It is to apprise that i had purchased Videocon LCD TV, Model No. 2201 on 02/06/2010, My VIDEOCON PAISA VASOOL OFFER Bond Number is 7503. As the maturity period of the said offer is completed hence I was forwarded my application to BMO Deptt. Aurangabad for redemption of the same and my letter has been received your department on 08/07/2018 but till date no any reply or information neither the amount has been received. You are requested to look into and redeem my amount in my account at the earliest.

    I have been using VD2H last 5 years in Customer ID[protected]. 2 month back registered complaint due to some technical issue. Service engineer came and changed the set up box and informed us to recharge. I have done recharge but channels were not coming. since I was out of station i didnt given much concern about it. Then again i have done one more recharge still the issue persist. I called customer care claiming the issue they are unable find the issue and keep on telling that on TV for 10 min and call toll free number. It will come. i have wasted my time for 2 days of doing worthless work. Then i have check account information. Its was not reflection my details instead showing some other guy name from JAIPUR (Customer ID:[protected]. Your customer care doesn't have common scene to find this issue. After i informed the same from the day one they are telling some will come check the issue. Still now no has come. Request you refund my DISH TV set top box and recharge with penalty as this one of the way given much a mind torture that explained the issue from the beginning with whomever i have spoken from your video con service. As same i m typing now

      I have purchased one Video con LED 22' from Digi World, Regimental Shop, Danapur Cant, Patna-801503, Bihar on 07/05/2018. But the picture was not clear. Approximately, 10 Back, I complaint to the customer Care about the problem, they sent me a technician and he solved the problem on temporary basis.

      Again, the same problem arises for which I lodged a Complaint through Customer Care no. But till date, no action has been taken from Company side.

      Hence, I request you to change my LED with a new one as its is only 3 months old

        We are using videocon led tv since last two and half year, we purchased on 23/11/2015and we have 3 year warranty, last two month before tv display not working. We complained about this to customer care, one technician came and checked the tv, he told power problem, bring the tv to our service centre. We gave the tv to service centre on 09/06/2018, till now our tv problem is not completed even they are not touch the tv. They always telling irresponsible answer.           It has been more than 90 days and my refund has not been provided. It is pathetic to deal with the customer care as they never answer properly.

          On twitter, videocon replied on 11:31 am - 8 jul 2018that they have created a complaint:

          "thank you for writing to videocon d2h. We regret the inconvenience caused to you. We would like to inform you that your complaint regarding refund related issue has been registered with service request number[protected] and same will resolve within 24 hrs."

          I need your help in getting this resolved. Thanks

              Dear sir,

              We wish to inform you that since we found low cooling problem in our videocon 80ltr. Refrigerator, we approached your service centre on 24.07.2018. based on our service call, your technician one mr. Jayachandran visited our premises on 25.07.2018 and informed us that couple of spare parts to be replaced to get proper cooling. only based on his advise, we have agreed and paid a sum of rs.3, 600/- towards service charge and replacement of the said spare parts (Refer your invoice no.20 - copy attached).

              However, since there was no improvement in the cooling, we have again contacted your technician mr. Jayachandran on 26.07.2018. but, to our shock, he informed us that the gas to be filled-in in the compressor, for which, it would cost about rs.4, 000/-. He further informed us that only after filling the gas in the compressor, the problem can be resolved. if he informed the same, we would not have agreed for replacement of spares earlier and spent rs.3, 600/- for nothing.

              As you are aware, when the price of the new 80 ltrs. Refrigerator itself would cost around rs.7, 500/- only, the act of extracting money from the customer by giving wrong advise is clearly illegal and necessary legal action would be initiated against your service centre, if the problem is not resolved immediately.

              We wish to inform you further that when we cross-checked with another authorized videocon service centre, they informed us that the replacement of spare parts itself is wrong and it is not required to replace such spare parts for cooling issue. apart from the same, your technician mr. Jayachandran, without any basic knowledge, has simply disconnected the wires which go to compressor.

              Even though your manager mr. Kumar promised us that the problem will be resolved immediately, no action has been taken till date. hence, this e-mail.

              We therefore request you to kindly resolve the problem without insisting for any more amount (Or) return the above said sum of rs.3, 600/- to us for replacing the unwanted spare parts, within 3 days from the date of receipt of this communication, failing which, we will have no other alternative than to initiate appropriate legal proceedings against your service centre and mr. Jayachandran for the above, holding you liable for all the costs and consequences arising thereof.

                from that day problem is not resolved, and complaint is closed by themselves.

                  This is sakthikumar from trichy customer id 69803722 i am in south diamond pack, for past 10 days pogo not found in our d2h. called several times to the customer care no [protected] & toll free 1800 numbers. every time i get the same answer from your customer care executives that it will be resolved in 2 hours or 4 hours. but till now problem not yet resolved couldn't see the pogo channel in our d2h. worst customer care which i ever in my life. help me to get back the pogo channel.

                        Since last few weeks i am not getting any of the channels clearly. The channels are having blackouts and distortions on all the channels viewed.

                        Lately, instead of multiple mosaics windows, only eight windows are appearing on the screen why?

                        Few channels are just not appearing for example channel # 330 (Rajya sabah).

                        The customer care numbers are impossible to reach. They are all either non functioning or are made to wait for unbearable time limits.

