From yesterday suddenly my videocon d2h has stopped working. We thought it is because of the low balance or something but when i checked the balance, it was there.
I called customer service executive he asked me to call back within an hour.. Again i called again they said call after one hour as there is a network problem. I called today in the morning again they said call us after 5 hours...
I mean seriously!!! Are you guys playing with your customers?
It is still not working. If you guys can do something about it then do it asap... Otherwise we will have to change our operator.

      My id is 8450227. I have registeted a complaint of not geting signal on 29/1/19. But tecnician only arrved on 31 evening and replaced lnb and charged rs 400. But again on nextday problem repeaats. And called engineer directly. He promised to come on yesterday. But not come. Again call him and promised to come today 9am
      But he not come note even attending phone. When l complain in cuatomer care phone today the executive mis behave and keep silence and cut phone. Again tried but not cnnected. So due to lapse on your part and poor service i cant see tv for previous 4 out of 5 days and continous. My money is cutting per day witbout access to me.
      Kindly do nothing other wise i will take furthe steps. Kindly compensate me for non access days and correct tech problem without any further fees again

        Hi,
        Despite D2H login website resets my password, when I enter the new password in the system, the website login does nothing and returns to the login page.
        I have been denied from logging in to the D2H website.

        Even if I write to their customer care, instead of fixing the real issue, they just send me a new password that again does not work.

        Disappointing experience. On top of that this is the time to decide your packs as per TRAI. There's total un-clarity and uncertainty on this matter.

          We has the problem facing regard of d2h connection so that we called the customer care first customer care representative which we have talked with him, he talked rubbish things after we have cut the call he called through his personal mobile and spoke using bad words.. Pls kindly take a necessary action against him.

            I am trying to remove non dd channel from basic service tier pack but not show any option to remove and all 100 channel is show as mandatory channel.

            After we will choose more than 25 channel then they say "₹20 + taxes if no. Of channels is more than 15 and ₹1 per channel + taxes for 15 or less channels".

            Why videocon d2h add all 100 channels is mandatory channels which is some non dd channels?

              I wanted to change the package as per new trai guidelines. But when i provide login credential on the website, it opens a black screen instead of going to my account. I have already made a complaint on call. Complaint number is[protected].

              Now, customer care number is not working and still not able to go into my account. Do videocon d2h have any customer service or it it the worst i have seen?

                  I had called videocon d2h customer care on 27th jan as my old pack has expired on 25th jan. I had selected pack by choosing only channels i wanted to view according to trai guidelines. They said to recharge for old pack for 725 rs. And new pack would activate from 1feb from remaining balance in account. Its 2nd feb and still i am being charged daily for my old pack. I have been misguided and duped for recharging with more money. I have been trying to call and still they put call on hold. Please see into it that this guys are charged for cheating their customers with false information.

                    Finally i managed to switch on my box irrespective of d2h customer care not supporting us. Now home channel is coming with few more channels but as soon as we switch the channel to popular channels error e 04 - 4 comes on screen automatically. Again called up customer care and same careless attitude that we can raise the complaint and you have to pay 200 to service engineer. When i can switch on the box after watching some online videos why can't customer care team guide the customer to resolve it instead of pushing for service engineer visit and putting a charge of 200 on customer. It seems like a big scam where entire videocon d2h team seems involved with onfield engineering vendors. My customer i'd is 26929214 and i'm looking forward to a call from your back end team and get the problem resolved without pushing customer to pay 200. Shame on you people for forcing and spreading the scam in name of customer service. Please show some loyalty towards your customers else day is not far when end will follow you guys.

                      I have submitted my choice channels pack through videocon d2h website on date 26.01.2019. Fta +paid channels and bouquet total count of channels,
                      But there is no transparency on their website, the pack i have choosed is not visible on the website. Also i can't see details of the pack, i can't edit or modify the pack.
                      On february 2019 i have shocked; they are showing channels as they decided. Also their website is not login. They charged the amount as per their old pack and not giving me my own selected channel pack, which i selected as per trai regulatory.

Called customer care but they are disconnecting after keeping on hold for 5 mins. What a worst service, why it was not planned and handled properly.                             Maine 20/02/2018 ko dhanbad videocon care me apne mobile ka battery change karne ke liye diya tha, mera mobile le liya gya aur mujhe 15 din baad aane ko kaha gya aur receiving diya gya.
                            Mai 15 din baad gya to batya gya ki battery nahi aaya hai so agar 45 din tak nahi aaya to new phone milega. Mai 45 din baad gya to mujhe batya gya ki aapka 45 din ho gya hai so aapko new mobile milega, aur mera receving le kar usme mention kar diya gaya. Uske baad mai jab v apna mobile lene care gaya mujhe bola gya ki nahi aaya hai baad me aana. Aur esi tarh pura saal nikal gya, aur edhar kuchh mahino se care khulta v nahi hi.. Aur na hi call ya whatsapp pe koyi reply milta hai. Mai bahot paresan hun, so aapse request hi ki ispe action liya jaye aur mera phone mujhe battery ke sath dilaya jaye.

