Even now, a whole week later, there has been no worthwhile response.
It is impossible to talk to the "nodal" officer, and you cannot get any other functionary's contact particulars.
My bank tells me the payee's accounts manager must first take up his claim of not receiving the funds transferred by neft. One can proceed to the customer facilitation centre operated by the rbi only thereafter. But i cannot even locate this ephemeral character, even after approaching the bangalore d2h office.
Surely they want customers to pay, don't they? And when someone does this using their own recharge website, they do not even bother to ask their own banker to know for themselves what went wrong. This only proves that they are sitting on my money, and would rather misappropriate it.
I am sick and tired of this rotten company, to the extent i will simply go to another service provider irrespective of cost. They can stick it up you know where. I will send more money if they like an encore of this their act.
I will join any others in a class action suit, if only to help other/future gullible customers who may fall into this abysmal trap.
Videocon Industries customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
