Plz resolve my issue as already one month has been pased since i made my complaint .
I m amrita tripathi lived in bkc mumbai.my refrigerator's cooling was not proper.so i made a complaint and engineer came and told me that compressor of fridge has to be changed since i hv bought my fridge one year back in july 2017. So it is uder warranty. Now they r not taking my phone amd response of customer care is really bad.i m fed up with issue .i[censored] can do something plz do.

    Yesterday, i witnessed a disappointing activity on videocon d2h, they suddenly turned off the broadcasting of ndtv india channel and the error shown was "package not subscribed". When i called to videocon d2h customer care, they activated ndtv channel, but didn't disclose the reason why they stop broadcasting ndtv channel without informing the user.

    Now i want to know the reasons why you disabled the channels broadcasting?

        Pathetic service centre seems agent has taken weed and answering. Also, the so-called engineer is like they are the owner of company and morning he told i am coming in 1 hour. After calling many times finally in the evening he called i am. Not able to come due to some personal priority work. After that i called customer care again they told no complaint register. I called her to check again so she called sorry i am checking some other stuff. Yes, the complaint is registered and another engineer will come to visit tomorrow as current engineer refuse to come. How unprofessional behaviour and answering like they are drunk and not responsible for any answer what they provide.

          Sir,

          I am using videocon d2h services for the past 15 months.
          Customer id is[protected]

          Recently i relocated my residence and i had raised a request with you for the same.
          Relocation was completed successfully on 09 sep 2018. I paid inr 500 (450 relocation charges as informed+50 for extra length of cable) to the technician who visied my house for installation.
          But, my account has been debited with inr 400. I had spoke to the customer care supervisor multiple times for the refund of the amount for the past two weeks.
          Still there is no action from your side. Everytime i am the one who has to follow up for this issue.

          I request you to take proper action asap.

          I have spent so much time and money to follow up this issue along with the mental stress.

          This issue requires a fair consideration and compensation.

          If this issue is not resolved at the earliest i would be taking necessary legal action against you for your irresponsibility.

            I am using Platinum Pack of Videocon d2h. Over last 2 months one by one D2H has been removing several channels from this pack.

            They removed one marathi news channel, then HBO, then WB, the NDTV, then NDTV 24x7 then NDTV Good times and a few more.

            They are still charging the same for the less number of channels.
            They should otherwise allow one or two active channels for free when they have been reducing the number of channels from the pack.

            Their competitors have all those channels like tata sky. The only reason given by d2h is non renewal of subscription.

              Dear sir/Madam,
              Myself Vijay chaudhari, i was brought VIDEOCON Smart 40" Led TV due to some problem it stop working so, as per guideline i raised a complaint against same.
              on next day i.e.on 25/08/2018 your service engineer from Yogesh Services Nashik will came and checked My LED Smart TV. And they will Collect the failed parts for replacement/ Repair purpose as the product is in warranty period.
              But when i enquiry about new / repaired parts which are already submitted to Service center( Yogesh Services ) I will get only one reply still parts are not received from Videocone Company.
              But sir its total more then a One Month for Replacement /Repaired purpose.

                This videocon company is worst than anything. Yesterday when I talked to the Senior person in videocon customer care name saurav he couldn't able to answer my question. If it is a hardware problem for the error E04-4 insert card properly message, then how come the home channel comes? The technical person not able to answer. It's a simple policy of the company to send engineers and charge Rs 200. And u will find the same issue after 1 month. It's big fraud company. Honestly saying my dear INDIAN'S don't recharge or buy videocon d2h. Try to shift other company & i[censored] recharge don't recharge quarterly half-yearly or yearly. Recharge for month. JAGO INDIA JAGO

                      I have purchased videocon led tv from vijay sales before 2 years back. And from 2 months back led tv screen dismissed. And on same day i called to service centre of videocon then one technician came my home and check the issue and finally he told that it's will be repaired within 2 to 3 days but till now no one came for that also i have contacted to vijay sales and service centre of videocon through mail and call but no one are responding. So, you tell me what i do. I am very disappointing for your wrost service. So, kindly revert me immediately. Otherwise you replaced my tv or refund my money.

                      Again I telling about my Videocon led TV which is recorded under complaint no.PUN[protected] on 6 SEP 2018. I don't want to repair my TV I want replacement because already you are taking too much time but till now no one is responding effectively for my solution l.So, I can't wait a more time for that so, Kindly do all procedures for replacement my TV.

                        This is kiran kumar sunkara from vijayawada. I brought videocon 32 inch led tv on mar 2016. I have 3 years warranty with extended warranty. Tv has a backlight problem in january 2018. I went to service center. After 1 month complaint cleared. I paid 850 rs for service charge.
                        And again 1 month problem repeated. And again i went to service center. This time they took 3 months. And they said company have approved new tv. It will took 10 days to come. I said ok. And then with in 2 days a call from service center. They said u r tv problem have completed. I asked about approved new tv. They said if again problem continued we will give u new set. I took the tv and went to home. After 10 days there is a red line in display. I went to service center on[protected] till now there is no reply. Daily i went to service center and asking manager. He said no replay from company. I asked about my registered complaint docket number. He does not give me that too. His name is subramanyam. Vijayawada spares in charge. From 9 months my tv in service center. Complaint not resolved. What is this service.

                          I have registered complaint on 21 sep 2018 against agent for activating wrong channel i.e. Star sport HD 1 Hindi instead of Star sport 1 HD English. Customer care Manager told that it will get resolved by 24th sep, but no resolution yet. Continuously calling customer care but no proper response / resolution.

                            I have purchased videocon tv on[protected] having five yrs warantee from arce storse kharghar navimumbai. Tv goes out off order, no disply on tv from[protected]. We immediatly registered complaint with videocon service center, service engineer visited our residence and collected rs800/-as service charges and informed that it will require one month for disply part replacement. Than after more than two months they have not taken any action. Now they are not receiving our calls.
                            Hence kindly help us to redress my complaint.

                              My videocon 50" uhd led tv is under warrenty period and has a panel complaint. It was with the company service center for product replacement for about 6 months now but not getting it replaced. The authorised people say the replacement is approved but no product available.                                   I had done a recharge for a month. However after 15 days i received message that my account has insufficient balance. I called up the customer service several times for a week. Everytime i was given new resolution date for my issue. My call was transferred, disconnected several times during this week. I was told this issue can be resolved only by their seniors, was on the line for more than half hour, waiting for the seniors to resolve my issue.

                                    Purchased Videocon led tv ( model ivc32f02) in nov 2017 and has 3 yrs warranty on the display. The screen is faulty and the technician visited on 3rd September 2018 and informed that the display will be replaced in 15 days.. whenever we call him he comes with an excuse that he has not received the replacement display.. it’s been a month now that the screen in not working and we don’t have a working tv.. the technician address is smart care electronic solutions ( tek care ), kannur - 670141. Please look into this matter on priority..

                                      I would like to draw your kind attention towards very worst service by Videocon TV team, its been about 2 months and my faulty speakers are not being replaced by service center people, my complaint no is Del[protected], even the behavior of Area In charge Rajesh Vij([protected]) and his team is very bad towards customers, When I call him about my replacement, he always disconnect my phone and now he blocked my both of the numbers.

                                      Pls take appropriate action against him and do the needful done for me.

                                        I am facing, signal not available problem, engineer asked some of electric fault inside tv, cost rs. About 5000/-, otherwise you have to install outside new set top box, this is very unfortunate for me. Would it be consider or we have to change service provider, suggest please.
