I installed Videocon d2h during the end of Oct'18. I subscribed the channels for 1 year. From 19th Mar'19, Videocon has disconnected the channels and says that the balance is over and I have to recharge again to avail the service. The amount already paid for 1-year subscription was adjusted to installation charges.

I raised this with their customer care team on 20th Mar'19, 26th Mar'19, 10th Apr'19 still they are saying the same reason with no proper response to the consumer. They are offering very bad customer service. They are Money cheaters..., I want my money back to my dth account.

This is a never-ending complaint.

I'm always available. I have no idea why the only videocon is not able to reach out to me. Let's do one thing, I will dedicate a day to talk with Videocon on coming Saturday 7th Dec'19 from 9 pm to 5 pm IST. Let's see if this time videocon can connect to me.

Here are the details to be discussed in the call. I would request the videocon team to have the details ready before calling me. This point is provided that the Nodel officer said that he will get the details and call me back but never received any calls.

Date 1st recharge was done and its validity (date and balance)
Date TRAI changes implemented and what was the balance when TRAI changes were implemented
What happened to the balance on my account post TRAI changes

The NODAL officer said he will contact me with the requested details ~10 days back. But still, I have received no response.

I feel Videocon is not capable to handle customers and not ready to address customer pain points.

Videocon - I want my money back into my DTH account in next 2 days. Otherwise, I might need to file a case.

To my knowledge, they didn't get back to me with the requested information and no solution was provided.

It's been more than 3 months now, my complaint is still open.

I think Videocon is least bothered about customer complaints. Isn't it?

I got a call from the sales team asking why I haven't recharged the DTH.

How come the sales team were able to connect with me whereas no one from the Complaints team?

This still shows that you are more focussed on eating consumer money rather than providing the service for the money spent by the consumer.

    I purchased hyundai LED TV, model- LEDTVHY3285HHZ-Z with serial no[protected], licensed by Hyundai corporation, Korea.
    i found problem in picture quality & also same confirmed by led service man that belongs to videocon (Videocon is service AMC), engineer visit once and found panel issue in LED TV, i raised a complain for Hyundai 32 inch LED TV, Compaint no is -JAI[protected] on 18 september.2018.
    My issue is still not resolve yet. What should i understand about videocon, I am suffered with service of Hyundai,
    It is request please look in to matter and resolved my issue ASAP.

      Channels are not coming past 3 days.after multiple complaints still no one is resolving the mater neither sending technician. Still balnce us there and charging 25 rupee on daily basis. Custom id is[protected]. The prepaid servise will expire on 8th may still channels are not coming and video customer service are cheating and resolving the issue.

        Some(eg DD MP, EPIC, SONY MAX) channels are showing signal not available. Customer care says engineer visit required and it will have 200rs charge. Why 200 Rs when the service providing liability should be of videocon and not customer. Solve it and don't charge. Otherwise, I will move to tata sky. My cust id is 23745578.

          Despite making full payment well before the due date, D2H has blocked a number of free and paid channels from my pack.

          The screen went suddenly blank and all I see now is that the channel is not part of your subscription.

          Ironically I have paid full monthly payment well before the due date and even some of the free channels are lost.

          When I call customer care the call connects consuming the post paid mobile bill but all I hear is 'All our agents are busy please try after sometime"

          Uptill now I must have wasted at least 30 -40 calls.

          Videocon D2H is a big disappointing experience.

            e18-4 error videocon d2h

            There is enough balance in my account but still it's showing E18-4 error. "E18-4 Services not available currently due to technical reasons, will be made available" on all the channels. I Tried calling customer service but no solution. Problem has been since 4 days. No channel is working. Please solve my issue as soon as possible. Videocom d2h helpline is the worst. No help given. Please repair my television...

            I do recharge on my Videocon d2h.As per i choose my plan in this month.they are not working.instead of this my previous month pack is active.I create a plan in this month and submit.i recharge accordingly the price shown.but i don't get anyone of these channel.and also I refresh the account.my previous month there are very few channel.and i create mera wala plan on Videocon website.and after login next day on Videocon website i shown previous month pack not this month.so i want plan that I create in this month.so please solve my problem as early as possible.

              Dear Trai Team

              I am a videocon d2h user with customer id[protected]. From past 1 quater, i am facing no. Of issues regarding services of videocon d2h, which includes wrong add-on activation, frequent unfair balance deductions, no response from CC, bad interaction with CC executives, Terminal not working, execuses n all etc...

              Latest incident happens when I recharge of Rs. 451 for which i should get services for 30 days but they are not providing the services and not even responding in mode of communication. Again i have complained to their email id'[protected]@d2h.com, but to which they are not replying. Such issues started from the month of Jan.2019 itself & i continued using their services on their assurance of clean services in future but all in vain and i'm in deep trouble with no services in hand.

