    Dear team,
    I am a customer of videocon d2h, i have last recharge my packge on 09 march 2019. At that time my package is gold maxi with monthly cost of 350 and i also have add on chennel d2h kids world.
    Before two days i came to know that some chennels are discontinue from my pack when i approch to call center i came to know that my apckage ia change to base apck 3977.in which some chennela are not included like star plus and add on chennel d2h kids world. The call center executive told me that as per new trai act we have change your package...
    I request him to transfer the call to supervisor for lauch a complain but he told that we are not taking complaints in call center and the supervisor desk is busy rightnow so i hold the line... But the executive disconnect my call..

      d2h otp issue after changing mobile number

      My customer id is[protected], due to new trai rule all my channels stopped and i need to make new choice of pack which i am unable to do so. As i forgot my login password and not able to recieve otp on rtn [protected].

      Tried to contact customer care but very bed behaviour. They either transffer or put on hold and straight away says we can not do anything i also dropped email but no response

      Please help here get...

      My customer id is 47281368. Please change my previous rtn from [protected] to current rtn [protected]. As my previous rtn is no more in use. Kindly do the same as soon as possible as i am facing login problem in choosing a correct plan. All the otp and forgot password messages are getting delivered to the old number which is no more in use. I hope you will do the needful and confirm the same.

        I am a loyal d2h customer. With new trai policy i was unable to choose package. I tried to contact customer care but the cuatomer support at d2h is pathetic and advisors like deepak singh ends the call and are unhelpful. I feel like i am cheated anf fobbed.           I've done recharge on my Videocon d2h set top box on 10th of march 2018 but service is not activated yet also their toll free numbers are not available and their customer care no is not valid
          I'am very angry as my recharge amount has been wasted the customer care people are not responding to my complain
          So is the website not functioning properly

            • i regret to inform you that i purchased videocon tv set (55 inches) & from the date of purchase, it has not been working well.
            The tuning is faulty and it turns off automatically after an hour or two.
            Your local sales officer sent the engineer but the defect is yet to be set right. It may be a manufacturing defect and thorough examination is required.
            I called on customer care services number of times but they are not cooperating with us at all. It has been more than two years but till date they are not able to correct the fault.
            Engineers visited our place in year 2017, as tv set was not working properly but they were unable to fix the fault.
            Again they visited our place on 18/11/2017 (Job no. Del1011407), 18/02/2018, 18/04/2018 (Job no. D8c[protected]) and on 31/01/2019 (Complaint no. Del – [protected])
            We are tired and feeling of helplessness is on rise as their is no proper person to whom we can talk. Sunny, a customer care executive discussed the problems on telephone, but our problem remains the same, as no one came to our place to see or detect the fault.
            Then again we called on customer care and they provided us with mobile numbers of mr. Sudhir [protected], mr. Abhishek [protected], mr. Ajay [protected], rupesh [protected], mr. Pardeep sharma [protected] but to our apathy, none of them picked our call. We went to service center but it was shifted from sagarpur to swaroop nagar.
            We are annoyed and disappointed with this product and wants that our problem should be addressed as early as possible. If this email will not be taken seriously, we will directly go to consumer court and media complaining center as well as.
            So, please it is my urgent request to deal with my problem seriously and replace my tv set.

              Unable to login to videocon d2h since from last one month.
              Despite putting otp for so many times it shows a blank black page of d2h.com.
              Tried to resolve it through password but same problem appears again and again.
              Thus unable to create my own channels pack as par trai guidelines.
              Unable to contact customer care numbers including nodal office number. None of them are working. All numbers not reachable/not available/blank tone.
              Kindly resolve the issue as the earliest.

                From a few days back my videocon d2h hd settop box gives very loud cracking like sound in all the channels. I have replaced the hdmi cable, then switch to the component sets but the problem remains same. Complained it several times but did not receive any response till date. So kindly let me know whether it will be solved or i will have to switch to other provider? My d2h id is[protected]. Thanks

                  I had activated a new package (Mega english and mega tamil), on february 27th and received the channels by march 1st. However, 13 channels were missing from the package. After 2 complaints and follow up from my end, a technician visited my house on march 4th (Monday) and after a thorough check, informed me that the problem was not on my end but with videocon back end team.
                  He called the service centre, who tried refreshing my connection a few unsuccessful times. I ended up having more missing channels than previously. The service centre person on phone with me told me that he will delete my package, retaining only the add-ons. He asked me to give a new request with the promise that the correct channels will be activated within an hour. So i provided the request around 6pm on march 4th for a new package.

