Respected Sir, Please Note that I, Karan Garg on Behalf of about 25000 Electronics Dealers in India, want to Take your Attention towards a Very Serious Problem. Videocon Industries Limited has about 25000 Dealers in India. But, Now Videocon Is in Bad Financial Condition due to NPA. Videocon Has Stopped Giving Warranty Services to Customers, who Purchased Videocon Products ( LED TVs, Refrigerators, Washing Machines Etc. ). Even in Warranty Period, No Complaints are Attended by Company . This has Lead to Arrogance in Consumers and Dealers have to face the Arrogance of Customers. Daily, Customers came and Fights Heavily with Dealers. But, Videocon Company is not giving any Response. As, Warranty is always Provided by Manufacturing Company, so, it is the Responsibility of Videocon Company To Provide after sales Services to its consumer in warranty period of electronics products. Many Consumers are filing cases in consumer courts, and magistrates are not listening to dealers. they impose penalty on dealers and does not take any action on videocon company. no representative from videocon company ever comes in hearing of court dates, but magistrates leave them without any punishments. we, poor dealers just earn 2-4% margins and have to face the arrogance of consumer courts and also we face abusings of customers. we have no fault, then why we are getting punished. you are requested to take stringent instructions to videocon company for complying the warranty services and give proper services to consumer, who purchased videocon products and products are under warranty period. we are daily facing extremely worst situations and if this continues, we will be forced to commit Suicide. hoping a reply asap.     I have spent my hard earned 31000 rs to buy a Videocon 40inch led tv. Now I am facing issues with my tv, which is under guarantee, and I have registered a complaint on NOV 15th 2018. I haven't received any kind of service from videocon or any related party. My Reference no is COC[protected], please do help me to get my issue fixed as soon as possible. I have been calling your executives for getting some help and they were keep on saying like there is some dispute happening in your firm. I have contacted one Mr.Subin, Videocon Area Head as well as a few Head office executives like PIAR Singh. This PIAR SINGH is so unprofessional as he found its regarding complaint he is not at all answering the call. Sir, as a customer should I have to bear the management dispute..?? Please do something and dont put your customer down who have entrusted in your firm. I am attaching photos of my tv and the issue with this email. Please do something.

        They are not allowing us to select channel. They are giving their own channel selection. How we can select our own channels. They are just saying to us that trai has postponed it's channel pricing and selection program. I called them to select particular channel for my pack. And they just said that trai has postponed this channel selection program snow you should do a recharge of rs. 219 instead of rs 215. That means they have self defined channels for me. My customer id is[protected]. But i want different channels. I don't want the channel they've offered to me

            I came from dishtv

            Due to same problem higher rate for small packs and basic pack

            No reply from videocon is my problem plz deactivate all addons and al a carte if hard to downgrade with those

            Or

            New trai basic pack needed.

            Our dealers not doing this or they dont know anything ...

              Videocon d2h site. Is not working. Unable to login. It has been like this since last 4-6 hours on 29th dec 2018. I have been trying to check whether i need to change my packages with respect to the revision in year 2019. This is unacceptable that a user has to check-in on the system every half an hour to login just to do basic activities. Do you want customers at all to use your service or want to discontinue in 2019?

              Videocon d2h site. Is not working. Unable to login. It has been like this since last many days. May be I need to change my service provider. I think you dont need customers any more. I have got a message that I have been Migrated to new plan as per TRAI and the amount per month is 563/- which is much higher than the present bill. But I am not able to login as your website is not working. Please let me know if you are closing down. My RTN is [protected]. Your Service is very Bad.

                Dear customer care team,

                I'm holding videocon d2h account of customer id 62324494.

                I had problem with d2h, it was not showing most of the channels. I made a complaint on 1st dec 2018.

                Videocon technician mahesh by name came to fix the same.

                By the time he came, the issue got resolved. He stated that, the problem is with the d2h box.

                Hence he advised us to change the d2h box. We also agreed to change it.

                For that he charged rs.600/- saying (Rs.400 for d2h box + rs.200 for service charge).

                We also paid him rs.600/- and he gave the work order receipt which i have attached in the mail for your reference.

                When we tried contacting customer care, they stated that he has over charged for the same.

                The correct amount should be rs.400/- (Rs.200 for d2h box + rs.200 for service charge.)

                I lodged a compliant (Complaint no.[protected] on him regards the over charge of rs.200 extra on 2nd december 2018. They also stated that complaint will be resolved in 24 hours and i will get refund.

                I was waiting more than five days, i didn't get any update on the same and also didn't get any refund.

                Then again i lodged a complaint (Complaint no.[protected] on him regards the same on 6th december 2018.

