We have select zee family Pack but now zee cinema has been not active after selecting zee family pack which has been 39 Rs pack.
We have unavaible to see zee cinema channel.some other channels also not showing in TV.
Now D2H toll free not responding.

    I called D2h customer care and he told me that for this month Feb-19 I can continue to pay for New Diamond pack and I have till end of Feb to decide what channel pack I want to opt for even though the TRAI deadline is over.

    Trusting him I recharged and now D2H has on its own changed my pack to what I do not know. The channels that I would regularly watch are gone.
    Their numbers do not connect and website does not load.

    I am stopping all my business with D2H oing forward for this misbehavior.

        Hi have activated trail base plan. With other broadcast channel star, zee, sony. But i am not able to see any start, sony, zee channel. Only free channel able to see. When a am starting star plus channel then throwing error window with e16-4 - channel is not part of subscription. Then whats is the use of selecting boardcast packages. Again we need to pay for each and individual channel.

        While selecting packages they have told they are going to provide all channel for zee, sony, star but actually they are provide any channel from them

          I have recharged 100+218+100= 418 however, next recharge date are showing less than 7 days, since Friday I am calling to customer care no [protected] it's not connecting to the customer as well balance deducting from the phone.
          Its disturbing to me,

            I am reaching out to you all with a hope that my issue with D2H will come to closure as I haven't not seen any hope getting it resolved by the folks who were trying it till now.

            As per the trai regulation, I have yesterday selected my pack and submitted it however less I know that it will be beginning of my pain with your company.

            All my channels stopped working expect for few channels. I have reached out to your customer care agents but the service I have got defines that your company need to improve a lot in understanding customer issues as those folks are just robots who say only one thing.

            First time I called I was being told that it will get fixed in 5 hours and since then 24 hours have passed and same issue I am facing and every time I call they give me same time frame 5 hours. I don't know how to calculate the 5 hours. Is it every time I call your customer care time starts from that moment.

            I have recorded some of your representative calls to make you understand what situation and services we as customer faces.

            Also I hope that my complaint reaches to right folks and gets addressed soon. As it is total black out of channels.

            I have again multiple times tries to update and select the package thinking it did not go through first time but every time result is same.

            I am paying a lot for your service around 760 per month but type of service I am getting makes your customer feel that they are not needed by you.

            Attached are call records hope you can get the understanding what is happening.

              Respected sir,

              Like to bring to your notice that the videocon dth is not acting in good faith as per trai's direction.

              Few days back i received a sms that i can now choose my dth plan online. What i noticed was that the basic tier 100 channels which comprised of 30 dd mandatory channels n next 70 channels could be customized.

              But wen i check again today i find that the service provider has made the first 100 channels mandatory with their choices of channel n customer cannot delete any channel and opt for their choice of channel.
              For eg. Malyalam naptol is included wherein i don't know malyalam.

              By doing this the service provider is totally defeating the purpose of trai's initiative.

              Hope u und the issue. I request you to look in to the matter and make sure that the service provider should give customer a choice to choose remaining channels of their choice from the basic tier of 100 channels apart from those compulsory 30 dd channels.

              After pressing submit button a message pops up some thing went wrong.So I could not go for new plan Please ask them to improve.

                  Hello trai,

                  I have videocon d2h connection (Subscriber id:[protected].
                  I recharged my videocon d2h and called customer care multiple times to activate my services as per new trai rules from last 2 days. I had chosen and submitted the channels based on the trai new rules. And they said it will activate in 2hrs. But completed 24 hrs, but my account is still inactive.
                  My tv is just blank from last two days but money is deducting from my account.
                  When i called to customer care they just talk like irresponsible and uneducated. Finally they are saying "just wait" we can't do anything.
                  I talked with their supervisor, he said u have wait and he cancelled the call.

                  I request you to help me on return this worst videocon d2h box them and refund my money back please.
                  Its pathetic service from videocon everytime.
                  *this is not first time, everytime when i call to videocon d2h, i gets dissoppointed. They never strict to their word. Just worlds worst d2h is videocon.

                  Kindly look into this.

                          D2h videocon are forcefully giving us all fta channel in 130 (& gst) and they said all fta channel are mandatory as per trai. There are 100 channels. They have made their website according to this to take 100 channels first. Which makes my channels pack more expensive.
                          But as per the trai rule for customers only 25 doordarshan channels are mandatory.

                          Pls help.

                            Broadcaster bouquets channels are not provided yet. Raised a complaint but they are not giving a time frame as to when it will be provided. Request was raised via website, but when contacted customer care they are saying request is not received and they are unable to raise request on my behalf.

                            Did a recharge of 300 into my account. Hd star malayalam broadcaster bouquets value not provided.

                            Previous feb 2, 2019 complaint was resolved without providing broadcaster bouquets channel.

                            Raised complaint again mentioning to provide broadcaster bouquet channels as i have recharged to my account rs300/-, but videocon is not sure when it will be implemented.

                              On 3 feb 2019 my recharge for videocon d2h id[protected] expired so i decided to get the a-la-carte package as per the new "trai" guidelines but the website won't let me in constantly saying invalid credentials. I tried everything from customer care to mail but they were really unprofessional as well as unethical as they neither mailed me back the second time (First one was automated and i protested against that in the second one) nor were their contact numbers working. After doing some further research on the internet regarding incidents of this type, i came to know that the company aforementioned has duped many people like this. I request the concerned authorities to kindly look into the grievance and resolve the issue.

                                my videcon d2h customer ID 48037165. I had opted opted new tariff according to Trai guidelines but after subscription I am not able to watch I called 10 times to cc but every time they asked me to wait for two hrs such a pathetic service they have. I have recharge 250 rupees today but many free channel are showing this channel is not your part of subscription
                                And call are also not taken by your agent
                                Pls solve my problem immediately

                                  All the channels in basic tier is mandatory including dd and non dd channels this doesnt make any sense then why does trai impose a rule like this in the first place it outrageous.
                                  If as an customer in south kerala is it mandatory to pay for a russian channel a telugu channel and while for the channels in my mother tongue cost me more than the last time. Initially my plan cost me245 now its 280 this is because i pay ncf 150 since i opted for more than 100 channels well the basic tier channels are of 100 and you cant remove any.

                                    I've entered my mobile no. And the otp received on my mobile and then the captcha.
                                    But after hitting the login button, i'm unable to proceed.

                                    I need to choose the new channel packs from the website, i'd prefer the flexibility that the portal would provide.

                                    I guess this is serious malpractice from their end, forcing the customers to choose channel packs only through the phone call and hence they'll convince the customers for whatever they want.

                                      I am a new south platinum hd sports combo customer of vediocon d2h having con. No. 78999982 of karnataka state.
                                      After the new trai rules i just logged in to vediocon d2h website and tried to select channels, but the basic service tier option the servicxe provider is not allowing me to deselect the unnecessary channels... I think i am betrayed...
                                      Please allow me to choose basic service tier and additional ala carte channels

                                        From yesterday suddenly my videocon d2h has stopped working. We thought it is because of the low balance or something but when i checked the balance, it was there.
                                        I called customer service executive he asked me to call back within an hour.. Again i called again they said call after one hour as there is a network problem. I called today in the morning again they said call us after 5 hours...
                                        I mean seriously!!! Are you guys playing with your customers?
                                        It is still not working. If you guys can do something about it then do it asap... Otherwise we will have to change our operator.
