I have called and selected the channel through online but they activated their base pack. When i found error in channel pricing as per trai mazhavil manorama hd is free but at first videcon charges 19, calld cs they talked in very undecent manner and they dont have any technical background also no commonsense. Dont but videcon d2h its the worst d2h service provider in india.

When trying to call cs now all time bust, mail no response. Then what to do? Going to use other service provider.

    Videocon D2H is showing all channel as unsubscribed. I am trying to login to the portal but the portal is not responding also tried calling the customer care on [protected] but the call is not going through. Its been more than 4 days now with no channels working.

      Videocon D2H made all BST channels mandatory (including 25 mandatory DD channels) hich includes Tamil, Malyalam, Tamil and all other languages, which I don't like to add in my pack. There is no option to remove them. Also no customer care number is reachable of d2h. I want to select my own channels (including 25 mandatory DD channels). They are vilating TRAI rules and for earning extra network capacity fees (NCF)

        Videocon D2h Customer care are fooling people by saying TRAI order has made it mandatory to subscribe 100 free to air channels. That to selected by Videocon and the consumer cannot change them. TRAI has only mentioned 25 DD channels that will be mandatory. All channels beyond the mandatory 25 DD channels should be customer's choice.
        Customers can limit their channel choices with in 100, so that we dont have to pay the extra charge for additional channels.
        Kindly make this change and educate your customer care officials to understand the TRAI order fully, before bluffing to the customer.

          I want to choose the channel packages but not able to login or reset my password using the Videocon d2h website. I have tried to reach customer care n number of times and no one responded back. Every time I am trying to call the customer care and it neither connected to the customer care executive or not allowing to choose the channel packages. This the worst customer service I have never seen.

            From last few days I am facing several issues regarding d2h service. Acc. To Trai rule i have updated channel packages but from last two days the d2h not showing any one channel as per my package. As I tried to call customer care the the call is always busy and not responding for any kind of issues. Need a help for this.

              Using Videocon D2h setup box, got call from marketing executive in the month of August 2018 for free activation of HD pack, i was not interested in the HD pack so they told its free for one month later if i doesnt like i can deactivate with in one month so i gave my permission to activate the HD pack in October month they deducted Rs 150 towards HD pack. when i called the customer care they informed that there is no free HD pack available, hence Rs 150/ month has been deducted. i insisted them to deactivate HD pack and refund the money. They raised a complaint[protected] &[protected] on Oct 13th and 15th but still no resolution received till now. today when i called up customer care to inquiry the status of the complaint, the response was very worst, first they told there is no complaint for this issue and later they mentioned that refund cant be done. I request you to have check and do the needful.

                I tried calling customer care but none of the numbers are working.

                They have disconnected all channels though i have 150 rs balance in my account and my next recharge date is 15th feb'19.

                  My product (Videocon ddb smart television) was not working properly and is under warranty so i made a complaint, on 27th Nov 2018 an engineer of Videocon visited my place and after his checks he has given a receipt mentioning that my televisions panel will be changed by the company but its been more than 2 and a half months still no response from the company and after calling many times by me they used to say the same thing that my panel is pending at the headquarter for about 5 weeks they told me same thing and sometimes they give me a number of Mr Sudhir a Videocon employee who never picked the call and when he pick the call he told me to talk to the customer care only.So in the end they failed to give proper answer and always say the same thing that panel is pending.My complaint number is DEL[protected] and the receipt has been attached by me

                    Dear videocon d2h,
                    I am tired of the pathetic tele service provided by your team. I have raised certain issues please check the notes. From rude instigating service to abrupt arrogance of your agents. No promise kept by your team leader. Giving reasons of network issues for invalid customer id is non sense. Please educate your employees including your team leaders. They talk at the back saying 'time pass hora hai'. They dont understand customer service. I have worked for customer services as well. Taken over 300 calls a day. But never have l iost rhythm to give a fab customer service. It is my bread and butter. Your customer service is a shame. Even after migrating with new rules. I have done a recharge of 430 rupees. Channels like share markets, news channels, english movie channels and many hindi channels can't be seen.. When i go to those unseen channels it says to recharge. Error c04. I wish to no longer stay as a customer to videocon d2h after being a customer from may 2015. I want to certainly withdraw my services. And would need a refund of 430inr since i am not receiving channels i desired. And please do not say that you tried calling on the rtn because i have not received any calls. I have given you two mobile nos. For this. The worst service i have ever come across. Shame on you for this. Ceo's, owners please visit your callcenters on performance. Or one day you guys wont be able to cope in this market just like anil ambani these days. Please respond or i will take it forward to the consumer forum and range of mass media's

