Description:
I have purchased videocon tv 50 inches tv from pai electronics, marathahalli, bengaluru.

This tv has 3 years warranty, within 2years the half of the tv screen become blurred and blackish.

Complaint id raised: lp[protected]
Date complaint raised: on 1st aug 2019.

Even after a year the complaint is not resolved, so many times called customer care, no proper response.

Now the tv itself is not turning. If videcon can't do the product service.. Why they need to sell the products..

Please replace the tv which i purchased.

        already i did mail and they told contact to which website you visited and also i want to inform you that in the same day i did 2times recharge but one was unsuccessful and second one successful so first recharge amount is not refunded till today.

          My D2H went on complaint on 22 of August 2020 .As a result I complained to Videocon customer care .The executive called me, But didn’t service the D2H and closed the complaint as completed without servicing .Hence I called customer care, They said they are helpless as they can’t open closed complaint, D2H no[protected], Mobile : [protected]

            Hi team,
            This is in reference to one product which i have purchased on 12/06/2017 from Vijay Sales having branch at Kalyan. It was a 43" led tv.
            I have registered a complaint[protected] for display of my videocon customer care and techician also visited and i paid the fees 2400 rupess.
            My complaint is not yet resolved. Now customer care is saying that part is approved from june 2020 but i have not received the same. The part (Pannel) is not available and there is a depreciation policy for replacement. My question is that if the company is providing 3 years of warranty, then why are the parts not available within that period? If the parts are available, why is it taking so long to replace it? And if the solution is to replace the tv, then why should consumer bear an additional cost or depreciation cost for that?

            Hope you understand that videocon led tv is in warranty period, so please don't force me to go to consumer court and take action against you.
            Lets close this on a good note by providing the service within 7 days.

            Immediate action will be highly appreciated.

              Hi Team,

              I have purchased 98cm LED TV on 09/07/2017 and have 3 years warranty on this product. I have faced led screen issue and raised complained (complained number is Lp[protected] in mid of feb 2020. Then one engineer visit to see it. He is agree to screen issue and taken some pics to replace defected parts. He will charge 507 Rs for visiting. After some days called[protected] to know status about that and got response "Team is working to resolved issue". After some days received sms that says "your complain is cancelled" so again called[protected] to know about it. Customer support executive said "you that your complaint has been cancelled due to Customer not reachable / Phone not picking / Wrong Number". This is invalid reason because of my contact number is always active. Customer support executive suggested me to raised new complaint to resolve it and he raised new complaint(Lp[protected]. again same procedure happened and finally status of my complaint is "you that your complaint has been cancelled due to Customer not reachable / Phone not picking / Wrong Number" and requested to raise again new complaint.
              Finally conclusion is that "They don't want to resolved customer issue just doing timepass with customer"

              I have below point to answer from support team.

              1. Same registered number I have communicated any times with your team members (through call, WhatsApp) . So why they cancelled due to reason "you that your complaint has been cancelled due to Customer not reachable / Phone not picking / Wrong Number"
              2. In-case if number is not reachable then who will give you rights to cancelled complain.
              3. Suppose is customer don't have contact number then your service will not provided? (It is mandatory to have every Indian people have contact number. Is this define in any Indian law).
              4. In-case contact number not reachable then your team member tried to reach at registered address or sent mail or sent sms before cancelled complaint.

                  I have purchased lcd of videocon in 2010 and as a part of videocon paisa vasool 2010 offer, i have received a voucher no. 37572 of rs. 13000
                  As per requirement, i have sent the original voucher & a copy of pan card at following address vide awb no [protected] (Tracon courier). It has reached the destination on[protected]:

                      I have recharged Videocon d2h with 376 rupees which I've been recharging same from 3 months ... But I've facing many isssues with this
                      Yesterday same recharge was done which was having expiry at September 13... But all of sudden it's changed to September 5 and balance in account got deducted to 310
                      I tried contacting customer care but i didn't really understood their language... Tried calling many times but same way i spoke some other kind of language
                      This all is becoming huge mess... Worst service ever

