I am recieving too many calls on my no from vediocon d2h regarding their offers and advertisement. They dont respect the customer's valuable time and don't stop calling you even if you make them aware of this fact. These calls can iritate anyone and takes away all the rights of costomer freedom and choice. I highly recommend to take action against this and suggest me the right platform to solve this issue.

    I have recharged my videcon d2h platinum hd account by 725/- but yet we are waiting to watch the channels. However i have spoken 10-12 times with customer care but they all are not capable to provide the solutions.
    Also, i ask them to lodge a complaint if technical issue is there but no one has visited us to resolve the issue
    This is very very pathetic service and now we are moving either to airtel/tata sky since both the d2h providers are customer centric.

      One of the worst service provider d2h.. It will only work well when it is about to expire. And as soon as you recharge the service will be worst, setup box keeps restarting and it irritates. Looting 600 rs a month.
      Technicians visit and they make it work for sometime and after they leave the problem starts again. Very good strategy of fooling customers. I have already had a word with few societies in locality to remove all videocon dishes and dont permit installation.

        I have installed videocon d2h lcd in my hotel. I have 12 connection but 1 of my tv's is hanged not showing any thing. There is only logo on the front.
        I tried reset. Switched on and off several times. But still not working.
        Any solution please.
        If this continues i will be moving to other company as i am getting better offers from tata sky airtel digital tv.
        Since i request please solve my problem as soon as possible.

              Dear sir,
              Before one and half year i purchased 40’ videocon led, sr. No:[protected], with 5year warranty and guaranty.
              But now this led having issue regarding display (06 straight marks on left side display) from last 2 months, i already rise compliant against this and your service engineer visited at our home and they demand 1200 rs. I already gave them 1200 rs and requested to solve this issue, on this mr. Depak-kolhapur, they told me they will rectify this problem within 15 working days, either they will change whole panel or provide new set of led.

              But today almost 2 month pass there is no any feedback from your service provider and when i call them they giving lots of rubbish answer like videocon having financial issue, there warehouses are seal etc.

              So please look in this matter closely and rectify this issue as early as possible, i feel very bad after seeing this kind service and product from videocon. Kindly suggest what should i do.
              Should i approach consumer court …?

                  I purchased a videocon 50" led tv 2 yrs back having a 5 year warranty on its panel however now its panel is not working and a registered a complaint for the same
                  Complaint no. Being del [protected]
                  I got it registered on 2/09/2018 and paid the service fee of 1250 the next day when the service center ppl came... However since that day no one from the service center can be contacted numbers provided by the cuatomer care are always switched off as well numbers on the receipt are not picked up by anyone the person who came for the receipt has switched off his phone... It has been weeks i have no idea when my problem woould be solved..
                  Shame on you videocon... Such pathetic customer service.
                  Please let me know when will my tv panel be replaced.

                    From last couple of months am getting multiple calls each day from Videocon d2h customer care regarding new offers.
                    They are calling everyday irrespective of time of the day. Inspite of repeatedly asking them not to call, they keep calling.
                    Please help in getting rid of this annoying marketing calls.
                    I will disconnect my connection of d2h this week as am totally fed up with the calls

                        My TV issue has been reported from more then a month now but have not got any positive sign from any of the employee working with the company, every day i have to follow up with a new person over phone and then told to wait for few days, I am sorry to say but i am annoyed of all these things now. Do let me know by tomorrow EOD about your action plan on this.

                          Video con has seriously looted me more than 7-8 times on this signal not available with most time they change the antenna tower, sometime plug, sometime wire joint if you check my customer id[protected] its become a regular habit of complain signal not available.
                          All time same issue and charges 200/- per visit... And its such worst service i had ever seen all time new staff with no idea where the location is and what is the issue... I[censored] have a regular staff for regular particular that keep both customer n staf[censored]pdated what last time issue was resolved n now what is the issue but no u have all time new staff.
                          They dont understand the value of customer that only few days left all will be mobile... Its only the old age people at home people have tv connection nor all busy in mobile.. And when we go for work the message come signal not available... Worst then worst... Many a times i had planned to change its only the time issue

