Hi,

Since i was unable to view my Hindi HD channels i called up the customer care to enquire about it and they informed my account balance was low due to which i recharged my D2h.

Next day morning the customer care called and updated that my new d2h box has a different box number and its one month subscription is free.

i enquired about the old recharge done for the old box and they informed since its a Google pay it cannot be reverted.

Please provide me with a valid reply.

        I have raised an request regarding my LED panel in February and my part has also approved by company but already 1 year have passed and still not received that led panel.

        When I call to customer care number, they always told me sir we will raise your request on urgent basis.

          We bought Videocon TV model: UHD VNB50 from the dealer "Bindra Radio & Elect. Corporation" Meerut and recently TV gone faulty and made complaints at Tollfree service center.

          It's been 3-months that we made complaint at Videocon server center vide Ref no. LP[protected] on dt: 16 Dec 2020 towards faulty TV model: UHD VNB 50 and no proper response or rectification step carried by the company despite regular follow-ups and excuses given everyone stating that parts are unavailable with them and neither able to confirm any time lines nor given an standby support till they repair the faulty TV.

          It's very pathetic condition to deal with Videocon, as NO responses are given.

          I believe there should be some action against such companies for making surfer the consumers.

          Is there anyway we can get support to have TV repair or replace by Videocon?

              Videocon D2H — Wrong account get credited for recharge

              Dear Team,

              I want to inform you that while recharging through GOOGLE PAY APP for my monthly 347 Rs. MONTHLY RECHARGE OF GOLD PACK I have recharge wrongly Customer ID[[protected]](GRACY COELHO ) instead of a Correct Customer ID.[[protected]]. Both are my account but[protected] is my older ID and [[protected]] is the newer account ID with register [[protected]] Mobile number. So I immediately called Videocon d2h customer care and as confirmed with your customer care no [protected] it is wrongly credited into my another account. I request you to kindly give credit/transfer of amount Rs. 347- in my account[[protected]] immediately.

                Hi,

                I have recharged my d2h account[protected] with Rs.329 on 20 Feb 2021 via
                D2H Infinity app. The money is deducted from my account but the account
                information is not updated in the account and the recharge is not completed.
                I was told that the money will be reverted or credited to my D2H account within 13 hours of the transaction but it has already been 48 hours. I have neither received the refund, nor the recharge is successful.

                  Its so disgusting to here about videocon that company not proving after sale service even after long wait (230+ days). Complain was closed automatically and reopen again to hind its failures. No one is ready to support customer and followup too. I am just wasting my time in follow up with you.
                  Customer care by company are so fake to give solution.

                    I have complaint for my videocon ac last month, engineer visited my place and told problem in outside PCB. I asked him to repair but till date it was not repaired even I asked him to replace the part but he told it is not available.

                    I am regularly calling the service center tekcare for the solution but they are not taking any action .

                      Hello there,
                      Date of incident:- 2nd September 2020

                      I had complained in the company for the replacement of In-warranty TV Panel on 2nd September 2020 and company approved the panel replacement request on 17th September 2020. Since then I am following up with the company's customer care regarding the panel but till now I had not received the panel. Customer care executive use to say every time that part had been approved by the company but not dispatched from the warehouse.

                        My fridge had broken down and the technician from Videocon said I would need a new compressor. As the fridge was under warranty, the new compressor was ordered free of charge in December, 2020.

                        But till now I have not heard a single response from the Videocon team and no compressor has arrived. Fridge being an essential appliance is a lot of trouble when we not working. I have to pay extra in many other ways as my fridge is down. Every time I call customer service, I’m been told that they will escalate the issue but nothing has been done yet.

                        I will be waiting for 7 more days from now. If no resolution is provided, I will go ahead and make an actual consumer court complaint.

                          This is a general comment feedback and concern. I have some specific feedback to Videocon D2H. Recently I needed some service and I had my own point of view and argument on the decision.
                          Policies – They blindly go by the policies without understanding special use cases or exceptions.
                          Difficult cases – When a case is bit difficult and not usual or fitting into the policy they simply skip their responsibilities. It feels like they are stalkers. I had to escalate 3 times and each time re-iterate my point of view and situation.
                          They just say they will call back but they never do so. You have to follow up again and again
                          Their customer care front ending representatives feel like they are lethargic, laid-back and non-responsive. They do not understand your point and just give scripted or useless responses. You really get irritated after interacting with them.
                          When you want to transfer the call to floor manager, they put you on hold and fool you saying that managers are busy and try to disconnect.
                          Overall poor professionalism and lack of commitment.

                            Hello
                            I had registered for Tv display repair unavailability of technician for TV repair
                            From 27June 2020 till now It has been 6 months none of any technicians visited or given any reply from company customer care and nobody visited or given satisfactory response and my issue is not resolved.
                            At the same time dealer from which I purchased the product is also not replying and giving excuses .
                            Secondly, the third party 24/7 around service job allocated the technician but he never visited.
                            So I am in very stressful situation and please help me to get this issue resolved as soon as possible
                            Go through attachments you will get the supporting documents.kindly check from your end why this has happened.
                            Main important thing In This is product is under warranty period when raised complaint.

                              Pls note we had bought a video tv, and its display went off before its warranty period, the service provider said that they would be replacing the television, it has been a year now, and no one is reverting on the complain.

                              We have done several followup they told us that we will hhave to pay 30% of the invoice value for replacement of the product which is in warranty, we even agreed for it, but still the company is not getting the tv replaced.

                                  My Videocon D2h stb is set to operate at a resolution of 1080. My TV is also full hd supporting 1080 resolution.
                                  Yet many a times the stb falls back to 720 resolution which is very annoying.

                                  I have to manually set it back to 1080.
                                  I contacted d2h support but after they checked the issue, they blindly blamed it on my tv and left.
                                  All d2h prospective customers beware of this issue with d2h stb.
                                  You might not get 1080 resolution from the stb. there's no way to lock the resolution in settings. It freely sets it back to 720.
