Customer service agent asked me to complain on owner of d2h venugopal dhoot for wrong charges on my account.
I placed a channel service request on 1st feb 2019 with sr no:[protected] with 284.47 rs confirmation from 3 customer service agents on the same day who told it will activate in 2 hours, instead customer service agent neha sharma on 5 feb 2019 said the amount is 354 rs, with discovery science channel as 10 rs, zee anmol cinema as 10 rs etc for 8 channels each with 10 rs each making it 80rs more.
But actual original trai a-la-carte price for
Discovery science is 1 rs,
Zee anmol is 0.10 rs,
Zee anmol cinema - 0.10 rs
Wb - 1 rs,
Nat geo people - 0.10 rs,
Baby tv - 1rs,
Vissa - 0.50 rs,
Star utsav movies - 0.10 rs.
So total coming around 3.90 rs for 8 channels not 80 rs.
So whatever neha sharma was saying is wrong and misleading, i caught her red handedly in the phone call. Asked her to take a complaint but she refused which is another mistake by d2h. Listen to the call recording. I raised complaint on her yesterday with

Every customer service person is saying my sr request is 291 rs and it will activate in 1 hour from 2 days, in online d2h site it is showing me as 305 rs now, d2h customer service people saying it as 354 rs, actual request price is 291 rs.
Today 7 feb 2019 when i called customer service of d2h, he told me to put a court case on d2h owner venugopal dhoot, as in his system it is showing to pay 354 rs which is wrong, no progress from customer service people or supervisors or managers or support team instead d2h is stealing customers money like this. Already d2h stole 100 rs from me on 19 jan 2019 and 15 rs on 26th jan 2019, but nothing happened till now. So all the money is going to mr venugopal dhoot, so for example
Now 100 channels are locked with all dd and advertisement channels in videocon d2h which is not trai rule.
I did the attachment of the locked channels which is illegal.

These are mandatory dd channels which will be part of every pack as per trai mandate
Dd channels are 34 but d2h made 66 other advertisement channels as locked so that after 100 we need to pay 1 rs for each channel seperately
So if you select 50 channels it means 50 channels prices + 50 rs extra we need to pay which is loot again
I requested for 291 rs, but mr venugopal charging 354 rs illegally
Means
354-291 = 63 rs every month = 63 x 12 = 756 rs i will be in loss completely which is going in owner of d2h pocket
So if it is 10 crore subscribers for d2h = 10 crore x 756 rs = 7560 crores rupees per year mr venugopal dhoot is looting from customers.
Already trai charging 153 rs madatory = 153 rs x 12 months = 1836 rs per year for 1 customer
Total 50 crore tv customers = 1836 rs x 50 crore = 91800, 00, 00, 00, 000 rs = 91800 crore rupees per year trai is making
Soo many customers are facing soo many problems due to d2h
None of my complaint is resolved till now.
Customer service people of d2h are saying to raise a complaint on owner mr venugopal dhoot for collecting wrong charges, and are saying none of the complaints are getting resolved by them, soo many pending complaints or they are trying to disconnect the customers complaint calls.
7 days gone but i did not receive message of 291 rs activation of my service request even after writing mail to nodal officer b. [protected]@dishd2h.com

So can someone suggest me how can i register a cheating complaint against this kind of thing by d2h?
Please provide me email id and telephone number of owner of d2h venugopal dhoot, so that i can make this to his notice.

I called customer care some time ago and when you try to call customer care number IVR message says all customer care persons are busy with other customers, as if these customer care persons are not free ever.
why to continue with D2h videocon if they give some of other excuse not to provide service to customers.
Couple of days ago I got call from customer care of D2h and as I repeated the same request that I had placed in my email to D2h customer care (As despite trying dozen of times I failed to speak to customer care as the number remains busy) I told them to add in my channel Times (M.A.N) package they offered me some other channel I told I only need to get what I want not what D2h wants.
I am yet to get any reply or positive help from D2h in this regard and am waiting for over 2 weeks.
Worst service provider in the world.
