Few channels in videocon dth is not working. Received message that signal is not available. After discussing with customer care, signal not available for all the channels. Customer care executive is more interested in sending the executive in person with service charge of 200 rs. Why should we pay the amount when signal is not available. Plz fix it.

    Respected sir, my grievance relates to video con industries regarding not complying the commitment made with customer. It is to brought your kind notice that i had forwarded my application for redemption of rs. 6500/- under video con money back offer, under my bond number 7503 dated 02/06/2010 to b m o dept
    Video con industries ltd, 14 km stone, aurangabad, on 08/07/2018 through speed post consignment number ed[protected] in and my application along with enclosed documents in original was delivered at the above mentioned address on 09/07/2018.
    Its been more than 4 month but till date neither any information received nor any reply received from your end.
    You are requested to kindly look into for redemption of my coupon at the earliest and oblige. I am enclosing herewith the copy of forwarded details to your office.

      I have registered a complaint on 6th nov, 2018 but i have not received any calls within 48 hours as said by the customer care person. Then i called back to them and taken service engineer number and service center number but the service engineer number was wrong and service center told me that he would not be able to help me. I called again to customer care but they did not responded me well. Wrost service. Warranty will be over by 18th nov, 2018.

        Subject: regarding manufacturing defecting product and service issue.

        Respected sir,

        It is to inform you that i had purchased 4kuhd-43” (Led tv) from vijay sales, pritampura, new delhi on 09/10/2016 (Copy of invoice is attached) which was exclusive product available only at vijay sales. The product is emitting carbon from led on heating the elements/components which was manufacturing defect. With (Cloudy shadow on white background only) which is not visible or traceable when it runs normal colour. By chance, when play smart tv or when it run white background it appears black/smog shadow on the white background. It spotted cloudy/smog shadow on the white back ground only.

        We complained to customer care of vedicon and the complain engineer came and took snap shot with his camera and told the led t. V. Will go the service centre, the problem is the dust entered in the led but in actual it emitted carbon from led component. This will remove only at the service centre. As per engineer, the led t. V. Came after 10 days for removing simple dust entered in the t. V. I talk to mr. Robin (Area service engineer) whose mobile no. [protected] assures me it will not appear in future; we block all ways where to enter dust.

        Now, recently played tv where white background display and shows cloudy shadow. I immediately try to complain customer care, they told, customer have to pay rs.1298/- for visiting because the product is with one year comprehensive warranty and replacing components is free of cost then what is service charges? (But my t. V. Is with total 7years warranty (3 yrs warranty and 2 yrs extended and 2 yrs from bajajfinserve).

        It is very regretted to shout that if i paid rs.1298/- to removing this carbon, so called dust/smog which is manufacturing defect of led, may very costly to the customer.

        Again, i complained to the customer care with reference no.: del[protected], dated:29/05/2018. Accordingly, service technician mr. Udit, mobile no.:[protected] came and clear the carbon, but it is not cleared completely and they also damage the inner panel of led put scratches on the inner panel. I wrote my comments on his service report “carbon still present and i am not satisfied and also put scratches on the tv panel. Service engineer forcefully took rs.1298/- for unsatisfactory work.

        Then, i talk to mr. Vijay juneja, mobile no.: [protected], he is not able to satisfy by saying it is common problem. I cannot help you. You can talk to mr. Sandeep, south zone head, mobile no.:[protected], he is saying, this is regular problem to all led smart tv. We cannot block the space because it exhaust heat from tv, otherwise hardwire problem may arise. No solution given by them. Recurring opening of led may lead to other hardwire problem for removing carbon/dust.

        Mr. Pradeep sharma, mobile no.[protected] is say that when panel will come, we will change it and not giving any sure time for the last two months.

        Note: now, service centre and customer care is not responding my complain/mails.

        So, it is strongly writing that the product may immediately change or refund because it is not possible for customer to removing carbon/dust in every two/three months with rs.1298/- on every visit, which is very costly. Further, company should not force customer to take help from social media and consumer court to solve the problem.

        Therefore, it is humble request to take necessary step to solve the issue.

          Hi,

          I purchased 40” led tv in nov 2017, after 8 months panel got faulty. I complained on customer care number, engineer visit after 3 days and told me that panel will changed and rs 400 will be charged. I again talked to customer care and make him clear that no money will be charged. Service center guy take my tv after 15 days of complain and after 100 of calls i didn’t get my tv back. Finally i went to smart care service center and take my tv.
          When i checked my repaired tv, i found that tv have spot in right side. I again complained to customer care and again engineer visit after 4 days and told me that it is because of dust behind the panel while changing. He again asked for rs 400 and i refused to give money because my tv is in warranty. He told, ok will take this tv to service center after 2-3 days after 1 week i called to customer care and found that my complain has been cancelled.

