Dear sir i purchase a vediocon lcd on 19/05/2010 i got a bond no 15332 which is matured on 19/04/2017 said bond along with all necessary document like original bond, pancard, bank details, bill etc by regd a/d post at your 14 k m stone paithan road aurangabad 431-165 office for resumption on dated 04/03/2018 pod is enclosed here with. After ward several telephonic talk with on no [protected] with mr tupe he always giving only one answer that company is under nclt so we are not any position to redeem the bond or give any vediocon product. This is subject of very great concern and credibility of bond as well as company. Bond is just like a promissory note and payment is your prime responsibility. So i request you to resolve the issue whether give payment or product at my home town baroda guj. I hope for favorable resolution.

    I had brought a videocon ddb tv 32 inch from vijay sales and i got a sticker in it which mentioned that i have to call on a number and give them my serial number so that they will provide us a d2h antena and a smart card. But after a year when i tried to call on than number the number was incorrect. I want a d2h connection and because my tv has built in set-top box i find it difficult to buy a new connection and pay 2000rs so please kindly contact me as soon as possible to figure this issue. Great product from videocon and also want to be a part of videocon d2h customer. But will not pay for set-top box.

      I have purchased videocon led tv 32 inches on 16-jun-2017. Within one year i have faced display issue. Hence have raised complaint to the videocon service center and it is having 3 years warranty. After raising complaint (Ban[protected]) the videocon service person visited and confirmed its having display issue. Service person sent incident to videocon company to replace the display. Its been more than 3 weeks but both service person and videocon company are not at all responding. The service person took his charges (Rs 590) before repairing the tv and not responding at all. Please consider this as high importance and replace with new tv or new display asap.

      Hi,

      I have raised complaint (BAN[protected]) 3 months back to Videocon TV as my LED TV Display spoiled. there is no response from Videocon Company. This is very bad situation for me as am back of the videocon company to resolve the issue. If the issue has been not resolved ASAP will proceed legally.

        Hi team,

        My Videocon led tv is not working.I had purchase it from vijay sale. It is within warrenty period. I had given complaint regarding this - complain no THA[protected]. Its been pending since more than 4 and half month. I have been doing follow up by long time with service center, vijay sales, Videocon customer care no. But I am not seeing any progress in resolution of my Complaint.
        Please help me.

          I received worst (World) class service from videocon on 1st oct, 2018. My freeze was noisy and not cooling from few days. I kept calling local videocon customer care at [protected] for whole day long, finally 2 technicians came and spent appx. 30 mins and charged me 2500/-. They suggested me to install 1 stabilizer to fix issue. I did that on the very next day by spending 1000+ rs.

          The worst and pathetic scenes are as below:

          1. Freeze is in same noise mode
          2. That bloody fat fellow customer care fellow responds very harshly and illiterately always whenever i called him
          3. Technicians no comes switched off from 2nd oct onwards ([protected])
          4. That black fat fellow customer care does not have any records of technicians visited my home on 1st oct. 18
          5. That bloody black fat fellow customer care is a non sense, dumb, worst man kind, waste human being.

          I called him many a times but no resolution received yet.

          Please help me asap.

          Today again I called that fat and black worst customer care bloody man and he did not respond properly and given a no.[protected]tech team) which no one picked up( I dialed twice. This is best example of the world class worst service every by Videocon so far!!!

            Have purchased led tv 55 inches which is in warranty and facing repeated issue of white circular spot on the display screen at the centre and also the color variation (Black) in the half of the display screen. This is repeated issue and the service center is not able to resolve the same. Understand from the service centre head mr samir pal that this repeated issue is due to non availability of genuine spare parts for this model.

              My customer ID is[protected]. I have raised a request for the reinstallation of d2h as I have shifted my house. Engineer visited and charged Rs 800, (499 for installation and 300 for extra parts used ie 3 connectors) which actual price is nearly 100 for 3 connector. When I asked engineer for bill he denied mentioning that I will receive bill via sms, next day I called d2h customer care for not receiving bill they mentioned that they don't provide bill for this. Post 10 days I recharge my monthly pack which is 300, 1 day later ie 27th sep my services got disconnected, when I raised complaint[protected] they mentioned that I have not paid the engineer installation charges so they have deducted from my account. When I told giving the engineer number that he have taken money already they mentioned that my services will be activated. But it does not happen, similarly I raised 10 complaints but every time they closed it without informing me. Its been a month now and still no action has been taken from their end. I want to highlight few points 1) engineer will not leave the house without the payment ie common sense. 2) everytime they are closing the complaint without informing customer whether actually received the resolution 3) apart from that the mentally stress and the time I wasted behind them

                I have sent you several reminder notes but you didn't notice that.
                Sir i bought a videocon's 28" led t. V. Dated on 01
                Nov.2015 from guru maa enterprises, haldwani (Uttarakhand) in which i
                Got 3 years extended warranty. It stopped working last month june
                2018. It starts but not displaying anything. I repeatedly contacted

                Nainital (Uk). He is doing nothing just giving me false assurance for
                04 month, i saw my led tv is lying in a corner of service center
                Without care. As a customer i'm feeling helpless. I showed my trust

                Complaint reviews. Iam not the only one who is facing this
                Problem... Many other facing the same problem... But the company is
                Doing nothing.. The company has broken the trust of the people.

