I have been trying to chose channels for my 3 multi-room d2h connection for last 2 months, but there is no solution it seems.
The customer care is pathetic, they don't connect for at least 20 - 30 minutes, even after getting connected, their standard answer is to choose the channels from their website.
The website is even more pathetic, it doesn't work
Their app doesnt work either.
Emails dont work either. They never reply back, not even acknowledge it.
Customer care registered my complaint many times, each time they resolved it in their system without actually resolving it.
Their nodal officer email and phone dont work either. Nodal officer dont pick up phone and never reply to emails.
I dont know what to do now, i have already paid advance rental for 2 years
It seems d2h is doing a fraud or on the verge of closing down
In any case it seems my money is stuck.
