    Dear sir / madam

    I have purchased Vivo V15 pro handset in 2019. I have already repaired the display 2 times with same issue of display got automatically damaged by coming a small dark colour spot on display and it will spreading slowly slowly from inside on entire display. Service center team giving me reason that it has got some high force on display and that's why this issue happens.
    Both the times i have request them that no force is coming on display, it was automatically happens while using the mobile on normal condition. But they have denied and charged me the cost. I don't have any option so i agreed to bear the cost.
    But now same issue 3rd time happens today @ 4.00 p.m. while i am in my office and i saw one small spot is coming out automatically. Now its 12.15 a.m. its already covered 10% area of display and it surely covered the entire diplay during the night.
    So it's my humble request to you that please either provide me the new different handset or repair it on free of cost. I can not afford the cost now as this time also it's not my mistake.
    I hope you understand the issue and help me out.

        Respected sir, i have bought vivo t1 44w on 03/07/22 and this faulty mobile due software problem. Many times, this mobile automatic switch off and application are force stopping. I visited service centre two time in Vadodara gujrat. But problem was not resolved by vivo service centre . Service centre employees denied to replace. Therefore i want to replace this faulty mobile.

          I'm using Vivo V15 pro and it suddenly crashed while I was using it. on restarting, it got stuck on this loop where it wouldn't boot properly. I tried resetting the phone .it worked for a while and crashed again.

            My vivo x60 accidentally slipped from hand and fell just a 1m drop. The back panel completely got broken. The protective cover was intact, that too broken. What a cheap build quality. I reported the same to vivo care, they did not respond well untill I reported it in twitter. Finally they came up with 50% off on panel. I refused their cheap negotiations. Later on call when asked can't a 40k worth phone sustain a minor drop, they say yes, it can't. I asked about special support for x series as they promised..and they reply there is so such thing and asking me what are the special previlage that I'm expecting. See these cheap Chinese phones entered market and cheating the Indian customers. The phone has software issues too. I couldn't escalate the issue to top.most vivo executive as the lower lever executives stop me and doesn't care about my concern.

              I was unable to receive otp through current number. Because of that my atm card was also not functioning so The bank manager gave me another atm card which also was not responding so they took my father's contact number and atm card did respond so i thought it was sim card problem so i took another sim card but it was also not working I put both sim in my father's phone where they got otp hence I think its my phone problem vivo y55

                I have purchased a phone (mrp was 29989rupees) on 02.01.2022. At the time of purchase i was informed that i will be getting 02 cashbacks within 120days i.e., 2500rupees and 1415rupees. As of now i have just received 01 cashback of 2500rupees and left with 1415rupees till now. I tried contacting vivo support via mail and call but no proper response. Just trying to pass from one person to another without any proper resolution.

                    I have purchased Vivo v23 mobile on cashback offer on 16/01/2022. While purchasing the mobile the shop person(Ramana, Joy mobiles, Srikakulam) promised that I will get cash back in 90days.
                    Almost 140days crossed, till now I didn't get any cashback and Didn't get proper response from shop owner and vivo person.

                    I think now a days vivo is running big scam through these type cashback offers.
                    Please help me on this.

                        Hi,
                        So from the starting I want to say I paid 80k for this Vivo x70 pro plus. And later I came to know that I wasted my money.
                        I purchased this mobile on Oct 31, 2021. I am really annoyed by the cheap quality of this device.
                        In Pubg even after having wifi connection and proper gaming mode, I am always comes in last even after Snapdragon 888+. This creates a bad feeling on my heart and mind.
                        Their are few issues as well :-
                        After disconnecting my headphone from the mobile, my device voice becomes heavy.
                        Mobile hearting a lot and even never keeps applications on background.
                        Ram management is really poor.
                        During this warranty period I had my Usb came and headphone changes because of the quality.
                        Even IR blaster not working.

                        I want my device either to be replaced with brand new one or you can give my money back.
                        I can't keep dust of worth Rs .80000

                          My Airtel sim not working after this update.

                            I bought Vivo T1 5G phone on 24th May 2022, after 8 days touch screen become non responsive, I had to touch 2-3 times for every single time. Home and back button also needs 2, 3 touches.

                            Raised a complaint over phone, WhatsApp, email..not recieved any help.

                            Visited multiple service centers. They just install software ne gve me back.

                            I suggest you to read all Flipkart reviews before buying this phone as is a known issue

                            I need a replacement or refund.

                                  Respected Concerned department,

                                  My name is Rahul and I reside in Kharkhari nahar Najafgarh New Delhi 43.
                                  I purchased one VIVO V23 E smart phone on 16/04/2022 on EMI.

