I have very worst experience with vishal mega mart vki jaipur coz before some time ago i had purchase a topper about 18 or 19 july from their but they forget to remove their tag and and i also did not even pay attention and i kept that in my bag and since then it was in my bag, but after 2 days i want again their for change a jeans which i purchased on 21 july 2017 and when i was leaving the the sound of the security beep started and security man check my bag and they they started saying that you are stealing this topper and they said either you show the bill or bill this cap and this was happened on 22-july-2017
In short they said i m a thief
If they forget to remove their tag is it my mistake
Now i will never go vishal mega mart to purchase any thing

    I was waiting outside trail room nd it wasted my 45 min approx for trail. This store has 2 trail rooms in women section but only one trial room is open for trail. Like me many customers returned without buying any cloth. I dont know the logic behind why only onw trail room is open when the store has 2. Even on sunday they dont open both the trail rooms.

Inhone apne aap mera nd ek do ladke or h apne aap resign daal diya bina btaye. Nd mjhe thapad marne ki dhamki dii,.. Mjhse jbrdsti cashing krwate the.. Maine sm sir se bhut request kee.. Ki maine crashing nai krni.. To kehte ki nai krni to ghrko jao.. Pehle mai fmcg me tha.. Ab hm store me roti khate the to whan se khana khane ko bhi mna krdiya ki yhan nai khana... Ab khana store me nai khayenge to khan khayenge... Nd gaaliyan deke baat ki mere sath.. Nd store me koi unity nai h. Tu krke baat krte h wo... Sunday mai raat ko as a customer kuch smaan lene gya tha.. Uska bil bhi h mere paas. To inhone mjhe kaha ki tu yhan pr kya kr rha.. Nd kaha ki jinhe tu janta h is store me jo job krte h unko bhi yhan se nikal dunga.. Sir mjhe btao ki inka kisi customer ko puchne ka kya hak h ki tu yhan pr kya kr rha h nd tere sath sath baaki employee ko ghr bhej dunga.. Nd store me f8 vgaira bhut hoti h.. So i request u sir ki aap koi action lo yaa sm change krdijiye whan se.

            Se 5 shirt kharèeda tha[protected] ko jisme se ek shirt difective hai jab mai use le kar aap k store me gaya to unhone kaha ki ye shirt use ki hoyi hai aur dusri baat ye ki 7 din k ander return karna hota hai sir mujhe vishal mega mert k sare product par itna bharosa hota hai ki maine na bil pe conditon dekha aur na shirt chek kiya maine ankh band kar k khareed liya maine wo shirt aap k store me rakh kar chala aya sir bahot ummed k sath request kar raha hun aap mujhe new shirt dilwane ki kirpa kare
            I had purchased a t shirt from vishal mega mart . It was decolored on its first wash . And they denied to return it.

              Billing staff member language is unformal with customer. Infact, he is short tempered and ready to beat customer.

              I am very angry bcoz it happened with me, and others customers was supporting me. I was extremely upset by the treatment i received and i will certainly not be shopping in your supermarket again. I hope that you will improve your staff training methods, and that your staff will be more polite and helpful to customers from now on.

              This incident is happened today on 11 july 2017.

                    I had worst ever experience at any retail store till date with vishal mart being such big retail service provide
                    Manager lateef at vishal mart at dehradun dilaram chowk location misbehaved and later with one of his junior cashier gajendra threatened for being local and created chaos over a simple request for bar code of one of the products i purchased even though patiently the cashier for my products and myself waited for lateef to provide bar code details
                    Even after waiting for 15 min when i humbly requested for manager i can speak to mr lateef and gajendra started shouting and hence i had to raise my voice as they were putting pressure and came in saying "wait karo zyada bolne ke zaroorat nai manager hain woh wherein mr lateef targeted towards manager room rather than handling issue himself started shouting and misbehaving
                    After some time another store manager sandeep and his colleague came in and tried to sort issue but mr lateef in his own goon attitude never accepted mistake and speaking in loud voice generated chaos at store
                    Need a confirmation and action on such employees who don't know how to handle customers and speak to them being manager
                    If taxes are already included. Then why m I paying extra GST of 208.
                    Kindly explain me the matter.

After purchase when i talk to customer help care that in this product battery is given by you than first your employee is said that i do not know. When i repeat he said abuse language to me and misbehave with me even i have with my one and half year son in my hand he push back to me and use abuse language that your security guard is say to me sorry and he feel again sorry for that employee but in this case even one employee is not tell the name of the person. I have defined that person so i request to you take the action neither i have took police complaint of that person.