                I have sent a written complaint to the company head office aurangabad, Maharashtra dated[protected] explaining the problem with my 28" led TV. That was under warranty could not repaired by service centre after waiting of 04 month. Now I was told by Videocon service centre representative Mr.Satyaprakash ji ([protected]) Haldwani, Uttarakhand, after 04 months that my 28" led TV will replace with 32" TV because the parts is not available of 28" led TV in the company. They (service representative) are asking for almost Rs. 11000/- as a difference amount. If the parts is not available in the company, why they took 04 month to disclose this. Why the company kept me in dark for several months. I don't want 32" led TV with this difference amount. The Videocon company failed to avail service of product in warranty period as the company had promised . So the Videocon company should bear the loss, why should I ? I want my money back. The most important thing that who would like to get another TV of this company who raised their hand in service during warranty and failed to satisfy the customer as genuine basis. My whole family is still waiting for tv. And I am waiting for company response.

                    Sir, my name is dr. Amit bhargava. I am director in uttar pradesh electricity regulatory commission, lucknow.

                    This in regard to the amc of a 40 inch vediocon tv purchased on 27.10.2014.

                    Mr. Anoop, your service engineer visited us today (22nd oct, 2018) as the panel of the above tv has failed.

                    I showed him the papers given by your company (Scan of the bill & amc attached) which clearly show the warranty till 25.10.2019. But the same has not been punched at your systems as they show the warranty to be over.

                    He has the photos of all the papers and serial no of the tv. I remember that in the festival season of 2014, vediocon had offered a 5 year warranty an so i purchased this set. You can get it checked from your historical records or such type of scheme. Also the original amc issued can also be checked.

                    I humbly request to please oblige by getting my tv repaired under the warranty up to 25.10.2019.
                    It is not my fault anywhere, it's a fault at your end. Please oblige otherwise i ill be forced to take the refuge of the hon'ble courts.

                      Tried couple of times in last few days to contact videocon service head of kolkata mr nirmalya ghosh and he never picks up the call. Dropped a msg through sms & whatsapp and so for no reply.

                      Request some senior person from videocon (Going through the complaints) to look into the issue and resolve the same at the earliest, as this is not getting resolved from the mid of june-18.

                          It is totally non sense decision to charge rs. 200 as an engineer visit for any complaints we raise regarding videocon d2h service issues. This is not the correct way to earn money. I am paying monthly rs. 866 for two d2h connections which is itself a very huge amount and i think that for what reason i am paying this amount if still i need to pay rs. 200 extra for engineer visit even if there is a fault from d2h side. Hence i have started to think to switch to other service provider because i know this very well that videocon customer service will never be able to solve this problem as i am not the only person who is having this issue but there are n number of customers with the same complaint and still d2h customer service is asking them to email to their support id so that they can assist which is a copy paste statement with no outcome.

                          I think local cable service is 100 times better as they are charging rs. 200 only as a monthly rental and also they do not charge anything if any technical issue persists. On top of that in rs. 200 monthly rental i can extend the same connection without any extra rental to other tv as well.

                          Think before spending your hard earned money.

                          And i am requesting to videocon customer service team to not to reply to this comments saying that "please email us at [protected]@d2h.com. We will make every effort to revert with resolution as soon as possible".

                                  I am a regular purchaser of Videocon products and till date i have facing issue in my whasing mashin complaint and i purchased was 30th October 2017 of one Videocone Whashing mashin and i am facing a lot of complaint in it, from five month after 8th month my whashing mashine was not working, i am login the compalint in vediocon custmer care Center . after visit by engineer, he declered washing mashine's Motor faulty, and also said for charges approx Rs.600/ my product was in warrany,

                                  I think Videocone Product is like Lockel Brand i will not recomnd for purchese Videocone Company's Product, my number is [protected]

                                    Hello,

                                    Like many other videocon customers, i am also facing the same issue of 'smart card not inserted properly' for last 2 months.
                                    My customer id is 93458399. After repeated calling to the customer care also i could not get support. I sent an email to [protected]@d2h.com. But none of the support staff reverted back.
                                    Please look into this and sort out the issue quickly.

                                      Dear sir, it is almost more than 4 months that i have made a complaint regarding my led tv regarding the complaint an engineer visited 4 months ago, till now the complaint is not resolved, i had made so many attempts and calls to each and every one i was communicated that the parts have been stuck in customs and will take time, after that after 2.5 months again i received a call that we need your led tv to be shipped at our service center as it will be okeyed from there, i denied because till then i had lost faith with the company, again from last two days i am receiving a call from a executive that my product is available and it is to be assembled but unfortunately i have changed my residence from uttam nagar delhi to najafgarh delhi, so the service provider is not able to resolve it, today only at 10 am i received a call from [protected] that i have to bring the set at their service center for change of part. This is totally unacceptable as you guys assure at the time of sales that service is available at any location, but now as i am in delhi only, the prime location, than only i am being haressed by you people.
                                      Requesting you to kindly take a look at the matter and resolve this issue.

                                        Complain no.-tha[protected] registered on 24.08.2018 and since then i made more than 50 calls to them. They did not pick up phone for more than 90% of time. My product is under warranty and in spite of that they are not providing service. Whenever they pick up call, replied wait for 2-3 days and since then it is almost two months is passing. I request from your forum please help and get my led repaired.