                                I am a videocon d2h user with customer id[protected]. Since from last 7 years, i am facing installation issues regarding services of new hd set up box of videocon d2h, which includes wrong frequent unfair balance deductions.

                                I have applied for exchanged old setup box to new hd setup box installation request via online in videocon on 28th january 2019 & paid new setup box installation charges rs. 1, 199/- to videocon as informed by customer care center[protected] on 29th january, 2019. Customer care given deadline for new setup box installation in coming 24 hrs.

                                I am supersized, when i received sms from videocon your request has been resolved successfully on 30th january 2019 for new setup box installation. But in condition they have upgraded new card number & product details in my d2h account without installation of new setup box and suspended my old card number - [protected] and removed old setup box details without intimation.

                                As of now there is not changed my old setup box & satellite card and when i follow up with customer care, they are given again and again 24 hrs time for resolving my compliant.

                                    Complaint lodged vide reference gur[protected] on 15 jan2019. The original complaint was lodged on 6 jan 2019, and was closed without any resolution. The engineer visited and informed that machine needs control panel replacement. It's been almost a month since the original issue started and am yet to receive a response. Every time we call customer care they give us a new number to call however they would only promise a resolution and after that stop even answering calls. I believe that everyone should stop buying videocon products as they only know about collection and are neither bothered nor do they have resources to provide services.

                                      Videocon d2h is looting the people as mentioned in most of the comments in similar fashion. My customer id is 26929214 and following are stances of their negligence sequence wise.
                                      1. Got sms to recharge my account on 30th jan stating my account has been deactivated.
                                      2. I made a recharge through their official website and got the confirmation mail from their payment gateway ccavenue on their website.
                                      3. When the services didn't resume i called up the no. Mentioned on screen to get the services resumed post recharge and nothing happened.
                                      4. Called their customer care and to my surprise was informed that my recharge is not successful and my balance is insufficient. Later they advised me to take 3 days credit and soon services resumed as soon as i accepted their offer.
                                      5. Later when we tried to switch our tv again after sometime the services loading screen gets loacked after trying to switch on & this has been happening for past 3 days.
                                      6. They need 200 service charge for lodging a complaint for engineer visit. I tried raising my voice to senior authorities but was only given a fake promise that their back end team will call back which never happened.
                                      7. I forwarded the recharge payment successful mail to their email id [protected]@d2h.com on 30th as complaint for not updating my account balance inspite of receiving the payment to which there has not been a single reply from their side. Luckily i got to know about my payment updation through ivr next day when i tried calling them.
                                      8. Till date i spoke to their two floor supervisor and really got frustrated with their customer care sorry rather i should use customer negligence attitude that i made my mind to switch to tata sky already. My last communication was with their customer supervisor akash dixit with employment i'd t10217.
                                      9. Now my questions as they are more interested in looting 200 from every subscriber in name of extending customer support.
                                      Questions:
                                      1. Was it a customer's fault if payment was not updated and customer were sold 3 days credit facility due to their internal system failure. Today akash dixit has confirmed that it takes 36 hours for updation as i've been doing same from past countless months as i've been using d2h from the 2010/11 and got to know this starnge facility introduced today only.
                                      2. Why no backend team called up or managers called up to listen to problem and resolve it as i'm damn sure that when it can be resolved from backend after buying their 3 days credit pack, it can be resolved now also. It shows their clear intention of looting 200 in name of service charge by troubling customers.
                                      3. Why email sent to [protected]@d2h.com was not responded stating my grievances has been resolved till date. I only came to know about it after calling ivr. Akash dixit mentioned above even tried to i'll justify me stating my recharge has been done on 31st at 1pm.

                                      So overall they really understand and are willing to extend customer experience and it is evident from all the reviews in this forum. My sincere advise to all present user is to get them switched to a better service provider and let this company shut down its services as they are not capable of providing the services efficiently

                                        I did a transaction of rs.3720/- which is a recharge to my videocon d2h on 28 dec 2018 (Done by mistake)

                                        So, i called in the d2h helpline and requested them for a refund for which i was requested to recharge again for a min of rs.300/- so that the previous transaction can be refunded. Again i did a recharge of rs.500/-

                                        I was informed that on 02nd jan 2019 videocon d2h has initiated a refund back to the original payment method which is my scb cc ending with 4652

                                        Below are the details:

                                        Transaction was done via paytm using my scb cc

                                        Recharge of videocon d2h dth account[protected]
                                        Date 28 dec 2018
                                        Time 09:41 am

                                        I was provided with the reference number for the credit by the merchant as :[protected]

                                        Credit initiated to : original payment which is scb cc ending with 4652

                                        I would request you to check this as i have not received the credit yet by verifying this with the merchant and get back to me asap

                                        When i checked with Standard Chartered they are asking for a proof and they say they have not received any credit from Videocon D2H. Please provide me with a proof of the credit so that i can check with the bank