              Since it's happening quite frequently now, i request you to kindly intervene & provide resolution. Lodging complaints again & again isn't feasible with videocon d2h. They keep our call on hold for mammoth duration (30 min). Sometimes call gets disconnected & they don't bother to call back. If we write email, they simply avoid to reply it.

              Now i am so furious, that i even don't want to use their services but unfortunately i have invested money in buying their useless products. I want my money back for the investment done on their set top box & umbrella.

              I hope needful action will be initiated from your end & strict action will be taken against videocon d2h.

                We are using d2h since 2014 .now we are recharged with 267 but now free channels are working and rs channels are note working, ome thing i just wonder the home channel is also showing signal not availabe, when we contact with custemer care they saying, we will send engineer to resolve problem but we need to pay rs200 for him,

                    I Am purchased a TV of MODEL NO:[protected] Dated on 05/07/2016 your reputed company but i am facing a problem after using 6 months.But after many attempts your Engineer visit my doorstep but he is not provided me a permanent solution i am still suffer with the same problem.He told me company stop's manufacturing of the parts we reqire.Now my concern is my warranty is going to expire very soon what can i do .Please provide me a solution otherwise i'll go to the consumer court against your company.I though Videocon is very old and reputed brand i trust on your company I already have VIDEOCON REFRIGERATOR AND WASHING MACHINE Too.So please provide me a replacement with the new model TV.

                      Have been using their service at home for over 2 years now. The service is always very bad, the channels keep freezing or signal lost error on screen even on non cloudy days! However, since January 2019, the service has been the worst! I have already recharged and there is a good chunk of balance left. But i'm not able to login and select my package/channels. I try to reset the password but i'm not getting any messages or OTP on my RTN. I have called to complain on this many times and each time it has been nothing short of a nightmare! It takes long time to get connected to them, then the person listens to your complaint and puts you on hold and just disconnects after a long time if I dont disconnect myself! Inspite of giving complaint and following up many times, there is no action from their side. I have even written emails but there is no response to it either! They have put some default pack charging more and i'm not even getting my preferred channels. I cant change it and my balance keeps reducing everyday! When i call to follow up on my complaint, they say "we have taken complaint, its with the backend team and i have to wait!" There is no sign of remorse or apology and no tentative deadline either! I have alos written a few emails and nobody bothers to respond to it either!
                      Since past few days, the screen is just frozen and doesnt respond at all. They say they will send a guy and i will have to pay for it! But i did some research on the internet and found that this is a gimmick by them and they are doing this to charge us!
                      I have not been using their service but money is being charged! I need to be refunded the amount for giving so much torture and loss of money!

                        Unable to login to videocon d2h since yesterday.
                        Despite putting otp for so many times it shows a blank black page of d2h.com.
                        Tried to resolve it through password but same problem appears again and again.
                        Thus unable to create my own channels pack as par trai guidelines.
                        Unable to contact customer care numbers including nodal office number. None of them are working.
                        Kindly resolve the issue as the earliest.

                            I made a recharge and its more than 48 hrs, no support in any way. Neither replied to any mail. Worst service provider, customer representatives are just trained parrots, who only speak one line taught to them for every situation.
                            On top of it, my issues with the service has been going for few months now. Still no improvement. Would strongly suggest to close the service, you don't deserve to cater us. If any senior manager wants to talk about the issue, do give a ring on [protected].

                              As i called many time to videocon d2h hotline number all the time phone lines are busy i ask them to activate usb video recording feature all the time there was showing technical issue in our system not able to activate usb recording such wrost service from videocon d2h

                              Please try to resolve my issue early as it would be great help

                                Dear sir, videocon d2h not shown the channel's jai maharashtra, ibn lokmat from some days. By calling to call centre they tell it was removed due to not demand. It is free to air channel hou they removed it??... Last 10 days before the channel's are shown on d2h. The call centre executive not responding me. Pls resolve the problem asap. Pls resolved the issue

                                  Mirror connection not updated.
                                  Poor website and app. Not possible to access mirror connection. Customer care always not get connection. Last 3 months still they are not clear my complaint.I paid yearly amount. So many times told to customer care "I want main connection channels as it as in mirror". But in mirror connection old subscribed channels running. They deducting money in new tarif cost

                                    I have Rechargered my TV but I am able to see any channel when I call costumer I'd then no any response come forward in this matter I am facing this problem 2 day but no any solution has come yet I have tried customer no more than 100 times but I fill that this company and his customer no is fake
