[Resolved] Viveks India — viveks puraisaiwakkam - worst product, worst customer service, fraud company | |||||
I purchased a ac (Voltas 1.5 ton inverter) from viveks showroom on 14-apr-2018, and it was installed on 21-apr-2018. While installation itself the swing did not work properly. When inquiring the installation person he said please call the service center and book a complaint. I called viveks service centre on 21-apr-2018 and register the complaint, only after two day the service person came and rectified it. As soon on the next day 24-apr-2018 there was a heavy ice throw from the indoor unit, in-spite of calling their customer service center repeatedly there was no response and keep on telling we will sending a techinician. Meantime i have directly called voltas toll free customer service number and arranged. The remote was not working at all. The vertical louver is not closing and opening properly. The horizontal louver is also manually so that we feel uneven room temperature. Only one particular side is receiving air flow and the other areas in the same room are hot. Though we went to viveks showroom and met the manager several time, the reply was not acceptable. Also we continuously hear horrible sound from the indoor unit. From the day one we were calling the viveks customer care for each and every problem. They have surely supplied a manufacturing defected product. Also their technician are with lack of knowledge. They also outsource people in our area by giving contracts and they are the ones who will handle your queries. Its very pathetic that we lost our hard earned money. We are asking for replacement from the 3rd day itself as there is many problem in the new unit. They still prolonging it. Customers please dont buy anything from viveks its my humble request. They run their own service center so whatever brand you buy you will not get any service from the brand. We are also told from voltas technicians that if you buy a product from any showroom other than viveks it would be easier for us to replace. But they run their own service ceenter hence we are not able to attend to your queries. Viveks customer care service center is worst. Techinicians with no uniform / no id and no acknowledgement given will enter your house anytime. Persons notified. Viveks customer care team head - mr. Tulasi narayanan. His call center team with executive, ms. Reshma, ms. Monica. And their installation team executive mr. Harish are doing useless job. Viveks technician - mr. Maheswaran. V ([protected]) Has visited and promised to replace a new one and also agreed the remote is also not working, but still we are have the old remote which is unusable. Viveks showroom manager - mr. Stephen (Purasaiwakkam) Alternate days we are walking to viveks showroom puraisaiwakkam, and also given a request to managar mr. Stephen to replace the product has it is not satisfactory for us from the day one. And we are not using the ac due to all these issue. But no action taken from his side. All customers stop buying any electronic product from viveks as they supply defected product and also no proper customer service after sales. Neither you are not suppose to get it serviced by the product brand which is a big head ache. Worst product. Worst service. Bogus & fraud company. Was this information helpful? | |||||