                      Videocon d2h satellite cable service is not responding positively to follow trai regulations. Since last one month i am trying to connect their cust. Care atleast 200 times. But hardly possible to connect 3 times only.
                      In which 2 time your executive denied to set channels as per my request saying that trai last date will going to extend. Then i request them to call me when it start to activate. But no call from them. Yesterday luckily 3rd time i succeed to connect them & they told me there server is down & cut phone. I cant connect them after & tried to called them nearly 25 times.
                      They had fixed my 100 fta channels as per their wish without my consent. Their website also locked 100 channels and i cant modify them as per my choce. This is cheating to me and if i not get it properly i will go in court to get me justice. I had spend nearly more than 10 hours to communicate d2h but failed to this due to very very poor cust. Care service by videocon d2h.
                      D2h doing this delebrately so that customer will automaticaly get frustrate and let them continue as per there setting.
                      This is company actual aim that customer should have to pay more as per company channel selection.
                      Trai also making fool to customer by showing ad about this but not conforming if broadcaster is not following rules set as per their guidelines.
                      But actualy videocon d2h not responding to trai. They had making propoganda that they are following trai guidelines but in actual they are not supporting customes to set channels as per there choice. Customers cant complaint about it. There is no phone nos given by trai where customer can complaint about this against d2h.
                      How customers can effectively make their complaints against these types of broadcasters?
                      Whether you also going to take strict action upon this & resolve this effectively?
                      Hope you can understand the whole scenario and help me to get proper resolution for the same.

                        My videocon d2h is not displaying any channel since from 4th feb evening. I have been trying to contact on[protected] since that moment. Eventually one of the call cracked and i got one call back from videocon office on 5th feb evening. The customer care person promised me to record my selected pack, but till now i. E., 6th feb 12.30 pm, my problem has not been solved. Please take this seriously.

                          Im very much disappointed in customer service of videocon d2h. Im trying to reach customer care via call since last 10 days and I have lost nearly Rs.100 with no response. Hindi customer care will transfer call to tamil customer call and i have to wait for 30 mins and it will hang up automatically with no updates.

                              On 4th feb 2019, i have recharged my videocon d2h account. All channels are not working and showing me insufficient balance error on tv. I called customer care 10 times from last 2 days. It was very bad experience with customer care. They are continuously saying reason that “we are facing technical issue, call after 1 hour” after calling 1 hour customer care saying same reason again and again. I have only request to refresh my account to see all channels. But i don’t have any way to start my tv channels now. And customer care number are not getting connect or busy.

                              When i called last time to customer care, customer care agent disconnected phone without listening or answering me. I am not able to watch my tv from 4th feb 2019.

                              Channels are not working from last 2 days, i have sent all channel selection
                              On d2h website as per new trai rule also.

                              Please look into this, resume my services and extend due date by as i am not able to see tv from last 2 days. Or refund me all my money i will go with other good d2h provider who will provide me better and quick service.

                                  I made a monthly recharge of 956/- for south platinum hd, my next recharge should be due on feb 11th.

                                  They have disconnected on feb 5th itself, i am trying to call their customer care which is always busy, i sent a email yesterday on feb 5th, still the issue is not solved.

                                  They are not responding to emails, phone lines always buy. I feel cheated.

                                  Their website is way too slow, i lost my password, i am yet to receive a reset password on my rtn.

                                  Pathetic service.

                                    I m customer of videocon d2h my customer id is 41172677 and rtn [protected].
                                    On hearing from media about trai instructions to d2h operators and customer i tried to login myself on www.d2h.com with my username [protected]@gmail.com but no response received from websight. On seeing this i contacted videocon helpline on 31 jan 19 to tell my desired channels. I also sent them list of my favourite paid and fta channels through email but all in vain till today 06 feb 2019.in contrary to instructions of trai my tv is black out till now. My fault is that i m not ready to pay to videocon for those channels which i have not decided. It may be the reason from the part of ibid d2h operator that they are not digesting the monetary relief of customers.in other words it may be called that they were sucking poorly citizens blood in this way.
                                    My request to people is, they must be aware of such activities of such mediators who are indulged from years to crack the backbone of country in this ways.

                                      1. I had done a recharge for a long term plan ₹5000 but i didn't get any confirmation yet. Tv is on but it's showing 0 balance.

                                      2. I tried to connect with their given customer care numbers, but i got one reply everytime that they are facing some technical issue and cannot help me, call back in an hour.

                                      3. I tried to login to my account on the given website but it is not allowing me to login, even not showing any error message.

                                      4. I also submitted a call back request on their website www.d2h.com but i haven't received any call from their side.

                                        I am using videocond2h id[protected], since 3rd feb 2019 i am unable to view paid channel i have sufficient balance in my account but i am unable to view paid channels.
                                        Also, unable to call customer care, number: [protected].
                                        Call get disconnected automatically every time. Once i got connected but not able to speak to customer care every time they redirected to some repeated ivr. Also, mail the complaint. Not got any response yet.

                                        Can anybody solve this?
