Sir, i have lost my rtn and i do not remember the number. Please change my
Rtn number as soon as possible. I am able to select any pack. My money is being wasted.

        Since yesterday afternoon to till this moment my call could connect only one time to your customer care and he replied that services will be established soon yet not working your connection.

        You hopeless videocon people do not work properly

        Worst ever company i have seen in world and that is yours videocon

        I have paid 6 months recharge amount and it is not working when i started yesterday.in last 6 months i have not used at all and now when my kids are now free your service is not working

        I will go to consumer forum and file against videocon

        What's the point o[censored]se it?

        Ur call center is worst than pakistan

          Hi,

          I have platinum hd pack and i want to choose my own channel pack.
          Currently in my existing pack most of the channel which i do not need but it is selected by videcon d2h only.

          I am requesting to videocon customer care to give me a option to select my own pack, i don't want additional channel, but company is not ready to given me the user name and password. Now it is more than a month.

          Please help to get the user name and password to select my own pack.

            We have done a recharge of Rs 217 /- on 24th March 2019 after selecting the required channels. But the service has not started yet. We are not even able to connect to the customer service number. Customer service numbers are not working. There is no response from customer service.

                My customer I'd:42643150.

                I have recharged for the amount 297 Rs at 7PM on 26th March 2019, but even after recharging, none of the channels are coming, shows insufficient balance in the screen.
                Even after calling d2h representative, no action has been taken. Sometimes call won't be answered or disconnected.
                kindly take action on this soon.

                  We are using videocon d2h with customer id[protected].we have recharged for amount of rs.554.Acount has not been activated and even there is no response from customer care service.Take strict actions.They do not value our money and simply wasting our time too.a lot of comolaints are getting heard even at nearby places.only Videocon D2h got this type of complaints.They give worst value for our money.TRAI take disciplinary actions

                    Pls short my problem because from 3days suffering. Not short by customer care my customers id[protected] and change the resigister no pls now no [protected].pls short out immediately. Recharge done on 23/03/19. 100/-many times calls done bt not going ring customer care.4-5times call received by customer care bt not resolved my guary. Sr pls give action hardly then resolved Gary.

                      My suscriber id[protected]. I am unable to view channels even after recharge. Error shows: C14 Smart card not paired with box. Customer care service is not providing any help. Maximum time they are not reachable. Even if they are receiving calls, transferring the call to another team which is not picking up the call at all. I have even tried to reach the nodal office at kolkata sector 5, RDB. They are also not reachable. Two days over I have no clue whom to proceed. My recharge amount is wasted everyday. Please help.

                        login issue with videocon d2h

                        While trying to login VideoconD2h my account login is not working as excepted, the webpage is saying OTP send to registered mobile number to login to my account but we are not receiving any OTP, so we are unable to login to the system. I am trying since trai new rule enforced but not getting any success . I have contacted customer care several times but they are not solving the issue, just keep on asking to try after 30 mins, I am not able...

                        I have recharged d2h with199 in morning on 25/03/2019 and after several sms on their on screen provided no i.e [protected] and to calls to ur other numbers and several customer care calls u r unable to resolve or looking unwilling to show their effort to get the complaint resolved, really very much disappointed by the videocon d2h service.

                          Problem 1: despite cancelling "kids active pack" from my existing pack its again getting added for which i am paying charges that i shouldn't be paying since i haven't included it in my pack.
                          Problem 2 : now if a customer is in problem and he wants to resolve his issue then its your duty to help him but you guys have such horrible customer care that however hard one tries your number is always busy. I guess to increase your company profitability you have just one guy available for whole india. Good tactic.

                            I had subscribed d2h multi tv connection of 4 nos 15 days back on march 2019

                            I am facing subscription problems from day1.

                            1 all channels are not coming as per subscription.
                            2 mirroring issue.
                            3 no proper single point solution.
                            4 website and mobile app crashing and not helpful

                            If i contact their local service provider. They ask us to call their customer service.

                            If i contact their customer service, they are highly uneducated about their service. I feel like i know more than what they should know about their services. They are very rude, unapologetic and just disconnect the call if they can't rectify. I am told to either use the website or mobile app. But is not helpful either.

                            I feel i am cheated by d2h by their substandard service.

                            I am stuck with their service since i have already invested in their set-top boxes.

                            Kindly help, i would like a total refund from the company.

                              I had made a request for a new hd d2h settop box connection and made an online payment of rs.2562 through their official website www.d2h.com. the payment was made on 23mar2019 at 12:17pm. The payment was successful and the money got debited from my bank account. After the payment, the website showed a response page which had only the transaction id (Please refer the attachment). It did not have any other information like customer id, customer name, work order no, plan details, etc. Neither did i get any kind of confirmation through mail/sms.

                              Since then i tried contacting their customer care number ([protected]). It was very difficult to connect to the customer care executive. Most of the time, it doesn't even ring. I used to get hold of an executive after attempting for about 20 times. When i get to speak to a customer care executive and ask for the status of my payment, he simply give up saying that he cannot help without mentioning the customer id. They were not able to understand the very fact that i did not get the customer id after making the payment.

                              I kept on calling the customer care number again and again. Finally, on 24mar2019 11:30pm, one executive picked up my call and told that the payment is credited and mentioned me the work order and customer id. But i was extremely unhappy with their service and i did not want to proceed with the product. So, i requested him to cancel the order and return my money.

                              He simply denied my refund claim saying that there is no option to cancel the order. Please note that even at this point, neither did i receive the product, nor it was installed on my premises. I believe that i have every right to cancel the order and get a refund for the amount which i paid.

                                From last two days i am trying to reach d2h customer care representative.
                                Each time i got same message that all representative are busy & after 30min call gets disconnected. I want help related to change my package according to new trai policies. Even i recharger my account i am able to see only free channel list provided by trai.

                                    I am getting this error in my box and i have also refresh the same your service is very poor because your team member are not responding my calls in proper they debit the request.

                                    I am trying from yesterday morning and every time response is please call after 30 minutes and some time response is please i am transfer your call to our executive but within 2 second calls got disconnect.

                                    And as per error box is inactive but videocon executives are unable to understand the problems.

                                      I have subscribed for all kannada channels but few channels are not activated for me and they deduct money for those channels which they are not giving. I tried reaching customer support its none of number working and the one which working always says busy on another call. Sometime they pick and tell that their server is down and they can not check my details. If you cant give service just end your business dont play with customers. Just refund my money and take your box back
