My carrier ac which i bought from vijay sales is not working, i have also taken then extended warranty but the resolve is taking forever it took 7 days after launching the complaint the guy to visit (Even after changing the slot time: 5 times) and now they are asking for another 5 days for pickup of ac.
Worst service ever....

Your sales representative told installation will take place within day but till date no installation take place...

I bought a liebherr dr 2240-20 red refrigerator from vijay sales, santacruz branch during the diwali sales on 29 oct 2019. The service staff highlighted that this was a german brand and the fridge has awesome features and is a great energy saving product. What they forgot to mention is that it requires defrosting every 3 days and cleaning up of the back tray every 3 days when the water collects there.

Purchase a smart tv with extended Warranty for 2 years. Within the 7 month of Purchase tv stop working. Request Raised on 27 June and today is 28 Aug 2020 and tv is still not repaired. I purchased the samsung refrigerator rr20r182zut pebble blue on aug 21, 2019, and have been experiencing cooling issues since the first month.

As already we complaint about television which we faced some line marks issue, and same issue resolved by technical team with taking 3 weeks time. After re-installing same issue occurred. Which completely not expected.

Machine is not working..its been just one year two months that i have purchased it. I m filing complain since last two months, but your staff isnt responding to our request. Its been three times that the machine isnt working in the past one year. Kindly look into the matter at the earliest....

I have bought faber cook top in march and i was facing gas leakage buster one month. Due to lockdown i didn’t complain. I went to vinay sales ghodbunder sales office and complained in may or june after the lockdown rules were relaxed. I have still not received satisfactory response from vijay sales. I have visited the showroom at least 6-7 times and issue is still pending to be resolved....

I purchased videocon led tv from vijay sales on 26/01/2017 @ ₹ 38990.in june 2020, tv started giving problems like automatic on & off then complete off. After complaining videocon, dial services center replaced mother board @₹7000.in august, tv screen developed strip and now also strip is there when we watch tv. Only halt screen is working now
Hence i am making this complaint for resolving screen strip problem.