                                  About the incident :-
                                  On 14th may 2022 I was at my home and at midnight around 1 AM i was using my phone and was not on charging, but suddenly it started getting so much heated and after that I noticed some fumes coming out from my phone and suddenly it got BLASTED.
                                  My father was sleeping just beside me and when the blast happened my hand got burned and my whole family and neighbours got scared after listening to that blast.
                                  I bought this phone last month ( date of purchase mentioned above).
                                  VIVO what kind of service you are providing. A new phone worth Rs 25000 got blasted in my hand, got burned and with the grace of god my 55 year old father doesn't get any harm.
                                  I want a NEW PHONE in place of this and a whole explanation is needed for this incident.
                                  Also I need the claim as i got suffered from burns. Either the company would give a claim for this or Is this the value you provide to your customer? I also have a son who is only 6 months old. If by chance in place of my father my son was sleeping the result would have been catastrophic.
                                  After mailing the vivo company
                                  On Wednesday (18/05/2022)
                                  I got a call from Tilak nagar vivo service centre and they asked me to visit the centre for further processing of my phone which got blasted 4 days ago.
                                  I visited the centre at 3 pm with my elder brother and met with MR.PRAMOD who is I guess the incharge for that service centre.

                                  I explained to him every scenario of the incident, shown all the original accessories (original charger, charging cable, earphones with bill & box).
                                  Also showed my hand which got burned at that time.
                                  After all these formalities he told us that he will issue us a new phone and asked us to wait until the new phone arrives.
                                  We agreed soo peacefully as in the end we only wanted our phone, he provided us one job sheet in which it was quoted that the phone is not getting ON and doesn't have any other issues.
                                  I had attached a picture of that job sheet which has a trusted stamp of the service centre.
                                  We asked him to make this statement correct as the phone has got destroyed so there is no existence of anything about the words they quoted "no other issues".
                                  He quoted Scratch in handset in the appearance section of that job sheet. I asked him why has he written scratches, as whole phone got destroyed. What is the meaning of writing scratch on it, there is a vast difference between a phone getting scratches and a phone getting blasted.
                                  We asked him numerous times to please quote the original issue about the phone but he continually denied by saying that my technical team is not allowing me to quote that.
                                  I asked him to return my phone and after that i came home.
                                  Does the vivo technical team exist here to fool the customers?
                                  I am holding a pathetic experience after buying a smartphone from vivo for an amount of Rs 25000 and this is the experience/service this renowned company shared with us.
                                  Why was I bothered today? Do any of the authorities from vivo company have any answer about that?
                                  We people don't even belong to a rich family so as if we could ignore this loss.
                                  If a person trusts/buys a product of a particular brand then it is the duty of that brand to give the best experience till the day i am using it. But your phone got blasted within a month in spite of recovery. The whole technical team including whole staff of that vivo service centre was trying to lie only.
                                  I want each and every single penny spent due to this incident. I was not able to attend my office for 2 days, even today I took a half day to visit the service centre. There is only one fault in this whole incident which is that I chose the Vivo smartphone.
                                  If anybody wants to confirm this whole day's gestures you can go through the Tilak nagar vivo service centre CCTV phottages and cross verify that whole situation.
                                  My right hand got burned and i am a right hander only due to which i am facing problems in my daily livelihood activities, is vivo company going to provide me a made to help me, probably NOT.
                                  And what will be done after i recover from this burn and if it still gives me some marks.
                                  Each and every thing should be recovered, not only the phone now, you people have troubleed us so much. From today I am not going to visit any of your service centres because you people don't have any solution there and even also why should i come my phone has got damaged, my hand has got burned for what work you have kept these different departments.
                                  I don't know who will take action but if this whole incident is a joke for the vivo company.
                                  You people think that people are fools nowadays and you will quote anything in your paperwork. We people are just not rich but we are literate.
                                  If this whole company has this work order just reply to me with whatever the action you can take and if not then i will go to each and every court of Delhi to recover my losses.
                                  The person who attended us today, his name was Pramod his mobile number is [protected].
                                  Today i have got a call from Mr Abhishek and he told me that sorry sir we can't quote what you are saying as company's respect is on stake and if we quote this this will degrade our services.

                                    Respected sir/Madam,
                                    I have ordered vivo t1 pro mobile online from official website of vivo mobile company on 10/5/2022.after receiving the delivery of that mobile on 15/5/2022, while I was unboxing mobile and checking the mobile, I noticed the white colored small manufacturing defect dot on the camera module of mobile.Immediately after that I went to Vivo Service Center Baramati around 6 pm and showed mobile. then they told me that there was a manufacturing defect and asked me to call the company.Then I called the company and told them about the issue But the company asked me to send all the issues in an company's email and then I sent all the information in the email and asked for my refund saying that I did not want this mobile. However I have not yet received my refund from vivo company, it is my humble request that you help me to get my money back.Thank you.

                                      I'm a Vivo iqoo 9 se user . I am having the display green tint issue . I have faced it many times . I face it whenever phone asks for fingerprint for security. While YouTube, more seen in dark mode, lock screen, while in eye Protection mode & in low brightness . Please solve this issue as early as possible . I can't upload photo or video cause it does not show on screenshot or screen recorded video i have tried.