                I got a call from jeyakumar on 7th december 2018 from [protected] number, he asked the problem and stated that he will check and give refund.

                I was waiting for four more days. I didn't get any update or refund. I tried contacting the customer care again on 10th dec 2018 and again lodged a complaint (Complaint no.[protected]. They also stated that it will get resolved within 24 hours.

                Till now i didn't get any update on the same nor any refund of the amount rs.200 charged extra.

                I tried reaching nodal officer over the landline[protected]. But no one picked up the call.

                After dropping a mail to [protected]@d2h.com and looping [protected]@dishd2h.com, nodalofficer. [protected]@dishd2h.com. I got a compliant number[protected] and asked to wait till 13-dec-2018 10:58 am in order to get it resolved. But till now its not resolved. Everytime when i trying contacting customer care, they keep my call on hold saying connecting to supervisor and they will disconnect it after some time. Once in a bluemoon supervisor speaks saying that we will resolve the issue in another 8 hours. Everytime i talk to supervisor, i get the same response. But till now the compliant is not resolved and i didn't get the refund of my amount rs.200/- which was charged extra.

                Really getting frustrated, i have never seen such a worst ever customer care. No one cares about the customer. Even the same technician charged extra for the remote few months back. Even i made a complaint about it earlier. So far no update or refund regards the same.

                Kindly resolve the issue and refund my amount rs.200/- which was charged extra.

                I have also attached the work order provided by the technician in the attachment.

                        I am one o[censored]nfortunate customers of videocon refrigerator products (‘the product’), since the date of purchase of refrigerator to till date i had filed six complain so far (I. E., 4th feb, 20th march, 29th march, 5th october, 23rd november & 22nd december 2018) in last 1.5 years only but the response and support from videocon customer care in delhi and gurgaon is very very bad. My last complain was log on 22rd december 2018 vide complaint number gur[protected]/22.12.2018 but after repeated follow-up, the same was not even pickup by the engineer.
                        Just to give you more background, i purchased the videocon refrigerator model no vpp60zps-fsc (Serial no.[protected], 618 litre) from vijay sales, delhi via bill no. 336-dgd04-17rsi 430 dated 30th april 2017 after payment of rs. 50, 100/- (Copy of invoice attached herewith as annexure - 1).
                        Please find enclosed herewith the sequence of event (Date wise activity) to share my experience with videocon team as annexure -2 (Reproduce below).
                        1 30.04.2017 purchase of 618 liter videocon refrigerator, model no vpp60zps-fsc (Serial no.[protected], 618 liter) from vijay sales delhi via bill no. 336-dgd04-17rsi 430 dated 30th april 2017 for rs. 50, 100/-
                        2 04.02.2018 in less than one year of purchase only the complaint was register for non-cooling of refrigerator vide complain no. Del[protected] dated 04.02.2018.
                        3 20.02.2018 after regular follow-up with mr. Vinay srivastava, asi (Mobile no.[protected] engineer visited on 20.02.2018 and checked that there is gas leakage problem and refilled the gas same day (Engineer name - mr. Azad, mobile no. [protected]).
                        4 20.03.2018 after one month only again there was cooling /fan problem and fresh complaint was registered vide del[protected] dated 20.03.2018
                        5 22.03.2018 engineer visited and told that the fan machine is not working and tried to fix it through temporary solution and ask to wait for 2-3 days, if against the problem was persist just let us know.
                        6 29.03.2018 i wait till one week and since it did not worked, again complain was register : complaint number del[protected] dated 29.03.2018
                        7 04.04.2018 after continuous follow-ups with asi & office, engineer visited and after examination it was confirmed that fan machine need to be replaced and temporary solution as did in past will not work. He promises that machine part will be available in another 2-3 days from service center and once he will receive the new part from site office he will replace the same.
                        8 11.04.2018 we checked with engineer (Mr. Ashish mobile no.[protected] and he mention that please talk with site office (Telephone no.[protected] being he yet to receive the new part. We contacted with site office at[protected] and concern team mention that part is yet to receive from store room and please talk with area manager (Mr. Sudhir kumar – mobile no.[protected], after conference call (Between site office and area manager) we came across that part is not available in local market and store/warehouse and had to wait till 12.04.2018
                        9 between 11.04.2018 till 20.04.2018 we touch base with mr. Vinay srivastava, asi (Mobile no.[protected], mail id - [protected]@vgmail.in) on alternative days, sometime he says that part request was submitted with bangalore team and will deliver in 2-3 days or local procurement is in process but till 20 april nothing happened and also even vinay & sudhir kumar (Area manager) did not picked the call.
                        10 25.04.2018 the part were replaced and complain was closed with assurance that it will work properly.
                        11 05.10.2018 after replacement, even 6 months did not pass and again there was complain toward cooling and fresh complaint was registered vide complain number gur[protected]/05.10.2018
                        12 06.10.2018 engineer visited on 6th oct 2018 and investigated that there is compressor problem (Model no. Dk 190k-t2u dw1), being the same is under warranty the same will be replace free of cost but need to pay gas refilling charges which would be around rs. 3, 500 – 4, 000 and we give our consent for paying the same. He confirmed that compressor would be available in next 2-3 days (Being not available in stock) and then it will be replaced by 10th oct 2018.
                        13 between 06.10.2018 till 16.10.2018 between this period we could not get any support from any one (As name and mobile no. Mention below) even not getting any update on the timeline when same will be replaced.
                        1. Gurgaon customer care –[protected].
                        2. Asi – mr. Jaiveer singh[protected]
                        3. Engineer/ technician - sonu –[protected]
                        4. Bom – chander kumar/jitender kumar –[protected]

