Hello,

Pl. Improve your customer care service on priority, always all the lines are busy no reply. If you don't want to give service then pl. Inform before taking the videocon dth.

3 days continuously calling but the number is busy ridiculous. If you don't have resource pl. Tell us to remove the dth so that we can tell others to not to buy videocon dth or else improve your dth service

    Want to change videocon d2h registered mobile from [protected] to new number [protected]... As old mobile is out of service... But there is no any option to change on website or app... I want to set new password as i forgot it... They sent otp on registered number... But my old number is not working... Customer care number also not working... Very slow website n no any good app

      I have selected my preferred channel and paid money for a month. Out of which few channels are not coming i have dropped a mail yesterday, i have requested for call back and finally after trying for 50 times i was able to speak to customer care person, he told as network issue and it will be resolved in 5hr. Now it is more than 36 hr still channels are not coming. I have dropped a mail again today and tried calling to customer care i have redialled for 75 times and still not able to connect to your customer care

      Worst ever network i have ever seen. You are not fit for dth world. If i am not getting response back from you i will terminate the connection after a month cust id :[protected]

          Without any information channel removed from service, no response i m getting from customer care. From last 2 days channels are not coming then why should balance is dedicated from account. Its realy frustrating that you are not able to provide solution on it. Want to speak to hire authority for the same concern. If any change in plan then why no prior information given

            My monthly subscription was due on 5-feb-2019. They disconnected services on 4-feb-2019 in spite of my account having rs. 50 balance. I then recharged with my base pack. It did not update. My services were not resumed. Their customer care numbers are not reachable. No proper reply on sms. Horrible service. Worst consumer experience. They are basically looting money from consumers. Strict action needs to be taken against them.

              Dear team,

              I am very much disappointed with the services of videocon nowadays that all the paid channels are not coming since today morning. I am trying to reach the customer care number which is also not reachable neither your website is working.

              This is really disgusting and indisciplined behaviout from the videocon side.

              Kindly look into this matter urgently.

                I want to submit a complaint for the non-resumption of services even after the recharge and the customer care services. I had recharged my account no 1226934 on 4th february with ₹100 and again on 5th february with ₹200, but even after that, our services have not been resumed, i even sent sms to the number given for resuming services, call at the customer care, trying 20-30 times, rarely it did connect, after connecting, tried to use the ibr services by following instructions, even then nothing happened, when i wanted to talk to the customer care, and pressed the button for it, it redirected me to the earlier menu, i am unable to get the services back, i has become a problem, as even after recharging, the services are not resumed.. This is type of treatment is unjust

                  Im purchased a videocon led tv 2016 and it have 3 years of warrenty.. I have complained about my led tv since last 4 months but no response from the company... I called many times to solve this but it was very pathetic response from the company. If the company not ready to solve this issue so i will go for the further actions... So please this is the last request from my side.. Please do needful.

                    Under my id no. 29871982 you are cheating, you r not providing zee bangla hd or sd along with other important channels since last few days, your all contact nos. R worthless and u r charging rs.620 a month, i have started sharing my bitter negative experiance to all my contacts and also going to discontinue your brand, last day some how i can contact them and they started to play same broken record ' we are sorry and your problem will be resolved within three hours' but not been resolved till now. I think they are taking full advantage of worthless trai's daily basis trial and error resulting nothing but huge suffering of all most all tv viewers

                      I am a videocon customer i tried to contact their customer care they didn't pick any of my call it always says all routes are busy everyday 24×7. Then i tried to login via thier website i think they failed to pay server rent for their site it also became dead no responce it always shows "504 gate way timed out". I think they gonna shut down their company customer can't connect with them for past 48 hours.

                          I am totally frustrated from videocon d2h service since they are not activating any service on my dth connection.
                          And for 2 days i am unable to access any channel and service
                          My all service are stopped and i called them many times but they are saying only one thing that there is some technical problem

                          Kindly take this issue on urgent basis and activate any pack that videocon want to give and activate my service.

                          Now my problem is resolved and the services of old package is available to me. but still i want to activate a new pack that i have created according to TRAI new rules and i have mailed the company to change the pack and now i am waiting for the activation of my new pack.

                            Suddenly dropped my channels customer id : 74323180

                            The list of videocon d2h irresponsibilty :

                            1) very difficult to open customer support page on videocon d2h website, cont. Dropped

                            2) if you open page of contact no. S, 3 out of 4 is not working

                            3) if you succeed to connect with customer care, they used to say that that they can not do anything as their system is not working.

                            4) if you say to pass the call to supervisor, you will get arrogant reply.

                            5) even if you bear that much tolerance, they will say they are helpless.

                            6) even they will not register your complaint.

                            7) every time you will get reply that call later

                            8) they will deduct money and will not show channels to you.

                              Videocon d2h violating trai rule they selected the channels according to their wish and made a package of rs 311 with out my concern my customer id: 72740649 i tried to contact customer care number they talking like my boss and arguing that i selected this package... I tried to change the package online but 100 channels are already selected around 10 fta channels are shopping and more than 10 are devotional or religious channel i am not interested in watching this any religious channels and i am not interested in shopping from naptol.. Please give opportunity to select my interested channels according to trai rule and my wish

I think Videocon D2H is doing cheat to their customer . We need to raise our hand Collectively against such kind of cheatting

                                As per the new trai rules, i had selected the list of packages on your website, as guided by your customer service executive on jan 24, 2019.
                                I have a balance amount of about inr 800/- or more.

                                I am not able to watch any of the subscribed channels since last night.

                                Your website is not working and your customer care numbers are not answers, busy or not reachable. I have tried multiple times.

                                  Customer care representative said me that for them trai has said to consumer have to take 100 fta channels mandatory. Consumer can not select/deselect unwanted channels within 100 fta channels.

                                  If so the final cost will be more than 600 rupees. For which i was paying 200 rupees before.
                                  What should i do?
                                  Is really 100 fta channels are mandatory??
                                  Or videocon is misleading us??

                                      I have tried to login using request otp option but am unable to login as well as reset my account.
                                      I have already raised complaint about this but got no response on that.
                                      I am getting frustrated because of this as some of the channels stopped working and i am unable to do anything as my login is not happening and also customer care number is showing busy all the time. Not sure what they do though they mentioned 24*7 service. All fake it seems.

                                        Dear sir,

                                        I like to bring to your notice that the videocon dth is not acting in good faith as per trai's direction.

                                        Few days back i received a sms that i can now choose my dth plan online. What i noticed was that the basic tier 100 channels which comprised of 30 dd mandatory channels n next 70 channels could be customized.

                                        But when i check again today i find that the service provider has made the first 100 channels mandatory with their choices of channel n customer cannot delete any channel and opt for their choice of channel.
