Sir, I am a customer of vediocon d2h. My customer ID no.[protected] . My name is jaipal saini and my address is, , VPO- Guriani, District- Rewari, Pin- 123301 . At the time of installation of connection I have the Receit Paper to the above name and address, but my name shown dinesh kumar in my account & address show bhiwani distt. I complaint many time to correct the name and address but he did not take care. please update my detail.

    I was buy 55inch LCD TV with 5 years warranty not working even it's in warrenty it's almost 2 years and I was complain before 7 month still the problem was not solve they told the parts was not available sometimes complain was cancel sometimes they will replace the TV but still nothing action taken by Videocon it's too much bad experience with vediocon company it's a fraud we have to go in consumer court with fraud and the costumers harressment case even I have all recording with customer care from the 7 month

      d2h login issue website

      Hi,
      Despite D2H login website resets my password, when I enter the new password in the system, the website login does nothing and returns to the login page.
      I have been denied from logging in to the D2H website.

      Even if I write to their customer care, instead of fixing the real issue, they just send me a new password that again does not work.

      I am unable to log into my Videocon d2h account[protected] with my regular password as well as OTP with my RTN.
      As per TRAI’s new rules for DTH, cable TV operators, I am trying to change my existing package to channel selection package from last 1 week but unable to do so because of d2h login issues and poor response from their customer care. It seems Videocon d2h has intentionally blocked the customers logins.
      When we call to customer care on videocon d2h for channel selection package, they are not replying with proper answers. Most of the times their customer care number is not connecting. Please resolve this on a top priority
      This is more than a week now but still the problem has not resolved.

        Hi, my customer id is[protected] and am enrolled for d2h service from videocon d2h. As per new trai ruling, the mandatory base pack of 100 channels [price=rs.130 exc tax] can contain 25 mandatory dd channels + 75 other channels [fta or paid channels]. While subscribing to paid channels, i had removed some of the fta channels which were not necessary so that my overall channel list falls within 100 channels, however the customer care does not do this and charges additional ncf for paid channels. Can you please register my complaint.

          This is phani from hyd. I have purchased a videocon 50’’ tv in jun 2017 with 1+2 years extended warranty. From aug 2018 the tv led screen is showing blank. Raised complaint (Videocon 50 inches hyd[protected]) and the issue is not resolved. The service center people saying no parts available. I have asked for replacement. Its not replaced yet. Pls help me

            Hi, dushyanthan. B, i taken the connection from videocon d2h and without my request they have been activation usb recording facility and detected rs 1 per day to till day before yesterday. When i cross verified the same with customer care said that it was activated by back end team and money will not be refunded. Nearly they detected rs 750. I was cheated by videocon without my request how come they will enable usb recording service. Please help me to raise this concern and resolve this issue/

              I am an existing d2h customer. I have an hd-2222 rf set top box. I want to upgrade to the newer hd-6666 rf model, but i don't see any option on the
              Website. I've been contacting your customer care via email but every time i get a canned response saying that i already have an hd 6666 rf model and the issue gets closed. This has happened 4-5 times already.

              Hi,
              I bought a videocon washing machine 18months ago, which got problem with mother board now. I have given complaint to the customer care couple of times with complaint number: vij[protected], and these customer service agents had given the local service executive numbers which are not working and tried with 3 to 4 times with customer service and each and everytime they are giving different numbers finally got connected with one of the local service agent from videocon, they said they dont have account to login a service number, all the local service agents accounts closed by videocon, so i got to contact customer service team, again contacted to customer service they are not responding properly. So finally i dont have any option either i got to repair from outside by paying the amount of 7k to get the spare parts. Even the local service engineers are saying those spare parts may not be providing by videocon because they have stopped production. But my washing machine is in warranty.
              So what has to be done now. Any suggestion

                Zee entertainment's zee family pack was rs 45, which has reduced it to rs 39 and reduced its own channels, such that the rate of zee cinema decreased from 19 to 15 rupees and the picture rate reduced to 10 to 6 rupees. Has gone. But videocon d2h is charging the same old prices. I have also complained to them. But they are changing the subject and are not giving the correct answer.

If i wanna to complaint and to rectify, there being charging 200 and more for replacement or service, Don't know what i need to do with service. I had been using Videocon past 10 years+.

                    I asked customer care people to remove the add-on maxi topup in my account they said they can't find any add-on in my account but the add-on is existing in my account which is in others section category

                    This is not the 1st time i'm complaining about this issue they are misleading the customers with this studip addons

                    This is the 3rd time i'm complaining about the add-on issue but there is no response from them people.

                    Please remove that add-on maxi-topup in my account

                    Regarding compressor issue. it had been very long time I had raised complaint about. Since 40 days over my issue is not resolved yet. Being a brand and multinational company what is your duty...please share your nodal officer email id otherwise I have to go and ask to consumer court...for justice and fair results of resolution.

                      Dear Customer Support team,

                      I have purchased a Videocon LED tv on 01.08.2016. In the month of Oct 2018, the display of my tv was got not working. My tv was under warranty period. I have made complaint vide Complaint Regn. No. PAT[protected] in the name of my wife RASHMI. A technician visited and confirm non-working of display. He said that it will take a fortnight to change the display of the tv but till date my tv is yet to be repaired by the service centre.

                        My complaint is with Videocon D2h for charging more money than what Trai has mentioned in their plan.

                        As per TRAI new rules, all cable operator will let customer decide their channels, but Videocon is charging money for free channels and the bouqet of some channels does not include all the channels mentioned. TRAI launched their on channel selector so customer can create packs as per their wish. but when you make your plan on D2H website www.d2h.com, they are not charging or providing channels as per TRAI regulation.
                        please look into this issue and help resolve.

                          I have purchased videocon 40" led tv from sai electronics ulhasnagar-421004 on 14th december, 2016 under 5 year extended warranty.
                          On 15th july, 2018 tv shows no clear picture and no clear sound, hence i called service call centre but service engineer not visited my place to see problems in tv.

                          Now it is around 6 months still i have not received panel and tv is not working.

                          Request you to consider this matter and arrange the required part at the earliest or make an alternative like another tv.
