Purchased Lg top load washing machine from Vijay sales satara road branch in October 2020. within one month machine starts giving noise and vibration. Register ed complaint in customer care but very late response and rudely talking of call center executive.

I have visited Vijay Sales for a Washing MAchine Purchase assuming the best quality and services. But, I was cheated with the price and the fake services assured. I have purchased fully automatic 8K LG washing amchine. The MRP was Rs. 33, 000/- with Rs. 5, 000/- off and some cash back. I got it purchased in Rs. 27, 500/- with 6 months EMI from my ICICI card. The same product is avalable with Reliance digital in Rs. 24, 2490/-. Also, we were buying this profuct 1st time, It was clearly communicated that, In case of any issue or problem Ill will return it. It was mutually agreed at that time. Me and my family had a discsion in price which was higher. Thy are not adjusting the amount and not refunding the amount. They have clearly cheated and giving the fake promise. I request you to please take a necessary action and assit with the approariate solution.

I pre booked the iphone 12 mini 64 gb variant, on 6th november 2020 and, the delivery of the product started from 13th november2020, i have been receiving the sms from last 2 days, that the product will be delivered on the day of sms, but still there's no sign of it, even the order tracking is still processing my order,

My microwave oven purchased just 2 yrs ago from vijay sales paud road branch.
Its magnetron part is damaged it seems.two things...
Why the part got damaged so early?was a defective product given?
And no one is reponding from vijay sales regarding my complaint.
I have called many times since 24th oct.
No response.
Onsite thing was suppose to resolve the issue.
No one contacted or visited.
I have all call recordings. And i can raise complaint at consumer court.

I bought 55 inches TV from vijay sales, andheri on 13nov 2016, its under warranty for 5 years. I made the complaint and paid money to visiting engineer also.but no one is having a look this problem. My tv backlight is gone. Its been 2 months now. Please have a look at my issue. I have no faith on vijay sales now. There service sucks. I have bill details and all necessary info with me. From last 2 months, there is no tv for my home.

The issue that I have experienced was: i registered my complaint on[protected], then technician visited my house who was so rude and was not bothered about what we questioned him. then, next day your technician called me and said please ask for replacement as this device will not work for more than two months if repaired. after few hours, another technician called and said in hindi (Tv kab uthane aau) I asked that is it for replacement. He answered, "No for repairing". After that when asked why are you changing decisions, they said only it will be repaired.
calling several times and writing mails, one of your seniors called me and I told my concern. Further after few hours I got call regarding replacement and gift voucher (which I have attested in my mail). Then, next day again your decision changes, and I got call regarding repairing.
I requested many times about replacement they just say they will call me after 24 hours, but as usual no response. Its already been more than or about 2 weeks, but not getting satisfied with your service.

As a customer I want complete replacement from you, after all your technician and your call representative made fake promises regarding replacement.
Also If still only I am going to suffer then, I will be going legally or I am not at any fault for any negative publicity on social media as I have all call recordings from your side.
And please do stop this kind of mental harassment in these days.

I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

When I purchased the Philips TV in question in 2017 January, I was informed that the product has 10 years warranty. On the Vijay Sales app it is showing as product Out of Warranty. The TV has got horizontal black lines and the backlight for left half of TV works sometimes and doesn't work sometimes. Today the whole screen went Pink and resolution of TV was 1279x0. Kindly help and resolve this issue. Images of Invoice and TV attached.

I raja devendra nayak consumer of vijay sales andheri branch. On 10th of july 2019 I have bought skyworth LED tv worth rupees 8473 from vijay sales andheri branch. On 7th of september 2020 my TV set stopped working and from then I have raised a complaint about the same in the branch. From that day onwards I have followed up with them and the technician is just visiting home and not resolving the issue. yesterday he came and brought the wrong part of a Tv and told me that this is not a part to be installed.They are just making me fool from last one month.
I request the person who is concerned with this case to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I bought a vise tv by vijay sales on 8 aug 2020
After 1 month it has been out of ordered i visited the showroom they said service executive would visit my home they visited but did take any action they said it's out of ordered and did not say anything left from my home even i have send the mail on there customer mail i'd they not respond me that is really # services i just wanna change this tv

Been complaining since the first day of receipt of the refrigerator, neither any installation done, nor any person has visited us for attending to the numerous complaints done over the phone and by email.

