the gallery for replacement on going to there he comes to know that his line is ceased after that you know what had happened. I[censored] want to get Punished for ur sins then get associated with such a unprofessional company, who has a big banner, big logo, big name but no moral ethics at all.

                                Pl. start my connection immediately and save me from business losses. If the company has any ethics.

                                    I have purchased the Videocon Spilit Ac 1.5Ton in RATNA Stores
                                    T.Nagar, Chennai during the month of May 2011, which is installed
                                    on[protected]. The louver window is not functioning and we have
                                    made the complaint on[protected] with the complaint id 454656. And
                                    till now we have not received the service. When we call the
                                    customer care Incharge Mr.Raju he directed to Escalation Manager
                                    Ms.Aradana and she have given the confirmation that it would be
                                    repaired on[protected] wehereas it have not. Again we called her
                                    she commited that by[protected] it will be repaired without fail.
                                    She has given her Mobile no to contact [protected]. when i called
                                    her on[protected] there was no response.

                                    I called twice to the RATNA Stores where we have purchased, there
                                    is not proper response. Eventhough the customer care did not take
                                    the necessary actions against the agency-GK Agency in perambur.
                                    I request to immediately look into this aspect and sought out at
                                    the earliest, or request to please refund the money which we have
                                    paid for purchase.

                                        Videocon Mobile Service — Stoppage of facility even after payment

                                        1)I bought a videocon sim bearing number-[protected].I got recharge of Rs.65/- on 17.03.2011 and got balance of Rs.45/- immediately but could not get balance of Rs.10/- within 24 hours as per scheme even after so many times talk with executives.

                                        2) I got recharge of Rs.25p/min- on 19.03.2011 with voucher bearing no. after scratch-[protected].But today on 21.03.2011 I got a message that"your 25p/min pack has expired"-whereas the pack was valid for 30days from the date of recharge on 19.03.2011.

                                        Within 3 days i loss the balance of Rs. 60 automatically.
                                        I am not started any services of videocon but automatic message is come that 1) Caller tune Service Rs. 30 and 2) 100 Hours Free Music Service Rs. 30 has been started on your mobile.
                                        This problem happens regularly with me as wel as my friends.
                                        So please take the strict action on this.
                                        M using videocon no [protected] .. i have requested to deactivate the caller tune service ... it got activated from your side ... many times i calles customre care to deactivate the caller tune but again and again it got activate i get sms that your caller tune wil be renewed in 2 dyas... evry second day 1 rps get deduct from my account .. service I never activated why should I pay for that… I get sms from to deactivate caller tune. Send sms toll free no 50000…. But I have been charge 3 rps for that… what the hell I going on.. what worst service u have…. I have ever seen….                                         Videocon D2H — No connection

                                        the service of vediocon d2h is the worst, nobody attends to the complaints, the customer care executive hardly care for the customer problem.. I think the garbage complaints are better attended than vediocon d2h services
