My self raised a complaint number[protected] with vidoecond2h and continusoly following up them and called multiple times to call center but no one turned up. when ever I call to customer care they are saying that the engineer going to reach today but no one called and resolved the issue.
I fed up to call them and sent an email to customer care for withdraw the connection and return my amount back. Even they did not replied properly with proper resolution.

Hence raising this complaint.

    I have recharged with rs. 400/- on 19.03.2019 for one month as per their basket of channels(TRAI) provided to me. But today i.e. on 08.04.2019 connection has been deactivated due to insufficient balance. moreover all their toll free no. are only recorded and only tells the fund balance they have no interaction with the customer to listen their problem or complain.

      From last 2 -3 I am unable to see any channel. Customer care executive says call back after 30 min from last 2-3 days. Also unable to select channel as per my choice, due to site issue. If System is down then no buddy can see tv channels but same has been not happening. If systems is down then why recharge is done??, after calling to customer care executives how they know my customer id if the server is down??

        In spite of my many e mails to this co, they are not furnishing me a list of channels being broadcasting on my tv. They have already migrated my old plan to their new plan of rs.269/- but without furnishing me a list of channels.           This is to inform with great displeasure that such bad things are happening with me. As per tria i have selected my channels manually and have selected star sports 3 and other sports channels to watch live cricket. But recently all of a sudden when the ipl matches starts my all sports channels are blocked with message mentioned "signal not available", while other channels are working fine. To my surprise after the match overs the next morning it automatically resumed. So i thought now everything is fine. But this is happening since last 7 days. Now my question is if i have paid you money then why such things are happening. When i asked the customer care they told "sir everything is fine from our side, and we need to send engineer for resolving who will charge rs 200. I don't understand what sort of technical problem this is? When the match starts you are stopping me to watch the paid channels, when the match overs you again resume those channels. This is total a fraud game to loot us. When i asked the customer care how if this things happens even after the engineer corrects it, they said if it is repeated within one month we will make it free service, else again a charge of rs 200. So i thing this is good way to loot us. I need immediate action else i will take legal action and inform all the response authorities the way your guys are looting us. My customer id[protected]

            Hi Team,

            I have a problem with my Videocon refrigerator -model # VAP244E/2013. I gave complaint @ Videcon customer care #. One of the service center - Cool Air Fresh System, Hyderabad technician came and suggested to replace Compressor and Gas which I did by paying 5500/-.
            Within a week the problem again started. When I tried calling the service center they are not answering the calls and no proper response.

            Problem: Not properly cooling.
            Videocon Industries customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            On website of videocon d2h channel list is given for HD gold combo pack. I subscribed to this. Now according to provided channel list, few channels like star bharat HD etc. is not coming. I have contacted, now they are saying it is not part of the selected pack.

              This is with reference to very pathetic customer service i have received on and off from videocon.

              Issues faced:

              1. My connection is non functional since morning of 07.04.19
              2.in spite of paying the entire amount the connection has not been resumed
              3. It takes more than 45 minutes every time to connect to a call centre executive
              4. Have called more than 10 times to the customer care team and every time they put my call on hold and provide no response
              5. When asked the customer care executive to transfer my call to a senior they transfer my call to punjabi call centre every time
              6. I want full refund of my amount paid and immediately disconnect the service due to pathetic customer service i have faced

              This is sheer harassment by the customer care executives every time and no one seems bothered about the existing customers.

                As i done recharge on 06/04/2019 for account id:91633830 the recharge was successful but the are available as its showing insufficient balance when called to customer care they telling to acquire engineer service which is chargeable of rs200 so i kindly request you to resolve the service as soon as possible and also the customer service are not responding properly to the query

                  I am a videocon d2h customer. My service provider has not been giving his desired channels and has been switching channels as per his wish. I have paid ₹800/- but still have ended up watching sd channels.
                  My service provider is not even bothering to answer my calls and replying to my messages. I find this new arrangement of selection of channels very disappointing.

