I have purchased VIVO Y33T on 23.04.2022 at 18000/-
Blurring seen with every image, video. Display is very poor.
No clarity in images and videos.
Previously using VIVO V11 was much better.
Not satisfied with performance of phone with such huge Price.

Sample Phone shown was VIVO Y33S for presenting VIVO Y33T. This Questions on reliability of VIVO products.
Will recommend not to buy with such huge Price.

          Dear Team,

          This is Mukesh i am using Vivo X70 Pro Plus which comes with the IP68 rating but yesterday just with the splash of water it's stop working i have turned off and ran to nearest service center located near me in Dombivali Mumbai Maharashtra.

          The service guy told me IP68 certification it's just to fool people we are getting many complaint as just little of water damaging the phone and it's common.Also He added my warranty will be null and void after this i was in shock that time as spending so much of money for product and the quality and the service what I got is so poor that can't believe.After the discussion he told me to provide video evidence of that incident when the water splash your phone I can't imagine the solution and imagination of the service person on this matter. The service center has not shared me job sheet or any other paperwork in this regards.

          Required your help to understand the problem as it's just a splash of water and i am loosing my phone and the warranty.I would like to talk with senior Management regards to this as I can't expect so cheap product and service quality from VIVO.

            I have purchased this Mobile model Name Vivo Y33S on Dec 2021.. my phone is not working properly hanging frequently even though mobile has sufficient memory and space.. even I was unable to answer my phone call immediately I should wait alternate 20sec to lift answer phone call and even though the incoming mobile no is not displaying on screen

                I was purchased my vivo v23 series Mobile on 27.03.2022. I am uncomfortable in this situation. Because While using my Mobile, it was very heating and also charging issue. Charge was decrease very fastly. Totally i am disappointed. I am the vivo fan at any time. But in this situation I am disagree for the vivo mobiles. Kindly change the alternate mobile immediately.                       A glass of water got spilled on my vivo x70 pro plus for few seconds and my phone got screwed up. service center responds that they can't cover this liquid damage. However, vivo India promoted this phone by placing it under the pyramid shaped glass box with water pouring over the phone and if it not able to withstand a few seconds of water drops why they are claiming it as ip68 water splash certified. Vivo service center asks 53k to make my phone back to working condition. I'm in distress and feeling cheated

                      Also, I have gone through the IP68 Certification where they clearly mentions that the Phone can be inside 1.5 meter of water for 30 minutes. In my case water got spilled over phone for hardly 5 secs. Definitely Vivo india is doing false promotion claiming it as IP68 Certified and in terms and condition they are mentioning it is not waterproof. This statement clearly defines that they are doing false promotion and cheating the consumers just for selling their phone for 80K.

                      Request Vivo india to intervene in this regards and provide me a replacement handset .

                          I need to charge my phone (iqoo z3) everyday sometimes 2 times a day . Battery drains fast . I know it has only 4400mah but still I has to deliver good battery life because it has good processor. It drains 1 % battery every 2 minutes . I know it has fast charging capacity but still charging frequently would reduce it's battery life . So please help me in fixing this issue

                            I recently downloaded asphalt 9 which I had been playing for few days in the same device. I deleted it and again downloaded it but now the game is crashing even before starting . It shows the game name and then crashes . I have tried several methods to solve the issue but it did not work.                                   I visited yesterday to repair my phone at Vivo service centre, sector 2 Noida service centre, After sitting one and half hour, they told the cost will be 4960 Rs which i accepted was ready to pay, then executive sitting there told it will take 1 hour to repair and they need money after repair. She said to wait for an hour and then they will give me phone back.

                                  I was roaming around for 1.5 hour and when came back she said the part is not available. Then there were 2 points of my disappointment -

                                  1. She did not call me that part is not available so i could save my time. Why the contact no was asked abd mentioned on the job sheet????

                                  2. On the job sheet, it is written that customer denied to pay the amount so they cancelled my request. You can check the recoded video that i was paying money even in advance and Whereas the correct reason was part was not available and they did not gave me proper answer.

                                  After that, they called me next day to come and get it repaired as the part has arrived at the centre. I told them to come for pickup and drop as I do not have time again to come.

                                  They came and dropped the mobile after repair and gave the bill of 4000 Rs. I was not at home that day.
                                  After reaching home. I was really disappointed after looking at the bill as there was no discount given and service centre charged 4000 Rs as a bill amount. Just giving 50 Rs cover and 10 Rs screen guard is nothing.

                                  There was initially said to replace speaker and charging jack which was working fine and service centre trying to make fraud by changing these parts when these were working fine.

                                  I need whole amount refund as a compensation.

                                  I am really shocked that how centre is making money by making the customers fool.

                                  I am really dis-satisfied with the services and shocked that no body retuned back on my below email which is really said. I am sure to file a complaint to consumer court.

                                    The issue that I have experienced was: my phone is not working correctly many time it does not ring and i am not able to receive call i have gone through all necessary sound trouble shooting

                                    i would want vivo to replace my this phone with a new phone or make appropriate arrangements for the same issue

                                      I had booked a mobile online and there was no option to add gst details. had been trying to contact vivo everyday to cancel my booking. but i am getting no reply. i want to cancel my booking and refund of my amount. please don’t buy anything online from vivo. once they receive your money. they wont return back. i have not taken the delivery, i am asking for refund within 1 hour. but they are not returning back. please help.

                                      Received email that my refund will be processed within 48 hours... after 48 hours when i contacted them they have told me today to wait for another 24 hours... please guys dont buy from vivo... its a scamster company.

                                        Vivo india organised a contest (mega jackpot) i participated there which was organised from 31 jan to 9 feb . New T1 series is coming to promote that this contest were organised . According to terms and conditions top scorer will get T1 MOBILE as reward . It was organised on vivo.com . I have 1501 score which is topeest among all score according to terms and conditions i have won this prize . I have share every proof to vivo mail id they are not responding me regarding this matter even they are not providing information on call . I request u to take a strict action against them and help me to get my prize and ask them to provide the prize