                        Out of above members sometime any one picked call and confirmed that they got one compressor from karnal (Haryana store) but the same was used in some urgent complain, on 11th oct mr. Jaiveer singh suggested to get the part/compressor from his faridabad branch/store and later he mention that the same was again use in another complain in-spite our regular follow-up and repeated request our request was not entertained.
                        14 17.10.2018 we made advance payment of rs. 4, 235/- to new millenium services vide receipt number 937/17.10.2018 (In cash) for the gas refilling, filter replacement & other accessories that is not covered under warranty. Charges upon receiving call as suggested by jaiveer singh, asi, and gurgaon. Payment was made to dinesh ahirwal, please refer annexure - 3 for the payment received at the time of payment.

                        Compressor was bought to our home and engineer tried to fit same but found that this compressor is of different model and won’t work and assured that he will get the new compressor next day.
                        15 20.10.2018 from 17th oct to 19th oct we did not received any update from new millenium /videocon service center, gurgaon. On 20th oct 2018, we were forced to visit the videocon corporate office gurgaon, met mr. Jaiveer singh (Asi), and request him for quick resolution (After brief all challenges). We reached at corporate office at 10.00 am and had to sit and wait there till 5 pm.

                        Around 5.30 pm got confirmation from mr. Sanjay gupta (Owner of new millenium) that the compressor is now available in their office, then i personally visited new millenium gurgaon office to collect the compressor, filter, gas kit etc. And reached home, new millenium engineer visit at my home and got the same replaced and refilled the gas and promise that the same problem is fix and will not face any challenge.
                        16 23.11.2018 within month there was repetitions of complain toward cooling and fresh complaint was registered vide complain number gur[protected]/23.11.2018
                        17 between 23.11.2018 to 27.11.2018 continuous follow up with customer care, jaiveer, asi, & new millenium team.
                        18 27.11.2018 call assigned to engineer ashok (Mobile no. [protected]) svc [protected] and he confirmed about gas leakage problem and again gas was refilled after making payment of rs. 2, 835/-, this time again jaiveer, asi & new millium team give full assurance that that now everything is fix and there will not be any problem.
                        19 22.12.2018 recently, on dated 22.12.2018 there was repetition of problem for non-cooling and fresh complaint number was requested vide complain no. Gur[protected]/ 22.12.2018
                        20 22.12.2018 engineer ashish (From new millenium, mobile no. [protected], [protected]) called and denied to visit at our home and requested to talk with jaiveer, asi to take it forward because the product is having repeated problem.
                        21 23.12.2018 till today nobody has come to visit and check the problem and we are facing huge amount of problem in terms of loss of eatables and milk etc.

                        I am also attaching herewith payment receipt (Rs. 4, 235 dated, 17th october 2018) as annexure -3 and rs. 2, 835/- paid in cash (Receipt was not provided to us) for refilling of gas on 17th october 2018 & 27th november 2018.
                        I am also attaching herewith mail communication (To & fro) with the videocon customer care/backend team on dated 25th april 2018 & 16th october 2018 as annexure - 4 & annexure – 5 respectively.
                        You will appreciate that today refrigerator is very necessary thing in home, specially where 2 small children aged 2 & 4 year are with us. Even our lots of eatable food/milk /vegetable/fruits was spoiled on due to such incident which would be more than rs. 35, 000/- (Two instance – april 18 & oct 18). Please appreciate the fact that it became very difficult to survive without refrigerator because we was not even able to feed our small kids in mid night.
                        I thereby request you to please either get the part replaced by eod tomorrow with the assurance that the refrigerator will work properly without any further problem or in case of non-availability of part then my faulty refrigerator need to be replaced with the new refrigerator immediately since any false promises made by company representative also effect the company brand name.
                        Kindly confirm the status and timeline to repair/replace the faulty refrigerator by eod today otherwise i am not left any choice except to file case before consumer court (Through petition), looking forward positive call/response by eod today.
                        In view of the submissions contained in the preceding paragraphs, i most respectfully prays to the hon'ble company (I. E. Videocon) to;
                        (A) get fix the problem otherwise…
                        (B) pay the purchase price of refrigerator rs. 50, 100/- along with 18 % interest since date of purchase ;
                        (C) payment of rs. 7, 070/- (Rs. 4, 235 & rs. 2, 835) paid for gas refilling (In oct 18 & nov 18) along with 18% interest since date of payment
                        (D) pay a sum of rs. 35, 000/- toward the spoiled/damage of our eatable food products ;and
                        (E) pay a sum of rs. 25, 000/- towards the physical strain and mental agony suffered by us.
                        Looking forward for a positive response from your side along with immediate action and solution