                            I should say that Videocon d2h is such a fraud or not even helpful company in d2h industry. Worst customer care response or even something you feel your time wasting while talking to them. They will cut your calls in between talking from there side. Different cc executive tells gives you different information, something they even unable to detect your problems even after multiple calls.
                            I have many pervious issues with the company but my current issue is that my set top box card is not working or showing invalid card. I want everyone 's attention on the point that there card or set top box stop working exectly after one year of warranty of set top box. I purchased it on 29th Aug 2017 and it has stopped working on 18th Sep 2018. It feels they make it stop working from there side.

                              I have a videocon smart ddb led tv, serial number:[protected] purchased on 22/04/2017. From 07/09/2018, the tv stopped working. I called the consumer service the next day, i. E. 08/09/2018 in response to which they sent a service man the same day. He said one of the parts was not working and had to be replaced. He promised to be back in 3-4 days but even after a week passed, so i called the consumer service again and they promised to send somebody in the next 24 hours. I called again the next day and they gave somebody's number to call again but the number was unreachable. Called again to complain but they are not giving any suitable response.

                              I have bought an satellite lcd (model no.3201) under videocon Paisa vasool offer 2010. submited all documents as per advised by bmo after 6 Years 11 months to the said address.they are given one contact no.[protected] for further follow up. the person is not responding properly. my claim amount of Rs.12000/- is pending from videocon.

                                Hello sir/madam,
                                I complain my videocon d2h setup box exchange normal to HD setup box on 6 Sept 2018 he said to me next 24 hour your problem is resolved but there is no. Engineer visited at my home till now 14 Sept 2018 again 2-3 times I called in his customer services they give me again time per day but problem is not solved and the told me on 6 Sept 2018 for charges regards setup box normal to hd. I recharged my account 999 ₹ for exchange setup box now I called his customer services and they told me there is some technical issues and said to me your complain is not registered against exchange d2h setup box normal to hd. He said to me there is some technical issues is can't see your complain in our worksheet but my d2h money cut per day basics. I want my problem is resolved as soon as possible and my leps money back in my d2h account.

                                My videocon d2h customer id is 140394.
                                Today I called his customer service the harassing me for check my calling record and if I'm wrong they did not give my money deduct by his company.

                                      I have purchased the Videocon UHD LED VMMM50QHOZS-FDA on the date of[protected].

                                      Since it was having 3 years of warranty. The engineer arrived within two days and informed that it's a minor glitch and they will take the TV to the service station clean up the dust and get it back within next two to three working days.

                                      The experience after this was absolutely pathetic. I never got a call back from the service station nor from the customer care support regarding the updates. I had to call the customer care support on daily basis to get the updates but, I don't need to mention how bad the customer care support is. There is no process what so ever, the customer care representative are least helpful, there is no defined escalation process, there is no track of the complaint number. The only update that I got was we will send the service center a notice and they will give you a call back within 24 hours, which never happened till the time the complaint was closed. They also provided service station numbers but, didn't get any response on those numbers.

                                      After visiting since month there is no proper response from vijaysale team father visited at Videocon International Ltd when and technician told that the delivery of the TV is delayed because of a missing part.

                                      Father asked them about the ETR but, they did not provide any dates. He kept on calling the given number and the service stations for another one week but, no luck.

                                      I am really very disappointing by the sort of after sales service that has been provided by Videocon. It's a real shame that such bad service is being provided by a well known brand.

                                      I wold also like to know what are the ways to escalate things here since I never got a proper process to escalate from the customer care representative.

                                        My customer in[protected], I am not happy with your service, the package which is kept in it, the channel of the extravagant channel comes and the channel I need is not available to me. After this, the mind should split up to 3 channels by separating it, when the new channel was installed, then the channel's charge was given to it. But Lacing says in the next month that the rate of the new channel increased. These people do their minds. The customer care does not even listen, after that the mind was compliant, but now there is no tired solution. Forcibly is charged. The rate of each channel is increased every month
