Videocon Industries — c14 :smart card not paired with box


I am using videocon from last one year. There is an issue of message coming on tv again and again shown in subject. On calling customer care they are asking for visiting charges of rupees 200. It seems like they are trying to fool customers by asking so much of visiting charge, as this was not informed earlier that you will have to pay visiting charges.

I had complaint many times in Toll free number of Videocon but there is no response and Executive are routly behaving like a animals.

    Request you to please resolve my Refrigerator Compressor problem as Asap as Compressor is Still in Warranty.

        I group captain mm upadhyaya purchased this fridge on 25 may 2014. It's cooling stopped in jul 2018. I reported to company. Mechanic from sri balaji service center changed the compressor and freezer. However i was charged rs 8650. Fridge worked only for 5 months and again cooling stopped. Mechanic this time put external condensation coil and again changed compressor. I was charged rs 3000. Again cooling stopped. I am really worked up and harassed. Please resolve my problem.

I successfully however changed the registered phone number from my account by logging into it, but i am not able to change the name. So i request you to change the name to sandip gurav, which is my brother name as he is using and paying for this customer id. I am mentioning it below again.

            I bought i television in 24/10/2016 through electronic paradise laxmi nagar. But last 2 month my television display is not working properly and last month display gone. I submit a complaint in videocon customer service centre. A person came to service my television. He said display is gone and its display not available in our center so. Replacement of television is compulsory. I called the customer care center again and it gave me a branch manager number. I called today but he pick my call and not saying anything from other side... I am frustrated with this tv plz replace my television immediately or refund my whole money...

                    My name is aditya. i have a videocon washing machine and it's dryer is not working.                       I have raised a complaint to resolve the signal issue for my videocon dth. Before the service engineer come here. The issue has been resolved. So, i informed the same engineer to cancel the service. But the service amount was deducted from my videocon account without any further notification.
                      I have raised the same as a complaint via customer care[protected]. But they are asking me to wait for more than an hour from 9th dec 2018 to till date. Without any proper communication, the people are disconnecting the call and speaking unwanted words during the call. I was completely dissatisfied and planned to move away from videocon and till now the amount wasn't resolved. If still, you don't interested to repay the amount thanks in advance.

                        We have registered complaint for videocon 4k 43 inch tv panel issue to videocon almost 4 months back. After so many follow ups, from mulund west service center person asked us to bring tv at mulund office as new panel is available.

                        As he asked us to reach with tv on our own cost as he don't have person, we reached at office with tv after two days person is asking us to take broken panel tv instead of new panel changed. When we told him we don't want this broken tv as our tv is in new condition except panel issue. He said there is no guarantee of replacement of panel in future also.

                        Please help to get resolved this complaint.

Your company has too much late service and your area manager don't know that when will be my parts of telivision will get ..

                            Pcb of our double door was burnt. Cooling centre service team (Byculla) tried to resolve it but still it's not working. They say there is some other issue but they r not able to resolve.. Do u have any professional technician who can resolve the issue. Pcb is placed on the top of the fridge. Videocon has no after sales service on their own.. They outsource it but those r not well educated in their field.. Nobody from "cooling centre" could resolve the issue from last month.. I want aolution to it. Can anyone help to resolve.. Andheri incharge mr yogesh also said that they can't find replacement and we are facing lots of problems

                              I made mail complaint on 24th nov 2018 for d2h service which is not working due to technical problem. Still problem persists and not been rectified. Twice engineer came but of no use. My several complaints n calls to toll free number, went in vain. Can any responsible person is there in this company who can attend to my complaints?

                              I called several times to toll free number but not attended by supervisor and all the time call used to get disconnected. But no one was bothered to call back not resolve my issue.

                                  We have purchased videocon led m no:vmd55fh0zfa from you tru m/s. Taori marketing 49, yashwant statium, dhantoli, nagpur on 16/06/2017 vide bill no:2886, dated 16/06/2017. It is under warranty for three years. The tv suddenly stopped working sinc june-2018 and complaint was launched with you on 28/08/2018. Engineer deputed by you on 29/08/2018 vide nag[protected] confirmed that the plate has gone and advised entire tv to be replaced. We confirmed our consent. Thereafter, we ware following up with your nagpur office. After a large effort mr. Madavi of nagpur office confirmed over telephone that "55 inch tv is not available. You will be replaced by 50 inch tv against the payment of rs.5100/-". Here too we confirmed. Sir it is now over and above three months. Nothing has been done so far. Niether we were updated about the status of our claim. Niether they are responding the calls. Their mobile are found switched off if not they are not responding the call. Sir i most humble request you to look into the matter on priority basis. It is over and above three months. Without service no insustry/company can survive these days. Please do needful and confirm over [protected]

                                    Respected sir/mam my self salman ansari has purchased your tv in 2017 and now the black shades are coming in my led the support team is also denying for service as i have 3year warranty of my led tv 55inch i m from jamshedpur jharkhand

                                      Hi my customer id is 70002074,

                                      I paid 200 eng charge +450 setup box charge 2 month ago. Now same issue customer support allow me to engineer visit again i have to pay 200 fix. Why e16-4 error comes by you.. Why your promotional channels are working. You have to resolve by you. Seriously i frustrated for videocon t2h. Worst product worst staff...

                                      Hello,

                                      every 2 or 3 month this will showing issue. every time i need 200 for engineers (so called) visit + divice cost also.

                                      as i think you make profit by doing this by own. You or your team doing this by internal system for making money.

                                      but no one contacted me...

                                      i think i need to move now... after taking 6 year of services..

                                        My customer ID is[protected]. I activated two HD channels on[protected] but facing problem in one of the channel. Audio is not available from one of the channel. I called up the customer care but they are not resolving the problem. Rest of the channels are working fine, only facing problem with Star Jalsha HD channel. Its a purely transmission problem from their end and the company is saying I have to pay Rs.200 + taxes to resolve the problem.
                                        Videocon d2h is fooling the consumers. We are paying for the channels and not even receiving the service on top of that they charge us to resolve the problem.
                                        It's absolutely not acceptable.
