On 13.04.2019 i recharged my account with rs.273. And rs.273 was deducted from my account, but till date whenever i am opening my tv a message is showing, 'insufficient balance'. Now whenever i am entering my d2h account all the informations are incorrect like - inorrect customer id, registered phone no. I would request a refund of rs. 273 i would request to please change the customer id and registered telephone no.

I have tried to provied as much as information possible. I would expect a positive response from videocon d2h and i hope my problem would be resolved as soon as possible and a refund of rs. 273 which was deducted

    Pathetic Customer Service and they close the service request without service and raise new service request every day when you call them

    I am writing after going through the harassment from pathetic Customer Service from Videocon D2H

    I have raised a complaint on 09-Apr-2019 for new remote control and they closed without service then again I have raised another complaint on 10-Apr and 11-Apr and another complaint on 13-Apr, all these service complaints closed without service.

    I have called the nodal office of Maharashtra state Dhananjay on his mobile number but it's a wrong number provided by customer care.

    Every executive says sorry for the inconvenience and does nothing except raising a new service request.
    We are not able to enjoy the service we are being charged continuously for more than a 1 week (and its keep on counting).

    This is just a part of the following grievances I have faced from your Customer Care:
    The lines are connected after waiting for 15-20 mins (at least) always.
    The executives, behave like they are not able to listen and drop the call. Have experienced it twice last week.
    Today before witting, I have tried many times but my call was not being answered at all.
    Executives mention to escalate to a supervisor but return back with their busy status and shamelessly ask to call back again after 30 mins. They don't even consider that we got the opportunity to get connected after waiting for long and calling back like starting over it again. I feel like we are obliged if our call is being attended.

    Do you really expect your customer to spend 30 - 40 mins daily to your customer care for nothing?

    VIDEOCON IS THE WORST BRAND! IT'S-A TIME TO FIND NEW OPERATOR OR EVEN WITH LOCAL CABLE OPERATORS ARE PROVIDING A BETTER SERVICE.

      I purchased videocon tv 3 years back, now i am facing issues in my tv's screen is block, its under warranty only but the service partner not responding properly they asking for money to replacement, if any physical damage only can accept the charges there is no damage also why they asking service charge to replace the items.         I had done long term recharge of 60months +200days complimentary as per attachment on 30th Nov'16.
        Afterwards, Videocon team had added complimentary channel without my request and charged me for same.This issue is still unresolved.

        I am awaiting for issue closure.All above complaint registered for same problem but till now issue not resolved completely.
        I had mentioned name of person including senior person I had discussed but till now no issue resolved.

        Now after TRAI regulation Videocon team removed many channel.
        As per payment done by me for full package - Platinum HD for long term plan of 60months + 200days.Irrespective of TRAI regulation or Taxes imposed by Govt Channel should not be reduced no of channel.

        But now Videocon team is looting customer.
        I recommend customer don't go for long term plan.

        Also customer care is worst.I want to discontinue service, they are telling refund not possible.

        If no action taken by Videocon team, I will publish this in all Facebook and all social media.

        Also I will recommend all customer not to go for Videocon D2H.If you still want to suffer than never go for RECHARGE more than a month.
        Long term recharge is having no benefits as compared to monthly recharge.

          This is to bring to your notice that my complaint on the resolving the technical error in videocon d2h web site has not been resolved as yet..in this regard three complaints had been filed as detailed below, but no action has been taken till date.

          3. Complaint no.[protected] dtd. 11.04.2019.

          * i am unable to select channels for my multi room connection as selection of channels for primary connection and secondary connection is not available separately on the web site.
          * ncf charges @rs.130/-+ gst is being levied for both the connection. It should be rs.130/-+gst for primary connection and rs.50/-+gst for secondary connection as per your company policy for multi room tv.
          * the interface for selecting and removing channels is also not working.

          This is to request that early action may please be taken.

            Respected sir,
            We have paid our videocon d2h balance for three months on 25/02/2019. But the service has been stopped by videocon d2h on 03/04/2019.
            We have called the customer care and they said that the problem will be solved in 10 minutes. But after 10 minutes the problem has not been solved. We have waited for 1 hour but it is not solved. The service is to be stopped in 11/05/2019 but it has stopped in 03/04/2019.
            When we called they said that they will change the plan but nothing happen.