                      I have been using a same plan for last one year and had not changed to plan as per trai. Today all of sudden, i see all the channels removed from my account. Some random channels have been added and the customer care executive is not helping me to find when it was changed. He himself accepted that we are cheating the customers my changing the channels without permission.

                          My complaint is pending from 27.03.2019 and unable to select channels of my choice as per TRAI Guide lines. I have multi room connection and even after more than 100 calls their customer support say they can add only single channels costs high and not broadcaster's bouquets

                          This defeats the purpose of TRAI. Further I can not select channels of of my choice for each TV mirror channels would cost more due to the new regime.

                          Can anybody at D2H Help or I have no option to forcefully shift to cable operator..

                            E18-4 service not available even after repeated complaints to customer care.
                            Firstly call are answered after a wait of 20 to 30 min a and they replied saying sorry your service will start shortly but even after 1 day no service
                            I think videocon is making money by fooling people

                              Hello,
                              I had registered a complaint regarding incorrect billing of my account customer id for videocon[protected] on 30th of january 2019.
                              I was being billed @ inr 496 a month, however as per my modified selection (Trai guidlines) i should have been billed @ inr 267.70 a month.
                              The issue has not been resolved yet they are billing me more and providing only channels for 267.70 pack.
                              Numerous times i have called you customer services support however the keep disconnecting me.
                              Please help and resolve

                              I suggest you switch to Tata Sky or any other service provider, I have done the same Videocon is the worst in customer service, you will never hear back from them.

                                Hi, my Videocon d2h account Id is[protected], I recharged it with Rs.475, yesterday, till now my account is not reactivated and I am not able to watch matches.i kept calling your customer care number multiple times and worst is it's not reachable.after multiple try one customer service guy named Prince told me it will get reactivated in 10 mins..its been 24 hours now .worst scenario is I paid twice for this recharge one thru my bank account and another thru Paytm.not sure what to do

                                  I am using d2h since years. I have 3 hd connections. One is primary & another 2 are secondary, my recharge was completed in month of march, after that i selected hd package from my primary & secondary connection. But unfortunate in primary hd channels are working fine. But in secondary some another sd package running. After repeating call to customer care my complaint is not resolved. Everytime they said choose plan from d2h website, but in d2h website showing only sd channel packages. So many repeating call my issue still not resolved.

I have been trying to get in touch with the customer care since 5 hours it's jus so annoying that how carelessly videocon is dealing with this issue. The packages are just something else now it keeps renewing new packs without any notification. Do the needful as soon as possible if this continues i would like to discontinue your service

                                      Videocon d2h has collected my disc antenna when I moved to MDU connection in Pune city Maharashtra. but when I relocated to Bhavnagar Gujarat, they are not re-installing the disk back. I have sent more than 20 mails to customer care e-mail id and tried to connect for more than 100 times with their customer care nos. in last 50 days, but they are not solving my problem. Most of the case phone is not connecting. They might blocked my registered nos as I am not able call from the same. When I connect with other unknown no, officer is asking to wait for 24 hrs every day for resolution. They never has enough information and when I pressure them for giving some information related to escalate this problem. I think they are not willing to return my disk but deducting from account balance everyday without providing any service. I have checked online at many places and on portals for online complaints and found lacks o[censored]nsolved complaints for Videocon d2h. Most of the customers are not satisfied with his service. I tried to register online complain from its site, but its captcha code is not readable / encodable. So, nobody can register their complain. Even customer care also not solving this problem. I can share my all mails to Videocon when ever require.

                                      I was continuously calling customer care no. of Videocon 12-15 times per day to solve my complaint. Finally they send their engineer and install new disk antenna.

                                        Please improve yourcustomet service i am calling no response i have activates my metal walla plan but i am unable to view channel from more than one month i am facing problem of this continues i want to change my set up box. please respond to my call from one month i am trying my call to customer care but they r not responding to my calk i have activated sports channel but channel is not activated.
