I have been behind Vijay Sales Chembur for last 6 months, but there is no one who can resolve this issue. The Manager has been trying his best to co-ordinate with the Videocon guys to solve my problem, but they have been turning a deaf ear to it. I am a videocon d2h user with customer id[protected]. Since from last 4 to 5 months, i am facing n no. Of issues regarding services of videocon d2h, which includes wrong add-on activation, frequent unfair balance deductions, smart card errors. I have to lodge complaints & it follows a mammoth follow-up. I have wasted my precious time in lodging complaints & they are just checking my patience.

During the last service of videocon d2h hd set top box, the technician took almost 2 hrs and still could only get half the channels to work. Midway he asked for change of a part for which he charged 250 extra and then after replacing the part and several attempts to configure, only few channels started working with only india news channel working in whole news category. tv sent for repair but no response since past 15 days

My videocon tv was not working and it was under extended warranty. The tv was sent to repair and was said that it will be done within 7 days. I am trying to contact the repairer and the numbers are switched off. I tried contacting to vgservices and they said that the they are awaiting for a part. It has been more than 15 days now and the tv is still missing with no updates....

removed good feature of mosaic menu

I have been using Videocon D2H connection for some time. Earlier they had a great feature called Mosaic PIP whereby it acted like a menu and allowed me to quickly jump to a channel of my choice. I could pick the category from various sub groups like Music, English Movies, Hindi, Lifestyle, Regional then within regional various languages and so on.

Recently they upgraded the software and now I have only 8 items to choose from...

worst customer service for ac repair

I have purchased videocon ac 4 months back from sargam electronics gurgaon. There is no cooling and when a lodged a complaint for repair there is no response from executive. They are delaying it everyday and are misbehaving
Specially the manager named sanjay gupta from svc point showed ruthless behaviour and was very rude
He said he doesn't care if we complaint or not. This is the kind of customer eccentricity shown by videocon....

channel not on platform for one week

I have registered a complaint with the customer care . They informed me that i will have to pay rs.200/- to the mechanic to get the work done. Which was agreed. This complaint was registered on 13th aug.2018. But till 18thaugust2018 no one turned up. Therefore, the company should repay rs.200/= per day till my complaint is rectified to my satisfaction to me as this amounts to deficiency in service on your part as per the consumer redressal...