                        We have not received any update from the Videocon side and is still facing lot of issues on non availability of fridge . request you to please get the same replaced, repaired or refund the amount on urgent basis so we can purchase new fridge .                             I had register a complaint reference no.-del[protected] dated-21/12/2018, regarding compressor issue.
                            One of your executive visited at my place name - ravipal contact no.- [protected]. He is very pathetic, he has no etiquette to talk. Very bad behavior.

                            Kindly resolve the compressor issue asap. It's been five days to register a complaint.
                            And please depot some other executive for service.

                            I get calls multiple times in a week. I do not use or intend to use Videocon. They keep on calling and I want this to stop as it is a harassment.

                                Hi.. I am using d2h from last 5 yrs and last 2 days i got an error message on my screen saying signal not available. When i called customer service the guy told me that i need to pay Rs 200 to service Engineer for his visit. This is absolutely not acceptable andI would never pay extra amount.Customer id is 67495915 kindly resolve the problem.

                                  I have made so many calls on customer care and each time they tell me that your problem will be resolved within 2-3 days.
                                  But till date i have not get any positive response from Videocon company.

                                  But it is very surprising for me that instead of resolving my problem Mr. Chandra Shekher(Head) misbehave during telephonic conversation.
                                  Now it very difficult for me to find out the right person who will take necessary action to resolve my problem.

                                    Dear sir,
                                    This is jay joshi from ahmedabad, i have purchased videocon split ac on 20 march 2017 (Invoice no: 2400), i have called on videocon cc care as per instruction given by local dealer (Aashish electronics, ahmedabad), 2 boys came for installation & do it as per their knowledge, also i had been charged 1500/- for installation (Invoice no:2401). Now the problem is that now a days (From last 3 months) i have faced that ac not working properly. Again i have called customer care & discuss about the same. The person came & provide the repairing estimation of near by 9000/- & also asked that the installation was not done properly so some parts get affected & now the ac not providing cooling because of wrong installation.

                                    Now my concern to videocon is " if the installation was done by videocon professionals only with bill, why can i spent this extra cost to my ac. If the wrong installation is only reason to my current problem – videocon must solve this issue without any charge by replacement.

                                    Hope by this grahak suraksha platform i can get justice.

                                      I had a Videocon TV along with the Videocon d2h connection at my house in Mumbai. I have now moved to Mangalore due to job re-location. But my parents stay in Mumbai. I used to recharge the d2h online from their official d2h website. My parents later bought a new TV along with a new d2h connection (of a different company). The Videocon d2h was disconnected and also the validity of the recharge plan(old videocon d2h) was over. My parents informed me about this and asked me to recharge the new d2h. Mistakenly I did the recharge of the old Videocon d2h instead of the new d2h. The recharge amount was 2400/- (6 months plan). Now that the d2h is no more in use and is also been permanently disconnected, the recharge was not being completed. But the amount got deducted from my account and it didn't got debited to my old Videocon d2h account(as it shows in their website). I also had a talk with the Customer Care of Videocon after which I decided to lodge a complaint here. The customer care told me that there is no policy of the amount being refunded to the customer once the recharge is done. For which I said that the recharge was mistakenly done and also the recharge must have not been completed as the d2h was not "on" and neither was it connected. It was all dismantled and kept aside. The Customer Care executive later asked me to mail "[protected]@d2h.com" with all my problems and also to send the details of the transaction. I did as said. The mail was of no use as i didn't get any reply. I also tried to mail them again for which I got a google postmasters reply as "The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now". I didn't expect this kind of Customer service from Videocon.
                                      The recharge date: 17th December, 2018
                                      Videocon Industries customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      Getting 2 to 3 calls from customer care people everyday for hd channels. It is really Irrittating me. I am not interested in any offers. I dont want to know about those offers too. Kindly stop calling me anymore.
