I bought vivo Y31 in March, 2021. After 3 month I’m facing display problem, having small white spot in display. So I visited vivo service center (Srinivas Complex, U-4/5/6, Sumul Dairy Rd, Near I.C. Gandhi School, Katargam, Surat, Gujarat 395004) regarding this problem.
Lady of front desk asked me about problem so I inform my issues regarding display. So she checked my phone and for that checking purpose she use some material (pin) she informed me that phone display is lifted up from right side and she told “ this is mobile display problem, we need to replace the display” .
I told her that my mobile is in warranty period. After that, she started finding reason for avoiding the warranty claim. And she informed me that it will not cover under warranty claim and I have to pay 3896 Rs for replacing display. My phone display is not even scratch or broken just lifted up from right side and small spots in it. And I felt that she use pin so that display is lift up from right side bcoz I have not seen lift up before that . I went to care center to know the exact problem not for repairing purpose so why that font desk lady use pin for checking display, physical check will be ok but I was not given my phone for repairing purpose.
Within 3 or 4month of purchase it will incur repairing cost of rs.3896 then how can I recommend vivo mobile to others.
I’m really dissatisfied with this and especially with service center, kindly please take necessary arrangement to replace my mobile display under warranty claim.
I’m eagerly waiting for your early responses.
