I'm a current customer of videocon d2h. It is more than 120 hours since we have recharged for one month package. Only taking money and zero service. Your customer care pumping back only excuses on various cretext. I expect this excuses from the customer care till the offer ends. Either get us the money or do proper service regulating the lost days.

    Hi... I purchased this tv set which is led, uhd, 3d features with a 5 years warranty in 2015 oct. Have been facing challenges with panel in the past for which technicians have been visiting without any visiting charges (Beyond 1 yr as well). Now problem with panel again and service center is charging rs 1500 visiting charges which are very high and uncalled for. Led is under warranty, when customer buys an expensive led with warranty he expects peace of mind. But i am troubled by this clause of visiting charges too high, please help.

        Every time i call them they keep on hold and then they disconnect the call. It's been more than 20 times i have contacted them and none were able to help me.

        Customer service guys are from village i guess they don't understand my problem even after explaining many times.

        I have requested fro a supervisor is well but they didn't even respond to that.

          Hello sir
          I have two connections on this id 10897818 and i have been facing problem for last two months. I called to customer care so many time but they disconnect phone when they know this problem er. Also visited but the problem is existing. Please resolve this problem. And i have recharged for last two months by amount 450 and 408 rs. Every time executive said to me that your problem will be resolved by after 10 minutes but it is still now.

            I am kapil. This is my customer id :[protected]. I am not getting 60% of my channels which i've chosen according to trai guidelines.

            Also, the billing amount on you buggy website shows me the amount of rs.403 whereas i am asked to pay rs.653 every month. Kindly provide me the justification.

            I've tried calling a lot of times to customer care service through my rtn but they are always busy. I can understand due to your buggy system you must cater a lot of complaints.

                  I am a videocon D2H customer since long time. The customer -ID 58806120. Recently i have charged my account on 02/04/2019 with Rs 1000, after if was suspended. Unfortunately i am not able to view the channels till now. also when i called the customer care which luckily got connected, an executive naming Mr.Thahsib was very rude and mannerless in talking and was not at all helpful in solving the issue. He told i have to pay 200 for the service engineer to fix the issue.I dont understand the logic i payed for the D2H and videocon is not able to provide me the service and he is telling me to pay 200 to make videocon work. Y should i? These type o[censored]neducated executives will definitely make videocon reach very high very soon.

                          My name is shivam shukla and i have videcon d2h connection.
                          I had recharged my videocon d2h id no.[protected] on 1/04/2016 by 220 rupees,
                          After which the services were not started.in this regarding, the company's customer care is being fooled only on many occasions. The company is not even launching services and is charging the rates accordingly, the biggest thing is that the company does not provide services as per the full charge on 220 or other recharge, for example to recharge 220 but videocon is offering only rs 214 on the id. Even after following all the instructions given by the customer care officer, the service has not been started yet. According to the instructions of trai, i have also chosen my channel, and now it is being told that an engineer will have to pay 200 rupees. He will come and see the problem but there is no guarantee of time to solve, both in the condition rupees must be paid, some channels including lok sabha tv, rajya sabha tv, tv9 india, and home channels are being telecasted, but the rest of the channels have not started even after recharged. Or is it. The company is arbitrarily raising the money and the problem is not ready to hear. Please take proper action.

                              I have a hd set top box and was in south gold hd package. Now according to the new rules, i need to select channels of my choice. I tried the following options:
                              1. Al carte selection of channels - only sd channels are listed. No option to select hd channels.
                              2. You recommend a package which has channels which i do not need. However, the hd channels are selected somehow. I am not able to edit for removing the channels i do not need.
