I have registered a complaint with the customer care . They informed me that i will have to pay rs.200/- to the mechanic to get the work done. Which was agreed. This complaint was registered on 13th aug.2018. But till 18thaugust2018 no one turned up. Therefore, the company should repay rs.200/= per day till my complaint is rectified to my satisfaction to me as this amounts to deficiency in service on your part as per the consumer redressal forum. Please therefore mail me the mode of payment you propose to give me.

    Sir,
    My videocon customer no is[protected]. Day before yesterday i have made a complaint stating that there is a signal issue as i cannot view some channels. And a service man came and corrected that issue. Again today the same issue have been arised when i call and asked the service person he is telling that there is a LNDF issue which cannot be corrected and the dish need to be changed. I dont know the exact solution and i dnt want to spemd money again in buying a dish please do the needful

    The issue was there for past 3 days and i have been complaing every day and with any resolution im getting mail stating that your complaint have been resolved... Please change the dish r please provide me a dish in lesser amount with warranty

      My TV is unserviceable for the last 15 days (Kindly defer complaint no PAT[protected] dt 02 Aug 18). Service engineer visited the site & assured me to repair the same within next 72 hrs as some spare need d to be replaced. Day started passing bit no fruitful results so far.

        I have purchased a 40" led videocon tv from vijay sales pune, up as on 15/08/2015 with 3 yrs comprehensive warranty.
        As on 12/7/2018 my tv has break down mother board get failed, i have complaint as on 14/07/2018 for this, after 20 days of complaint he reply than he has no parts, why i suffer when i pay with warranty.
        I secondly we continually follow up & visit with you concern office from same day; but still our issue is not resolve by your team members.
        Now no one had response my phone call too.
        The response from pune service center was not good. They are talking irresponsible.
        In whole conversation no senior person taken my complaint seriously and make me fool as per there convenient and a very painful thing i gave my 2 contact numbers my registered number [protected] as well as my alternate number [protected] and every time i chase for my led also request them to kindly update me on call but they all non sense people take me for granted and never called to me.
        In every visit to service center they are not even ask to sit on not even for a glass of water in this heated summer time very very shame full to all the concern person in this case for this blender foolish mistake done by all.

        Finally i explain everything that what happens in last 40 days with me and my led and i hope for the best if there is any actual customer desk to help the customer then i get immediate reply and action on this negligence & my led will repair by tomorrow evening otherwise i will go in to consumer court by wednesday morning as there is no other option for me..

        Also put this mail and entire conversation on facebook whats app and all other social networking sites by tomorrow morning as enough is enough..

        Andi will never suggest and recommend to any buyer that go for any videocon products as there is no service after purchase the product. Only mentally and physically torcher by there company employs and there stupid service center people of your owned product repairing..

          I am recently take a new connection of Videocon d2h on date of 29/07/2018 but at the time of installation operator of that company fixed satellite antenna on another stand rather than new stand .this stand is of third person .now he dismantle the our satellite antenna from that stand & put it on terrace .now my d2h connection is not working.then I am getting help of customer service then customer service executive told me that you will get free service up to 1 month for relocating .then they are provide me service by sending their operator but when operator is come at home he is said that 450 rs.needed for this relocation but my wife said that to operator we were already discuss to customer care that no charge is required but he has no capacity to understood our problem without payment hence gone without doing any work.Then again we were call to customer care but at that time they were also divert their words & told us that 460 rs.fees required for this relocation .so what we are do now in this condition.

            I am using videocon dth service & my customer id is 80157754 & they are going to increase my package rates every month without any information & also they are going ti stop one chanel every month from the package i am using new gold sports which is first 380 then 390 & then 400 & now 410 per month
            So provide me the package at suitable price otherwise i am going to disconnected the services from next month as i am getting the best services in airtel also in 400 per month & they are providing English movies Chanel in that price

                  My videocon led panel has been taken for replacement from more than 45 days but still there is no update pls provide proper update. Fault in led

                  Of my led, no response from you and they confused me to give time on time. They promised to give me new led in exchange of it. So you inform me to any strong solution because my balance deduct and my validity of these days lost. Now you not take any decision i case in consumer court to harassment me.

