I am disappointed with the Vivo x60 pro.
I bought this because of the Zeiss camera. The amount paid for this phone doesn't justify the quality of the selfie cameras..especially the night selfie worst output. Getting foggy background.
If I am taking videos/photos more than 15mins phone gets overheated. I can't hold the phone in my hand
I want to know any return and refund policy is available. Or plz provide...

When I opened the package the earphones were missing and I immediately sent an email to vivo team also chat support team, till date I have got resolution and also vivo declined to return this phone and refund my money which is costing 30k INR. Now I want my money back wnd please take this phone back. Pathetic service.br...

Customer service centre engineer misinterpreted the boot loop problem as mother board battery and fm board issue while the problem is software related very common in android phones .

I have order vivo mobile phone of amount 24990/- from vivo estore, authorized site of vivo company on 30 june 2021, in which i have to got 3000 cashback from my bank as it was an offer period from bank side. When i was ordered company promised me to deliver upto 06/07/2021. But till now i have not received. When i was tracking it, it is showing that my parcel moving between kanpur and satna location from 02 july to 14 july....

1.Phone weight is increasing.
2.Back pannel pasting is very cheap, phone lossing gum.
Please Refund my money or i want new phone, in 2 month the condition is very bad.

I had bought phone Vivo V15 pro at rs 28, 999.00 but within only 2 years its motherboard gets damaged.

Service provider are costing rs 14000.00 for motherboard.

How can i afford ?

Parents are scolding me to insist them to buy this china model !

The phone is having issues right from the date of purchase... The OTT apps does
not work and all the time the videos are in " Loading " stage... Have done all the
troubleshooting like system reset, factory reset, switch on/ off but the problem is
recurring and is not going away. Internet speed or connection is not the problem...

As I told you I have purchased the phone vivo v20pro in December 27 Today my phone suddenly hang of tamd display not working i don't know this is biggest manufacturing problem in your company I will strictly suggest to another pls do not purchase these phone because only 5 moth. Ha been gone and we did get theses type of problems don't waste your money I will suggest every one this is very fraud and cheapest comapny...

I think this is a common problem when it comes to Vivo. The use of cheap tools is the result of this. Now, I want to know if this can be resolved. Vivo y20g is a gaming phone but it can't run games if it doesn't have a good gyroscope and it cannot have a good gps in the time of need. I sincerely want this resolved....

I have a problem in my phone is that my phone is not support such application like Amazon and have oldest version of android and my phone is heating very quickly so that please fix my problem....
