Under warranty TV not repair

Dear Sir,
we have a LED television which we bought 4 years back. recently it was not working. we informed the customer care who did come to our help and gave us an estimate of rs.5000 as the toatal repair charges. they said that the panel of the tv is not working. my question to u is that how can a part of a tv cost us an amount equal to the value of a new television. we tried calling the senior officials here but they werent responsive...

Refund issue

I've given my Videocon smart TV for repairing on 06/06/2020, but they couldn't do the repair job successfully even after three consecutive attempts. When I asked for my refund of my payment after the second failed attempt of repairing, one of the managers agreed me that I'll get back my paid money if the third attempt goes in fail. But now the managers are denying the refund. Please do the needful for getting my hard-working earned money....

disruption in videocon d2h service, worst customer service

Team,

Please help me with resolving my problem with d2h connection. Picture is completely distorted, channel goes missing and audio goes in and out. I am reporting this since last one week and no one is bothering to address the complain.
My product is in warranty still not getting service.
I am really fed-up of this worst customer service.

Request you to look into this and help me.

Cheating customers with fake credits.

From last 2 months, videocon d2h is deducting fake credit amount from my account without any intimation to me by any means. Whenever we call in customer car the only thing they say is we cannot give any information to you and you have taken credit from us but i can give in written that no credit request is initialized from our side.
The company is fooling the customers by deducting fake credits as i have not initiciate any credit request...

payment deducted for new d2h connection but no confirmation received yet

I had done payment of rs 1799 for new d2h hd set top box connection. Payment was successful but i have not got any confirmation message. Please check and resolve issue at the earliest else refund my money.

I had done payment of Rs 1799 for new D2H HD set top box connection on 6-Oct-2020. Payment was successful but I have not got any confirmation message nor the product. Please check and resolve issue at the earliest else refund my money.

I have raised a complaint for LED TV at 14th of July 2020 my complaint no is. LP[protected] bt from last 2 months there is no progress in my filed complaint when I used to call customer care they are very rude n they advised me to call the dealer, why should I call dealer when I already filed a complaint and your one of customer support executive told me that my spread part had been issued from warehouse and now they didn't want to explain...

Set up box mapping issue

Hi, I had contacted your customer care which is of not use but after several attempts i spoke with one female and i requested to map my setup box which is not working. My relatives wanted d2h dth connection and requested me to co-ordinate with them for the same. I called d2h customer care first time when i called the guy gave me some numbers and asked me to call on them. When i called on them it said number does not exist. Negligence of the customer service

I am completely fed off with the customer service of videocon d2h cable operators. Also the app associated with the satellite tv is worthless. They are least bothered about the customers once they get paid. Please take severe action on this so called disregarded satellite tv company so that public investment gets reserved....

This tv has 3 years warranty, within 2years the half of the tv screen become blurred and blackish.

I have recharged the account but it only shows insufficient balance screen.