I had purchased a HP make desktop from Vijay Sales, Kharghar on 08.09.2020. The desktop was not working and the complaint raised with HP on 12.09.2020 Via Ref.No.[protected].
Mr. Vishal Gaikwad (Mob.No. [protected]) for HP had confirmed on 28.09.2020 that he has initiative process for replacement of Desktop with a new one.
Mr. Akki Durgum ( Mob.No. [protected]) was co ordinating from Vijay sales. He has informed me that the replacement Desktop has arrived in showroom but they are waiting for HP person to seal the faulty one.

Purchased skyworth smart tv from vijay sales and it is still in warranty period. But since last 2 months tv is completely dead and vijay sales is not taking any responsibility about it. Neither skyworth company is giving us our replacement. Pathetic services. Totally useless.

I, mrs. S kala nathan have purchased a videocon uhd led from vijay sales on 16th june 2017 within a year there was a problem of display and at that point of time when we called vijay sales, they had given third party contact number stating that videocon company got shut down. So we tried contacting third party vendor & the solution what we got is that they repaired the display of tv. Even after denying that we want replacement as it is under-warranty, but we still got the repaired tv after 4 months.
Now again after 2 years, the same issue occurred - display issue & now again when we contacted vijay sales-care they gave third party vendor number & when we called that number, the person visited after 2 weeks & taken 650 rs/- & informed that he will update us on the display but then after this person didn't answered our call. Now this time again when we visited vijay sales at thane branch (Teen hath naka) the solution given by the employee is so illogical. He is expecting us to pay more[protected] for the new tv & they called this offer as an exchange offer.

Conversation1 - vs - care team (Thane teen hath naka). Employee name - nikat. As per her she provided the third party vendor details & informed that they will help us in repairing our tv.
Conversation 2- third party vendor - prasad (Mob:- [protected])- he visited our place & informed that its a display problem & it will be replaced as it is under warranty. He asked for a service charge of 1250, however he said to give 650 first & remaining he will take after repairing. After a week, when there was no response from anyone then we called him but this person did not answer our call even a single time.
Conversation 3 - we called vijay sales team again to check the status, as the third party vendor was not answering our call. Then vs care team (Employee - nikat) gave technician head number mr. Narayan tamhankar (Mob:-[protected]), event this person did not answered our call not even a single time.
Conversation 4:- we visited vijay sales (Thane - teen hath naka) on sunday i. E 20th sep, and spoke to vs care team (Employee - manoj), this person didn't even understood our issue & instead he was saying why did we purchased this model. After our argument with him, he redirected us to on floor manager (Mr. Prem). We spoke to mr. Prem & informed him about our issue, he told he will write this query to head office & will call us back on monday i. E 21st sep, but we didn't get any call from his side.
Conversation 5:- now today when we called on his number, vs care team (Employee - manoj) same employee answered our call & informed he is not reporting from the last 2 days & told to meet manish (Designation-sales executive). When we spoke to manish he was giving us an offer where we have to pay[protected] to buy a new tv. Now i am not understanding here when we already spoke to mr. Prem who was floor manager then why our case was redirected to the sales executive again. the sales executive (Manish) was not ready to understand our problem, he just wanted us to spend more money.
I am not sure whether you guys will read my entire conversation or not, however this is really a pathetic service & illogical team hired by vijay sales. No one is interested in listening to our issue, but yes ready to sell the new product.

In last 3 months 2 times vise led tv defected. Worst product ever seen. Delayed in service

1. Complaint no.[protected] issued by vijay sales, gurgaon on 29aug20 for our bosch dryer.
2. We have a 3year extended warranty from vijay sales but they are not responding.
3. The inaction by vijay sales is giving a bad name to bosch besides causing us inconvenience and harassment.