                Mr. Rajendra representative of r. K. Enterprises on 10/02/2019 collected rs. 1450/- for the problem he identified in my videocon tv (Receipt attached) with a promise that in next 14 days he will get the new part from the company and tv will be operational. After doing follow up he keep on telling 2-3 days more but when it was crossing 30 days he started telling he has already raised the demand but not getting part from the company warehouse in aurangabad. After few days he had provided me few more mobile numbers of his seniors/company representatives which i tried several times but in vein.

                I am attaching the receipt for your ref. Please guide me how to get the solution of my problem. My tv is dead since last 2 months with no concrete reply from any resources.

                    My customer id[protected] mobil no.-[protected]. My service is suspended from 29jan 2019 as per my request but amount deducted from my account. I was complain too many time on mail and customer care service agent. My complain no. [protected]&[protected] by mr suraj and miss khusbhoo both are agree on my claimed cash back in my account. But not refunded till date.. Now my mobile no. Customer service agent not responding they said we are connecting sr. Ofcr and my phone again and again many time. I was sent at least 40 mail regarding that matter but not resolved this matter and msg sent matter resolved. As per me my account balance after rs 25 deducted for service suspended charge, balance amount rs 130. As per ur mail on dated 4 feb my account balance was rs 164.65. Plz do the needful action against customer care service agent and cash back in my account.

                      We have a videocon dth connection with id no:[protected] since 2 years. We went abroad in december 2018 and returned back by the end of january 2019. We had requested for temporary suspension and they obliged as we have paid only upto the 2nd week of december '18. After our return we subscribed for rs100/- only on[protected], as the new trai rules have been about to begin from 1st february 2019. We waited till[protected], as we are not clear about the new trai rules. We selected tamil free channels along with some paid channels amounting to total of rs 245/- now they are not not providing us the free tamil channels we have selected except some paid channels and dd channels in all indian languages. Now every time we contact their staff they just tell us that they will verify and talk back. But they never called back. Finally today after i pressed hard they tell us we have selected the dd pack of free channels. We are surprised when they tell us that it the government package for the 130/- rupees. I wonder if namo tv, 1500, done. Comtv, livelife tv and some more are repeated three times each with different channel numbers. When i questioned them they said we have clicked the channel twice online. If so the same channel numbers should get repeated. How come that different channel numbers get displayed on the tv screen. When i asked this they don't answer. It seems that they are cheating the subscribers in this manner. Hence i request your esteemed authority to kindly look into matter and get us the proper tamil channels we had selected.

                        Customer id is[protected], i have raised the request for re-installation. Complaint number is -[protected]. Calls to the customer care goes in hold mode for more than 20 minutes, so far they have not done any steps to install the dish. Irritating the customer. The engineer visited, he didnt installed the dish saying some reasons and he closed the complaint. I still didnt got the service. I paid the money for the dish and i need to get the service.

                          Our customer id is[protected] we subscribed channel. No. 913 movies active
                          But want to unsubscribe it immediately as they are charging rs 76 per month
                          Which they have not disclosed in tariff as displayed for other channels in
                          The menu itself.
                          The channel should be immediately. They are making excuse that there is one month lock in period. They have not given any satisfactory reply to email complaint in this regard but are rather giving information on subscribing more chanells they have not even pointed out as to what is the procedure for unsubscribing.
                          The channel should be removed with immediate effect.

                                  As per my account status i have a balance of more than rs. 600. But for past three days it is displaying that most of the regularly watched channels as not subscribed. Both the customer care nos provided in your website are not working. I downloaded d2h infinity app to find out the issue it shows server not connected. Also today my validity of the d2h was changed from 2/7/19 to 13/6/19. What are you people doing.

                                      I am customer of Videocon D2h for last 3 years and have been facing the problem since then but none of the problems were solved by the company either when we ask for any help they ask for money. Recently when i happened to face the problem i contacted the customer care they told me that i have to pay Rs.200 for the engineer visit and this is what they do always and the money as an Indian citizen we pay do not have any value and that is what these people do and the way they treat. Therefore i request you to kindly take strict action against this company for the illegal way of charging in emergency situations.

                                        Really very bad experience with videocon d2h service. As per trai rules i have paid 3 months subscription from 21st march included 7 days additional free trial.. But it is reflected only 2 months in my account information. I had discussed with customer care more than two times also no use. Thay simply added some packs without our knowledge. Request you to take a action against videocon d2h. I will submit all the proof with details.
