This is sreeni from chennai, am a existing customer of d2h my id is[protected]. The issue we are facing is we lost so many channels so i called d2h customer care for help (04/02/2019) and we do got few channels back but not all so i again tried to call d2h people but we can't reach you. On 10/02/2019 which is today even though my end of subscription date is 20/02/2019 and account balance is still rs.328.07 i can't see any channels now n my tv displays e18-4 stats insufficient balance, i tried to call d2h people and also requested to call back me but no response from d2h customer care. I have also attached photos of this scenario. It would be nice if someone contacted me asap or i will have move on with another service provider.

    This is to bring to your notice that neither a reply has been received nor the calls are getting connected to videocon customer care and the nodal officer also seems to have put the receiver down.

    No customer service delivery is happening and also the services have been barred for my a count by videocon. My account should remain active till the time i am not allowed by the videocon site to recharge the account. Also since the time trai mandate has been initiated videocon has put their site down and channel selection is not being allowed.

    I have written multiple emails but no response. I am still waiting for a response from someone if not everyone.

    Not able to get what sort of customer service it is, as :

    the customer care number keeps on playing recorded audio and after 5-10 minutes the call gets disconnected.
    there is no response from the customer care even after writing multiple times to their email.
    there is no response from the nodal officers assigned for videocon d2h.

    I would request the concerned authorities to please look into it at the earliest and resolve as there seems to be customer harassment being caused without any resolution.

    The Customer Care number is still not reachable and Videocon is not responding to the Emails written to them. I received a mail from Videocon in which they are stating an incorrect number being called and stating that the number is not reachable whereas the number is nowhere related to the customer ID mentioned in the Email.

    Not sure what Videocon is wanting????

    Request the concerned authority to take strict action against the offender as they are trying to take things for granted and the customer is harrassed.

      I have recharged my account number 81006020. And i have selected channels online.. But these channels are not activated till now.. I have tried to connect with customer care via call.. But not able to reach. Everytime number is busy. After paying the amount to you also i am not able to view the channels... Please activate my requested channels asap... Else i will switch to another service provide

      Worst service..now all the channels are removed from my account..I am not able to view any channels...Why you have done this...

        d2h login issues

        Unable to login to videocon d2h since last week properly. Otp not working try so many times it shows a blank black page of d2h.com.
        Tried to resolve it through password but same problem appears again and again.
        Thus unable to create my own channels pack as par trai guidelines.
        Unable to contact customer care numbers including nodal office number. None of them are working.
        Kindly resolve the issue as the earliest....

        I had recharge on 29 jan spent on 1200 rs
        With ala carte pack selected on same date
        But since my alacart pack is not activated showing
        E152-4 error
        Also i tried atleast 200 time on ur toll free number for bt no one is
        Picking my phone call
        Also i request to you call back option but ur team not able to call me
        That type o[censored]r pathetic services getting last 8 days
        I daily basis my balance is debited i need my all my channel activated
        In
        Next few time orals
        I will take to u court mark my word ur making us full

            I have been a regular customer of videocon d2h for the last 2 years.
            Recently your office has issued new guidelines regarding using the channels.
            Accordingly, i requested the customer care of videocon d2h in the month of january 2019 to apply the new package as per new guidelines of trai.in response, i received the reply that due to technical issue it is not possible from them to do anything and said that they will inform me on the issue.
            I repeatedly called them to give me the package as per trai but to no avail.
            Now the situation is that i am unable to watch any channel on tv except lok sabha & rajya sabha channels.
            For the last 04 days i am continuously speaking to customer care but issue has not been resolved.
            I even made my own package of channels from the tv active service as per their advice but could not send the message to operate the package. When i report it to customer care the answer was the same, “ technical issue”.
            I wonder the new guidelines by ur office has just stopped me and my family from watching tv due to no action from vediocon d2h.
            I request your honour to take stringent action against vediocon d2h for such pathetic response to ur well appreciated initiative.

              According to trai rules only 25 doordarshan channels are mandatory. But videocon d2h is not giving any option to unselect fta channels. When i called customer care, they are telling lies that trai has made 100 fta channels mandatory and we have to subscribe all of them. Then they are charging on slab basis for every single channel i subscribe (Even for the fta channels). Their customer care service is very poor. Their website hangs and i am not able to login to their site. Please resolve this issue and take immediate action against videocon d2h.

                According to trai only 24 channels of dd has to made mandatory.
                Videocon is forcing users to take 66 fta channels along with 24 dd channels as part of basic mandatory pack.

                So now user has to start with 100 and unwanted channels in their package.
                Further it will raise the package cost for every 25 additional channels.

                This is daylight cheating and illegal.

I have been trying to contact their customer care service phone no. but it is every time busy and so out of reach. I am at a loss what to do.

                      Sub : regarding videocon d2h service - not accessible customercare.

                      Terrible customer service. Unable to log into their website. Updated choices as per trai recommendation not implemented. I have tried million times on customer care number as [protected], [protected] and[protected] not getting on these numbers, finally their customer care do not care. Phones not accessible or kept on hold for over 30 minutes.

                        The videocon d2h service providers have literally exposed themselves in the world of all the fraudsters.

                        We had enabled the channel service packs by paying the subsequent amount of money. But yet, we cannot view anything on the tv.

                        Sometimes there are channels that appear for few mins and after that, a message appears where you need to subscribe them. Please note they are not active channels.

                        Please do provide some sort of resolution as we feel cheated everyday.

I have tried reaching to customer care but couldn't get connected and it always says busy. This d2h site is very slow too. Please expedite this query and get it fixed.

                              I have selected my own channels from videocon d2h website after that some of the channels are not activated after many complaints to customer care. My d2h id is 60273406 and registered mobile no. Is[protected]. I have selected the nat geo people and net geo wild sony yay and some more channels which seems to be not activated by d2h side why? And they are giving me suggestions of their combo packs. Resolve it! Or i will complain directly to the trai.

                                This complaint is about from last year im trying to call customer care of videocon d2h but there is no response from then at least once. Still im unable to watch tv because i don't have my rtn to subscribe channels as per new rules.

                                    I have purchased a videocon led on year 2017 with 1+2 year extended warranty. But as the year passes this tv has started booting problem.in the month of november 2018 i have raised a complaint against the defect to the customer care centre where they have lodged my complaint having no. Del[protected]. One executive visited and scan the problem and also charged rs 800 for the visit which was duly paid. But since he had visited no such response has been made out. Many calls have been done form our side but it seems be harassment and mental torture. Deeply regret.

                                      I called videocon customer care on 31st january 2019 around 7:00 pm to choose my channel pack. I selected 3 packs and the customer care representative told me my monthly cost would be around rs.330 (Or something like that). I recharged my subscription on 4th feb. 2019 for rs. 300 as i couldn't remember the exact cost i was told. I got a message saying the transaction was successful.
                                      Till now, i can't see any channels on tv. It says i don't have balance and i need to recharge. I tried to call customer care but no calls went through. I even sent a mail, but got no response.
                                      Please look into it as soon as possible. It's about to be a week without tv now.
                                      Help.