                  As the package wasn't activated by tuesday, i contacted videocon customer care and lodged a complaint at the managerial level. The manager who was on call with me, escalated my problem over email to the back end team and asked me to give a new request, which i did under his supervision. I received the message that the request was updated successfully. I was later informed by customer care that the manager that the manager had registered a wrong complaint that i had login issue, despite my repeated reiteration that it was an activation problem.

                  Not having my package activated even on wednesday, i contacted customer service again and after a long delay and multiple call drops, registered a correct complaint on my issue. I received a message from videocon, with the complaint number[protected] and assurance that the activation issue will be resolved by march 7th, 5 pm and i will receive my requested channels and package.

                  As of march 11th, 2019 (Monday), my request has still not been activated, despite numerous phone calls to customer care and hours upon hours of recorded conversations with representatives, supervisors and managers.

                  I have spent at least two to three hours every day calling customer care and waiting on hold to speak with the concerned authorities about my complaints, since tuesday. Every time i get through to the representatives, either my call gets dropped or i'm wantonly transferred to a different language customer service such as malayalam or kannada. Any time i get to speak with supervisors or managers, they ask me to wait, tell me that they are escalating my complaint and give me deadlines such 2 hours, 5 hours, 24 hours etc., within with my requested package will be activated. I have been hearing this same response since march 7th evening, with no additional information.

                  Supervisors and managers promise to call me back with more information and a resolution, but they have not done so, not even when the call gets disconnected in the middle of an ongoing conversation.

                  Today (March 11th), when i spoke to a manager about my issue, he was very rude to me. He said that the complaint was getting escalated and will be resolved within 8 hours. When i expressed my understandable doubts and asked him to inform me what the issue was, the status of my complaint and what steps had been taken to resolve it (Information i am entitled to and haven't been provided until now), he was very rude and disconnected the call, stating that there was nothing else he could tell me.

                  I have already written to d2h customer care on this matter, with detailed information on the time line and various complaints i have lodged. But i have received no response from them. There is also no response from my nodal officer in his registered phone number.

                  This problem i am facing with videocon d2h has taken over my life. It has become a routine of mine to contact videocon customer service every day and spend 3, sometimes 4 hours trying to get through and staying on hold to speak to the responsible authorities. I have become frustrated and deeply troubled with basic lack of humanity and common courtesy in videocon customer service. I have had to waste my precious time, energy and money, and faced tremendous mental and physical stress due the incompetence and callousness of even the higher up videocon customer service in dealing with a simple issue.

                  Members in my family are unable to watch their preferred channels and programs for the past week and this has led to problems in my personal life also.

                  I hope that trai intervenes in this matter and provides me with a prompt and satisfactory solution to my complaints.

I successfully however changed the registered phone number from my account by logging into it, but i am not able to change the name. So i request you to change the name to avesh khan lohani, which is my father's name as he is using and paying for this customer id. I am mentioning it below again.

                            I did my videcon d2h recharge today on customer id 29441445 of 3300 for super gold pack. After that maximum of the channels have been stopped since morning. The channels just stopped even before the date of expiry of the pack existing.

                            And i have tried calling their customer care number atleast 20 times, getting answer that the line is busy which is absurd for customer care numbers. And when it gets connected, they are keeping it just on hold all the time. I was at hold for around 10 minutes and then they just cut the call.

                              I had an issue with my set top box and raised a complaint after which one of the technician came home and replaced the same and charged us 450 rupees. The next day another technician got me a normal remote and charged me 200 rupees. Now today i got a message on my rtn "service charges rs.450 have been posted for your account for customer id. 95271880".in total they charged me 650 as cash and 450 from my account. I wanted clarification and called the customer service center and they are busy as always. This is a rip off. Very bad service and lack of clarity and transparency. As per their charge sheet, it is 200 for service, 200 for the set top box and 200 for the remote. So i don't understand the reason for extra 500 they have taken. They are cheating the customers as not many people check their account balance and money can be swiped off it very easily. Very frustrating and un ethical.

                                Tried calling videocon customer care to no avail. We have been trying to get hold of customer care for last 10 days but nobody cares to respond. The lines are always busy. Settop box is not working. Singal loading stops at 54% so the system is not booting up.

But today on words i last few channels (Maa tv, etv..), already i have time for this month 17th. Not only this month last two three times this type situation was happens. After recharge the account not activate immediately it need 3-5 hrs time and customer team not respond properly, irresponsible of d2h team. Herewith i am attaching last month recharged proof find it.

                                      As per new trai rules we had selected our own pack and optimised that also but in videocon dth site they are not providing any services related to HD channels they are only providing SD channels list and thecustomer care number of videocon dth is always unreachable. We have to select HD channels which are not available in videocon site, in this case how can we select our choice channels because the channels pack provided by videocon for its customer are very much expensive beachside of which we are paying hefty amount to see tv Channels
