videocon d2h is not working since 5 days

My videocon d2h is not working since 3-4 days.
It seems all the channels have been removed. I tried to reach on the webpage of this videocon d2h, the site also seems not to be working. Even after pasting correct credentials i'm unable to log in into my account as well.

Since 4 days i am trying call on every possible customer care number of videocon d2h, not even a single number is working.

Really frustrated,...

Please change my Registered telephone number as the sim card is lost.
I am unable to login and select my channels or recharge.

Tried so many times but could not contact the customer care number. It is always busy.

videocon d2h : trying to fool customers. not following trai rules.

I am not able to login to my videocon d2h account. It just not getting logged in and so i am not able to select/modify channels.

Another issue is videocon d2h is not allowing customers to customize the basic 100 channel pack they provide. According to trai rules operators should give users an option to select the 100 free channels (Apart from dd channels).

Altogether they block all the ways a customer can be...

3885520 consumer id

I have 2 stb. I have selected the channels as per trailing order and submitted. It is implemented on first stb and not on second. I have a balance of around 4100 inr. Customer care number not reachable. No response to mails. I have submitted my selection twice.
Customer response is too poor
Website is not responding.
I need videocon d2 h to take action quickly. The channels which i selected need to come on both stbs...

Videocon has changed my pack without informing me before 5 days i try to call them but it is not working and i send them email but nothing changed. This is my customer id number:[protected] please change my pack i want these as trai:

non provision of all the available bouquet of various broadcasters.

My customer id is[protected]. I tried to select the colors budget hd pack, zee family hd pack but neither i get proper response from the customer care centers nor the option is available on the website of the videocon d2h.
Kindly do the needful or i would be compelled to switch over to other service provider....

I am having a videocon d2h device bearing the cust id is 3422540 and registered telephone no is: [protected].
I am unable to login to my account. As i have tried to get myself login by clicking forgot password. And i have got a dialogue box to enter my cust id.
I did so. But i am not being able to get the account to get reset.
So please help me to login to my account as i want to allocate some channels...

videocon d2h login issue

Despite d2h login website resets my password, when i enter the new password in the system, the website login does nothing and returns to the login page.
I have been denied from logging in to the d2h website.

Even if i write to their customer care, instead of fixing the real issue, they just send me a new password that again does not work.

I am not able to view many channels though i have sufficient balance in the d2h account. I am not able to connect to customer care via rtn even after entering correct cust id.in addition to this i see the website is down for some maintenance so not able to login. trai regulation not followed

I have created a package based on my needs. But videcon doesn't allow me to pay for that and activate it. Instead it shows it own suggestion of channels and payment option for that.

Looks like they are playing games here. Looks like they don't want people to enjoy the benefits coming from trai regulations.

There are many complaints on the same issue. Please take action against videocon and force them to be consumer...

d2h - no response

I have already provided details about my choices for channels. Videocon has confirmed by sms and said that you will be notified. But the there is no communication so far. It seems all service providers want to continue looting indian people. We really need mukesh ambani to intervene bring every one in to one line. Only he can provide full proof solution the way he has done for mobile service providers....

channels selected as per trai not connected
