Please update my secondary rtn no to my primary rtn number so that i can use 98xxxxxx19 as my primary rtn in future. Primary rtn is not in my use as of now.

Due to incorrect rtn number i m not able to change password and use other service effectively and also not able to make the channel requests as per new rules.
For more information can call on my secondary rtn number as this is my only active number to connect with the videocon d2h services.

Please do the needful asap.

    Even now, a whole week later, there has been no worthwhile response.
    It is impossible to talk to the "nodal" officer, and you cannot get any other functionary's contact particulars.
    My bank tells me the payee's accounts manager must first take up his claim of not receiving the funds transferred by neft. One can proceed to the customer facilitation centre operated by the rbi only thereafter. But i cannot even locate this ephemeral character, even after approaching the bangalore d2h office.
    Surely they want customers to pay, don't they? And when someone does this using their own recharge website, they do not even bother to ask their own banker to know for themselves what went wrong. This only proves that they are sitting on my money, and would rather misappropriate it.
    I am sick and tired of this rotten company, to the extent i will simply go to another service provider irrespective of cost. They can stick it up you know where. I will send more money if they like an encore of this their act.
    I will join any others in a class action suit, if only to help other/future gullible customers who may fall into this abysmal trap.

        Past 1 month we have complained few times but in vain.
        As per videocon problem is at our end and so we pay 200/- service charge and then will come to know what n where is the problem. So we as a consumer fail to understand why only 2 channels has issue n why should v pay service charge.

        Please help to resolve this malpractices of dth provider's.

          I'm facing signal issues from last one week. I registered my complain many times to customer care. I keep on calling every day & what i get is false commitment that engineer will visit in 24 hrs but no one has visited yet since last one week. All i get is complaint no. Nothing else. There is no one who will take responsibility to take action against it. I have written mails to the customer care, nodal officer and even their ceo mr. Anil khera but in vain. If they are giving such service to premium customers who already paid full payment for whole year. I don't know what they are giving to regular customer who pay monthly. I really feel bad & thinking again & again why i have chosen this company who don't ever care what his customer feel about his services. I will recommend all other never use services of this company. I am loosing in two ways one my money which they are charging for these period when i didn't avail their services and second i am watching tv whenever i was to see news.

          On 29th dec goverment decide to viewers to select our favorite channel but when I trying to select channels in videocon d2h the said that selecting channels is not implement right now so I recharge my regular pack
          I have repeatedly called Videocon d2h. They are refusing to permit the channels I want to view. Please help me.

          Please make arrangements for each customer to express their like channels on their website so as to compel them to provide service.

            I have added Sony six HD in my Videocon d2h which is rs 61 per month. I want to remove that channel. There is no option to remove the Sony six HD channel in the Videocon app.The addition only is available in app and no option to removal of channels. I want to remove the channel from app please update the app so that users can deactivate or remove the channels

              Hi on 13jan2019 i requested for a new remote. Same afternoon a technician came and gave me remote and chargedrs 200.

              On 16jan2019 they stopped my service saying rs 200 deducted my account ad service charges. Then i spoke to customer service and they raised a complaint by no[protected] saying problem will be resolved at 12.54 pm on 17jan2019. On the same day again i received sms with a new complaint no[protected] to be solved at 4.11 pm on 17jan2019.
              Then today afternoon at 1pm i spoke to one of the the customer service supervisor from delhi saying one of the chennai coordinator will call me at 3.30 pm today and solve the problem.

              Then today from 4.21pm to till 7.20pm i was trying to talk to customer service representative, then i got one more sms complaint no:[protected] saying problem will be resolved at 02.34pm on 18jan2019
              So tell me whether i have to go to new dth service or you will solve the problem?

              Actually paying rs 200 as a service charge is not a big deal for me, what is my question is for new remote why should i pay rs 200 as service charge and rs 200 as new remote cost.

                I made a complaint regarding videocon led (Vka32hx08ma) to customer care on 22 nov 2018. The engineer visited took 590/- service charge and handed a slip from comfort solution complain no[protected].
                I waited for a month but there was no update from them. I called at the number written on the slip ([protected]). The man who picked the phone told that he is not the right person to talk regarding the same. He further gave me another number but no body picks. Next day i again made a call to comfort solution, he again gave me a new number. This happens every time when i call them. Now i have 5 different numbers given by them. I am continuously chasing those numbers either they are only ringing or if someone picks it he disconnect the phone saying that he is busy in a meeting or driving so can, t talk. This process is going as same since more than two weeks
                I am totally fedup with all this. Comfort solution has made me totally uncomfortable.
                Kindly do the needful and upgrade me regarding my complain.