                      They took almost 2 months to replace my tv, and for my bad luck they replaced my tv with another default tv which worked for 10 mins and stopped working, since then i again started following up with videocon customer care service center people
                      Mr. Dhananjay kadam and mr vivek srivasthav are so busy they never pick their phone (I have called them hundreds of time in past 3 months)

                      I am very much disappointed by your service as i have to wait for long,

                      Everytime to get my problem solved. I have been calling the customer care often and all they have to give is fake assurrance. Literally fed up with your reckless service. I am being harassed and expecting an answer from you.

                        It’s regarding my compliant no gha[protected] logged on dated 29 july 2018. As per last conversation with service in-charge mr. Harish from takcare, delhi over the phone on dated 3 aug 2018 it will resolved before 10 aug 2018 but still my issue is pending. Not received any response from service center / mr. Harish
                        I tried to contact him so many time but you not picked up my calls even not received called back.
                        I had logged compliant in consumer cu due to not receive any response from videocon end. Compliant no is 861746.
                        Requesting you to please resolve my led display issue asap or give me a replacement.

                            My tv stopped working before its warrenty period. So i raised complaints. Technician arrived and told me that 2 parts needs to get change. So he ordered those parts and asked us to wait till they arrive. It's been 4 months now. I am television-less. No one is picking up my calls. Call centers are not taking any accountability. Tekcare india pvt ltd handle everything on behalf of videocon. Their escalation team is also not responding to my calls/messages. Help

                              Del[protected] complaint was for screen black/grey issues. Tv was taken to svc centre twice. We were charged for backlight /motherboard replacement approx 5000, but it has not been replaced but just repaired. Complaint and issue is still pending and mr rampal yadav the manager at dwarka delhi service center mentioned that sunil engineer would address the issue but no one visited and the complaint was simply closed. Now the service centre guys don't pick up calls also. Want to go to the consumer court to officially lodge this complaint

                                  Motherboard of my led tv had some problem. On contacting the service centre they informed that motherboard need to replaced. Almost after two months they informed that the motherboard of my tv's model is not available in. Instead of replacement of my led tv, they installed mother board of some other models. The inbuilt d2h is also replaced with some others from washim in name of keshav naglanker.

                                  Please resolve my problem at earliest

                                    I have had several issues in the past with Videocon d2h. The latest one just pissed me off.

                                    On 27th July, my connection stops works, the usual I complain the customer service tell me switch off and on like 3 times for no reason cause I would have never tried that. Then they say a tech needs to visit, arranges an appointment, for which I need to pay 200 extra. The tech comes, inspects and says the wire needs to be changed. He said he'll come back with the wire, and that was the last I heard or saw him.

                                    After getting tired of calling and tell I decided to disconnect and get a refund of my balance amount 1400 inr (at the time I request). Please note that I've been calling the tech continuously and he didn't bother to call back or pick up nor did the customer service check if the problem was resolved. Here is the fun part I receive a reply saying that I can't disconnect nor can I get a refund as per thier policy. I won't get the money back nor am I getting the service I requested for. This is the peak where I just regretted ever picking them.

                                    2 weeks later the tell me we'll send the service engineer. I just want my money back.

                                      Sir i have puri hase a 32" led tv from vijay sales indirapuram ghaziabad as 25/01/2016 with 3 yrs comprehensive warraty. On 20/08/2018 my get breakdown i have complaint as on 21/08/2018 but till the date my tv is not repaired. This is poor after sale service.

                                        My product is still under amc, and these guys are stating that the engineer will charge 900 rupees for just visiting the house and have not arrived yet from last 3 days. Earlier they said 800 rupees and today they are sting 940.
                                        Why should i pay for visit charges when the product is already covered under amc?
                                        Can u please have a look and assist me.