[protected] से गैस स्टोव खरीदा जिसकी वारंटी तीन (3) साल की थी और अचानक उस का शिशा अपने आप चटकने लगा जिसके कूछ टूकडे मेरी माँ के भी लगे लेकिन बड़ी घटना होने से बच गई । मेरी माँ दूध गरम कर रही थी चाय बनाने के लिए अचानक उस का शिशा चटकने लगा। अब मेरी माँ ग्लास वाले गैस स्टोव का इस्तेमाल नहीं करना चाहती ।
                            परन्तु ना तो vishal megamart store (Tandem gas stove glass top) को बदल रहा है और ना ही टीक करवा रहा हैं मैने customer care no.[protected] पर कम्पलेन्ट भी करी पर कोई फयदा नहीं हुआ मेरी कम्पलेन्ट no. 2690730 है। और मैने e mail द्वारा भी कम्पलेन्ट करी है. दिनांक 14/6/2017 को मै चाहता हुँ कि वो उस को बदल कर दूसरा स्टील का स्टोव या मेरा पैसा वापस कर दें।

                              Hi,
                              I have visited saharanpur, vishal mega mart today. I have done my shopping from there bill no. 357/[protected].
                              We had shown interest in offer item buy 2 @ rs. 79/- (Options masoor/arhar/moong). But @ cash point, they refused to give this offer & a cashier emp. Id 6021640 behaved pathetically, (If you need take or get lost attitude), he ask me to buy same dal, which is not mentioned atoll. Cashier said we have written with offer t & c apply.
                              Store manager didn't said anything, i think, he gave all his authorities to cashier only to tackle the customers.
                              Still i shown patients & purchased items.
                              This is second time happened with me with same store. Actually fmcg section is @ 1st floor & cash counter @ ground floor, so its difficult to customer, to go back again.

                              Henceforth i will not visit any vishal mega mart store.

                                Sir,
                                I have purchased two shirts and one chuni (Girls item) amounting to rs. 460.00 from rewari branch on dated 25.03.17.
                                I gave my atm card at payment counter, the boy tried two times but the transaction being failed after that i gave him cash 460.00. After some days i checked my account details, the payment rs 460.00 is debited from my account two times. For this i complaint in central bank branch on 13.04.2017, after some days they closed my complaint vide a summary transaction is successful represent by acq bank dt 01.06.2017. Please return my amount rs. 920.00

                                  I bought the tandem gas stove on 15th june 2017. I have choose the 2 burner gas stove, but you guys are sending the 3 burner damaged gas stove. How are you thinking about customer. You are doing the fraud services to the customer. It's my mistake to choose your product. Don't do it again to the other customer. If you are doing customer service take it this compliant and close immediately.

                                  Dear Sir, I had purchased a 3 burner tandem gas stove (services no T3E1705759, model no TGT252825, Item no [protected]/7321/) on 16 October 2017. Two gas control nobs are causing problems and the middle burner's nob was ejected on 11 November 2017. I lodged a complaint at [protected]@vishalwholesale.co.in on 12 November 2017. On 14 November 2017 I received a mail stating that the tickrt/complaint was closed as the item was under manufacturer's warranty and I was advised to contact the customer service [protected] which I did on 24 November 2017 at around 2 PM. I was told by the customer service that the complaint will be addressed within 48 hours but till now neither anyone contacted me nor the complaint had been addressed . As the time of 48 hours is about to finish without any action, I would like to share my bad experience with Vishal Mega Mart to you and most likely to my social media friends too. Poor after sale service by vishal mega mart.

                                  Once again I contacted the customerservice but all in vain. Inspite of assurance no technician visited my home. The gas stove is still lying defective. VERY BAD AFTER SALES SERVICE.

                                  What next -

                                  As no action has been taken either by Vishal Mega mart or the manufacturer,

                                  Should I file the case in the consumer court for -
                                  1. Supplying sub standard gas stove which is hazardous to human life being an important part of households .

                                  2. Not addressing the customer complaints in time.

                                    Mr virender the cashier of vishal megal mart ranjit avenue amritsar misbehaved today with me. He was so rude and spoke bad words. I was standing in queue and there two young ladies who came after me and made a separate line for billing.. Although there was no separate line for ladies at any counter. I too am a lady but was standing in a common queue. This cashier blamed me standing for standing in a different line and started billing for those two ladies. He rudely said he will not cut my bill and i may complaint anywhere. The person ahead of me also supported that i was behind him and in queue. But this cashier did not listen started speaking bad words. Such behavior is just not expected which is really spoiling name of vishal mega mart. I have never faced such an issue before here but this cashier simply refused to cut the bill. I strictly want to register a case against his misbehavior as this person is not scared of anyone. The manager of the store was also not present at the store!!

                                    In Vishal mega mart (sector -14, Gurgaon) their is something wrong, i mean there is tampering in billing department...i just want to inform Vishal management to take a appropriate action on it, please do inspection from your side regarding my complain... i m telling u all these things because a boy whose salary is just 4000(Part time job) but he earn 25000 to 30000 in a month, how it could be possible without tampering...and it is might me your customer money.
