My name is Ramkumar from Kerala. I have selected a bonquet of channels including pay channels one week before. But till date the Videocon D2H has not taken steps to connect the channels. I have called them number of times and sent mail also. But for the last two days the customer care number also disconnected. Hence request you to give them the directions to connet the channels. My customer ID is 55935196.

Videocon D2h is most notorious channel provider, despite TRAI regulation which is supposed to be followed by all service provider, D2h Videocon does not follow any rules.
I called customer care some time ago and when you try to call customer care number IVR message says all customer care persons are busy with other customers, as if these customer care persons are not free ever.
why to continue with D2h videocon if they give some of other excuse not to provide service to customers.
Couple of days ago I got call from customer care of D2h and as I repeated the same request that I had placed in my email to D2h customer care (As despite trying dozen of times I failed to speak to customer care as the number remains busy) I told them to add in my channel Times (M.A.N) package they offered me some other channel I told I only need to get what I want not what D2h wants.
I am yet to get any reply or positive help from D2h in this regard and am waiting for over 2 weeks.
Worst service provider in the world.

      Recharged d2h on 05th Feb. but still cant view channels. Also d2h IVR system is hopeless. Cant get connected to their representative after above 200 ph calls. My subscriber no. is 25901111
      I received msg from d2h about account recharged. But they dont made my service work.
      also I am trying to contact customer care ph no. But lines are so busy that I cant get connected.
      Cant cont anyway to d2h.

        I have logged one complaint on customer care dated 06 Jan 19 for sound issues and Engineer visited at my place and charged me 850 service charge. He told me that part will be replaced once it is delivered. Part delivery timeline was 10 days max shared with me however no one has turned up yet.

        I have called Many times at customer care and they always provided me new number of area manager, Zone manager and asset manager but no one pick the call or provide a solution.

        Its more than a month i am following up with Videocon team but no one take customer issues seriously. I never seen such pathetic service in my life like Videocon deliver to their customer.

        I don`t know what help i will get writing on this portal.

          I am not able to login into my account on videocon d2h website. Whenever i click forgot password website says the password has been reset and sent to my registered mobile number but i haven't received any sms. I tried it many times but then again no message and if i try to login through otp the login page reappears again. Even when i called the customer care but no response, i am unable to watch tv due to this trai and can't login, if this goes on i'll switch to new dth

            I have recharged any account on 27th jan with 700 inr. On 4th feb they have disabled all paid channel now only base pack is active.

            Now the real problem start.

            1) customer phone does not work
            2) website login is not happening
            3) for iphone no app and android one does not work

            How on this earth customer would be service if no of the channel work. Also i am not sure who to write as no escalation matrix available on website

                Videocon d2h is harassing users, we are unable to log in to their online portal, nor they are allowing us to change pack details on phone. We have been charged on our existing pack. This is open loot. I have tried calling their helpline number 4 times since yesterday and executive on phone is unable to help me and saying system is slow and he cant's help. I have recording of all calls. Please help.

                  Dear sir,
                  This is to inform you that videocon d2h is unable to telecast us according to trai new guideline for channel selection. I had selected silver marathi pack on 01-feb-2019, but till we are unable to see the channels according to our choice. Customer care is just fooling us to wait 3 to 4 hours since last 3 days. Every day they are deducting 10 rs from my d2h balance. Neither they are providing old package nor new one which i had selected on dated 01-fe-2019.
                  Pl help us to solve this matter or give us facilities to port it into other d2h operator because vidocon d2h custome-care is not supporting us just telling lies to their customer.

                    Hello i have tried multiple time to contact customer care for issue related to selection of channel after new trai rule implementation. But they are not responding and since 01.02.2019 they are saying that there are some technical issue in selecting channels we are rectifying for customers. Still customer cann't select channels on www.d2h.com.Whether the technical issue has not been solved since three to four days. Whether the advance which has been recharged and the reasons for not seeing the tv will be compensated by d2h. Request you please take action such irresponsible.

                      Customer service agent asked me to complain on owner of d2h venugopal dhoot for wrong charges on my account.

                      I placed a channel service request on 1st feb 2019 with sr no:[protected] with 284.47 rs confirmation from 3 customer service agents on the same day who told it will activate in 2 hours, instead customer service agent neha sharma on 5 feb 2019 said the amount is 354 rs, with discovery science channel as 10 rs, zee anmol cinema as 10 rs etc for 8 channels each with 10 rs each making it 80rs more.

                      But actual original trai a-la-carte price for
                      Discovery science is 1 rs,
                      Zee anmol is 0.10 rs,
                      Zee anmol cinema - 0.10 rs
                      Wb - 1 rs,
                      Nat geo people - 0.10 rs,
                      Baby tv - 1rs,
                      Vissa - 0.50 rs,
                      Star utsav movies - 0.10 rs.

                      So total coming around 3.90 rs for 8 channels not 80 rs.

                      So whatever neha sharma was saying is wrong and misleading, i caught her red handedly in the phone call. Asked her to take a complaint but she refused which is another mistake by d2h. Listen to the call recording. I raised complaint on her yesterday with

                      Complaint no :[protected]

                      Every customer service person is saying my sr request is 291 rs and it will activate in 1 hour from 2 days, in online d2h site it is showing me as 305 rs now, d2h customer service people saying it as 354 rs, actual request price is 291 rs.

                      Today 7 feb 2019 when i called customer service of d2h, he told me to put a court case on d2h owner venugopal dhoot, as in his system it is showing to pay 354 rs which is wrong, no progress from customer service people or supervisors or managers or support team instead d2h is stealing customers money like this. Already d2h stole 100 rs from me on 19 jan 2019 and 15 rs on 26th jan 2019, but nothing happened till now. So all the money is going to mr venugopal dhoot, so for example

                      Now 100 channels are locked with all dd and advertisement channels in videocon d2h which is not trai rule.
                      I did the attachment of the locked channels which is illegal.

