      I bought vivo Y31 in March, 2021. After 3 month I’m facing display problem, having small white spot in display. So I visited vivo service center (Srinivas Complex, U-4/5/6, Sumul Dairy Rd, Near I.C. Gandhi School, Katargam, Surat, Gujarat 395004) regarding this problem.

      Lady of front desk asked me about problem so I inform my issues regarding display. So she checked my phone and for that checking purpose she use some material (pin) she informed me that phone display is lifted up from right side and she told “ this is mobile display problem, we need to replace the display” .

      I told her that my mobile is in warranty period. After that, she started finding reason for avoiding the warranty claim. And she informed me that it will not cover under warranty claim and I have to pay 3896 Rs for replacing display. My phone display is not even scratch or broken just lifted up from right side and small spots in it. And I felt that she use pin so that display is lift up from right side bcoz I have not seen lift up before that . I went to care center to know the exact problem not for repairing purpose so why that font desk lady use pin for checking display, physical check will be ok but I was not given my phone for repairing purpose.

      Within 3 or 4month of purchase it will incur repairing cost of rs.3896 then how can I recommend vivo mobile to others.

      I’m really dissatisfied with this and especially with service center, kindly please take necessary arrangement to replace my mobile display under warranty claim.

      I’m eagerly waiting for your early responses.

        As per Vivo terms and conditions the cashback should be completed just after 15 days post delivery. And in my case it has been more than 25 days but yet I haven't received the cashback.
        On contacting vivo customer care team for the cashback they create it to a query and delays the time as much as possible each time I'm provided with a new time line each time. Here The query stands pending for a long time inspite of sharing several concerns also the executives there do not provide proper solution and keeps on prolonging the time and speaks what comes into their mind with fake assurance. I've recordings of the conversation which I would serve at the time it's required.
        I want them to at least provide my assured cash back which was supposed to be credited in 4-5th of August 2021 but yet not completed.
        Also I want a call back from higher executive to have a conversation ASAP.

          (2) On running another Spyware App, the following 5 Threats were shown:
          Easy Share (Android Trojan/Malware) /
          iTheme (Android Trojan/Malware)
          LockScreen Service (-do-)
          Photo movie (-do-) / Browser (-do-)
          (3) How do I protect the phone with a PIN lock?
          (4) How to DISBLE LockScreen notifications?
          (5) How to Lock individual Apps?
          (6) How to Lock individual Folders?
          (7) How to encrypt GmailAccount on Android phone?

              I am disappointed with the Vivo x60 pro.
              I bought this because of the Zeiss camera. The amount paid for this phone doesn't justify the quality of the selfie cameras..especially the night selfie worst output. Getting foggy background.
              If I am taking videos/photos more than 15mins phone gets overheated. I can't hold the phone in my hand
              I want to know any return and refund policy is available. Or plz provide a better camera & heating update.
              50k is not worth .I totally wasted my money into this phone.

When I opened the package the earphones were missing and I immediately sent an email to vivo team also chat support team, till date I have got resolution and also vivo declined to return this phone and refund my money which is costing 30k INR. Now I want my money back wnd please take this phone back. Pathetic service.

                            Vivo mobile not delivered as per promise date

                            Dear sir,
                            I have order vivo mobile phone of amount 24990/- from vivo estore, authorized site of vivo company on 30 june 2021, in which i have to got 3000 cashback from my bank as it was an offer period from bank side. When i was ordered company promised me to deliver upto 06/07/2021. But till now i have not received. When i was tracking it, it is showing that my parcel moving between kanpur and satna location from 02 july to 14 july....

                                  I had bought phone Vivo V15 pro at rs 28, 999.00 but within only 2 years its motherboard gets damaged.

                                  Service provider are costing rs 14000.00 for motherboard.

                                  How can i afford ?

                                  Parents are scolding me to insist them to buy this china model !

                                  This should be manufacturing fault...

                                  now i am handset-less :

                                  please repair my phone at reasonable labour cost because it was not my fault and cost is too high.

                                  I visited the company service centre. they said the motherboard issue as this premium phone they will not take risk to open the body. They provide me the bill and said to submit the money 14000 along with 2500 labour cost. In within two years my phone get useless it should be company responsibility to provide at reasonable price.

                                    The phone is having issues right from the date of purchase... The OTT apps does
                                    not work and all the time the videos are in " Loading " stage... Have done all the
                                    troubleshooting like system reset, factory reset, switch on/ off but the problem is
                                    recurring and is not going away. Internet speed or connection is not the problem