                        Hi team,
                        This is in reference to one product which i have purchased on 30/06/2017 from taori marketing having branch at nagpur. It was a 55" led tv.
                        I have registered a complaint july 2019 for display of my videocon customer care and techician also visited and i paid the fees 900 rupess.
                        My complaint was resolved that time. There were black patches visible on the screen. But then it seems that after 15 days of repair same problem occured. Then i complained nex time but after some time they closed te complain without informing me. Then i complain on 21 march 2020 id - lp[protected]. Now customer care is saying that part is approved from june 2020 but i have not received the same. The part (Pannel) is not available and there is a depreciation policy for replacement. My question is that if the company is providing 3 years of warranty, then why are the parts not available within that period? If the parts are available, why is it taking so long to replace it?                             I registered my complaint on 18 July 2020 but there is technician has came on 22 July 2020 to my house to repair my videocon A.C. and there he found a fault in it .
                            I have called so many time but they only reply that your AC part is not dispatched yet. It has been more than 15 days for my AC Complaint. But my AC is not recovered yet. I have already mailed, but no reply. My AC warranty expires in 06 August. The part of my AC is still not dispatched. I resquest that my AC can be repaired. We live on the top floor and we are facing a lot of trouble due to the heat. Technician should be sent as soon as possible to fix my AC or new AC will be inserted.

                              It has been about 322 days since the technician arrived, but the TV is not yet made. Also took a service charge of ₹ 596 and now I call customer care and say that your TV will be made soon. It has been about 300 days after doing this, but if I call for 1 month now, everyone talks differently. It is said that your TV will be made in 24 days. Will be made in 24 hours. Somebody is saying, tomorrow will be made. Everyone is lying by speaking with money. Called today, it is saying that your TV will not be made because the goods have not been dispatched.

                                Registered complaint about LED 43 inch TV ON 6th June & paid rs 500 as fee for checking tv fault .service engineer closed the complaint by mistake as i was informed by service centre on 20th June. Again made a complaint on 20 th june .service engineer told for replacement of backlight. the tv is still in warrantee under ongoing 5 years warrantee plan. As informed by customer service representative that faulty part has been approved by their admin department on 25th june for replacement with a new one at free cost. After making several calls to the service centre even today the reply remains the same that the part is approved but when will they replace only god knows even after all this while. Still waiting.MY COMPLAINT ID IS: LP[protected]. If you are unable to repair your faulty tv plz stop selling any products .

                                  He technician from videocone came and said the TV check, said motherboard has deteriorated 596 rupees videocone ka technician aaya aur tv check kya, kaha motherboard kharab ho gaya hai 596 rupya liya aur chala gaya ab 315 din ho gaya abhi tak tv nahi bana, costumer care ko call karo to kehta hai ki apka part abhi dispatche nahi hua warehouse se, jald hi aapka tv ban jayega

                                    Respected sir, i puchased the phone on 22.05.2020 and the phone is not working properly. Audio is zero. The charger is not charging the phone. Every time for every 15 minutes there is a message that the battery is heated and it gets switch off every now and then. I am very much upset with the mobile bought. All my expectation went zero.
                                    I purchased the mobile for 4499 rupees. And for every two days i am visiting the shop for the query about the customer care of videocon mobile
                                    I want a refund for the product bought and the confidence about the company went down as i have d2h now, refrigerator earlier which worked very nicely but the mobile simply smashed my thoughts. I will be thank ful if you could give me the responds at the earliest

                                      My fridge was doing well just apart from the freezing issue...it had no other complain.. when I called customer care this man Sonu ahmad came and told he has to change the gas.. although I thought I might have accidentally pushed some wrong button just in case bcz rest of the fridge was doing fine...then he started to fill the gas n then suggested us to change our compressor to which we refused. And then suddenly he said he can't repair it until we change the compressor. This man was such fraud and cheat that since that day my fridge is kept outside it's been two months.. I have asked for the compressor which I am not receiving anytime soon .. we are constantly in pain and anguish. Such pathetic behaviour of the customer service team...and these local cheats have made me lose all belief in videocon brand... I won't buy any of its products nor wd suggest to any friend.. I am tired of requesting and dialing to customer care...m putting this all over social media.
                                      Such a painful experience, I regret every bit of my purchase.

                                        This is to inform you that I am one of your Videocon brand customer Venkatesh Sankar pillar had purchased TV, AC of Vediocon but I am very much disappointed with service provider dialservicecentre.
                                        In 11th june I had registrated the compliment of my 40inch TV and got repaired with the bill amount 7000/- and extra 850/-for service with in 10 days it had same problem again TV got black.
                                        From last month I am calling and messaging the dialservicecentre but they are not responding and today when I called them they are saying that your one month warranty is over and being very rude is this the kind of service I was being very patient with them but they are not responding.
                                        I am attaching the screen shot and Bill which I had the chat them in both the number.
                                        So kindly do the needful and look towards my complaints am sharing this to all my friends and colleagues about this service provider of Videocon all the social sights
