Dear sir,
My account id is[protected], for videocon d2h I cant able to watch any channel from yesterday and account is having balance already.

And from 2 DAYS continuously i am calling your customer care and requested call back also but no any call back has came Even after calling they picked up and kept me on hold for half an hour and disconnected the call..!!!
I Have tried and asked them for tria packages but they have kept my called on hold for 1 -1 hour, 2-3 Days i have tried calling them but they have given so much charges for me .If they cant able to give customer services then why are they taking charges-if recharge is going to finish then they call several times but i am facing problem from last 2 days and calling them continuosly videocon d2h customer care all numbers they are disconnecting the calls, even not calling back...!!

    There is absolutely no provision to contact videocon d2h customer care services. No response on phone or e-mail.in no way i am finding a way to reach them. I have been trying to select channels of my choice but its not happening. I wanted their help me resolve this issue but its just not happening. Its been days the site is aways down. Just not able to login and do it my shelf

      My videocon d2h is not working since 3-4 days.
      It seems all the channels have been removed. I tried to reach on the webpage of this videocon d2h, the site also seems not to be working. Even after pasting correct credentials i'm unable to log in into my account as well.

      Since 4 days i am trying call on every possible customer care number of videocon d2h, not even a single number is working.

      Really frustrated, not understanding where to seek help.

      Videocon d2h has not started my channels pack that i selected as per new rules of TRAI. My name is jaiveer, customer ID[protected] and registered mobile no. [protected] .
      Old pack is activated till 2 february 2019 and videocon company is not giving any reply for my new pack. Please solve my problem.

          I am not able to login to my videocon d2h account. It just not getting logged in and so i am not able to select/modify channels.

          Another issue is videocon d2h is not allowing customers to customize the basic 100 channel pack they provide. According to trai rules operators should give users an option to select the 100 free channels (Apart from dd channels).

          Altogether they block all the ways a customer can be benefited. I have done the mistake of choosing videocon d2h.

            I have 2 stb. I have selected the channels as per trailing order and submitted. It is implemented on first stb and not on second. I have a balance of around 4100 inr. Customer care number not reachable. No response to mails. I have submitted my selection twice.
            Customer response is too poor
            Website is not responding.
            I need videocon d2 h to take action quickly. The channels which i selected need to come on both stbs

            This DTH is fooling the people by not allowing to log in and select the channels. From the past few days I have been trying to log in to my account to select the channels through web & app which are performing worst. Please resolve this issues.

              Dear sir,

              Videocon has changed my pack without informing me before 5 days i try to call them but it is not working and i send them email but nothing changed. This is my customer id number:[protected] please change my pack i want these as trai:
              1) universal bouquet sd
              2) turner family pack sd
              3) tv18 hindi budget sd
              4) zee family pack sd
              5) sony happy india sd
              6) star hindi premium sd
              7) tlc and sony six sd
              Please do the changing and subscripts my choices immediately. Send me sms on my setup box and show changing of pack in my account also please.

                My customer id is[protected]. I tried to select the colors budget hd pack, zee family hd pack but neither i get proper response from the customer care centers nor the option is available on the website of the videocon d2h.
                Kindly do the needful or i would be compelled to switch over to other service provider.

                  I am unable to login to my account. As i have tried to get myself login by clicking forgot password. And i have got a dialogue box to enter my cust id.
                  I did so. But i am not being able to get the account to get reset.

                      Despite d2h login website resets my password, when i enter the new password in the system, the website login does nothing and returns to the login page.
                      I have been denied from logging in to the d2h website.

                      Even if i write to their customer care, instead of fixing the real issue, they just send me a new password that again does not work.

                      Disappointing experience. On top of that this is the time to decide your packs as per trai. There's total un-clarity and uncertainty on this matter.

                        From last 5 days i calling to the videocon customer care toll free number and every time they told me the same thing right now we can not solve the problem due to system error will resolve your issue in 5 hours and also not providing me the complain number and till date not resolved i upgrade my plan as per new tariff plans my plans are as mentioned below.
                        Star value pack/asianet hd/asianet/asianet plus/surya music/sab happy pack/ zee family pack.

                          I am a customer of your videocon d2h service, customer id[protected].
                          Despite of several calls to your online service every time line busy or your executives are on another call. My problem is that channels are not shown by you as per the package i have selected. On the contrary you are deducting amount from by balance amount every day. Kindly start all channels as early per my package otherwise i am free to discontinue your service and claim the same at consumer court.

                              I am not able to view many channels though i have sufficient balance in the d2h account. I am not able to connect to customer care via rtn even after entering correct cust id.in addition to this i see the website is down for some maintenance so not able to login.                                 I have created a package based on my needs. But videcon doesn't allow me to pay for that and activate it. Instead it shows it own suggestion of channels and payment option for that.

                                Looks like they are playing games here. Looks like they don't want people to enjoy the benefits coming from trai regulations.

                                There are many complaints on the same issue. Please take action against videocon and force them to be consumer friendly.

                                    I have already provided details about my choices for channels. Videocon has confirmed by sms and said that you will be notified. But the there is no communication so far. It seems all service providers want to continue looting indian people. We really need mukesh ambani to intervene bring every one in to one line. Only he can provide full proof solution the way he has done for mobile service providers.

                                        On 2nd of feb I recharged with 485 inr On same day I select the package as per trai and as i selected the pack amount is showing us 438.96. in spite of calling customers care since 2nd of february i am not able to see channel which i selected everyone is telling to wait for 5 hours to activate my pack still i am not able to see any channel whenever i am calling to customer care no supervisor is talking only customer officer is telling no one is taking responsibility. And I asked d2h engineer also to visit my home to check is there any problem in my product. but enginer also confirmed me that there is no problem from my end. now I am not understanding to whom I have to connect to resolve my issue.
