I have purchased this Mobile model Name Vivo Y33S on Dec 2021.. my phone is not working properly hanging frequently even though mobile has sufficient memory and space.. even I was unable to answer my phone call immediately I should wait alternate 20sec to lift answer phone call and even though the incoming mobile no is not displaying on screen

I need immediately assistance in this regard......

This is inform to that i am buying vivo phone Model No. V21E on[protected] via kotak mahindra bank credit card on that time vivo offers available 2500/- cashback up to 90 days. still i have not received cashback. I am buying phone chadha mobile house jalandhar its offline purchase. please asap solve this matter. i am also attach pic for your reference.

I was purchased my vivo v23 series Mobile on 27.03.2022. I am uncomfortable in this situation. Because While using my Mobile, it was very heating and also charging issue. Charge was decrease very fastly. Totally i am disappointed. I am the vivo fan at any time. But in this situation I am disagree for the vivo mobiles. Kindly change the alternate mobile immediately. Mobile Purchased on 08/11/2021-Invoice attached. Mobile stopped working on 23/03/2022. It was in Warranty period, Hence, handed over to Kabir World on 24/03/2022, shop of purchase of the mobile.
Mobile received back in unrepaired condition with Delivery receipt on 02 April 2022 afternoon. Delivery receipt customer copy attached.

I need to charge my phone (iqoo z3) everyday sometimes 2 times a day . Battery drains fast . I know it has only 4400mah but still I has to deliver good battery life because it has good processor. It drains 1 % battery every 2 minutes . I know it has fast charging capacity but still charging frequently would reduce it's battery life . So please help me in fixing this issue...

I have been updated new software in my Vivo V 20 mobile. After updation new software. While the mirroring mobile to my Television the Bluetooth headset is not working. When I disconnected the mirroring Television, the sound is coming.
