I am a VIDEOCON D2H customer with customer ID[protected]. All my channels vanished from today morning onwards, and even after recharging my account, the channels were not coming. The D2H customer service persons, instead of solving the problem which is clearly at their own end, are constantly saying they'll arrange technician visit, which will cost me heavily, despite no fault of mine. This is clear LOOT, since the D2H guys this way can switch off the channels anytime, arrange technician visits and earn tons of money. Please help to resolve this issue.
