I am trying to choose my own pack via your site www.d2h.com and app from last two months. When i select the channels and proceed for the payment getting the below message.

Your details has been successfully submitted
We will get back to you shortly'

Still it hasn't even been activated and there is absolutely no response from them i contact to customer care multiple times during this period but every time they said due to application issue we are unable to proceed please call after some time.

Videocon d2h is the worst possible service provider.

I didn't get any update from Videocon D2H. They are not supporting to the customer's issue.

    I take a recherge. But no any channel showing. I contacts your customer care nos., they tell me that your problem will be solve till 24hours. I call them many times.. Till today i can't see any programmes on tv. Each day your customer care executives promises me that your account will be started tomorrow. Due to this i am very very very very unsatisfied on your services.
    You don't know, what is going on me. Kindly take action on it, otherwise i will scrap your product in dust bin. I hope you understand my filling. You may call me on my cell no. [protected]. Thanking you.

      I think they are making customers fool. Very pathetic website they have developed. Very surprised that we can not login to d2h site. Also validations are not properly handelled. Not able to login using mobile number nor mail id. Please take action asap. Our channels have been stopped and customer care also not helping us to select packages. I think we should switch to another provider.

        From last two week i am trying to contact customer care of Videocon D2H and always its telling busy busy busy.
        Some of Channels which are present in package, but still not able to watch
        Eg. SonySab and Star Bharat Channels are not running from last two weeks.

        Please give reason why it is not running.

        For IPL we want star sports Hindi channel.
        But all customer care numbers are not working.

        i wrote two times. But i didnt get any reply.

          Now one month pass i was complaint against videocon but still no response from d2h company... I was recharged for 9 month...but every month required to recharge customer care support say your account does not have a balance... Please take a quick action .. No response from company..

            My Customer ID is[protected] .I had HD DTH connection before TRAI advisory .On 31 Jan 2019 I tried to create my own pack on your website portal, where I came to know that Option to select HD channels from the dropdown menu is disabled .I filed a complaint regarding the same on 14th February 2019 with your customer care person .I was told it is a technical fault and it would be corrected soon.
            Since that day I have made large number of calls as there was not any action taken from your side till today. I have used android app also still of no use. I tried to subscribe channels through TV remote and sent 5 massages during 28th -29th March after finalising the pack as per TRAI guidelines but I have not got any confirmation mail from your side nor my plan is updated .I have attached screen shot of Massages sent from RTN at no 566777.
            I had very bad experience while contacting your customer care. The calls are not connected also call get disconnected automatically.
            Please do the needful at the earliest as it is very frustrating .

              Hello sir,
              This is to inform you that our current
              Registerd telephone number is not in use. And our e-mail id is not given at the time of registration. Because of that we cannot access some of the features provided by videocon d2h. So i want to change my old registerd telephone number into a new. Registerd telephone number. I have customer id and all other customer details. I am eagerly waiting for your reply and also for a solution.

                Iam a videocon dth user since feb 2016 and after the new trai rule iam facing very bad support from videocon. Every month the services are down for minimum 2 days and response from customer care is also very poor. For contacting customer care we need to call several times and resolution time is more than 72 hrs.

                  Videocon is one of the worst service provider. I'm having videocon ddb smart android led 40", which is not working from last 20 days. After many complaints to videocon customer care nobody is responding properly. One of the engineer came 2 days back he changed the smart board (Pcb) of the led costs rs. 8000, still the led is not in work. The engineer came was from manawar named mr. Firoz[protected], svc point [protected].

                        I am getting following error - e04-4 smart card not inserted properly. Even after multiple follow up with customer care they are ignoring. Keep saying that call after 30 min. This is happening from 7 days. I want my money back.

                        When i said about consumer court they are openly saying go raise. Such a rude behavior. Worst service by videocon.

                        Hope they respond now after raising complaint here.

                          As per new policy of trai we can choose channels which we want to watch but videocon d2h is not doing this.

                          I selected the channels and submitted to company website, i mailed to the company for changing d2h plan.

                          Then i called to the costumer care for changing channel list but still i got no solution.

                              I have recharged for 3 months but in not getting some free channels which is provided by them.
                              I have called customer care almost 30 times.
                              Bloody customer care people answering we can't give that free channels pay 200 then we will realease the channels.
                              How can they charge customers amount for free channels.
                              They are telling do whatever you want we will not release the channels till you pay rs 200.
                              Is this the way you treat customer.

                                My channels have been suddenly deactivated despite showing the pack as new south gold. Tried calling the customer care several times, despite got the feedback as they are always busy and cannot contact them.

                                  My customer id is 84950749 and i had requested to customer care ([protected]) on 28 mar 2019 to remove channel no 105 (Colours) from my pack. But she (Executive) disconnected all channels except base pack channels, for this issue i called many time to same customer care and talked to executives (Jasmin, gagan, mira, and nitu) but their response were very bad and when i asked them to connect the call to supervisor, all four executives forwarded my call but also disconnected after about 10 min of waiting every time. You can verify it from recorded calls at customer care.
                                  I am very disappointed with videocon service and i want to be ensured that action taken against executives by videocon, otherwise i will complain (With proofs) against executives and videocon customer care service at every possible forum.

                                    Hi my 2nd connection is not showing any channels for the past 10 days. My consumer id is[protected]. Pathetic service from videocon. Every time i lodge a complaint through the app i get a message next day problem resolved. Call center is pathetic, they just say the lines they have learned. User resolution is least concern. It seems there is auto messages sent to consumer problem resolved even though nothing is done. Looking for serious alternative next month.

                                      I am not able to select HD channels at the Videocon D2H online site, i have topped up the balance with 20000 and my balance is more then 22000. There is no resolution since last two weeks . No response on email post multiple reminders, calls centre disconnects call and no call back. I am completely frustrated and in spite of paying not getting HD channels. I am not getting any escalation addressed
