I am using videocon dth since 2014. My remote got damaged in october and i got it replaced also. But the battery slot was loose somehow. I called them very next day that there is some problem in the remote so get it replaced without any cost as it just got replaced but they denied for that even it was their fault.

Now on 3rd december eve the has stopped working. I thought there's might be the issue of battery so i changed it but still it is not working.

I again called them for this and said either get remote changed for free or stop my connection.

Surprisingly the executive was like"its fine as you wish"

Is the way you treat your customers. Pathtic service and too costly as well.

I want my issue to be resolved asap.

    I purchased LED of Videocon TV 40" with (Three Years) warranty and (One Year) guarantee. On 12 November 2018 I found there is display was not working properly on my TV. I registered the complaint on 16 November 2018 via phone complaint and engineer visited and I have paid 950INR as a service charge. They advised that we do not have the parts, so they took my TV to their service center and after few days I got a call from the service center that they repaired my TV. After that delivery boy from the service center broke my TV during delivery. Now every time when I call to service center they don’t response us. I have called so many times to your service agent but till today there is no response from the company.

    As this product in under warranty so I have a right to get my product's fault repair, but unfortunately, I am unable to get the services.

    Now I am going to file PIL and raise a complaint against VIDEOCON for the same issue. I need my money back or TV (working condition) ASAP.

    Kindly let me know by when we can expect the solution from your side.

      My tv is under warantee period and its panel is not working. I have sent my tv to service center and after 4 month service center manager is telling me that tv cannot be repaired. You have to manage with 43 inch tv along with 1000rs he demand edyou have to give me. He said company is going to be closed as its condition is poor. I asked for higher official number of videocon u. P. They were also telling me the same old story that tv cannot be repaired. We have to bring its panel from mumbai and everyday they used to told this whenever i call them. Please help me to getback my 55inch tv repaired as it is within warranty period. I am very stressed. I don't know whom to contact please help.

        In my case

        One month back getting new d2h hd connection
        Some misunderstanding happan with the installation guy they will setup at my home normal setup box but as per my work order i am pay for hd box.

        So that time i am. Asking that guy to change it to hd box but it's full of missundstanding. As of now my setup box previous recharge is expired so i am litil bit confused about recharge i am get tuch with customer care for amounting and pakge details.

        And found very big issue create with my id is my number still showing now installation is pending but i am already use d2h hd setup box. Due to this issue unable to find videocon customer care guys my customer id

        So as of now i am not able to recharge with my new connection due to customer id..

        Request to you please relif me to this pain full issue

        I have disconnected my dish in june 2018, the have given me 3 option in which i have selected the refund option . but till date it is not received to me. i have followed weekly for my amount they have not satisfyng me . new answer @ every time by their executives.

          Hi,

          Regarding refund and account activation.

          I have shifted from bangalore to hyderbard.
          Actual cost for shifting is 450 (Disconnection and reconnection)
          But in banglore i paid rs 250 and hyderabad i paid rs 490.
          And also on 24th december i have recharged for rs 200.

          No where they behaved in professional way. For this i have logged a complaint and i have been started calling videocon d2h for the past 8 continuous days daily and i have to explain the scenario and be on hold for 1 hour daily. But daily i have been convinced by them saying "your account will get resolved within 8 hours maximum. But its not resolved yet. I have lost my patience and they have not responded me properly, this way i got frustrated a lot. Last time on 30th november a manager spoke to me and he said he will resolve it with in 8 working hours which means on dec 01st 5:00 pm ist but till now its not resolved and no one called me back.

          I would like to file 10 priority 1 complaints for the big suffer i had faced by videocon.

          Request you to take action and let them pay penalty for not doing their duty as per their commitment.

          Still its not resolved. What the hell is happening out there.
          Videocon d2h the worst service provider i would say.

          If you cannot resolve. let me know i can switch to different dish service

          Considering the above comment from videocon customer support, that the issue will be resolved shortly.

          But, its of no use trusting videocon d2h, as it is 60 days since they updated and the issue is not resolved.

          Assuming that videocon d2h is not responding or not ready to resole my issue.

          I will move to some other dish service provider.

          I would recommend consumer complaint department to take some serious action on such fake d2h service providers and should ban them completely.