                          Sadly this is my second complaint against videocon d2h in last 5 days. Recently i observed that in my d2h plan, company has changed the channel services.

                          Some channels are now removed from my subscription while others have been added. I am aware that d2h has right to do so and that's not what i am really complaining about.

                          What bothers me is that whenever such changes are made, customers are not communicated about the same thru sms. Sadly it's the same videocon that calls me 3 - 4 times a day with those pesky 120/140/044 calls which are automatic promotional voice recordings.

                          I receive at least 3 -4 calls per day. Despite blocking tem, they come back from a new number next time. I have over 50 numbers now blocked still these xxxxxxxx have more numbers with them to call from.

                          They have so much resources towards stupid # marketing but have no customer centricity to inform the customer when subscription services are changeed

                          I hope ceo of d2h has some professionalism and ethics left to bring in a change in the way they interact with the customers.

                              Hi team,

                              This is regarding videocon d2h operator. These guys are asking to pay for 5 channels, 10 rupess each per month as these channels are included in my package ie new diamond pack. They are saying that the broadcaster of these channels have stop providing them these channels. But how come they are providing them to the customers on extra cost. On the videocon d2h website is clearly mentioned that customers can apply for these channels at no extra cost. But these guys are not taking it seriously. So please guys kindly check with them and provide us these channels at no extra cost.

                                Hello, my customer ID is.[protected]
                                Last Saturday 28th July there was an engineer visit to my home, he cheated me and charged double for LNBF replacement.
                                (original price 175, charged to customer is 350 excluding 50 rs for connector and 200 for service charge) Total 600 I paid to him.
                                I complained to customer care and Every time I called after due time for resolution to know the status but one by one every time they created 3 different complaint(29 July, 30 July and 31 July) and still after around 1 week there is no resolution provided. Today again I got same disappointing response.
                                Every person from customer care says, "I will create a high priority complaint this time" but no update after multiple followup.

                                Together with these problems, they deducted 200 balance from my account for no reason.
                                Their customer service executives are also dumb to understand the problem and the disconnect the call in between and I am bound to explain the issue again to next customer care person.
                                I don't know how much I will be cheated by Videocon D2H.
                                Please provide me some contacts(email id+ phone number) for high level escalation.
                                I think I should log a complaint to consumer court.

I called the customer care today 31st July 2017, requested him to change the package plan to Flexi 84 but he has changed the package to some gold plan which was not at all requested by me. Also, the guy who picked my call seems drunk. I am using two Videocon connections and will change the subscriber to Tata Sky. Will never ever recommend anyone to use Videocon D2h services in future.                                     Sir,
                                    We had purchased Videocon LED TV Model no. 40FHDDB Serial no. 5003265 on[protected] under a warranty of 5 years. Actually we could not see the clear picture on TV Screen from past 1-2 days so we registered our complaint on videocon customer care no. on[protected] under the complaint no. [protected]. A service engineer came and attended the complaint made and told that there is an issue in the TV panel and that's need to be changed and told that he had registered the complain in the company and as soon as he gets the panel from the company he would surely come and repair the TV. After waiting for more than 15 days we didn't got any such information regarding our complaint so, we inquired again and he told that panel will be ready after 15 days and then he would repair it. In this way he took the matter till the month of may, then we called the service center (M.S. ELECTRONICS, Avadhpuri, Kanpur) they told us to contact, the area manager he also kept on delaying the matter and told to submit the TV in the service center and as the panel comes they will return the repaired TV.
                                    Till date[protected] we have not received our TV after so many efforts he didn't paid heed to our problem.Even after contacting the higher authorities of Videocon company we are still facing the same problem. Kindly take further necessary actions that are required.

                                      I am using videocon d2h connection. It's a std def stb with remote.
                                      I have a specific observation, that i did call up d2h customer care and informed them.

                                      Sometimes stb does not respond to some of the buttons on remote specifically exit and info.

                                      I find that sometimes when i switch to a channel, the information menu is blank. Whenever such a situation occurs, stb fails to respond to exit and info commands.

                                      See this screenshot. Here there's a black menu below but it's blank. Now on this channel i can not get rid of this black menu strip by pressing exit or info buttons.
                                      These buttons only work when the menu has data in it.

                                      I called cc they said i should factory reset my stb. I have done that but again the issue has come up. I don't know what is the source of menu if it comes remotely from some server and i can not everytime keep on doing factory reset.

                                      This is a concern because i am not getting proper viewing experience when on channels menu is blank. It occupies almost 2/3 of the screen.

                                      Videocon Industries customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      My Service complaint no. is BAN[protected] dated 11th June 2018 for my Videocon LED TV 42 inches.

                                      Please let me know the status immediately. No response from your service providers.
                                      My d2h is not working since last 15 days I had made complaint on customer care of d2h for engineer visit on 18, 19 and 24 July 2018 however nothing is happen every time they are making fresh complaint
                                      What to do for such inefficiency kindly look into the matter and ensure engineer visit by tomorrow

                                        I did transaction from my credit card ending with 0306 on 19.07.2018 morning

                                        But it got reversed as per customer care but i havent received any credit till dated.

                                        Had call many times to customer care but they are not giving any proof for documentation purpose.