          If you can not provide service to customer please stop selling tv.

            Request for relocation pending. Agent came to install but denied wall mounted installation stating it will not work. I showed him the videocon dish installed in the premises as he mentioned to provide free dish connection if any of videocon dish was installed wall mounted.
            He left the premises without saying g thing and called someone that customer does not want to install.
            He wanted to do roof installation and charge me high amount for using extra wire from ground-floor till 10th floor. I denied and he left. Such a rude person is ravi, who came for installation. I have already paid 450rupees for the relocation and videocon is not giving services upon charging as well.
            I spoke to his supervisor, satinder, who did not want to listen at all.
            I called customer service, the agents transferred the call amongst themselves to different languages user when asked to connect to a supervisor since they cannot help.
            Finally i was connected ramandeep, who could not understand my concern even. Such people leading services for videoconferencing who doesn't even value a customer will sure lead to the closure of business like it happened with videocon phone services. The company ceo need to check what is going on and how badly, poorly their customers are treated

              I purchased led of videocon tv-40" model number ive4df21k with 3 (Three years) warranty. On 15 august 2018 i found there is no display on my tv. I registered the complaint on 29 august 2018 on phone via complaint number dear customer your reference no is ahm[protected], scode s27434 and engineer visited and advised that we do not have the parts, i have called so many times to your service agent but till today there is no response from the company.
              As this product in under warranty so i have a right to get my product's fault repair, but unfortunately, i am unable to get the services.

              Can u advise me when will your company help me to get this solution so that i am able to watch my tv. It is not my fault that the company have no parts for the same.

              Kindly let me know by when we can expect the solution from your side.

                    Hi, i am a videocon d2h user and am under some problem and would like and appreciate any sort of help, my problem with my satellite provider is that i lost and forgot my old rtn due to moving in new place and switched to other number.                       I have bought a videocon 50 inch led through sathya at udumalpet branch - 642126, (Tamilnadu). It is no display on within warranty period. (1+2). Purchased date 28.10.16. Defect on 01.08.2018. Complaint registered at sathya agencies, udumalpet on 03.08.2018. But there is no response at till time. So many times contact to particular agencies but there is no solution.

                            I have recharged my dth account on 2 oct.2018 with consult to coustmar care agent that time I change my monthly package from 475 to 360 .
                            But on dated 25th oct . Service stop by the Videocon because balance was not sufficient whenever I reachaged for one month then I registered complaint they provide complaint resolution date 28 oct.2018 time 01:37 pm. But they not resolved the issue till date my dth service is stopped from 6 days . I have multiple time call to coustmar care but they could not resolved the issue. I want to legal action against Videocon dth service provider through this fourm they mantelly harassment to me .

                                I had registered videocon d2h long back. I have moved out of the house but my friends are still using the same connection in the same flat. I want the rtn to be updated to my friends number who is still staying there.

                                Please change the rtn from [protected] to [protected].

                                I have been receiving lot of calls in [protected] everyday atleast 10 times. Even after cutting the calls all the time still i receive them everyday.

                                Please update it soon.

                                  Over a few weeks, we observe a terrible crackling noise in all the channels. Despite my multiple complaints to the customer support, they force me to check the connectivity often, which I found to be good always.
                                  Everytime when i call customer care they are not even bothered about solving issue rather they ask me to check the cables and if the device is plugged properly, which is well connected.

                                    I had taken the videocon platinum hd package for my residence. After activating the same i realized that fm the back end the company is changing my plan to ala carte without my knowledge and and blocking all my hd channels.

                                    This is a grave issue as the company is doing changes on behalf of the customer without his knowledge. When complaining to the customer service they say they will activate and no action is taken. For one week i am struggling with this issue.

                                    This is cheating the customers. Please do not take videocon d2h is my recommendation.

                                        Hello,

                                        I registered a complaint about my videocon tv more than 2 months back. Screen of the tv is shaking and white clouds appear on the screen if it's kept on for some time. Someone from the service centre came and checked the tv set, took some pics and gave us a number to get further information about the complaint.

                                        I call the same number once in 10-15 days and the person always gives me the date of next 10 days and never answers all my queries. He has recently started disconnecting my calls as well. Such an unprofessional behaviour from the company. Here's the number and name of the person. Sudhir - [protected].

                                        I have been left frustrated by the way you handle the complaints. I would rather get it repaired from somewhere else than expected anything from this company. Regretting the decision to buy a videocon tv set. Never again will i buy another of your product.
                                        Now if you can't repair it, let me know so i don't wait for you to something.
