My name is shivam shukla and i have videcon d2h connection.
I had recharged my videocon d2h id no.[protected] on 1/04/2016 by 220 rupees,
After which the services were not started.in this regarding, the company's customer care is being fooled only on many occasions. The company is not even launching services and is charging the rates accordingly, the biggest thing is that the company does not provide services as per the full charge on 220 or other recharge, for example to recharge 220 but videocon is offering only rs 214 on the id. Even after following all the instructions given by the customer care officer, the service has not been started yet. According to the instructions of trai, i have also chosen my channel, and now it is being told that an engineer will have to pay 200 rupees. He will come and see the problem but there is no guarantee of time to solve, both in the condition rupees must be paid, some channels including lok sabha tv, rajya sabha tv, tv9 india, and home channels are being telecasted, but the rest of the channels have not started even after recharged. Or is it. The company is arbitrarily raising the money and the problem is not ready to hear. Please take proper action.
