    Hello vivo

    As I told you I have purchased the phone vivo v20pro in December 27 Today my phone suddenly hang of tamd display not working i don't know this is biggest manufacturing problem in your company I will strictly suggest to another pls do not purchase these phone because only 5 moth. Ha been gone and we did get theses type of problems don't waste your money I will suggest every one this is very fraud and cheapest comapny in in india

    I want replacement of my phone I did not went to go any service center

    Do not waste your time and my time

      I think this is a common problem when it comes to Vivo. The use of cheap tools is the result of this. Now, I want to know if this can be resolved. Vivo y20g is a gaming phone but it can't run games if it doesn't have a good gyroscope and it cannot have a good gps in the time of need. I sincerely want this resolved.

          I bought V20SE in March 21. Within 1 month I was facing network issue. Because of lockdown I was unable to reach out to shop or service center. In may 21 I went to shop and asked for replacement but they denied saying replacement not possible as its 3 months passed after buying product. So then I visited to service center in pimpri opp.to PCMC building. But staff was so rude. Lady of front desk clearly said it's your choice to buy VIVO we have not asked you to buy this product. I am surprised what kind of peoples you are having as your representative in front of people. Now I am regretting why I bought VIVO phone. Totally disappointing with service.

            I bought vivo v20 se in March-21. Within 1 month I got problems regarding network. This is dual sim phone but when I put two sims 1 got disconnected and only 1 active. As the april and may was lockdown period I was unable to reach to the shopkeeper and service center. In may I visit to shop and asked for replacement but they denied saying replacement won't happen as its 3 month passed. After that I visited to Pimpri kamala cross road vivo center opp. PCMC building and that staff was so rude. When I said I am not getting proper service from you guys then the lady available on front desk clearly said it's your choice to buy vivo. What kind of peoples you have as your representative in front of people. If we stopped to buy your products then what's the use of your company and production. I have never seen this kind service center behaviour anywhere. Now I am regretting why I bought Vivo.

                    I have this vivo v15pro mobile and the front camera is not working, its been almost a month now. The motor is fine as it open up but after that on screen notification comes "unable to open front camera, switching to other camera" I've tried clearing cache and data ram is also sufficient still no good.
                    I have no other complains with this phone and I love it.

                        Three days before I got an update of android 11. Installed with a great hope. But after installing this new update it ruined my all hope. All my favourite things had gone like the QR code scanner available at the top of the notification panel, beautifully designed data usage details at the notification panel now looks like bored, feeling some glitches while using my phone now. and now it's not showing the AM or PM with the time at the top of the screen and many more. Please solve these issues.

                            Many time i complaint i want my complain number my display is broken or compney ask to dial this code wichcode or share screenshort i book my display on phone 2 MARCH compney or service center said your product is discountinue or not availabel so why should say custemer care or service centerr said wait i have already booking part number but custemer care not provide my booking status or complaint number this compney is fraud or cheater

                              As per as given below photos of invoice documents are the proof of purchasing your product and also repaired by your authorise centre but Sorry to say Sir, "You do not have exprt enggineers and may be possible to having weak quality of spare parts of mobile accessories bcause after demands of cost of spaire parts of vivo company are not able to giving puririty of the parts. If you have any dout please audit my set to a sensior enggineer but do not cheating with customer or a public group.

                                We have purchased a vivo y91i mobile from the bigc app and paid via cash on June 17 2020.
                                There were repetitive issues with the device and the volume is suddenly getting minimised automatically during calls and requires frequent restarts .We have visited the vivo store for 4 times in the last 6 months and it works fine for one week after its visit to the vivo store .
                                Please help us with an exchange for the same as we are exhausted with this issue.

                                    Recently I got an update for the mobile (VIVO V17) and I have updated.
                                    I am getting network issue when I was updated. Frequently network disconnected and signal strength also too low.
                                    If am changing SIM to another mobile am getting network properly.
                                    Please let us know if there is any bug in the recent system update.

                                        I have bought my handset on 11.12.2020, Make and model : Vivo V20 with imei no : [protected] I took my set to service centre but after doing software upgrade they said its MAIN BOARD issue or camera lense problm. they also said that i will be replaced. But its only 2 months since i purchased the handset by 25k. i dont want the do any sort of hardware work.

                                        This attachment file is picture quality of my vivo V20 phone.

                                        Please do the needful to clear my issue ASAP.