                      *mandatory dd channels
                      These are mandatory dd channels which will be part of every pack as per trai mandate

                      Dd channels are 34 but d2h made 66 other advertisement channels as locked so that after 100 we need to pay 1 rs for each channel seperately
                      So if you select 50 channels it means 50 channels prices + 50 rs extra we need to pay which is loot again

                      I requested for 291 rs, but mr venugopal charging 354 rs illegally
                      Means

                      354-291 = 63 rs every month = 63 x 12 = 756 rs i will be in loss completely which is going in owner of d2h pocket

                      So if it is 10 crore subscribers for d2h = 10 crore x 756 rs = 7560 crores rupees per year mr venugopal dhoot is looting from customers.

                      Already trai charging 153 rs madatory = 153 rs x 12 months = 1836 rs per year for 1 customer
                      Total 50 crore tv customers = 1836 rs x 50 crore = 91800, 00, 00, 00, 000 rs = 91800 crore rupees per year trai is making

                      Soo many customers are facing soo many problems due to d2h
                      None of my complaint is resolved till now.

                      Customer service people of d2h are saying to raise a complaint on owner mr venugopal dhoot for collecting wrong charges, and are saying none of the complaints are getting resolved by them, soo many pending complaints or they are trying to disconnect the customers complaint calls.

                      7 days gone but i did not receive message of 291 rs activation of my service request even after writing mail to nodal officer b. [protected]@dishd2h.com

                      So can someone suggest me how can i register a cheating complaint against this kind of thing by d2h?

                        The amount debited from my sbi account was charged online through sbi visa debit card.
                        Company message also shows account recharged.
                        However tv doesnt reflect the amount recharged and non functional

                          1. Videocon d2h have made 100 channels mandatory in their site.

                          2. As per trai only 25 channels from doordarshan should be made mandatory.
                          Thus the customers are not able to select 75 channels in 100 channel pack.

                          3. Whenever a user want to add any channel it adds the table to 100+ which is adding additional charge of 25 channels (Rs 20+tax)

                          4. D2h not giving all channels which are in bundle by company. Sony yay is in bunble by sony family pack 1 but we do not get this service even after subscribing

                          5. D2h not giving warning when selected any channel that is in bundle or free channel package by d2h. If i select abp news, it is adding it as a channel, where as it is in mandatory 100 channel by d2h

                          6. All free channels as per trai are not in the list of d2h, masti is one of the channel which is missing in your site.

                          7. Server does not recognize rtn and sends message to first registered mobile number only, even if you have changed the rtn.

                          8. No option to change registered email id.

                          9. No option to change password, as it always ask for old password mismatch, even if you have logged in with otp of reset password.

                            I have been trying to recharge my d2h connection on your website since january 3, 2019; however, was unsuccessfull to get a recharge done as per the trai guidelines.

                            I filed an online complaint through your website and got the following message, "dear joel dsouza your complaint no.[protected] for customer id[protected] has been registered and will get resolved till sunday, february 3, 2019 05.00 pm" till date i have not received a single phonecall from your company even though i followed up multiple times!!!

                            As advised by one of your phone representatives i was advised to try recharging online again, as per the instructions i tried to recharge again but yet again another unsuccessful attempt but this time the amount of 550/- was deducted from my bank account. Request you kindly look into the same and compensate for the inconvenience caused due to your companies incompetence at the earliest possible and get this issue resolved.

                              Dear, trai team namskar maine 1 feb ko request do ki mere ko migration kiya jaye use baad bhi mere ko migrate nhi kiya jaya videocon d2h ki taraf se call center call ki jati hai toh sara. Din line busy rahte hai. Muj laga kar karte 6 day ho gaye hi. Call se ek hi jawab ata hai ki, aap 5 ghante baad call karna tabh aapki help you jayegi.. Videocon d2h ne customer ka majak nana ki rakhta hua hai. Plz koi action liya jaye d2h ke khilap..

                                  I am a customer of d2h from past 5-10 years with i'd no. 32246719
                                  The people at videocon have first change d my plan to my desired one but then without even asking upgraded my plan to thrice the price of 800!
                                  Please help me get back to my previous pack
                                  Even when i call then on customer service they say this cannot be done!
                                  I need following in my pack sir:
                                  Hd add-on and only ₹99 flex pack
                                  But instead of that they added several things without asking me and messed my plan!

                                    My customer id is 1230607, From yesterday I'm getting the same error and unable to view any channel. Neither your custoner care number is working nor your website is accessible to lodge a complaint. The regional nodal officer is also not responding.
                                    Why do I have to keep trying to reach you guys for hours everytime I have a problem. Can't you treat your customers with some satisfactory services. Not once have I been able to reach you guys on time or have not been through torture to reach you. Website, app and even the customer care number does not work. Why do we have to bear all this even after paying hefty charges on a monthly basis?
                                    Other service providers are available in 2 minutes at any time of the day to solve the problem.
                                    Your better solve the problem before I leave videocon and throw that d2h box in garbage.

                                        Videocon has become total fradualent. Customers keep on trying for resolution of complaint. But the automated respeonse do not allow to make you speak to customer executive instead redirects to the opening menu. My customer id is 69119060. If I could speak, I would have strangled these executives.

                                        For last 04 days I am not able to see any channel despite the balance of 1600 in account. Techincal issues can't make customor wait so long.
                                        This is befooling the customer. This should be sued in consumer court.
