Hello team,

Unable to view channels on my tv due to error "getting error e18-4: sorry you have insufficient balance" and unable to login either on your website it keep loading and loading. Your customer service number also does not work, pls let me know what's going on here?

I've available balance on my dth videocon account and still unable to view channels and have to email corporate customer service lines still no response looks like a scam, pls take action on them.

My cx id #[protected].

If this is the service videocon dth is providing then i should move to another option/ service provider.

    The services from videocon is pathetic. To select channels, am trying regularly to videocon d2h, neither their website is running nor their customer care numbers are reachable. All the contact number provided by them are not reachable. My payment ts 646/- is credited in videocon d2h account still am unable to watch channels i. E unable to get services.

    Videocon d2h team is harrsing their customers as there is no back up to implement trai guidelines. Customers being cheated as we are unable to get services for which we had already paid the amount to them.

      Even though sufficient amount in my account, unable to view the channels in videocon d2h set top box. To complain this, i have tried all the possible ways such as sms, customer care email id, phone number, nodal officer etc., but nothing got worked out.

      That's why am escalating this issue. Please look into this and make them provide the resolution.

        1. Some channels are not working even after recharge.
        2. Customer care ia not working.
        3. Complaint over mail didn't worked and asked me to contact customer care number.
        4. Now service is down even have balance.
        5. No way to contact d2h.
        6. Recharge is getting waste.
        7. Worst service.

        Need solution as soon as possible.

          My customer id is[protected]. I am very frustrated your service. I have selected the pack through online and got the message it is activated with end of subscription date 2nd march 2019.
          Now getting the error message insufficient balance i have recharged again and current balance is more than 500.
          Please provide me the below answer:

            Hi. The d2h connection is asking for a recharge while we have done the same for one full year. The customer care number cannot be reached which is adding to the woes. And even when i can the customer care person says it's a technical issue and that i need to call back, with no timelines given. When would this be resolved? Does one need to wait for 5 hours???

              This is jeeri appala reddy and i am using videocon d2h from last 6 years and suddenly since 1 hour, i am getting an error message on my screen saying as “insuffficient balance”. But i recharged yesterday only and showing by account balance as $569.24.

              Am unable to connect when i called your customer service, this is absolutely not acceptable from you guys and now seriously i am thinking of moving to another service provider. Please revert me back asap, before i throw away your box and dish from my house. My cust id is[protected] and my phone number is [protected].

                Most of the free channels are not showing. I have been trying to reach out to customer service but in wain... Appears no way to get through to solve the problem. This is an extremely poor service and we as customers feel so helpless.

                Please provide the customer service where customer can reach out to the provider that a number just for the sake of it.

                  D2h interrupted service without intimate also validity is upto 27th may 2019. Customer care is not able to reach. As per trai dth plan is not changed until next recharge. Even free channels also not able to view its totally against trai rules. As i buy d2h 1 year plan senthamil pack bit now service stopped asking for recharge.                     I done monthly recharge but it says insufficient balance i want to talk with. Customer care but no one is responding me i already mailed to. Customer care but i am not getting respond no. Is unavailable totally no one is responding me i fell i am cheated by videocon kindly take a strict action against him i want solution of my problem today so do on priority

                      Hi sir/madam,

                      Videocon suddenly stopped all channels while i have balance in my account. Customer care numbers are also not working. Not getting any reply from them for emails.
                      In online, there is option to select our wanted channels, but no way to pay for it specifically. Overall if i pay, the old package is continuing but channels are not coming in tv. Please take an action as soon as possible.

                        My d2h is not working
                        And none o[censored]rs customer care is woking this is rediculouse. Kindly change my registered no old no [protected]. New no. Which is to be updated is [protected]. How can a company can stop there customer care no. How i should contact videocon. This is very irresponsible behaiviour. Not even a single no which are in google is working

                            My tv network is not working since morning. Cust i'd[protected]. Ur cust care nos are not reachable n wrong. Ur site login does not work. This is the worst service i have seen in any industry plus ur customer agents are pathetic. They act asif deaf n work at the speed of the turtle. I want my service restored immediately. I get a message as insufficient balance. I have done a recharge on 2 feb 10 foe 370/- current balance is 270/- how can u say insufficient bal. I reset the box but nothing. U guys are disgusting. It's time i think to move to reliance or tata sky. Call me urgently. N restore mt services.

I last recharged my d2h 3/02/2019 by rupees 300. But still now my pack has been ended. What is going on.                                   In my tv no signal is appearing from 2 to 3 days.in past few days very heavy rainfall was comes.in the day of rainfall we thought signal is not coming due to bad weather later on after clearing of weather the channels do not star working and no signal is available is appearing we tried the complaint no.                                     I have made payment of rs. 400 on 1st feb 2019... Videocon d2h has diverted new plan and i had sufficient balance but i am still unable to see any channels and i try to call their number never reachable. I recharge rs. 400 every month. I really feels videocon cheated me. I have still balance in my videocon d2h account rs. 321 and still am unable to view my chennals.. Please do the needful...

                                      This is sreeni from chennai, am a existing customer of d2h my id is[protected]. The issue we are facing is we lost so many channels so i called d2h customer care for help (04/02/2019) and we do got few channels back but not all so i again tried to call d2h people but we can't reach you. On 10/02/2019 which is today even though my end of subscription date is 20/02/2019 and account balance is still rs.328.07 i can't see any channels now n my tv displays e18-4 stats insufficient balance, i tried to call d2h people and also requested to call back me but no response from d2h customer care. I have also attached photos of this scenario. It would be nice if someone contacted me asap or i will have move on with another service provider.

                                        This is to bring to your notice that neither a reply has been received nor the calls are getting connected to videocon customer care and the nodal officer also seems to have put the receiver down.

                                        No customer service delivery is happening and also the services have been barred for my a count by videocon. My account should remain active till the time i am not allowed by the videocon site to recharge the account. Also since the time trai mandate has been initiated videocon has put their site down and channel selection is not being allowed.

                                        I have written multiple emails but no response. I am still waiting for a response from someone if not everyone.

                                        Not able to get what sort of customer service it is, as :

                                        the customer care number keeps on playing recorded audio and after 5-10 minutes the call gets disconnected.
                                        there is no response from the customer care even after writing multiple times to their email.
                                        there is no response from the nodal officers assigned for videocon d2h.

                                        I would request the concerned authorities to please look into it at the earliest and resolve as there seems to be customer harassment being caused without any resolution.

                                        The Customer Care number is still not reachable and Videocon is not responding to the Emails written to them. I received a mail from Videocon in which they are stating an incorrect number being called and stating that the number is not reachable whereas the number is nowhere related to the customer ID mentioned in the Email.

                                        Not sure what Videocon is wanting????

                                        Request the concerned authority to take strict action against the offender as they are trying to take things for granted and the customer is harrassed.
