I have registered my mobile number in the national DND register and yet I get atleast a couple spam calls from Videocon d2h, advertising about the services they offer. I am customer of the company but I do not wish to receive any such calls.

    I am purchase a Videocon refrigerator and after 4 year the refrigerator are compressor
    not work . my product is under warranty 5 year I am complain registered in company 28 September but technician not visit after 20 days waiting . I am moneytimes calling of company but not satisfactory answer I am so upset

        Dear Sir,
        we have a LED television which we bought 4 years back. recently it was not working. we informed the customer care who did come to our help and gave us an estimate of rs.5000 as the toatal repair charges. they said that the panel of the tv is not working. my question to u is that how can a part of a tv cost us an amount equal to the value of a new television. we tried calling the senior officials here but they werent responsive enough.

          I've given my Videocon smart TV for repairing on 06/06/2020, but they couldn't do the repair job successfully even after three consecutive attempts. When I asked for my refund of my payment after the second failed attempt of repairing, one of the managers agreed me that I'll get back my paid money if the third attempt goes in fail. But now the managers are denying the refund. Please do the needful for getting my hard-working earned money.

            I am writing this mail with much stress for not having proper response from your side. Customer support is not replying for my mails.I don't know whether you will refund the amount or cheat me. It has 12 days but nothing happened. Please update status of my Service Request No.[protected]

            I submitted all proof for transaction but still no refund related communication from you.

            Above service requests no is generated before 8 days still nothing has been done.

            Complaint details:
            I ordered new addon connection for rs 1199 in d2h infinity app. Transaction went unsuccessful but amount was deducted from my account. I have transaction reference number and proof of my transaction. I didn't get Successful Transaction message from d2h app since as soon as i entered otp for transaction it went blank after deducting amount.

              Team,

              Please help me with resolving my problem with d2h connection. Picture is completely distorted, channel goes missing and audio goes in and out. I am reporting this since last one week and no one is bothering to address the complain.
              My product is in warranty still not getting service.
              I am really fed-up of this worst customer service.

              Request you to look into this and help me.

                From last 2 months, videocon d2h is deducting fake credit amount from my account without any intimation to me by any means. Whenever we call in customer car the only thing they say is we cannot give any information to you and you have taken credit from us but i can give in written that no credit request is initialized from our side.
                The company is fooling the customers by deducting fake credits as i have not initiciate any credit request and after last talk with customer care executive the service of credit money was also stopped.
                Still money is deducted from the account.

                I have continuously asked for proof for this credit amount on email or sms but not details are send to me. None of my previous mails are reverted back by the company.

                I want clarification for this as this has become an harressment for us.

                  I had done payment of rs 1799 for new d2h hd set top box connection. Payment was successful but i have not got any confirmation message. Please check and resolve issue at the earliest else refund my money.

                  I had already sent email to D2H customer care, but also read it as "recharge failed" and asked for details of recharge and registered number. Please note its request for new connection not recharge for existing connection. I have provided my RTN as well as mobile number for new connection request. But I have not received reply since last 10+ days. Please provide me details of my new connection else I will need to register fraud case against D2H.

                      I have raised a complaint for LED TV at 14th of July 2020 my complaint no is. LP[protected] bt from last 2 months there is no progress in my filed complaint when I used to call customer care they are very rude n they advised me to call the dealer, why should I call dealer when I already filed a complaint and your one of customer support executive told me that my spread part had been issued from warehouse and now they didn't want to explain status of my complaint should I go for CONSUMER COURT

                        Hi, I had contacted your customer care which is of not use but after several attempts i spoke with one female and i requested to map my setup box which is not working. This was on[protected] but till now nothing is done. Yesterday the service engineer came but got Rs. 200 and said it will be done. Till now it is not working. Also i face signal issues.                           I am a Videocon DTH customer since last 3 years in Kerala, Kollam Dist-Kottarakkara, From last 3 months we are not getting several channel that we subscribed.Channel List we are subscribed but not in signal all time below

                          I complaint it to the DTH customer care number server times [protected]
                          They registered the complaint on last August-2020 and provided a service center number in Kottarakkara . That number was [protected]
                          We tried to contact to the number which provided by the Videocon DTH customer care and they agree to come for the service. Tried many times again and again but they never came for the service.

                          Its 3 months over again we informed the same complaint to the DTH CC. Yesterday I registered another complaint in Videocon DTH and contacted the service center in kottarrakkara. They informed me the compliant is not yet registered so they are not coming for the service.
                          May I know what type of customer service you are providing? by taking amount from us?? Are you cheating the customers
                          Is this is good for a reputed company like Videocon.
                          Please do the needful, or else provide our cash back to discontinue and switch to another service provider

                              My relatives wanted d2h dth connection and requested me to co-ordinate with them for the same. I called d2h customer care first time when i called the guy gave me some numbers and asked me to call on them. When i called on them it said number does not exist. I checked the d2h website and numbers were same. Also the hd stb plan was for 1599 rs.

                              I again called d2h customer care, i said again that i want a new connection. The guy asked what is your customer id? How can i have a customer id when i am a prospective customer. He said he will not proceed unless i tell customer id.

                              I disconnected and again called them. This time the guy said the new connection with hd stb will cost me 1840 inr + 1 month subscription of my choice of channels will be separate to be paid. I said your website shows 1599. He said their system shows 1840 and nothing can be done about it. They were not supportive or helpful in any way. I said i wish to talk to their seniors and they refused.

                              Later i booked tatasky and then d2h sales guy called me and promised me that he was ready to give me connection in rs 1699. By then they already lost a customer!

                                  I am completely fed off with the customer service of videocon d2h cable operators. Also the app associated with the satellite tv is worthless. They are least bothered about the customers once they get paid. Please take severe action on this so called disregarded satellite tv company so that public investment gets reserved.

                                      I had registered a complaint to videocon customer care [protected] on 18 july, 2020. The technician visited and confirmed that the compressor was faulty. A request for compressor was raised which was approved on 24 july, 2020. It has been 60 days but the company has not yet dispatched the compressor. The customer care is not providing any information, just saying that we are sending an email over and over again. I am quite frustrated. I bought the ac because it had a compressor warranty of 5 years. The compressor is under warranty and the company is just delaying the dispatch.