            I purchased new videocon d2h on 8/11/2018. After waiting for two days for installation, when no one came, i requested for cancellation and refund i waited few days for refund. When nothing happened i called they told me to drop a mail to customer support. Which i did on 16th november. After dropping mail i received call from videocon saying that i will receive my refund to my bank account till 27 nov. I waited and nothing happened.
            I called again to customer support, guy told me your installation is showing pending in the system. When it will get cancelled you will receive refund do not worry.
            Why my installation is in pending status when i already called to cancel it multiple time.
            I am regularly dropping mails to customer support after 27 nov but not receiving any response.

                I have ordered a remote for videocon d2h hd set-top box. On customer care call i clearly mentioned that i want universal remote which is used for both tv as well as set top box. They said ok and asked me to pay rate 225/-. But when their executive visit our house he said universal remote can not be used for your set-top box. If you want that remote, you take new connection of ir. Otherwise pay rs 300/- for this remote. When customer care asked to pay 225/- how this executive asked for 300/- rs. And when we refused then he told us, if you again ordered the same you will have to pay 200/- rs extra as visiting charges.
                Really the service available from videocon is pathetic.

                      I got an money back certificate for an mount of inr 6500/-, on purchasing a dth satellite lcd tv model 2201 on 25/06/2010.
                      It is ready for maturity. Please do share me the address to which i need to send this money back certificate.

                      I call the concerned person at ahmedabad, he told me to call in jan 2019 and also products can be purchased against it. No cash will be provided

                        Sir I booked for a new connection on 15/11/18, to avail the Diwali offer and paid Rs 3250 through net banking.I received a customer ID[protected], and order number 62435193 in my mail. After two days I received a call from Salem distributer and the lady spoke told to accept Dish TV for which I promptly refused.After that I received no Videocon D2H till now.My repeated complaints to your customer care mail and customer care phone number yielded no desired result.So please refund the money that I have paid to you through net banking

                          With reference to above mentioned subject & complaint, there is no improvement in the status. Complaint was lodged on 26.09.2018 & subsequently on 29.09.2018. The technician has visited the geyser & told us that some electrical parts is required to rectify the same. Yesterday when i asked the technician (Ripul sharma [protected]), he told that the item will be available by 28.10.2018.
                          The purpose of the geyser is very much required in view of the coming winter season. Therefore you are requested to get it rectified at the earliest.

                                What's the point of having a customer care service if you don't content to help us resolve our issue and those customer care (Who we talk with) are horrendous have no knowledge or grasp the aspect of what the customer wants. One time i'd called them asking about why the package price changed and to complain about the previous person whom i had spoken with (The guy was bad mouthing)
                                Even they transfer my called to their superiors. After having chat with him he said he will register my complaint and will receive confirmation about the complaint. Guess what nothing happened whatsoever. Today i called the customer care to talk about why my wifi cant connect to setup box he told me wait then i waited for about 15 mins. I'm furious

                                  This is chidambaram from chennai.

                                  I have raised a complaint with videocon customer care on 24-nov-2018, regarding the issue with my videocon 43 inch led television.

                                  The complaint number is che[protected].

                                  It seems this complaint number has not been assigned to a videocon authorized service center inn chennai till now.

                                  I have called videocon customer care numbers[protected],[protected],[protected] many times, keep hearing,, "wait for 24 hours". Till now i do not see any progress.

                                  I have sent four emails to videocon customer care emaild id "[protected]@vgmail.in". But i have not received even one single reply from videocon till now.

                                  I also have sent email to "[protected]@vgmail.in", seems this email id does not exists any more, simply my mails get bounced back.

                                  I have also sent sms to 53030 mentioning "svc che[protected]", but still no progress.

                                  It seems that i had made a big mistake by purchasing videocon television. With my current experience i feel very disappointed.

                                  It clearly seems that videocon do not care about their customer and also they won't keep up their promise in servicing videocon products, even when the products are under warranty.

                                  Please let me know a better way to get resolved with this issue with videocon services to their customer.

                                        Hi,
                                        I am writing today to complain of the poor service i have received from your company.
                                        I have raised a complaint on august 22 regarding videocon tv’s. After next 2 days they have closed my complaint without solving issue.. Again am following up with the customer care then they allocated one person to take tvs for repair.. He came and took 3 tvs for servicing on 2 months back and we have paid nearly 4000/-. Till now they have not returned tvs its already been above 2 months over.

                                        +[protected], +[protected] i called these two persons so many times they were not giving proper response.. Please take necessary action and solve my issue asap.
                                        Videocon Industries customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        I had asked to remove certain addons on 15th September

                                        but they still haven't been removed. They don't even give option to remove it ourselves, so they can keep looting and cheating us.