                  This is actually sucking wen i call to ur cstmr care to change my plan they ask all details taking 10 to 15 min then in the end some time they put call on hold some time transferring the to another then she also do the same then another another like this many time i fad up spoiling my hour or half an hour but till now there is no solution purely scam it is

                    I have purchased videocon 4k 49inch tv and i had a very bad experience with product as well as the service they provide. The tv failed to work properly and even after complaining they never turn up by themself. I also have to keep on asking how much more time you all will take to visit and they took 1 month to visit at home.
                    The technician was charging as like there is no value for money he took rs 350 as visit charge and 620 for delivery charge and rs 1300 for delivery charge. They are charging like a hell even when tv is in extended warranty then whats the use of extended warranty. I have got fedup with them. Please help me.

                        Due to poor services and lack of good channels on videocon d2h, we had requested for discontinuation of the services and have cancelled the annual subscription in may 2017.

                        Even after multiple follow-ups with the customer care, videocon d2h managers and supervisors and also tweets (Send to their d2h handle), we have not recieved our balance amount of more than 7000/- (Seven thousand rupees).

                        Please let me know what legal actions can be taken against the company (Videocon industries) to get the due amount back and the penalties for the delay.

                          By mistake i did the wrong d2h recharge of rs. 657 rs. To the number[protected] instead of[protected] from mobikwik e-wallet at 3.53 pm dated on 27/12/2018

                          I immediately informed the mobikwik customer care regarding this but they refrained from reverting the money to my wallet. Then i made a call to videocon d2h customer care but they advised me to register a complaint through email but no response has been received till date,

                            We have bought led smart 55" tv through vijay sales on 31/12/2017, in between i have complaint many times as the tv has issue with their sound problem on regular interval of time and my last complaint for the same matter was on oct 2018, since them they told us speaker is problematic so wait for speaker as speaker are not in stock since this complaint we recieved a call from videcon represative on 6th of january your speaker now in stock and they agree for the change but on that time i was out of station i had told him wait for 3 to 4 days will come and then replaced it but they argue that your complaint we have to close so you can pick you tv with us for replacement after argument they agree for replacement at home and then the executive have replaced the speraker but from them the screen is not working i have complaint for the same but they disagree for the same its something will happen thats why this problem occure no one listen us so kindly look into the matter asap.

                            Otherwise we have to go for consumer firm.

                              The videocon dth website refuses to let a valid customer login despite filling in the username/password and captcha correctly. Alternatively, when i tried using the registered mobile number and otp route, the site still doesn't allow me to login. After entering all the details, and pressing the submit button, the same page gets reloaded. Frustrating user experience!

                                    Hii i'm dr dnyaneshwar from beed, maharashtra. My d2h services was irregular since a month, for which i have been following videocon d2h people with calls, complaint since 19 dec 2018. Their engineer came twice and did some change of camera and adapter etc. Still problem didn't resolved till 2 days before when another engineer replaced set top box and solved issue.

                                    I had previously registered this matter in consumer court/forum too.

                                    Complaint no.1094566

                                    My complaint is

                                    1. D2h people charged 200 rs for 1st engineer visit on 22 dec 2018.

                                    2. Same engineer charged me 250 rs for some change of camera, which later on was found alright, according to same engineer.

                                    3. Finaly their engineer replaced set top box 2 days before and took 200 rs from us, (Still within a month)

                                    4. Yesterday they charged me 200 rs as service charge of engineer visit though it's within 1 month range.

                                    Plus the daily balance d2h people deducing with persistent problem is different story.

                                    So, d2h people charged me total of 850 rs and 4 weeks to repair my problem.

                                    What should i do??

                                      I'm having extra add-on in my account named maxi-topup and they charging amount for this add-on i asked customer care people about they are saying stories like you don't have any such kind of packs but here i have that maxi-topup pack and they are charging amount for that. This is not the good way, please take on immediate action on them and remove my add-on as soon as possible

                                      And i will attach the pic of my account there you can see the maxi-topup add-on.

                                        Videocon users and videocon product buyers, beware, it has the worst customer support team, i purchased videocon television, within warranty period when the tv had panel issue i called the customer care where i was informed that 750rs would be charges for technician visit post which the error would be rectified free of cost. Very next day the technician arrived, this was 30th october 2018 he checked and informed that panel is faulty and we will come in 12 to 15 days with new panel, today we are at 16th of january 2019 and after repeated calls they say that we have to come to service centre and handover tv for 2 days after that they will call us to pick it up.

                                        Huh

                                        Wondering why did we pay fees 750
                                        Videocon we have lost trust in you.
